Tuna grahita merupakan sebutan lain dari down syndrome, tunagrahita adalah kelainan pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Retardasi mental atau disabilitas intelektual terjadi sejak bayi bahkan saat masih dalam kandungan yang disebabkan oleh faktor biologis, faktor fungsional, kadang disertai dengan cacat fisik. Jumlah anak berkebutuhan khusus terus meningkat termasuk di Aceh. Hal inilah yang membuat peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran optimisme pada ibu yang memiliki anak tunagrahita dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling, umlah sampel 104 ibu yang memiliki anak tuna grahita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat optimisme pada ibu dengan anak tuna grahita di Kota Lhoksemawe pada 104 responden diketahui tingkat optimisme pada ibu dengan anak tuna grahita di Kota Lhokseumawe tersebut paling dominan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan responden sebanyak 89 orang. Selanjutnya diikuti pada kategori rendah dengan jumlah 15 orang. Kemudian hasil kategori responden yang memiliki optimisme yang tinggi pada tingkat usia yaitu dewasa awal berjumlah 78 orang. Berdasarkan hasil kategori responden yang memiliki optimisme yang tinggi pada tingkat pekerjaan yaitu ibu tidak berekerja berjumlah 69 orang, pada kategori rendah 1 orang. Pada tingkat pekerjaan yang berkerja yang memiliki kategori tinggi berjumlah 33 orang, dan pada kategori rendah 1 orang.

Abstrak This research responds to the lack of previous studies on trust mediation in the utilization of services by Muslim-friendly Make Up Artists (MUAs). The primary innovation lies in the addition of the Religious Commitment variable as a key element influencing consumer trust in MUAs focusing on religious values. Employing a quantitative and Islamic economic approach, the trust variable is considered a mediator. The results of data analysis from 200 respondents who completed the questionnaire, using SEM-PLS, indicate that Religious Commitment, Ability, and Integrity have a positive and significant impact on Trust, while Benevolence does not have a significant influence. Furthermore, Religious Commitment also positively influences the usage of services by Muslim-friendly MUAs, whereas Ability, Benevolence, and Integrity do not significantly affect service usage. These findings provide crucial insights into understanding the factors influencing trust and the utilization of services by Muslim-friendly MUAs, offering a foundation for beauty industry practitioners to devise more effective marketing strategies by considering consumers' religious values. Abstrak Penelitian ini menanggapi ketidaktersediaan penelitian sebelumnya mengenai mediasi trust dalam penggunaan jasa Make Up Artist (MUA) ramah muslim. Inovasi utamanya adalah penambahan variabel Komitmen Keagamaan sebagai elemen kunci yang memengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen terhadap MUA yang berfokus pada nilai-nilai keagamaan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan ekonomi Islam, variabel trust dianggap sebagai mediator. Hasil analisis data dari 200 responden yang mengisi angket, menggunakan SEM-PLS, menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Keagamaan, Ability, dan Integrity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Trust, sementara Benevolence tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Selanjutnya, Komitmen Keagamaan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap Penggunaan Jasa MUA ramah muslim, sementara Ability, Benevolence, dan Integrity tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan krusial dalam pemahaman faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepercayaan dan penggunaan jasa MUA ramah muslim, memberikan landasan bagi pelaku industri kecantikan untuk merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dengan memperhitungkan nilai-nilai keagamaan konsumen. Zat adiktif merupakan zat atau obat yang berasal dari tanaman atau bukan tanaman, baik sintesis maupun semisintesis yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan kesadaran, hilang rasa hingga ketergantungan. Regulasi diri merujuk pada pemikiran, perasaan, tindakan yang terencana dan beradaptasi secara terus menerus untuk mencapai tujun pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran regulasi diri pada siswa SMA dalam mencegah penggunaan zat adiktif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 290 siswa yang berdomisili di kota Lhokseumawe. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis teknik cluster sampling. Analisis data yang menggunakan metode deskriptif persentase menunjukkan bahwa Siswa SMA kota Lhokseumawe memiliki regulasi diri yang tergolong tinggi yaitu sebanyak 123 siswa (42%). Artinya siswa SMA kota Lhokseumawe dapat menetapkan tujuan, menyusun strategi serta mampu melakukan evaluasi. Selanjutnya terdapat 167 siswa (58%) yang memiliki regulasi diri yang rendah dalam mencegah penggunaan zat adikitif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kota Lhokseumawe memiliki tingkat regulasi diri yang rendah terhadap penggunaan zat adiktif dan jika dilihat dari fase regulasi diri, fase yang paling rendah adalah fase performance, dimana siswa belum mampu mengontrol perilakunya sesuai dengan stategi yang telah disusun pada fase forethought.

This article aimed to describe the results of research related to the design of Arabic language learning media using the Plotagon application, as an alternative interactive Arabic learning media which was still very lacking. The research was conducted using research and development (R&D) with the Borg & Gall Model development model. The research results showed that based on the validation results of the Arabic language learning media using the Plotagon application by material experts, which included learning aspects and material content aspects, an average score of 4.62 (very good) was obtained with feasibility test results of 92.5%. Meanwhile, the assessment from media experts, encompassing appearance aspects and programming aspects, obtained an average score of 4.70 (very good) with a feasibility result of 94.19%. Consequently, the Arabic language learning media based on the Plotagon application proved to be suitable for use. The utilization of Plotagon animation in learning speaking skills made it easier for students to comprehend the material and increased students’ enthusiasm and motivation. Based on the results of data processing, it was evident that the developed Plotagon animation could be used in the learning process.

Model kooperatif Think Pair Share merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat apakah model pembelajaran Think Pair Share dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar PAI siswa. Metode ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas VIII 9 berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, Â angket, dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa penerapan model kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share menunjukkan adanya peningkatan terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa yaitu siklus I diperoleh persentase sebesar 60,22%. Aktivitas belajar siswa siklus II diperoleh 91,47% maka keaktifan siswa selama proses tindakan mengalami peningkatan 31,25% dengan kategori sangat baik. Motivasi belajar siswa pada saat prasiklus, siklus I, dan siklus II dengan persentase pra siklus sebesar 13,33% siswa kurang termotivasi dan meningkat pada siklus I mencapai persentase 30% dengan kategori termotivasi. Pada siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan persentase menjadi 63,33% kategori termotivasi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut meningkat dari siklus I dan Siklus II secara signifikan sebesar 93,33% sehingga mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditentukan. Kesimpulannya bahwa model pembelajaran Think Pair Share secara efektif dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan dalam pengembangan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share khususnya dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Narcotics, Alcohol, Psychotropics and Addictive Substances (NAPZA) are the causes of human anxiety disorders, a psychological, pedagogical and physical disorder that affects an individual's existence in social life. The presence of Islamic boarding schools is a forum for rehabilitating drug users spiritually which affects their spiritual and physical health. The purpose of this research is to find an effective drug rehabilitation model design through a religious approach in Islamic boarding schools as reference for policy makers in implementing the drug rehabilitation model. This research was conducted at Ar-Rahman Islamic Boarding School Palembang, Tetirah Dzikir Islamic Boarding School Yogyakarta, Al-Islamy Kulon Progo Islamic Boarding School, Hafara Yogyakarta Rehabilitation Institution, Ainul Yakin Gunung Kidul Islamic Boarding School, and Utsman Bin Affan Qur'anic Healing Riau Islamic Boarding School which implements the concept of a rehabilitation Islamic boarding school with religious power in it. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used consist of primary data sources through in-depth interviews with managers of rehabilitation Islamic boarding schools, National Narcotics Agency, victims of drug users, communities around Islamic boarding schools. Secondary data sources are in the form of guidelines for the management of drug rehabilitation Islamic boarding schools and reports on the rehabilitation process. The data analysis technique refers to the concept of Miles and Huberman with the stages of domain analysis, tacsonomic analysis, componential analysis, discovery cultural themes. The results of this study indicate that religiosity power therapy is proven to be able to rehabilitate drug users through the stages of activities in it in the form of qur'anic healing, verbal-careful-deed dhikr, night prayers, congregational prayers, safar, pilgrimages, bathing in repentance, spiritual rituals, seminars and religious motivation. The sociopedagogical form of religiosity power therapy model practiced in these six Islamic boarding schools starts from the initial acceptance which includes registration, rapid test, urine test and service orientation of the intake program. Then proceed with the program orientation with detoxification or stabilization, exercise, rest, and health checks. In the next stage, the patient can join the program, namely joining the rehabilitation program from community therapy, spiritual therapy, psychological therapy, social therapy, and medical therapy. Or after the toxification is complete, you can also choose another alternative, namely outpatient care. The program then underwent a recognition period and program re-entry by providing skills, both soft skills and hard skills. And the last is the complete program determined by the counselor to be able to go home. Theoretically-practically, the results of this study contribute to the importance of collaborative therapeutic practice between medical, religious-practice, and pedagogical for drug victims. For policy makers, it can be considered as a way of providing moral and material support to educational institutions/drug rehabilitation institutes, so that these community institutions can function more in solving drug-related problems.

Language activities are part of the linguistic environment as means of teaching Arabic. As for the linguistic environment, it has an important role in the acquisition of language by linguistic activities in it. This language activity program in an innovative way is a solution for educational institutions that have difficulty in making students able to achieve four language skills and stimulate students to think flexibly, fluently and innovatively. The approach used in this research is the qualitative approach. The results of this research are the things that need attention and improvement in the implementation of innovative language activities, which are the innovation of the teacher, the innovation of the teacher is the main requirement in the development of students' motivation and innovation. The innovative teacher will provide innovative inspiration to students with different stimuli to train students' innovation. If the teacher is good at motivating students to study seriously. Students who are already motivated, will develop their innovation during the classroom learning process. Teacher innovation is required during the education process. Innovative education will make students more attention and ability to better develop their material.

The learning model is an essential element in the learning process. Many studies state that the Numbered Heads Together is a learning model that has proven effective in increasing student interest and learning outcomes in various materials. However, not much research has revealed the effectiveness of NHT in language learning, especially in Arabic. Therefore, the researchers want to explore the efficacy of the NHT learning model in improving Arabic learning outcomes on nahwu material. This study aims to explain the effectiveness of using the Numbered Heads Together cooperative learning model in enhancing learning outcomes of nahwu material. The research design used was the Experiment posttest-only control design. The sample divided into two classes was all second-grade students of KMI PP Khadimul Ummah Riau. The data collection method used tests, while the data analysis method used the t-test and SPSS 16. The results of the data analysis in this study were: (1) posttest on experimental class students with minimum value of 65, maximum value of 100, and mean of 83.00. The minimum posttest results for control class students were 53, the top score was 90, and the mean was 74.26. (2) The results of this study indicated that Sig. (2-tailed) from the Mann-Whitney Test was 0.003 0.05. From these data, NHT cooperative learning significantly influences the learning outcomes of second-grade students at Khodimul Ummah Riau Islamic Boarding School.

The ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized at various precursor concentrations i.e. 0.05, 0.1, and 0.5 M by biosynthesis method based on Pometia pinnata Leaf Extracts. Initial nanoparticle concentration influenced the optical bandgap, shape, and structure of nanoparticles. The photodegradation process was carried out under UV illumination. The efficiency of MB degradation was determined by measuring the decrease in MB concentration and by analyzing the optical absorption at 663 nm recorded by UV-Vis spectroscopy. Results showed that the biosynthesized ZnO nanoparticles exhibited efficient photodegradation of MB, with a maximum degradation rate of 80% after 90 minutes of exposure to UV-C light. The study highlights the potential of Pometia pinnata leaf extracts as a low-cost and eco-friendly alternative for synthesizing ZnO nanoparticles for use in environmental remediation processes

In the Al-Qur'an itself, it is explained that the best people to form a more humanistic and tolerant human civilization "you are the best of mankind born to man, called on the ma 'ruf, shut out the munkar, and put faith in Allah. If the book of faith were possible, it would have been better for them; Some were believers, and most were wicked." (Q.S Ali Imran [3]: 110). This method is community-based research (CBR), a scientific discovery that many children want to study religion. From this activity, it has been found that creating positive reforms in especially small communities through CBR's activities going well, this can be seen in the competition of research teams at the end of activities that make a growing religious presence and a habit in the future for them to do well.

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between leadership and work discipline on PT employees' performance. Indah Logistik Cargo Pematangsiantar Branch, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a sample of 30 respondents data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results are that leadership and work discipline positively and significantly affect employee performance with the regression equation Y = 38.737 + 0.095 X1 + 0.149 X2 + e. Hypothesis testing is obtained if the calculated F value > F table or (3.412 > 3.34). It is also strengthened by a significant probability of 0.048 < 0.05. Thus H0 is rejected, and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence simultaneously and partially between leadership and work discipline on PT employees' performance. Indah Logistics Cargo Pematangsiantar Branch.

The purpose of this article is to design the holistic evaluation in teaching reading. Assessment plays an important role in education process. Good evaluation is essential for good education and good learning. The evaluation of reading material is able to depict the faults and advantages of a reading instruction program. Also, students are able to know the level of their ability and absorption of reading materials from the assessment. The research method used is the library method. Assessment is an important part of teaching reading. So far, there are still found some designs of reading assessment which are not integrated and comprehensive, identical to the theory of reading comprehension including literal reading, interpretive reading, critical reading, and creative reading. As a result of this research, the design of the reading assessment is based upon the teaching and learning process (the daily calendar) or the so-called formative evaluation and an evaluation that is based at the end of the lecture in the form of midterm exams and final exams, or what is called a final evaluation. The evaluation design has two types comprising the practice evaluation and the written evaluation.

The aim of this study is to determine the use of Arabic learning multimedia based on Visual Learning in increasing student’s activity and learning outcomes. This research used Classroom Action Research Method. Which carried out in two cycles. The results of this study showed an improvement in Arabic language skills. Which proven by the result in first cycle that the average activity of female students was 49%, and the results of the test scores reached 5.75. The results of the second cycle rose as expected, the average activity of female students was 75%, and the results of the test scores attained at 7.05. Thus, multimedia visual learning is fit to be used as a medium in learning Arabic, that improve Arabic language skills.

This article discusses the problematics of Arabic learning. IAIN Curup Arabic Study Program students one of them is seen from the low competence of al-istima 'wa al-kalam students. The purpose of this study is to look at the competence of al-istima 'wa al-kalam students by using film media in learning al-istima' wa al-kalam, then the strategies used and the obstacles found in the learning process of al-istima 'wa al-kalam with film media. This research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the competence of al-istima 'wa al-kalam students was seen from the indicators of the achievement of al-istima' competence of wa al-kalam using film media divided into three categories of high, medium and low categories. From 34 students in the high category and currently dominating the ability of students who are aimed at 30% or as many as 12 students get high categories, 56% or as many as 19 students in the medium category, while 14% or 4 students are in the low category. The strategy of using film media in learning al-istima 'wa al-kalam uses several activities including grouping students in determining films to be discussed, screening films, collecting vocabulary that appears, reinterpreting films both oral and written. As for the obstacles faced in the use of film media in learning al-istima 'wa al-kalam namely the storyline and communication in the film are too fast so it needs to be repeated the screening of films in each episode as well as obstacles in technical matters such as constraints in facilities and infrastructure in the inadequate language laboratory.

To realize Arabic learning based on local wisdom, the vocabulary contained in the material should be directed to vocabulary related to local wisdom or the characteristics and potential of the region in the local area. This research aims to explain the forms of integration the local wisdom of Kerinci area in Arabic learning, both in listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. So far, Arabic learning materials still expose vocabulary found only in Middle East Countries. For them who never seen and heard for the first time the vocabulary certainly feels strange, so it requires more treatment in giving understanding to students. This research is a library research through the stages of collecting data, identifying, understanding, analyzing, and determining. The results of this research indicate that to integrating the local wisdom of Kerinci region in Arabic learning can be done by modifying the content of the subject matter, which includes the forms of local wisdom possessed by Kerinci region in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. This is done so that the knowledge gained by students is not only in the mastery of Arabic vocabulary and grammar, but also in the knowledge of the natural surroundings such as, Kerinci Folk Songs, Kerinci Folk Stories, Kerinci Tourism, and so forth. So that sense of belonging and nationalism can be formed in the young generation who are Arabic learning.

Nahwu is a very important science in learning Arabic because it contains Arabic rules and grammar. So far there are still many Arabic language learners who have not understood the foundation of the formation of nahwu. This article aims to examine more about the foundation of the established nahwu science. The method used in this study is the library research method, which is a series of activities relating to the method of collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. The results of this study are that the nahwu rules that we have known so far are not necessarily available and available, but have been formulated with hard work and high precision by nahwu experts through four sources are the sama ', ijma’, qiyas and istishab.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the school library management information system at SMP Al Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method where data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The research samples were the principal, the head of the library and the library staff. The results showed that the library of SMP Al Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung has implemented a library management information system called BAMBO MEDIA. Implementations that are carried out ranging from processing, borrowing to the process of returning books have implemented a library management information system. with the implementation of the system well, it facilitates the process of managing the library in SMP Al Azhar 3 Bandar.

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in the fifth grade mathematics subject at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdlatul Ulama Bululawang in statistics material. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes through the inquiry method. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that in the cognitive domain in the first cycle the class average reaches 69 with a completeness percentage of 65%. In cycle II the class average increased to 76 with the percentage of completeness of 74%. Whereas in the psychomotor domain in the first cycle an average of 88 with a completeness percentage of 78% and in the second cycle an average of increased to 95 with a percentage of 87% completeness. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the inquiry method can improve student learning outcomes.

University of Darussalam Gontor is a university that pays attention to the Arabic language. One of them is to make Arabic as the official language which should be applied by all the students at all levels. But in the matriculation classes at this university, teachers still use Indonesian language in teaching. They still use the old method, so that the coed is not excited in the classroom. Then, the researcher want to implement the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) strategy on Arabic material in order to improve the activity and learning outcomes of students Non-graduate of Kulliyyatul Muallimin al-Islamiyah class B in Arabic lessons at the University of Darussalam Gontor For Girls 2019/2020. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK). The implementation of the strategy of Student Team Achievement Divisions has achieved increased interest and learning outcomes in Arabic subjects.

Students who choose to continue their studies in the IAIN Arabic education study program Curup face difficulties in learning Arabic. One of the difficulties faced is the difficulty in understanding Arabic reading, the feeling of being bored and the lack of a communicative atmosphere in learning. This in turn results in their ability to read Arabic. one of the solutions that must be done by the IAIN Curup Arabic education study program to overcome the above problems is by evaluating and improving the muthala'ah curriculum, in which one of the elements of the curriculum is the learning goal. The method used in this study is qualitative. In accordance with the problems studied, this study uses a case study. Choose a case study design because the study focuses on one program, namely reading comprehension. The results of this study are that the muthala'ah learning objectives in the Arabic IAIN Curup education study program include literal reading, interpretive reading, critical reading and creative reading consisting of competency standards and basic competencies.

The learning process cannot be separated from the use of teaching materials that play a role to achieve the competencies that must be achieved by the learners. The purpose of this research is to identify the developmental stages of Predict Observe Explain (POE)-based thematic teaching materials, quality, and effectiveness of teaching materials to improve the learners' learning outcomes. This is a research and development technique. The development of this product is done through the design model of ADDIE learning system, i.e. (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, (5) and evaluation. The results show that the POE-based thematic teaching materials has excellent quality on aspects of graphics and material with the score 4,52 and score 4,75 respectively from the aspects of readability, linguistic, and presentation according to the learners as the users of the product. Furthermore, the effectiveness test results show that the average class score that does not use POE-based thematic materials is 75,72, whereas that using POE thematic materials is 82,08. Therefore, the average score in the experimental class is higher than the control one. The Sig. shows 0,010 0,05, then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. It is concluded that there is a significant value difference between the control and experimental class.

This study was conducted to determine the absorption of graduates of the Department Economics and Islamic Finance, and the perception of the management of the Department Economics and Islamic Finance, and perception of Islamic finance practitioners of human resources with the approach of Alignment Index (AI) and exploratory. Human resources in the Islamic financial industry to apply the philosophy of ihsân at work. Philosophy of ihsan make human resources in Islamic finance industry becomes a subject not an object in the company’s operations so that a positive impact on the work environment that can increase the performance of the company or the Islamic finance industry. The results showed absorption graduates of the Department Economics and Islamic finance to Islamic finance industry in Sumatra below 40%. There is a difference in perception between the Islamic financial industry practitioners with management of the Department Economics and Islamic Finance about human resource. Practitioners of Islamic finance industry has a perception that human resource of Islamic financial institutions must have high competence, good soft skills and hard skills. The Department of Economics and Islamic Finance have the perception regarding human resources focus to understand the hard skills.

Writing well is not just an option for young people – it is necessary. They need writing skill as one of predicator of academic success and a basic requirement for participation in civic life. Seeing writing skill as one of important skill to be a well comprehended by young people, include students, writing appears as nightmare for struggling writers. Likewise, they often waste most of their time just for starting to write. This paper is intended to find out the students’ ability in writing paragraph of argumentative essay particularly in writing the introductory paragraph, general statements and thesis statement. The Effect of Trading Activity on the Sharia Return Share Company Listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) During 2012-2014. This article is aimed at investigating whether trade activities such as frequency, volume, trading day where simultaneously and partially affected to sharia companies stock return listed on JII period 2012-2014. The samples of this study were 17 companies during three periods. The results of the research showed that (1) trading frequency, trading volume, and trading day were simultaneously affected to the syariah companies return stock at alpha 1%, (2) trading frequency was affected positively but it was not significant to the syariah companies, (3) trading volume was affected significantly positive to the syariah companies at alpha 1%, (4) trading day was affected positively but it was not significant to the syariah companies stock return, (5) the capability of trading frequency, trading volume, and trading day simultaneously affected syariah companies listed on JII period 2012-2014 was 17, 8%, and (6) the capability of trading volume partially affected syariah companies stock return listed on JII period 2012-201 was 22, 6%.

Working ooutside the home (public space) is important for women. For women who work outside she will be more flexible in the budgeting the financial the needs of her children, self, and others. what ever the motivations are, women who work in public spaces, provide significant contribution for themsel ves and their families. often women should undergo double job, household and public works. is there a basic in Islamic teachings that allow women to work ? al-qur'an verses (al-Qashash 23 and al-Nisa 32) clearly state women should work outside either independently or in groups, in private or government agency, day or night, as long as the work is conducted in a dignified atmosphere, the women are able to maintain what is taught by the religion and they can avoid the negative impact of the job either for themselves or their environment.
