The banking world is an institution that has a function and role in a nation-building effort. When talking about Islamic benches, they are definitely associated with terms like financing and loans. The case study at KCS Bank Sumut Imam Bonjol aims to find out the method of solving credit problems in Islamic banks. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which examines what the research subject experienced. This study examines KP Bank Sumut Syariah in the Imam Bonjol area and uses data collection methods such as interviews, observations, documents and literature studies. This research found that the settlement of problem financing at Islamic banks (case study of KCS Bank Sumut Imam Bonjol) went smoothly and was able to resolve problem financing. We can see this in how KCS Bank Sumut Imam Bonjol has revamped the customer's installment calendar by checking their payment ability, payment desires, business prospects, and positive behavior. In addition, the KCS Bank Sumut Imam Bonjol conducted an auction for collateral which basically had a mutual agreement between the customer and the KCS Bank Sumut Imam Bonjol.

The corporate culture of SOEs is known as core values that are set as the identity and glue of work culture supported by continuous performance improvement. Core values are principles and values that become the foundation and reference of a company. Core values in SOEs are known as "AKHLAK" which is also a moral guideline in facing various shocks in the VUCA era (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity). With the theory of maqashid shari'ah is an important concept in the discussion of Islam to realize the benefit of mankind. However, it contributes to making the concept of maqashid shari'ah more applicable and functional for Islamic law in dealing with affairs in the contemporary context, especially in muamalah and worship. This is very important for companies because various problems must be faced by SOEs, namely moral values that are not upheld, so with "AKHLAK" as a moral value that will bring SOEs and individuals in them to progress and contribute to the country

This study examines Muhammadiyah's readiness in education for the challenges of the society 5.0 era. Technology, Information, and Communication Technologies (ICT) are growing with the urgency of society 5.0 in education based on technology. It is significant to the modern education of Muhammadiyah, which has a progressive education spirit. The method used in this study is a literature review of various references to analyze the relevant data. As a result of the study, Muhammadiyah tried to develop a prophetic civilization, and the concepts of khaira ummah and baldah thayyibah as the recognition and expectations of the people and the nation toward Muhammadiyah, Muhammadiyah intellectuals synergized the potential resources in education. They strengthened religious-social movements as a driving force for the struggle by the spirit inherited by KH Ahmad Dahlan. In this spirit, Muhammadiyah intellectuals challenge and construe society 5.0 based on human-centered. Muhammadiyah education in this era tries to improve educational facilities for digital-based learning in Muhammadiyah schools or madrasas; able to improve teacher human resources to innovate in digital-based learning both online and offline; able to apply humanist learning with the main characteristics of respecting the opinions of others, respecting, and communicating correctly.
