This essay presents the research analysis of political, social and economic impacts of Islamic teachings on human society. In the arena of Political life, Islam established the supremacy of Allah Almighty. Thus, political violence was abolished from society. It gave the concept of legal ownership instead of apparent ownership. Hence, people got rid of the economic exploitation. It introduced the revolutionary concepts of respect of humanity, freedom of humanity and quality among men and ,thus, uprooted all sort of violence and injustice from the society. It established Muslim Ummah at international level in order to function in accordance with the rules of justice, counselling and merit in the ages to come and ensured basic human rights to uphold justice till the doomsday. It drew distinction between Halal (Allowed) and Harram (Forbidden), it ensured the security to labour and just distribution of wealth. It abolished hunger, poverty, disease and injustice. This system was in practice in its true spirit in the era of Prophet (ﷺ)and the Righteous Caliphate. Till today, it is duty of all of us to implement it and it is implementable. Thus, all constructive, natural and virtuous Islamic Impacts like justice, kindness, health, prosperity and progress have been discussed in this essay in accordance with the principles of research.

The study was aimed to investigate the perceptions of male and female teachers about organizational culture of Paragon City School System Lahore. Teachers who were taught students of grade 4-12 were the population of this study. Sample was comprised of 171 teachers selected through census sampling technique. 43 teachers were male and 128 teachers were female in the sample. A Likert type instrument was developed in which 13 statements were related to tacit assumption, 10 statements with values and 9 statements were relevant to the norms. Reliability of the instrument items was 0.818 which showed that the questionnaire was accurate. Findings of the study indicated that male and female teachers have differences of opinions regarding human nature, human relationships, openness, intimacy, teamwork, support colleagues, and students’ help, is being valued in DHA school system in Lahore. Whereas no significant difference regarding truth and reality, trust, cooperation, criticism on principal, and handling discipline, between male and female teachers. It is recommended that principal would create a school culture where discipline handling, criticism on principal, cooperation and trust between teachers may develop.

The substantive purpose of this study was to identify the effect of using ICT on students' personality development. Population of the study consisted of students of two universitiesof Lahore. Sample of the study comprised randomly selected 242 students. A self-developed and validated instrument was used for data collection. Instrument comprised two sections one contained demographic variables and other statements related to personality development of students. A pilot study was conducted to validate the instrument. The reliability index (cronbach alpha) was .83 which is statistically significant. Data were analyzed through SPSS. t- test was run to identify mean difference in personality development of male and female students. ANOVA was applied to see mean difference in the responses of students, regarding their personality development in different programs. Results showed that use of ICT has a profound effect on Female students' personality. Results of ANOVA revealed that students of BBA department show more effect of ICT on their personality. Recommendations were made on the basis of findings.

Salah satu pemikiran Michel Foucault yang menarik adalah konsepnya tentang kuasa, karena kuasa yang dibawa olehnya berbeda dengan konsep kuasa yang dibawa oleh para pemikir lainnya. Salah satu pembahasan mengenai kuasa dari Michel Foucalt ini ialah konsep disiplin tubuh. Disiplin Tubuh merupakan suatu usaha dalam menguasai tubuh subjek untuk kemudian didisiplinkan agar menjadi individu yang berguna melalui berbagai praktek tanpa disadari oleh subjek tersebut. Praktek relasi kuasa dalam disiplin tubuh tersebut dapat dilihat pada beberapa tempat, aktifitas dan instansi, salah satuya ialah Pesantren. Kajian dalam tulisan ini mencoba untuk menggambarkan bagaimana terjadinya proses relasi kuasa terkait dengan pendisiplinan tubuh yang ada dalam kehidupan Pondok Kebon Jambu Al-Islamy Pesantren Babakan Ciwaringin dengan menggunakan konsep disiplin tubuh dari Michel Foucault. Praktek pendisiplinan tubuh yang ada di Pondok Kebon Jambu Pesantren Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon terbentuk melalui beberapa konsep yang saling terbagi dan saling menguatkan, diantaranya adalah: Pengawasan secara hierarkis, normalisasi, dan terakhir adalah ujian.

Incorporating Nation’s vocabulary classification, this study investigates the translation and semantic shifts of Islam-related vocabulary in the abstracts of undergraduate and postgraduate theses. A corpus of 810 English and Bahasa Indonesia abstracts, sampled from a total of 1,928, was analyzed using Antwordprofiler and Antconc software. Findings indicate that translation strategies employed include phonetic alteration, pure borrowing, and one-to-one translation. Specifically, loanwords of Arabic origin were predominantly translated using pure borrowing, with some phonetic and/or orthographic modification in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. The translated vocabulary primarily consisted of Arabic-origin words with Bahasa Indonesia orthographic adaptations rather than their original Arabic forms. Additionally, semantic shifts were observed in the adoption of Islam-related Arabic vocabulary into Bahasa Indonesia. This is attributed to 1) the introduction of Quranic meanings, often differing from the common understanding of Arabic words at the time of the Quran’s revelation, and 2) modifications to accommodate the traditions of Indonesian local Muslim communities. The implications of this study highlight the need for translators to be aware of the cultural and religious contexts that influence semantic shifts. Moreover, this research underscores the importance of understanding the dynamic nature of language in the context of religious texts, which can lead to more accurate and culturally sensitive translations.

The purpose of this study is to describe the second language acquisition of a child case study conducted through YouTube social media. Children who have not mastered the language can use YouTube media. This research uses qualitative and descriptive methodology. This study concentrates on basic vocabulary, namely nouns or animal names, as well as basic numeralia, namely numbers 1 to 10. The results of this study show that YouTube has a relevant impact on children's second language acquisition. Nonetheless, YouTube media does not absolutely depict the role of humans in language education and learning. The implications of this research can lead to the development of more innovative and effective learning methods to support Arabic language acquisition in early childhood. The utilization of YouTube media can be an inspiration to develop learning strategies that are more interesting and in accordance with the characteristics of child development

Sejarah perkembangan ekonomi Islam tentunya tidak luput dari pemikiran-pemikiran ekonomi dimasa lalu. Kegiatan ekonomi yang menggunakan sistem ekonomi Islam semakin berkembang diberbagai wilayah manca negara termasuk negara Indonesia. Teori ekonomi Islam tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa pemikiran tokoh-tokoh yang telah berpartisipasi terhadap prinsip-prinsip ekonomi. Dalam sejarah umat Islam banyak tokoh-tokoh yang membahas persoalan ekonomi dengan beberapa pemikiran yang turut membangun konsep teori-teori ekonomi. Salah satu tokoh cendikiawan terbesar ialah Ibnu Khaldun yang telah memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap pembangunan ekonomi didunia. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan mengkaji konsep pemikiran ekonomi Ibnu Khaldun dan penerapannya terhadap pasar Terong Makassar. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian yang menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan dan studi pustaka, dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Penelitian tersebut dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang berbagai aspek yang berkaitan dengan persoalan penelitian dan dilakukan dengan menelaah buku-buku, jurnal, ataupun sumber-sumber lainnya yang sesuai dengan pembahasan dan bertujuan untuk menarik kesimpulan tentang pemikiran ekonomi Islam Ibnu Khaldun terhadap penerapannya dipasar. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran ekonomi Ibnu Khaldun juga dipakai dalam transaksi jual beli didalam pasar Terong Makassar.

The teaching material is an important element in the implementation of the learning process, as it serves as a source of information and a learning medium. Therefore, teachers should present teaching material that can achieve the learning objectives. Teaching material is one of the components in education that needs to be designed as best as possible, as it helps in designing the direction and goals of the learning process. Thus, designing teaching material is the most crucial aspect of the education and learning process. The teaching of Arabic in several schools, especially at the secondary level, is ineffective and inefficient. This is due to the diverse educational backgrounds of students and their lack of knowledge about the Arabic language. Therefore, there is a need for teaching material that can address these issues. One of the steps to tackle these problems is to innovate in education, and one of the ways is to develop teaching material that caters to the needs of students and the learning objectives. Hence, the aim of this research is to develop Arabic language teaching material to enhance students' speaking skills. The research method employed in this study is Design-Based Research (DBR). The results of this research include the development of Arabic language teaching material through three steps: 1) establishing learning objectives, 2) determining the lesson content, and 3) forming assessments. The validation of the developed Arabic language teaching material by experts, teachers, and students is good.

This study aims to analyze the lexical meaning of the harf jar in Surah Al-Ahqaf. The research method used is library research by collecting data through the study of relevant books, literature, notes, and reports. Data analysis is done through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification to conclude the research results. The results showed that there are 70 lexical meanings of 8 types of harf jar in surah Al-Ahqaf. The harf jar "min" has a lexical meaning of "from" with the number of occurrences 17 times. The jar "ilā" has the lexical meaning of "to, to" with the number of occurrences 6 times. The jar "'an" has the lexical meaning of "from, away from" with 3 occurrences. The jar "alā" has the lexical meaning of "above" with 7 occurrences. The jar "fī" has the lexical meaning of "at, in" with 8 occurrences. The harf jar "ba" has the lexical meaning of "with" with 17 occurrences. The jar "kaf" has the lexical meaning of "like, like" with 2 occurrences. The harf jar "lam" has the lexical meaning of "ownership, share" with 10 occurrences.

This research explores Paulo Freire's perspective on Islamic education and its relevance to the Islamic curriculum in madrasahs in prioritizing moral and ethical values. This report uses a comprehensive approach to analyze Freire's 1972 book, "Pedagogy of the Oppressed" and highlights the importance of Freire's paradigm in Islamic education in Indonesia, especially in madrasah. This paradigm emphasizes the importance of student involvement, active participation, and participation in learning, in line with the objectives of the Islamic curriculum to create critical, creative, and responsible individuals in the 21st century. Integrating Islam into Freire's paradigm can also improve character, morals, and religious values in education. It emphasizes dialogue, participation, and contextual engagement in learning, fostering a sense of responsibility for developing skills and values relevant to the social and cultural context. It is hoped that applying the Freire paradigm and Islamic education in Indonesian education, especially in madrasahs, will lead to a more comprehensive, inclusive, and meaningful education.

Accounting as a complement (tahsiniyat) can turn into a necessity (hajiyat) at the maqashid level. Maqashid sharia is not the most decisive factor in giving birth to sharia economic products that can play a dual role as a tool of social control and socio-economic engineering to realize human benefit, sharia maqashid can provide philosophical and rational dimensions to sharia economic law products that are born in economic ijtihad activities contemporary sharia. Islamic banking, which is growing and developing in the country, is currently increasingly in demand by investors and potential investors. However, the problem is that people do not know how far the performance of Islamic banking is, when compared to the performance of conventional banks which first operated. This study is intended to compare the performance of the two banks, this is important so that investors, potential investors know and assess the performance of the two banks. Assessment of financial performance can be seen from the financial ratios of CAR, ROA, ROE, NPL, LDR, and BOPO. The research population is 14 Islamic commercial banks. The sample using purposive sampling, using 3 Islamic banks, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Syariah, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Syariah, Bank Mandiri Syariah and 115 conventional banks. Research data from the annual financial statements of the banks under study. The data analysis technique used the Mann-Whitney U Test. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the CAR ratio between Islamic banks and conventional banks. The ratio of ROA, ROE, NPL, LDR and BOPO there are significant differences between Islamic banks and conventional banks. The financial performance of Islamic banks is better in terms of the LDR ratio, while the financial performance of conventional banks is better in terms of the ratios of CAR, ROA, ROE, NPL, BOPO.

Poverty is a social problem that must be immediately eradicated in people's lives. If there is no serious action to eliminate it, there will be many problems that arise due to poverty, such as crime, crime; even a strong person's faith can become weak when poverty strikes. one effort to reduce the level of poverty that exists, namely by empowering the community through the business sector (industry) to improve economic welfare. Islamic economic welfare is divided into 2, namely the welfare of the world and the hereafter. Welfare is material and spiritual welfare. Material welfare is obtained by increasing income to meet life's needs, while spiritual welfare draws closer to Allah SWT by maintaining maqashid sharia. The goal and hope of this Maqashid Syariah in improving the community's economy are to produce prosperity for the community itself, both in this world and in the hereafter

This research aims to find out the term, the definition of business competition from the Qur'an perspective and to know the concept of business competition from the Qur'an perspective so that it can be a contribution to the treasures of Islamic economic science development and increasingly believe that the Qur'an can be a form of guidance in implementing healthy business competition for the realization of the primary purpose of Islamic law, namely the benefit of the ummah. The types of research used in this research are library research and doctrinal research by using descriptive analysis to describe the focus of the problem to be discussed objectively. The analysis method is used to obtain and find out the study of business competition from the Perspective of the Qur'an. The approach used is the theological, religious approach and conceptual approach. The conceptual approach is used concerning views and doctrines in Islamic law. The results of the study found that the terms of business competition in the Qur'an are not found in the Qur'an but can use the words سبق and استبق to refer to competition. While the terms of competition are found in QS. Al Baqarah (2):148, QS. Al Maidah (5):48, QS. Al Mu'minun (23):61. There are two concepts of competition for the Qur'anic perspective, first based on QS. Al Baqarah (2): 148, QS. Al Maidah (5): 48, QS. Al Mu'minun (23): 61 shows the conclusion that competing/competing is an attempt to compete positively (فَاسْتَبِقُوا الْخَيْرَات) by contributing sufficiently and not getting rid of entrepreneurs / other business actors and telling entrepreneurs/business actors not to harm and endanger other businessmen/business actors; To realize healthy business competition and improve the welfare of the people, every business actor must compete to provide the best products/services for consumers regardless of whether the consumer has differences in religion, ethnicity, race, or culture with business actors. Second, the concept of business competition obliges all his people to seek sustenance from the expanse of God's gift in a halal way where the search for sustenance must be carried out based on the path of goodness for happiness and benefit of humanity. The basic principles that underlie the obligation to seek halal sustenance have been affirmed by Allah SWT in Q.S. al-Mulk: 15 and Q.S. Al Baqarah: 168.

Tulisan ini mencoba untuk mengkaji perbedaan ashab al-Syafii dari mazhab al-Syafii khususnya dalam dinamika qaul Qadim dan qaul jadid. Mazhab al-Syafii merupakan mazhab yang memiliki ushul fiqh dan hasil ijtihad Imam al-Syafii tetapi pada perjalanannya, ditemukan banyak sekali pendapat berbeda dalam mazhab yang sumbernya bisa dari Imam al-Syafii sendiri atau para ashab al-Syafii. Melihat fenomena yang ada maka tulisan ini hadir untuk menjawab Bagaimana bentuk penerimaan para ashab al-syafii terhadap pendapat fikih imam al-Syafii. Metode riset kepustakaan dengan menganalisis isi dari beberapa sumber utama mazhab al-Syafii dan dideskripsikan untuk menjawab pokok pertanyaan dalam tulisan. Respon penerimaan ashab al-Syafii diklasifikasi dalam 3 bentuk, yang pertama bentuknya dengan menguatkan fikih Qadim atas fikih jadid, yang kedua dengan menerima fikih jadid dan meninggalkan Qadim dan yang terakhir dengan tarjih atas pendapat al-Syafii yang lebih dari satu riwayat.

This article tries to elucidate Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir’s opinion on the husband beating against his wife. There are pro and con views among Muslim scholars on the husband beating against his wife. Some argue that this attitude is permitted and the rest have an opinion that the deed is forbidden. Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir has an opinion that the deed is forbidden and considered it as out of the context of educating wife in the case of rebellious wife. He quoted the view of Imam ‘Aṭā’ arguing that beating wife by her husband in the context of ta’dīb nusyūz is abhorrent (makrūh). It is an obligation for the government to forbid the deed. This opinion is a product of a method combining textual (lafẓiyyah/lugawiyyah) and contextual (ma‘nawiyyah/syar’iyyah) approaches leading to comparative and selective ijtihad (ijtihād intiqā’i). Artikel ini mengkaji pemikiran Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir tentang pemukulan yang dilakukan oleh suami terhadap isterinya. Di kalangan ulama, terdapat perbedaan pendapat tentang hukum memukul isteri oleh suami. Sebagian berpendapat bahwa perbuatan tersebut diperbolehkan, sedangkan pendapat lain menyatakan perbuatan tersebut dilarang. Dari kedua pendapat ini, Faqihuddin Abdul Qodir berpendapat bahwa pemukulan suami terhadap isteri merupakan perbuatan terlarang dan tidak termasuk dalam konteks pendidik isteri yang nuzyuz. Untuk memperkuat pendapatnya, Qodir mengutip pendapat Imam ‘Ata’ yang melihat pemukulan suami terhadap isterinya sebagai perbuatan yang makruh. Pemerintah berkewajiban untuk membuat aturan yang melarangnya. Pendapat ini merupakan hasil istinbāṭ hukum dengan menggabungkan pendekatan textual (lafẓiyyah/lugawiyyah) dan kontekstual (ma‘nawiyyah/syar’iyyah). Hasilnya dapat dianggap sebagai bentuk ijtihād intiqā’i (selektif komparatif)

This study aims to examine the extent to which the Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI) or Islamic primary madrasah student teachers have been competent in developing K13-based lesson plan. 34 students studying at PGMI Department of the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training of a state Islamic university participated in this study. This research employed qualitative descriptive method. The results show that in general the ability of the student teachers in developing K13-based lesson plan fall into less and good categories. This indicates that the ability of the student teachers has not fully met the process standards of the 2007 regulation no 41 by Ministry of Education and Culture (MOEC). This suggests that the PGMI program make sure that every PGMI student teacher have adequate competencies of developing lesson plan based on K-13 based on the currently implemented approach, such as the scientific approach, and using it in their teaching well.

In recent years divorce has become a popular term in the ears of society. This is because the divorce rate is increasing every day. Every day, no less than five people change their status to widows or widowers. Madura is the largest contributor to divorce rates in East Java, especially in Pamekasan and Sampang. The number of divorces per year in the two regions reached more than a thousand. Interestingly, of the thousands of divorces were dominated by the number of divorce. The article results of this study describe the phenomenon of increasing divorce rates initiated by the wife (divorce) in the two regions from year to year, and describe in depth the causes. With a qualitative-descriptive-phenomenological approach, this article succeeded in showing that in the last three years the divorce rate in Madura has been increasing and more dominated by the divorce model. The causes are varied, both internal and external factors in the household, such as education and the economy, so that an increase in the level of education and the economy must be done to reduce divorce rates.[Beberapa tahun belakangan ini perceraian menjadi istilah yang populer di telinga masyarakat. Hal ini karena angka perceraian semakin hari semakin bertambah. Setiap hari, tidak kurang dari lima orang berubah statusnya menjadi janda atau duda. Madura termasuk wilayah penyumbang terbanyak angka perceraian di Jawa Timur, khususnya di Pamekasan dan Sampang. Jumlah perceraian pertahunnya di dua daerah tersebut mencapai seribuan lebih. Menariknya, dari ribuan jumlah perceraian tersebut didominasi oleh jumlah cerai gugat. Artikel hasil penelitian ini menguraikan fenomena meningkatnya angka perceraian yang diinisiasi oleh pihak istri (cerai gugat) di dua daerah tersebut dari tahun ke tahun, dan memaparkan secara mendalam faktor-faktor penyebabnya. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif-fenomenologis, artikel ini berhasil menunjukkan bahwa dalam tiga tahun terakhir angka perceraian di Madura semakin meningkat dan lebih didominasi oleh model cerai gugat. Faktor penyebabnya beragam, baik faktor internal maupun faktor ekternal dalam rumah tangga, seperti pendidikan dan ekonomi, sehingga peningkatan taraf pendidikan dan ekonomi harus dilakukan untuk meredam angka perceraian]

The rapid development of technology demanded young generations to continue adapting to new cultures. This study was aimed to describe students' technology- literacy, students’ interest in social media, and preferred religious figures in online religious studies. This research was a qualitative study using a case study design. The data were collected through observation and interviews with the students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) program in STAI Ma'had Aly Al-Hikam Malang chosen randomly. The result showed that the students’ technology literacy skills were quite good. They had a capacity to use social media optimally, integrative, and instrumentally. Furthermore, the religious figures admired by the students were diverse and came from multicultural.

The aim of this research is to get an overview of the values of character education in the animated film Nussa Rara Official youtube channel production. In this research using descriptive analysis method, the data taken in this study is a dialogue on the episode who are we ?, eat not just eat, be independent !!!, which contains the value of character education. The value of character education that appear among them, trying to know the solar system, attitudes and behavior that adhere to the eating procedures that have been taught by the Prophet, the behavior shows a sincere effort to get the best results, actions that show a sense of happiness in working together and mutual help, encouraging and acknowledging the success of others. The relevance of the value of character education on Nussa's official youtube channel among them curiosity, religious, hard work, friendly or communicative, appreciate chievement.

Observation result in class IV A Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mafatihul Huda Pujon Malang, it is known that learning is still dominated by teachers using the lecture method. Based on the results of observation, students feel bored, unhappy, and less motivated by the lecture method. From the lack of student motivation, it has an impact on the low student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to produce learning media that can improve student learning outcomes through the application of agricultural potential areas using five stages, namely (1) Needs analysis, (2) Study of basic competencies and learning materials, (3) Development of learning programs, (4) Production learning media, (5) Trial / product revision of learning media. The results of this study indicate that the use of the potential of agricultural areas as a learning media for “Makananku Sehat dan Bergizi” subtheme in grade IV is very valid / feasible and student learning outcomes have increased. This is indicated by the test results (1) Media experts included in the assessment category are very valid / feasible with coefficient 0.96, (2) Learning design experts / teachers included in the assessment category are very valid / feasible with coefficient 0.92 (3) Small group trials included in the assessment category are very valid / feasible with coefficient 0.9. The learning outcomes of the student on the knowledge aspect increased from 45% in the pretest to 85% in the post test, the learning outcomes of the students on the attitudes increased from 65% in the pretest to 77% in the post test, and the learning outcomes of student on the skills increased from 64% in the pretest to 85% in the post test.

Purpose The article aims to identify the phenomenon of Takjil selling which is rife in the month of Ramadan in Jakarta, which was carried out in 2017--2019 before the Covid-19 pandemic. Method This research used qualitative and descriptive research methods with a cultural anthropology approach. Various online information in the form of coverage of takjil selling in various places in Jakarta in 2017--2019 is used as primary sources. Results/Finding The results found that there is local wisdom in the phenomenon of takjil selling. The takjil sellers are able to respond local conditions in the local environment around the takjil selling center by serving several Betawi typical foods in their menu. By selling Betawi typical foods and other numerous kinds of food that fitted to the consumers tastes, they can gain profit, help the consumers providing food for breaking their fast and preserve Betawi food. Conclusion The research concluded that the phenomenon of takjil selling in the month of Ramadhan in Jakarta in 2017-2019 was not only revealed that there is a local wisdom in the activity of selling takjil but it is also a media to increase economic, strengthen solidarity among muslim and reinforce Betawi civilization.

يهدف البحث إلى معرفة تحولات المعرفة الدينية الإسلامية، وكيفية الانتقال من العلم الشرعي إلى الفكر الإسلامي، وقد جاء في تمهيد، ثم ناقش العلوم الإسلامية ومؤسساتها من التأسيس إلى الانقطاع، ولحظة التأسيس المعرفي، ولحظة الانقطاع المعرفي والتاريخي، والفكر الإسلامي ومسارات التأسيس، وفي العلاقة بين الفكر الإسلامي والعلوم الإسلامية، وإعادة بناء المعرفة الإسلامية: الضرورة والعوائق، وتوصل إلى أن مشروع إعادة بناء العلوم الإسلامية يسمح بوصل ما انفصل من المعرفة الإسلامية؛ ذلك أن العلوم الشرعية تحيل إلى تاريخ معرفي يتموقع في العالم ضمن سلسلة من العلماء وضمن فضاء معرفي متواصل. وأن العالِم يستأنف قولا بينما يشكل الفكر انقطاعات وانفصالات. فإعادة بناء الفقيه مثلا تفرض الانخراط ضمن السياق التاريخي للفقيه رغم كل التجديدات المطلوبة والممكنة وهذا ما يتعذر داخل المجال الفكري.

The Islamic world, especially Indonesia, is increasingly experiencing moral and mental decline so that life is increasingly far from Islamic values. The emergence of extreme ideas and deviating from the truth also added to the atmosphere. It is wasaṭhiyyah, a moderate attitude in various aspects of life that is slowly being echoed by Muslim scholars in various parts of the world and is used as a powerful formula in dealing with the above problems. This research tries to discuss the concept of wasaṭhiyyah according to M. Quraish Shihab in Tafsir Al-Misbah. This research is classified as library research. The researcher used Hans-Georg Gadamer's hermeneutic analysis. With this analysis knife, the researcher found that the Tafsir Al-Misbah was written as a response to M. Quraish Shihab's response to the phenomena and conflicts that occurred at that time. The fusion between Shihab's understanding of wasaṭhiyyah with various horizons; text and society produces a concept of wasaṭhiyyah which is a fair, balanced and tolerant attitude in life, both in world and in the hereafter

The article attempts to explore and describe the ideals of Islam as perceived and practised by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad (1888-1958) at various stages of his life. Starting from religious conservatism received from his family, Maulana Azad moved towards rationalism at first and then to Pan-Islamism before finally committing to humanism. In this process of intellectual progression, his perception of Islam and its ideals changed as his social and political interactions changed over time. These changing contours of Maulana Azad‟s thoughts found manifestation in the political practices he carried out from various platforms. Islam served as a great source of legitimation in his political practices. Inspiration for Islamic revivalism drew him into political activities aimed at serving the Muslim cause and fighting British imperialism. Maulana Azad‟s sentiments and aspirations for Islam and Muslims echoed loudly during the Khilafat Movement which brought him closer to communal harmony and also resulted in his lasting association with the Indian National Congress. Whatever the platform he utilised, for Maulana Azad Muslim uplift remained a constant and prime concern in politics which he, ultimately, came to believe could be achieved by Hindu-Muslim unity as a single force against the British colonial power.

The present study addressed the issue of the overall quality of the Algerian enterprise management through the viewpoint of some supervisors, so that the study was conducted on a sample of ten supervisors National Fund for the provision and reserve in M’sila a banking institution. The study applied a questionnaire to ensure total quality management dimensions, in order to identify the extent of the application of these principles, using the descriptive data and the appropriate statistics, the study found that more than 80% of the supervisors confirmed that they are applying TQM is a high degree dimensions on customers, workers and improve operations and administrative requirements of the competition and organizational culture
