The Restraint of Trade Clause shall be taken in labour agreement to preserve the Client's competition position and restraint the employee from disclosing of the Secrets of Trade and creating some subsequent legal relationships. Since, this clause causes a lot of limitations, shall be subject to several conditions including to: (i) employer's legitimate interests, (ii) determining of the time and place of performance of the clause and (iii) not discrepancy with public policy and social benefits. In the Iranian law, since, Labour Act do not comprise the Restraint of trade clause expressly, we will examine the clause under general rules governing on clauses and obligations. This paper wish to examine the clause and conditions thereof generally then in Iranian Law.

{AR} يتناول هذا البحث تمثالاً ملكياً جماعياً رباعياً يمثل الملك ( سنوسرت الأول ،أمنمحات الأول ، منتوحتب الثانى، سنفرو؟)، من الحجر الرملى وهو فى فى حالة سيئة ، محفوظ حاليا فى المتحف المصرى الكبير GEM1334 ، وقد عثر عليه فى معبد سرابيط الخادم للإلهة حتحور(جنوب سيناء) صالة الأعمدة، والتمثالُ إهداء من الملك "سنوسرت الأول" لإحياء ذكرى الأسلاف وهو عبارة عن تمثال ملكى لأربعة ملوك فى وضع الجلوس مستندين على ركبهم بجوار بعضهم البعض، وأيديهم مفرودة على مائدة قرابين والرؤوس مفقودة، وتتمحور إشكالية البحث حول ماهية التمثال الأخير، إذ نتيجة حالة التمثالُ فُقد الاسم الأخير للملك وتعددت الآراء حول ما إذا كان يمثل الملك سنفرو أم يُمثل الملك منتوحتب الثالث . {EN } The research studies a quartet royal statue representing the king (Senusret I - Amenemhat I - Mentuhotep II - and Sneferu?). It was made out of Sandstone, in poor condition, and currently preserved in the Grand Egyptian Museum GEM1334-SR3/9796. It was discovered in the pillared hall of Hathor temple at Serabit al-Khadim (South Sinai). The statue is a gift from King "Senusret the First" to commemorate the ancestors. It is a royal statue of four kings in a sitting position, kneeling next to each other, with their hands spread out on an offering table, and their heads are missed. The condition of the final statue is a matter of concern due to its poor condition, its name was missed, and there were many opinions about whether it represented King Sneferu or King Mentuhotep III.

Which benefits the manufacturer.The weaving process and the dyeing process are the basic process for producing fabrics that can be used for the purposes for which they are manufactured, and in those two stages, the threads are overlapped according to the proposed weaving structure (design).Just as the efficiency of the weaving process and its quality are related to the efficiency of the preparation, the quality of the produced fabrics also depends on the nature of the fabric composition used, in addition to the stability of the tensile strength of the threads on the loom used, which affects the quality level of the produced fabric. As for dyeing and colors, they reflect the nature and taste of the user, which is the main focus in the design of fabrics.

The modern era has witnessed a great development in technology and Human Thought where the needs are constantly changing, these factors have become guiding the architectural design towards the need to change to conform to the desire of the individual and achieves responsiveness to the environment. Interest in the study to clarify the concept of displacement and its impact on levels of intellectual design in architecture and interior design. Dynamic architecture emerged as a creative perspective of architecture based on the dynamics of movement where a change in time and its entry into architecture as a fourth dimension to become a four-dimensional architectural design process, the fourth dimension — time-plays its role as an influential element in the process of visual perception, and in the visual field. Many dynamic concepts that have emerged in architecture as a result of technological development and meeting the needs of society have been studied. The research also dealt with the dynamics that were classified into two factors, one mentally through perception and the other objectively in the visual field which is called actual dynamics. Through this study, the classification of movement in dynamic architecture and its reflection on interior design were identified. Movement can be classified according to its shape in space, the shape of its path, the relationship of changes in distance to time as well as the ways of movement. This architecture aims to move from static to mobile form through various technological means and to reach functional and aesthetic configurations of spaces. The effect of actual dynamics to achieve environmental compatibility was recognized by studying different types of motion. The research seeks to raise the quality of architectural design by using different methods of movement to create a dynamic architectural composition with an ever-changing visual environment, creating an effective dynamic interior design. The study also examined the analysis of some architectural works to learn how to take advantage of dynamism in achieving flexibility and optimal utilization of space and to know the relationship between form and content. From the above, we can highlight the importance of the movement in architectural design and know its impact on achieving functional and aesthetic values.

Although there are numerous definitions and theories of the concept of development, many developing countries continue to suffer from problems associated with lack of development and environmental degradation. It seems that states in developing countries are not effectively facing the increasing requirements for development. In response, institutions and organizations of civil society stepped-up to promote the realization of social development and self-reliance among the citizens. In consequence, the past twenty years witnessed the birth of many national and international non-governmental organizations which started to deliver social services to the population. However, and with reference to Egypt, conflicting opinions questioning the relationship between these organizations and the development of civil society have started to emerge. This paper attempts to investigate first the role of these societies in the development of civil society and review the controversy over this role. The attempt will also touch upon and evaluate several studies which relate to the role of these organizations in the development of civil society in Egypt.
