The article aimed to reveal the international tensions towards the Syrian crisis and the Russian role in the crisis 2010/2022. The case study methodology, the role methodology, and the political decision-making methodology were used. The Syrian crisis and the positions of different countries regarding it were reviewed. Among the most prominent results: Russia is aware of the importance of Keeping the regime in Syria as the best way to achieve its strategic and vital interests and to return forcefully to the international arena as an active element in bringing about a balance between forces in light of the American retreat in the Middle East, and that there can be no solution to the Syrian crisis except with the presence of the Russian side, I disagreed The orientations of the presidents in Russia are between those who support Russia's political and economic openness in the international system, like President Putin, and those who find it necessary to fall into the arms of the West, like President Yeltsin. The Tunisian experience represented a real exception in the paths and outcomes of the Arab Spring. It formed a model that could be emulated in the transition from unilateral authoritarian authority to popular legitimacy, pluralism, and democracy. Still, the structural and foundational nature of the crises of the democratic transition in Tunisia made the experiment stall and return to the starting point by creating crises. In light of the importance of the Tunisian scene in influencing the Maghreb and Arab regional environment, this report came to study the Tunisian situation in the shades of the exceptional decisions of President Qais Saied. And to identify the leading causes, backgrounds, and actors that move this scene, the determinants of the future of the Tunisian political scene, and the expected scenarios. The report indicated three possible scenarios for verification regarding the future of the Tunisian political scene; The détente scenario, the explosion scenario, the static scenario. The three scenarios are moving in the direction of each other. The report suggested that Tunisia would exit the static scenario in the direction of the détente scenario under pressure from the minimum indicators and manifestations mentioned in the explosion scenario to avoid it in a not-so-distant time. The report concluded that no matter how Tunisians and many regional and international powers differ in describing the procedures taken by president Bin Saied. But the point that the most agree on is the existence of a real crisis in Tunisia that threatens the presence of the state and the reality of legitimate fears that the temporary situation will turn into a permanent one. The report also recommended the need to organize a broad and inclusive political and societal dialogue (Tunisian - Tunisian), to discuss the crisis and agree on the mechanisms for exiting from it, in addition to launching a road map that begins with setting the deadlines for procedures that have been extended to indefinitely. Following President Donald Trump's decision to relocate the US Embassy to Jerusalem in December 2017, which disrupted prospects for peace in the region between Palestinians and Israelis, the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) opposed the American unilateralism in sponsoring the peace process, demanding international participation, especially Russian participation, in an international committee to sponsor the peace process with the Israelis. Accordingly, the aim of the research was to examine Russia replacing the United States in sponsoring the peace process. This study also aimed to investigate the nature and trends of the Russian-Israeli relations and compare it with that of the Palestinian Russian relations. Using the qualitative descriptive approach, the study concluded that the Russian relations with Israel are larger and deeper than the Russian-Palestinian relations in various fields. It is noteworthy that the chances of a Russian sponsorship of the peace process in the current period will be high given the rise of Russia's position in the regional and international system and given the clear decline in the role of the US. In order to increase the likelihood of Russian sponsorship of the peace process, the study recommends that the Palestinian National Authority adopt a plan to encourage both economic and security cooperation with Russia firstly, and a PalestinianSyrian rapprochement secondly, and finally to demand the restoration of the role of the Office of the Quartet with Russia as one of its members, with a prominent role in the peace process.
