Background. Human capital is the most vital strategic element and the most basic way to improve the performance and efficiency of an organization. Concerning the importance of human resources, it is obvious that in order to achieve the goals of the health system, human resources must have a favorable sense of belonging and commitment in addition to skills and expertise. Based on this, the current study aimed at providing a structural model for predicting professional commitment based on the components of self-leadership among the employees of a medical science university. Methods. The current applied research utilized a descriptive-correlational design. The statistical population of the employees of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences (northwest of Iran) was 976. Of this amount, 276 individuals were estimated as the statistical sample based on Cochran's formula and were randomly selected. Data were collected randomly through a questionnaire. In this study, structural equation modeling based on PLS3 software was used to test the hypotheses. Results. The results indicated that the components of self-leadership-visualization of successful performance, personal goal setting, self-rewarding, evaluation of beliefs and assumptions, personal observation, focusing on natural rewards, and self-guidance had a positive effect on professional commitment among the employees of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. What is more, the components of self-leadership positively predicted professional commitment. Conclusion. Strengthening the components of self-leadership among employees will lead to the improvement of their morale, job satisfaction, and professional commitment, and in general, a better manifestation of lofty goals and a significant increase in the performance of the organization. EATING disorders , *STRUCTURAL models , *ALEXITHYMIA , *CAUSAL models , *RESEARCH personnel - Abstract
The recent research sought to determine a structural model of relations between early maladaptive schemas as an independent variable, appearancebased rejection sensitivity as mediators variables and eating disorders as a dependent variable in non-clinical sample of Education Faculty students in Assiut. The basic sample consisted of 250 (70 male, 180 female, Mean age=21.5year, SD= 0.77). The research instruments were: Young Schema Questionnaire-short form (YSQ -SF), Appearance-RS Scale (Short 10-item version) prepared by Park(2007), The twenty-item Toronto Alexithymia Scale prepared by Bagby etal.(1994), The Eating Pathology Symptoms Inventory prepared by Forbush etal.(2013). The researcher translated these instruments. The results of the research indicated that there were statistically significant positive correlations between research variables. Early maladaptive schemas predicted significantly with other variables. There were statistically significant differences between higher and lower early maladaptive schemas regarding appearance based-rejection sensitivity, Alexithymia and all subscales of alexithymia except externally-oriented thinking and most of subscales of eating pathology symptoms except cognitive restraint, purging and muscle building in favor of higher early maladaptive schemas. There were two suggested structural models to causal relationships between research variables. The goodfit indexes to the two suggested structural models were good and appropriate. The appearance -based rejection sensitivity and alexithymia partially mediated the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and eating disorders. The findings were discussed regarding the theoretical and practical implications and related studies along with suggestions for future research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

SUSTAINABLE tourism , *HERITAGE tourism , *STRUCTURAL models , *SOCIOCULTURAL factors , *MASS media - Abstract
Community-based tourism is an approach to achieving sustainable tourism that focuses on community productivity. Being productive in the context of a society in the field of community-based tourism requires active participation, which is greatly influenced by the cultural atmosphere of the society. For this purpose, the present study has identified and prioritized the cultural challenges of tourism stakeholder participation in Iran. Initially, nine major challenges were extracted based on domestic and foreign literature and localized and prioritized using the SWARA method based on the integration of the opinions of seven tourism, urban, and academic affairs experts. Structural relationships between challenges were performed using interpretive structural modeling, in which challenges were balanced at five levels. The DEMATEL method was used to confirm the results. According to the findings of the present study, among the cultural challenges of community-based tourism, the inefficiency of mass media and lack of sense of belonging had the most impact and lack of trust and limited interactions, ambiguity, and indifference of individuals had the most interaction with other challenges, respectively. Entrepreneurs need to develop marketing strategies and tools that go beyond conventional customer definitions and target any organization or individual that can have a positive impact on a venture entrepreneurial business. In this sense, one of the important roles of entrepreneurial marketing is to focus on its impact on the brand of an organization and the entrepreneurial organizational culture. Assessing the existing backgrounds, a lack of research in this field is felt especially about the mediating role of entrepreneurial organizational culture. The present study is descriptive-correlation based on the applied purpose and based on the nature and method. In the analysis of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test results, the data distribution was not normal; therefore, Smart Pls software was used for the data analysis. The PLS method for fitting and evaluating the validity of structural equation models covers three parts. Fitting of measurement models, fit of structural model, fit of general model. The results showed that the conceptual model has a good fit. Also, to test the research hypotheses, the path coefficient and statistical value of t were used, all of which were confirmed, and we concluded that the entrepreneurial marketing mix has an effect on the brand of the organization and entrepreneurial culture Entrepreneurship affects the relationship between the entrepreneurial marketing mix and the brand of the organization. STUDENT well-being , *STRUCTURAL models , *STANDARD deviations , *COLLEGE students , *ACADEMIC achievement , *WELL-being - Abstract
The aim of the current research is to establish a structural model for the relationships and impacts between academic well-being and both: perfectionism, academic resilience, and achievement for university students. The main sample of the research consisted of (229) students (106 male, 123 female) from King Khalid University students in Abha, and their average age was (19.83) with a standard deviation (1.97). The empirical data supported the validity of the proposed structural model of relations and direct and indirect effects between academic well-being and both: perfectionism, academic resilience, and achievement among university students. The results also showed that: there is an average level of academic well-being among the sample members; there are no significant differences in academic well-being between male and female students. In addition, there are significant differences in academic perfection and academic resilience according to the gender. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

PSYCHOMETRICS , *STRUCTURAL models , *INDEPENDENT variables , *COLLEGE students , *HARDNESS - Abstract
The study aimed to detect the level of mind habits of university students, as well as to know the differences between males and females in the study variables, investigating the relationship between both habits of mind, problemsolving skills, high-order thinking and psychological hardness among university students, and to explore the best structural model that explains the causal relationships between mind habits as an independent variable, problemsolving skills, high-order thinking as intermediate variables, and the psychological hardness of the study sample. The sample of the basic study consisted of (485) male and female college students. They responded to the mind habits scale, the high-order thinking scale, the problem-solving skills scale and the psychological hardness scale. the students have a medium level of all mental habits and total score of mind habits. Results also indicated that there are no significant differences between males and females in the study variables. While, there is a positive correlation statistically significant between the scores of both habits of mind and problem-solving skills, high-order thinking and psychological hardness for College student. The results of the study showed the good-of fit of the proposed structural model with the the emperical collected data. Findings. It also revealed the direct and indirect positive causal effect of variable habits of mind on high-order thinking, problem-solving skills and psychological hardness. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

ACADEMIC achievement , *PATH analysis (Statistics) , *STRUCTURAL models , *CAUSAL models , *ACHIEVEMENT , *EMOTIONS , *DIRECT action - Abstract
The current research aims at suggesting a causal structural model for interpreting the relationship between action - state orientation (failure - related action orientation AOF, decision - related action orientation AOD, performance - related action orientation AOP) and achievement emotions (positive activating, negative activating, negative deactivating) and academic achievement among university students, and examining the differences between students in action - state orientation (failure - related action orientation AOF, decision - related action orientation AOD, performance - related action orientation AOP) according to gender (male/female). The research sample consists of (256) male and female students at faculty of education Tanta university. The research used the following tools: Achievement emotions scale (edited by the researcher), Action Control Scale (ACS-90) developed by (Diefendorff, Hall, Lord & Strean, 2000) and translated into Arabic by the researcher, to measure the current research variables. The current research used the Path Analysis Technique and concluded with a best structural model that matches the correlations between the research variables. The results were as follows: Action - state orientation (failure - related action orientation AOF, decision - related action orientation AOD, performance - related action orientation AOP) has direct positive significant statistical effect on positive activating achievement emotions. Action - state orientation (failure - related action orientation AOF, decision - related action orientation AOD, performance - related action orientation AOP) has direct negative significant statistical effect on negative activating and deactivating achievement emotions. Positive activating achievement emotions has direct positive significant statistical effect on academic achievement. Negative deactivating achievement emotions has direct negative significant statistical effect on academic achievement. Negative activating achievement emotions has direct negative no significant statistical effect on academic achievement. Action - state orientation (failure - related action orientation AOF, decision - related action orientation AOD, performance - related action orientation AOP) has indirect positive significant statistical effect from (positive activating, negative deactivating) achievement emotions on academic achievement. Failure - related action orientation AOF has direct negative significant statistical effect on academic achievement. There are significant statistical differences between males and females in action - state orientation (failure - related action orientation AOF, decision - related action orientation AOD) in favor of the former. There are no significant differences between males and females in performance - related action orientation AOP. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
