The study was aimed to produce silver nanoparticles using catechin and Apigenin each a lone as a reducing and coverage also to investigate the anti- oxidant effects of catechin – silver nanoparticles and Apigenin silver nanoparticles on some biochemicals parameters in blood serum, Liver and kidney tissue in hydrogen peroxide – exposed rats. Scanning Electron Microscope was used to investigate the morphology and size of synthesized silver nanoparticles. (36) adults male rats were randomly and equally divided into three groups (3 rat/ group). Group (1): control group received drinking water and standard diet only, given (I) for catichin – AgNPS and (VI) for Apigenin – AgNPS. Group (2): received (%0.5H2O2) with drinking water only for 4 weeks, given (II) for catechin – Apigenin and (VII) for Apigenin - AgNPS. Group (3): received tap water and standard diet and given (50mg/kg) catechin – AgNPS, given (V) and (50mg/kg) Apigenin - AgNPS, given (X). Result showed a significant decrease (P≤0.05) in GSH level and a significant increase in MDA livel in blood serum, liver and kidney tissue of rats. The treatment with catichin – AgNPS, Apigenin - AgNPS.each a lone lead to positive effect of oxidative damage through the significant increasing (P≤0.05) in GSH level and significant decrease (P≤0.05) in MDA level in blood serum, liver and tissue of rats. Gelatin is one of the most common natural macromolecules which is extensively used for preparing the nanoparticles. In the present study, type B gelatin-based nanoparticles were prepared using a twostep desolvation method and to optimize the nanoparticles, gelatin concentration, consumed acetone, temperature, and stirring speed were examined. Subsequently, vitamin D3 was encapsulated in obtained nanoparticles. Findings of the study indicated that the most optimum conditions for producing the nanoparticles with 20 mg/ml gelatin concentration were 15 ml acetone consumed volume, 40 °temperature and 1000 rpm stirring speed. The size of a produced particle under these conditions was reported as 88.6 nanometers. Also, the morphology of the obtained nanoparticle was spherical with a smooth surface which was observable through the scanning electron microscope. The size of the afore-mentioned particle increased to 177.2 nanometers followed by the addition of vitamin D3 to the produced nanoparticle which represents the encapsulation of the nanoparticle. Amorphous steel slag was blended with different concentrations of waste glass (20, 40, 50, 60, 70 wt.%) and SiC to obtain a composite. According to Hot Stage Microscopy images, slag-glass composite contractions started at 1050 ºC. scanning electron microscope micrographs of slag-SiC (foaming agent) composite revealed tunnel-like porosities of 500 to 1000 microns. Gaseous products of carbide decomposition led to the formation of these tunnel-like porosities. By adding up to 50 wt. % of waste glass to this composite and sintering at 1200 ° C, the size of cavities decreased by 10 times and achieved 50 microns to form spherical cavities. By increasing glass content, the total porosity of slag-glass-SiC increased to 80 wt.% followed by a decrease in the strength to 3.2 MPa. Having an overall density of 0.8 g/cm3, the slag-glass composite could be classified as a porous foam material. Pseudo Waltonite phase was also detected in this composite after sintering. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of glycyrol (tri-dentate, GLY) and ethylenediamine (doubledentate clay, en) chelating agents on phase and morphology changes of spinel nanoparticles synthesized by sol-gel method. Characterization of samples was performed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field-emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) equipped with energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDX). The results showed that both samples synthesized with GLY and en contain cubic spinel phase. The sample synthesized with ethylenediamine has a pyramidal morphology with particle size in the range of 20-25 nm whereas the specimen prepared with glycerol is spherical with particle size in the range of 20-25 nm. Were studied external structure of parasite Octolasmis sp and Balanus sp affecting crab blue swimmer water Gulf - Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia using the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and recorded the study was to study the regions of the peduncle and cervical in the parasite Octolasmis sp shown to covering surface of the body with hold arranged in the form of tapes and the cervicalis characterized as a pleated cover the same nipples and different from the rest of the body and that the capitulum and the cirriform appendages cover the thorns of different lengths, while the rest of the body covered by granules and the study showed also that the parasite Barnacles Sea Balanus sp there is in the form of personnel adjacent to the body host of different sizes in the areas of paper and legs chelicera in both males and females. And the body of the parasite is installed on the body of crab by the baseband (the area of strabismus Femip crab), which contains six appendices cirris, as well as the body of Balanus sp have calcareous structure .
