Cosmetics are a series of products used to beautify oneself in various forms including liquid, powder, solid, foam and cream. But the distribution of cosmetics is worrying, because not a few of the cosmetics circulating in the market have not been registered with BPOM, so the contents in them may not be safe and can still be consumed. If consumers are not careful with the composition of the ingredients of the products used and it turns out that the products used have not been BPOM, it will be dangerous for their health, because cosmetic products contain chemicals that must be in accordance with the levels of use, therefore the purpose of this paper is to discuss how BPOM's role in dealing with the problem of cosmetic products that have not been registered with BPOM. By using normative research methods to find a way out of this problem of violating consumer rights, it is necessary to strictly enforce it so that business actors are more aware of the products being sold and business actors who violate them will be subject to administrative sanctions or criminal sanctions.

National and state life cannot be separated from legal regulations. As a religious community, it is appropriate to obey the legal orders stipulated in a teaching, just as Islam also has rules and laws that must be obeyed by its adherents. The source of law in Islam is the al-Qur'an and Sunnah, the words of Allah and the Sunnah of the Prophet which are the main foundation in Islamic teachings. Understanding of the two sources of law is important because they cannot be separated from one another, there is a relationship between the two in explaining the applicable laws in Islam. So it is proper to understand the two sources of law to be the main thing, if there is an error in understanding between the two, it will damage the existence of the source of the law. By understanding the two sources of law, namely al-Qur'an and Hadith, you will get legal instructions that are in accordance with the guidance of the Shari'a and sunnah of the prophet Muhammad. This paper describes the existence between the two sources of Islamic law in its application in a pluralistic society, using thematic methods.

The determination of the early of the new month of Ramadan and Shawwal was very important for Muslims because it is related to the time of worship. Judge syara 'The Sultanate of Tidore (Joguru) has long applied the method of determining the early month of Hijri (Ramadan and Shawwal) through tidal movement observed on "akebai" included in ethooceanography and called Joguru Method (MJ). Hilal that has never been seen in Tidore and its surrounding areas in the long-term cycle of moon (34 years) caused its early moon to be inapplicable due to non-fulfillment of the requirement of hisab (hadith).

Social problems such as poverty, inequality, income distribution, lack of prosperity, social conflict, and others are problems that often appear in developing countries including Indonesia. As a pluralistic state, settlement of these problems cannot be resolved through a single approach, but through the use of various approaches of science, culture, and religion. There has been a lot of effort and solutions made by the government, organizations, and institutions concerned with solving problems that appear in Indonesia. However, there has been no significant impact on social problems. An appropriate approach that is perfect for creating Islamic solutions is to build integration and interconnection as an approach towards the Islamic economic system. In the approach of integration and interconnection, there are three principal characteristics. They are the semipermeable, intersubjective testability, and creative imagination. The third characteristic is some attempt to create an Islamic solution, applicable and revolutionary. Hilal observation done The Agency of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) on June 24, 2017 at 17 Station Observations ofBMKG for the determination of 1 Shawwal 1438 H get the sighting the moon at Kupang Geophysical station. The result was still questioned by astronomers because in addition to their smaller size in terms of theory, it was also regarded as noise (disturbance). Re-observation at Kupang Geophysical Station withVixen ED81S telescope and Canon 500D detector obtained data that the newmoon position was in line with the calculation result (elongation 4˚ 49 '58 ")with smaller diameter than the theoretical value (67%). This article showed that the incident was suspected as a result of refraction so that the atmosphere seemed to function as a concave lens that resulted in the reduction of the object from its original size.
