Objectives: Finding radical solutions to it, considering the workforce as the tool implementing all agricultural operations, as well as keeping pace with the development that is taking place in agricultural production because it is considered one of the important economic activities in Anbar Governorate in general and the countryside of Ramadi District in particular. Method: The research relied on the analytical-deductive approach to identify the problems and obstacles that directly affected the agricultural workforce in Ramadi district. Results: An increase in the population of rural families in 2021 in the provinces that own large and spacious agricultural lands, where they witnessed stability on both sides of the Euphrates River due to the environmental conditions and fertile soil in the study area, in addition to the available community services. An increase in the agricultural labor force for the youth group in the provinces with large areas. And the large ones for agriculture, as they are the breadwinners for the two groups of less than (15) young people, and those older than (65) of the elderly group. Conclusion: The agricultural labor force is of great importance and strong connection in agricultural operations and the production of crops such as vegetables, while the importance of the agricultural labor force in grain crops decreases due to the use of agricultural mechanization in managing its agricultural operations

Objectives: Analysis of the morphological characteristics of the Akash Valley basin located in western Iraq within the Anbar desert, most geological formations in the valley are mostly due to the third and fourth time and evaluating the hydrological reality of the valley basin through the morphological analysis of the water drainage network.Method: the inductive and analytical approach, the adoption of methods, quantitative methods, mathematical standards, and spatial information systems software.Results: The valley basin is characterized by a high -drainage water network, and in all its main and secondary basins, and the estuary area in the valley is characterized by being vulnerable to flood due to the lack of river ranks and their palace and the valley is considered in the youth stage. The results of the Morphometer analysis also showed that the rate of elongation reached (0.4) and the percentage of the consistency of the area reached (0.04), while the ocean cohesion rate (5) and the pelvic form factor reached (0.17)Conclusion: The stream is characterized by a very large drainage network, and it is in its active and active session, and it is characterized by the terrain and climatic characteristics that produced it and a valley is running in the winter, especially during the peak of rainy days. The study also recommends conducting many studies related to water harvesting in the Wadi Akash basin to benefit from its surface and underground water and not to waste and lose it and benefit from it through the application of water harvesting technology because of the great importance in future investment in various fields, especially since the world is about to a future water crisis, particularly Iraq Because all sources of his waters are external

The contextual approach focuses on students' interests, experiences, and backgrounds in education. It aims to help students understand and relate learning materials to their daily lives, either personally, socially, or culturally. Research Objectives: (1) To describe the implementation of vocabulary system education for beginners based on the contextual approach at Dar Al-Falah Religious School in Ramban Kulon Cermee Bondowoso. (2) To identify the problems encountered in implementing vocabulary system education for beginners based on the contextual approach at Dar Al-Falah Religious School in Ramban Kulon Cermee Bondowoso. (3) To describe the solutions to the problems encountered in implementing vocabulary system education for beginners based on the contextual approach at Dar Al-Falah Religious School in Ramban Kulon Cermee Bondowoso. Our problem statement and data acquisition methods have been thorough and precise. Through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, we have gathered data that shows students follow the vocabulary system for beginners in an organized and obedient manner. Furthermore, activities in learning the vocabulary system for beginners run smoothly and are organized, with the enthusiasm and motivation provided by the teacher to the students. This has led to a noticeable increase in students' diligence and enthusiasm in memorizing the vocabulary system for beginners, a promising sign for the effectiveness of our proposed solutions.

The aim of the research is to identify the effect of the brainstorming strategy on developing creativity skills in art education for the sixth grade of primary school in the deaf institutes of Anbar Governorate for the academic year 2022-2023.Objective: In order to achieve the aims of the study the researchers tended to design a test that consists of (6) dialogue questions. The test was among the research sample which consisted of (16) students who were selected intentionally, and divided equally into two groups, control and experimental. Then, the brainstorming strategy was followed in teaching the experimental group, while the control group were taught using the ordinary strategy.Results: After analyzing the data, the results of the current study indicated that there were statistically significant differences using the brainstorming strategy in developing the creativity skills of deaf learners, and that the more the brainstorming strategy was adopted, the more creative solutions were generated. It was concluded that the importance of brainstorming strategy to develop creative thinking among disabled students is crucial.

The Euphrates softshell turtle Rafetus euphraticus was classified as Endangered species on the IUCN Red List and is thought to have undergone large, recent population declines. Species information in Iraq is limited to a few rapid surveys with little detailed information on breeding and distribution. The study aimed to estimate the population of R. euphraticus in the Central Marshes using simple extrapolation of the count. Quadrate methodology 5 km2 size each was used to record the distribution of Euphrates softshell turtles within the study site and ten surveys were carried out from October 2021 to September 2022 except for the hibernation season (December, January and February). Turtles were recorded inside the water by setting nets in certain areas in the Central Marshes. Simple extrapolation of our counts to the entire Central Marshes suggested a maximum population size of 2526.55 individuals/ total area (219,700 ha). The Central Marshes is an important site for R. euphraticus as a total of 46 individuals were recorded.

Plant extracts have been widely explored as a safer alternative to conventional procedures for the manufacture of metal oxide nanoparticles. The present research concentrated on the synthesis and characterization of Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2NPs) using an environmentally friendly green synthesis approach (orange peel extract) compared with another technique (Sol-Gel method) at room temperature. The TiO2 nanoparticles were analyzed using an X-ray Diffraction (XRD) to determine the polycrystalline with Tetragonal structure anatase phase and average crystallite size 30.2 nm and 24.2nm of the sample prepared from Sol-gel and green methods respectively. FTIR spectroscopy was used to determine the functional groups of TiO2 nanoparticles and their bonding nature. UV-Vis for optical properties shows the band gap energy of 2.85 eV and 3 eV for TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared using sol-gel and green methods respectively. FESEM analysis identified the morphology of the surface of TiO2 nanoparticles with the diameters of nanoparticles in the range of 60-80 nm and 75-85 nm were prepared via sol-gel and green methods respectively.

Improving medical images captured by the optical microscope plays an essential role in many medical, radiological, and other applications in the medical field. In this study, the microscope image was improved based on the color conversion (Ycbcr) and the transformation nonlinear mapping, where the lighting component (Y) was processed based on the nonlinear transformation and fuzzy technique, and the color component was improved using (CLAHE) algorithm. The proposed algorithm was compared with several modern algorithms based on non-referenced quality measures. Analyzing the proposed results has obtained the best quality measures with high values of EN (7.0701), AG (14.6901), and MSD (55.8363).

يتناول هذا البحث والذي يحمل عنوان التماسك النصي في مسرحية الواقع صورة طبق الأصل وهي للكاتب سمو الشيخ الدكتور سلطان بن محمد القاسمي –حفطه الله – وتتعمق الدراسة في أدوات التماسك النصي في هذه المسرحية التي تحمل حكاية الأحداث التي جرت على أرض الواقع، إذ لامست أحداث المسرحية الواقع العربي الإسلامي بشكل مباشر، فقد كانت تتحدث عن محاولة الناسك بطرس إنقاذ أهالي القدس لكنه يحمل في طياته الحقد والكراهية لسكانها، فهو أراد بذلك هدم سكان المنطقة وتدمبرهم بذريعة نجدتهم وإغاثتهم وهذا يدل على الحقد الدفين على المسلمين. تكمن مشكلة الدراسة في الوصول إلى تحليلات إحصائية لأدوات التماسك النصي في مسرحية الواقع صورة طبق الأصل، وقد قسمت البحث على فصلين، الأول التماسك النصي على المستوى الشكلي لمسرحية الواقع صورة طبق الأصل، والثاني والتماسك النصي على المستوى الدلالي لمسرحية الواقع صورة طبق الأصل. يحتوي الأول على الإحالة والوصل والحذف والتكرار، حيث قمت بحصر الجمل التي تحتوي على هذه الأدوات ووصفها؛ لذا يعد المنهج المتبع في هذا البحث هو المنهج الوصفي الإحصائي. أما الثاني فيتضمن آلية الانسجام والعلاقات المتضمنة فيه كالعلاقات الدلالية وغيرها. إن سبب اختياري للموضوع هي التعمق في لسانيات النص والبحث في مسرحية القاسمي الواقع صورة طبق الأصل للكشف عن العلاقات التي تحكمها. سنصل في نهاية البحث إلى نتائج مهمة ومنها مدى تماسك أجزاء نص المسرحية وكيف وظف الكاتب الأدوات فيها.

هذا البحث محاولةٌ لتأكيد أثر السياق ودوره في توجيه الدّلالة، ويهتمُّ البحث بتسليط الضوء على مفهوم السّياق، إذ إنَّ السّياق يساعد في تحديد مجال الكلمة أو التركيب من حيث اشتماله على النّظم اللّفظي للكلمات وموقعها داخل نظام البناء اللّغوي، ومن هنا فإنَّ دراسة معاني الكلمات والعبارات، واكتشاف الدلالات تتطلّب تحليلاً للسياقات والمواقف التي ترد فيها، فلكل نوع من أنواع السياق خصوصية تبرز من خلالها علاقة الكلمات ومواقعها من حيث التركيب وهذا يسهم في الكشف عن أثر التحولات الدلالية وإبراز الدلالات السياقية التي تتضمنها المفردة في أثناء تعانقها مع مفردات النص الأخرى فتكون الدلالة السياقية ناتجة بفعل التحاق الجزء بالكل، والجملة بالنص وهذا يبعد المفردات عن الاستعمال المعجمي الذي يكون خارج السياق في ضوء الاستعمال، ومن ثمَّ ينتقل البحث إلى التطبيق، وقد وقع الاختيار على شعر الشّاعر ديك الجنِّ الحمصيّ في نماذج مُختارة من شعره، لبيان تنوّع الأساليب الإنشائية عنده، وانتقال دلالاتها بفعل تأثير السّياق الذي وردت فيه.

الاستقصاء العادل من الاستراتيجيات التي تعمل على استثارة قدرات التفكير لدى المتعلمين وتطويرها بوضعهم امام مواقف مشكل ليبحثوا عن حلول له باتباع المنهجية العلمية , برزت اهمية البحث بالاعتماد على استراتيجية الاستقصاء العادل في التفكير الشمولي وتعلم اداء مهارة الارسال من الاسفل بالكرة الطائرة , واما مشكلة البحث الضعف الحاصل لدى طالبات عند تعلم مهارة الارسال باليدين من الاسفل ,يهدف البحث إلى اعداد وحدات تعليمية باستراتيجية الاستقصاء العادل في الدروس العملية بالكرة الطائرة، والتعرف على اثر استراتيجية الاستقصاء العادل في تحسين التفكير الشمولي وتعلم أداء مهارة الارسال من الاسفل بالكرة الطائرة للطالبات، ولتفترض بذلك الباحثتان بأنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نتائج اختبارات قياس التفكير الشمولي وتعلم أداء مهارة الارسال من الاسفل بالكرة الطائرة القبلية والبعدية لمجموعتي البحث التجريبية والضابطة، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نتائج اختبارات قياس التفكير الشمولي وتعلم أداء مهارة الارسال من الاسفل بالكرة الطائرة البعدية بين مجموعتي البحث التجريبية والضابطة، وأعتمد المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة على عينة من طالبات المرحلة الثالثة من قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في كلية التربية الأساسية/جامعة ديالى للعام الدراسي (2021/2022) المستمرات بالدوام المنتظم الحضوري لدروس الكرة الطائرة أُختيرت عينة البحث منهنّ عشوائياً ليبلغ عددها (30) طالبة اختيرت بنسبة (85.714 %) وقسمنّ إلى مجموعتين متساويتين العدد حسب متطلبات التصميم التجريبي، وبعد تحديد اختباري الاداء المهاري وتطبيق الاستراتيجية على طالبات المجموعة التجريبية لمدة (8) اسابيع متتالية تمت معالجة النتائج إحصائياً بنظام (SPSS) لتكون الاستنتاجات والتوصيات بأنه يُمكن تطبيق مفردات إستراتيجية الأستقصاء العادل في الدروس العملية لتعلم الأداء المهاري بالكرة الطائرة في قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في كلية التربية الأساسية، وإن تطبيق إستراتيجية الأستقصاء العادل في الدروس العملية بالكرة الطائرة في قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في كلية التربية الأساسية يساعد في تحسين التفكير الشمولي ومهارة الارسال من الاسفل، ويتفونَّ على تحسينها لدى الطالبات اللواتي يتعلمن بدونها، ومن الضروري الإهتمام بتطوير إمكانات مُدرسات الكرة الطائرة في قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في كلية التربية الأساسية وتحسين معارفهن بإستراتيجية الاستقصاء العادل لتطبيقها في الدروس العملية على وفق مراحلها ومفردتها وحسن توظيفها في هذهِ الدروس

The research aims to determine the geomorphological risks of erosion and floods. The research relied on the quantitative approach in the study, identification and analysis of erosion and torrential risks based on the Snyder model, which represents one of the mathematical models adopted by the method in hydrological studies, as the region lacks stations to measure the discharge rates of torrents, and this research was done Studying the geological structure, climate characteristics, determining the numbers of water bodies and gully erosion rates, and after applying the Snyder model, the research concluded that the average flow volume is 280,000 cubic meters, and the congratulations classification was reached for the degrees of risk of torrential rains on the basins in the region.

This study addresses the relationship between resilience and Corporate Reputation (CR) in Muslim countries (Iran, Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and UAE). The problem of the study was determined by the nature of the relationship between financial flexibility and the reputation of banking companies, which is a problem in itself. And studying the methods used in banks to face reputational risks and knowing the extent to which indicators of financial flexibility can be applied in banks, and knowing what is the level of relationship between the indicators of the study variables and their nature This study investigates whether and how resilience affects CR in Muslim countries. This study is causal correlational. It used information from the companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange in Iran, Bahrain, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and UAE from 2014 to 2019. Hypotheses are tested via Logistic Regression. Findings show a positive and significant relationship between resilience and CR in the studied Muslim Countries. This relationship is higher in more resilient companies with higher reputations. The coefficient of determination and McFadden’s value indicates that Bahrain companies have the highest relationship while Kuwaiti companies have the lowest. Since this study is conducted in the emerging financial markets of Iran, Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and UAE, with their unique economic and political situations, it provides a wealth of information. This study and the mentioned ones found that enhancing the firm’s resilience improves the interested parties’ perceptions because the company’s reputation is regarded among its performance, behaviors, and policies (Lombardi et al., 2020). Managers should cooperate more with their colleagues, suppliers, distributors, and customers. Therefore, they can receive support during the crisis and be more resilient. Therefore, according to the hypothesis test results, companies must pay considerable attention to resilience.

تبرر أهمية الدراسة في كيفية توظيف استراتيجيات تعليمية حديثة تراعي الفئة العمرية والنضج لهذه الفئة وتوظيفه في تعليم بعض المهارات للألعاب وغيرها ولاسيما المراحل العمرية الأولى، لذا فقد هدفت الدراسة الى اعداد وحدات تعليمية بأسلوب استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني لدى دور بأعمار 9- 12 سنوات في بغداد، فضلاً عن التعرف على تأثير الوحدات التعليمية باستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني لدى دور الايتام بأعمار 9- 12 سنوات في بغداد لبعض مهارات الكرة الطائرة، فيما افترضت الدراسة الى هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية لبعض مهارات الكرة الطائرة لعينة البحث، فيما اتبعت الباحثتان المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعة الواحدة ذات الاختبار القبلي والبعدي، فيما طبق البحث على عينة من المستفيدات في دار الزهور للأيتام في بغداد بأعمار (9 -12)، والبالغ عددهن 16 مستفيدة، فيما تم اختيار مهارتي الارسال من الأسفل والتمرير من الأعلى كونهما مهارات سهلة وتتلاءم مع العينة، وقد قامت الباحثتان بأعداد تمارين التي تستهدف تعلم المهارتين قيد الدراسة، طبقت على مدار 8 وحدات تعليمية شملت كل وحدة تعليمية 3 مهارات، وبعد الانتهاء من تطبيق الوحدات التعليمية والاختبارات القبلية والبعدية خرجت الباحثتان باستنتاجات عدة أهمها ان التعلم التعاوني الى تحسين المهارات قيد الدراسة لدى عينة الدراسة، فيما عملت استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني الى زيادة عنصر التشويق اثناء عملية التعلم فضلاً عن التنافس المتكافئ بين افراد العينة عند تطبيق التمرينات فيما اوصت الدراسة الى ضرورة ادراج أسلوب التعاوني في تعليم المهارات الرياضية في المدارس ولمختلف الفئات العمرية، ضرورة الاهتمام بالفئات العمرية الصغيرة كونها تشكل القاعدة الأساس في عملية البناء الصحيح للفرد

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة القدرة التنبؤية للاهتمام الاجتماعي وميكانيزمات الدفاع بمتلازمة الإرهاق النفسي لدى العاملين في مجال الصحة النفسية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (399) من العاملين في مجال الصحة النفسية. المنهجية: تمَّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استُخدِم ثلاثة مقاييس لقياس متلازمة الإرهاق النفسي، والاهتمام الاجتماعي، وميكانيزمات الدفاع. النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أنَّ مستوى الإرهاق النفسي ككُل كان منخفضًا، ومستوى الاهتمام الاجتماعي كان مرتفعًا جدًّا، وأنَّ الميكانيزمات العُصابية كانت الميكانيزمات السائدة لدى أفراد العينة، تلاها الميكانيزمات الناضجة، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة جاءت الميكانيزمات غير الناضجة. كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود قدرة تنبؤية للاهتمام الاجتماعي وميكانيزمات الدفاع بمتلازمة الإرهاق النفسي حيث أظهرت النتائج انَّ الميكانيزمات الناضجة مقابل الميكانيزمات غير الناضجة تُفَسِّر ما مقداره 11.7% من التباين الكلي المُفَسِّر للإرهاق، ثُمَّ أسهم في المرتبة الثانية الاهتمام الاجتماعي بأثر نسبي مقداره 7.1% من التباين الكلي الخلاصة: ضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات على عينة العاملين في مجال الصحة النفسية تتناول متغيرات أخرى للحدّ من الانفعالات التي قد يتعرض لها العاملون أثناء عملهم، وتفعيل دور البرامج الإشرافية على العاملين في مجال الصحة النفسية، ومتابعة احتياجاتهم المهنية والنفسية أولًا بأول، وإجراء الفحوصات الطبية الدورية؛ للمباشرة بعلاج الأعراض التي قد يتعرض لها العاملون جرَّاء تعاملهم مع حالات قد تستنزف طاقاتهم ومواردهم.

Development of a precise and delicate reaction has been acquired for the determination of vancomycin hydrochloride using batch and cloud point extraction (CPE) methods. The first method is based on the formation of azo dye as a result of diazotized dapsone coupled with vancomycin HCl (VAN) in a basic medium. The sensitivity of this reaction was enhanced by utilizing a nonionic surfactant (Triton X-114) and the cloud point extraction technique (second method). The azo dye formed was extracted into the surfactant-rich phase, dissolved in ethanol and detected at λmax 440 nm spectrophotometrically. The reaction was investigated using both batch and CPE methods (with and without extraction), and a simple comparison between the two developed methods was made. The conditions that affect the extraction process and the sensitivity of the methods have been carefully examined. The linearity of the calibration curves was in the range of 3-50 and 0.5- 25 µg.mL-1 with limits of detection of 0.806 and 0.462 µg.mL-1 for VAN in both batch and CPE procedures, respectively. The percentage of relative standard deviation (R.S.D.%) for the two methods was better than 2.54% and 2.83%, respectively. The recommended procedures have been effectively used to assay VAN in commercial injections.

يعتبر المتعلم الركيزة الاساسية الجيدة للتقدم العلمي لذا يجب ان يتم تزويده بمنظومة قيم متعددة لبناء مجتمع حديث متطور، ومن هنا جاء استخدام الاستراتيجيات لفتح افاق جديدة للتعلم ومنها استراتيجية الاستقصاء التعاوني الموجه اذا برزت مشكلة البحث في الابتعاد عن التدريس القائم على المدرس واتاحة الفرص للطالبات للبحث والاستقصاء تحت اشراف المدرس لتعلم مهارتي الهجمة بتغيير الاتجاه والمستقيمة المباشرة بسلاح شيش المبارزة، وتجلت اهمية البحث باعتبار عملية الاستقصاء جوهر العلاقة بين المعلم والمتعلم وسبر غور الطلبة من خلال الأسئلة المطروحة , مما يؤدي إلى استجابات نتيجة التفكير والتحليل للمعلومات والمهارات المعطاة ،وبالتالي قد تسهم هذه الاستراتيجية بتحقيق تقدم في مستوى المهارات المبحوثة , وهدف البحث الى التعرف على اثر إستراتيجية الاستقصاء التعاوني الموجه في تعلم مهارتي الهجمة بتغيير الاتجاه والمستقيمة المباشرة في سلاح الشيش لطالبات المرحلة الثالثة كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة جامعة البصرة .واستخدمت الباحثتان المنهج التجريبي بأسلوب المجموعات المتكافئة لملاءمته طبيعة مشكلة البحث ،اما مجتمع البحث فتحدد بطلاب المرحلة الثالثة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة \ جامعة البصرة وتم اختيار عينة البحث عشوائيا وبواقع ( 45 ) طالبة تم تقسيمهن الى ثلاث مجموعات , المجموعة التجريبية وتتألف من (20 ) طالب والمجموعة الضابطة وتتألف من (20) طالب , والمجموعة الاستطلاعية وتتألف من (5) طلاب , وقد اعتمدت الباحثتان على مفردات منهج مادة المبارزة المقرر لطالبات المرحلة الثالثة ،وقامتا بأجراء الاختبارات القبلية للمجموعتين ومن ثم تطبيق الوحدات التعليمية على طلاب المجموعة التجريبية , اما المجموعة الضابطة فقد خضعت للوحات التعليمية المعدة من قبل مدرس المادة , وبعد الانتهاء من تطبيق الوحدات تم اجراء الاختبارات البعدية للمجموعتين وتمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة , وقد توصلت الباحثتان الى ان لاستراتيجية الاستقصاء التعاوني الموجه تأثيراً ايجابياً في تعلم مهارتي الهجمة بتغير الاتجاه والهجمة المستقيمة المباشرة في سلاح الشيش للطلاب. وعليه فقد اوصتا باعتماد الوحدات التعليمية لاستراتيجية الاستقصاء التعاوني الموجه المعدة من قبلهما لدورها في تحقيق نتائج إيجابية في تعلم مهارتي الهجمة بتغير الاتجاه والهجمة المستقيمة المباشرة في سلاح الشيش للطلاب وبصورة افضل من غيرها

The current work aims to inspect the influence of formation flow on hydrothermal performance and the uniformity of base temperature in the serpentine mini channel heat sink. The study was conducted by changing the flow formation with the straight channel model [A] and the wavy channel model [B] and by changing the place of inlet and outlet by putting the entrance at the heat sink center and using water as the working fluid. To obtain the numerical results, a 3D (ANSYS Fluent program) is used. A comparison between the numerical findings in the current work and experimental results from the literature review is carried out. The comparison shows moral agreement between the numerical and experimental findings. Moreover, the outcomes display that flow configuration has a great influence on the distribution of temperature and pressure drop. Although the model with straight channels enhances the temperature uniformity and pressure drop. Additionally, the overall performance factor (OPF) for all new models under study is better than traditional model. The average OPF for model [A] is (1.43) and for model [B] is (1.26). In addition, model [A] is better as compared with model [B] by 11.89% due to the efficient OPF and the uniformity of temperature in the base.

تناول البحث مفهوم الضبط الاجتماعي، وأهميته في المجتمع، ومصادره الرسمية من قانون ودين، ومصادره الغير رسمية من عادات وتقاليد وأعراف وأمثال شعبية. ومفهوم الأمثال الشعبية كقوانين غير مكتوبة، ودور تلك الأمثال في عملية الضبط الاجتماعي، سواء في اكتساب القيم الخلقية، أو في تكوين العلاقات الاجتماعية.

Despite the great position that the scholars enjoyed in the Arab Islamic state, especially in the Abbasid era, where the successors of this state were interested in science and scholars, and Islamic culture reached its peak in this era, but many scholars were subjected to exclusion and persecution in the Abbasid era, and the motives that were many It led to their exclusion, and political motives were one of the most important motives that led to the exclusion of scholars. The decisions to exclude the scholars varied between right and wrong, and in the effects that resulted from it, whether positive or negative. The wrong decisions were many when compared to the positive ones. The Arab Islamic state lost many scholars as a result of political exclusion, as well as the loss of administrative competencies that were supposed to be dealt with with his wisdom more in order to benefit from these competencies in managing the state because of the experiences they possess that would raise State level to the highest levels.

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى التفكير الشمولي لطالبات المرحلة الثالثة في قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة، والتعرف على علاقة أرتباط التفكير الشمولي بأداء مهارتي الاعداد والاستقبال بالكرة الطائرة لدى طالبات المرحلة الثالثة في قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة، واعتمد المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب الدراسات الارتباطية، على عينة اختيرت عمدياً من طالبات المرحلة الثالثة من قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في كلية التربية الأساسية/جامعة ديالى للعام الدراسي (2021/2022) المستمرات بالدوام المنتظم الحضوري لدروس الكرة الطائرة البالغ عددهن (30) طالبة اختيرن عمدياً من مجتمعهن بنسبة (85.714 %)، وبعد تحديد المقياس واختباري الاداء، تم تجريبهم استطلاعياً، ومن ثم تم تطبيقهاعلى طالبات العينة الرئيسة في قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في كلية التربية الأساسية/جامعة ديالى للمدة الممتدة من يوم الأحد الموافق (29/4/2022) ولغاية يوم الخميس الموافق (24/4/2022)، وتحققت الباحثتنان من النتائج بنظام (SPSS) لتكون الاستنتاجات بأنه يرتبط التفكير الشمولي بأداء مهارة الاعداد بالكرة الطائرة لدى طالبات المرحلة الثالثة في قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بعلاقة معنوية بالاتجاه الطردي الايجابي، ويرتبط التفكير الشمولي بأداء مهارة استقبال الارسال باليدين من الاسفل بالكرة الطائرة لدى طالبات المرحلة الثالثة في قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بعلاقة معنوية بالاتجاه الطردي الايجابي، واوصت الباحثتنان بأنه من الضروري الاهتمام بأعتماد مقاييس التفكير ولاسيما التفكير الشمولي لتتبع مستوى طالبات المرحلة الثالثة من قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في كلية التربية الأساسية، ولابد من زيادة إهتمام أقسام التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بتفعيل أليات التعاون مع كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة حول تطوير امكانات مدرسات الكرة الطائرة ضمن دورات التعليم المستمر، ومن الضروري الإهتمام بإجراء دراسات مشابهة على مراحل دراسية أخرى من الطالبات أو الطلاب، أو على فعاليات وألعاب رياضية أخرى

تعد المخالفة الصوتية إحدى الظواهر الصوتية التي يتغير فيها الصوتان المتشابهان إلى صوتين مختلفين لأسباب تاريخية وسياقية. ونظراً لما تؤديه المخالفة الصوتية من دور في تلفظ الكلمات،ـ مما أدى الى قيام الباحثتين إلى دراسة تجريبية على طالبات الماجستير في قسمي اللغة العربية والانكليزية لمعرفة مدى فهم وإدراك هذه الظاهرة. لذا اختيرت (10) كلمات في كل من اللغتين العربية والانكليزية وبعد عرضها على محكمين ، طبّق الاختبار على الطالبات باستعمال النسبة المئوية لحساب الفرق في الاداء الصوتي. وقد توصلت الباحثتان إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

يعد مفهوم المجتمع المدني من المفاهيم الحديثة نسبيا التي برزت بصورة واضحة على الساحة السياسية والاجتماعية ولا سيما في الدول الاوربية ، حيث يساهم بشكل فعال في عملية التحول الديمقراطي من خلال الادوار والوظائف المتعددة التي يمارسها كوسيط بين الدولة والفرد، فالمجتمع المدني في جوهره يعمل على احداث التغيير في المجتمع سواء كان سياسيا او اقتصاديا او اجتماعيا او ثقافيا . وقد ظهر مصطلح المجتمع المدني بصدى واسع في العراق بعد عام 2003 حاله حال العديد من المفاهيم التي دخلت الى العراق ، واخذت على عاتقها بناء العراق الديمقراطي وعليه فموسسات المجتمع المدني هي الكيان القادر على اعادة بناء الشخصية العراقية في مختلف الجوانب وتحقيق الوحدة الوطنية ، وهذا يتطلب ان تتوفر الوسائل التي من شانها ان تعمل على تقوية وتفعيل دورها في المجتمع .

The design of fashion fabrics reflects an important part of the culture of the modern era in its steps, colors and changing dimensions, from chapter to year and from society to society, as it has taken important steps in an attempt to prove its actual artistic and practical presence. Features and taste of the designer as translated to the nature of the person prepared for him. The design of fashion fabrics is known as the process of creating ideas and concepts related to clothing styles, accessories and others to obtain these acquisitions with new designs, whether in forms, fabrics or colors used. These tests are influenced by the future dimension and seasonal patterns called fashion and fashion and expectation in the design of fashion fabrics. Based on the above, it is necessary to put the designer in mind the importance of future studies in the design of fashion fabrics being the outcome of mental and performance capabilities to achieve new responses characterized by realism and accuracy appropriate can be realized through the means of implementation and technology and the effects related to the emergence of material and tangible. In light of this, the researchers identified the problem of their research with the following question: ý Is expectation and future dimension a role in fashion fabric designs? The aim of the research was to reveal the role of anticipation and the future dimension and its methods and effects in achieving the aesthetic dimension of the fashion fabric designs. The results of the research, including: 1- The theory of expectation is characterized by the interpretation of motivation in individuals because the theory of expectation refers to the desire or inclination to work in a certain way depends on the strength of expectation for that work. 2- Fashion is a common style in things and things that are subject to change in shape, body and style. Conclusions: 1- There is a difference between our expectations in life and reality, and the difference appears clear in many areas of life, including the field of fashion design. 2- Future studies, definition, are the discovery or innovation, examination, evaluation and suggestion of possible, potential, or detailed receptors in the designs of fashion fabrics. 3- Prospective studies are classified as environmental studies, as they benefit from the knowledge developments in the fields of science and the arts, including fashion design.

Using FRP bars in the concrete structures under harsh environment produces extension of those service life and dropping of the cost of their lifecycle. This study investigated the influence of slab thickness, material of rebar, arrangement of reinforcement and mass’s dropped on the dynamic behavior of RC slabs by using laboratory experiments. Seven specimens 1550×1550 mm dimension with two thickness 120 and 150mm, single control specimen reinforced with steel bars and six specimens reinforced by CFRP bars were experimentally investigated under sequential dropping-weight ranged from 50 to 150kg, it was a rigid steel projectile, used to apply impacting load. 2.5m was the height of dropping. For estimated penetration depth, three empirical formulas have been used, ACE formulae was preferable predictor than other formulas. Different codes were used to calculation punching shear capacity and critical velocity of perforation and compared the experimental results with these codes. The experimental results showed that the shear properties of slabs have a significant effect in their general behavior. And preferable performance in FRP slabs than slabs reinforced with steel can be achieved which considering high strength and corrosion resistance of this material, which makes it a suitable choice for reinforcing materials.

The infection with head pediculosis is prevalent worldwide and leads to health problems in all ages, especially in school aged children. Limited studies have been conducted on the prevalence of head lice infestation in Libya. The objective of this study was to determine the prevalence and risk factors of head lice infestation among primary schoolchildren in Sebha city, Libya. From March to May,2019, a total of 971 pupils (569 boys and 402 girls) aged between 6-12 years from five primary schools in Sebha were randomly selected. The hair of each pupil was examined individually for head lice infestation in a separate room, and Pediculosis was defined as the finding of living adult, nymph, or egg (nits). The questionnaire was filled out and the data were analyzed using SPSS software. The overall prevalence of head lice infestation was 38.6% (375/971). الغرض: التعرف على مدى تركيز وتطبيق ادارة الاحتواء العالي بأبعادها في جامعة ميسان ودورها في منع الوقوع والتعرض للانجراف الاستراتيجي الذي يزعزع هذه المؤسسة الاكاديمية ويحول دون تقدمها الى الامام في المستقبل. التصميم/ المنهجية/ المدخل: تم الاعتماد على استمارة الاستبانة للتأكد من وجود علاقة بين متغيري البحث(ادارة الاحتواء العالي، الانجراف الاستراتيجي)، وبالاعتماد على اسلوب الحصر الشامل، حيث تم توزيع (89) استبانة على جميع القيادات الادارية في جامعة ميسان(رئيس الجامعة ومساعديه العلمي والاداري وعمداء كليات الجامعة ميسان ومعاونيهم (العلمي والاداري) ورؤساء الاقسام )لانهم اصحاب القرار ولهم الصلاحيات الكاملة في اعتماد الاستراتيجيات والاساليب المهمة في التعامل مع الموظفين ، وتم استخدام برنامج (SPSS V.21) للتحليل الاحصائي. النتائج: بينت نتائج البحث اهتمام واضح بأبعاد ادارة الاحتواء العالي في العينة المبحوثة كونها من الاساليب الإدارية الحديثة لدعم وتعزيز العنصر البشري لتجنب الانجراف الاستراتيجي، وتم التأكد من ذلك احصائياً بوجود علاقة احصائية ودالة معنوياً بين متغيري البحث (المستقل والتابع). الاثار العملية: النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث مهمة ومفيدة للتطبيق النظري والعملي في العينة المبحوثة من خلال الاعتماد على هذا الاسلوب الاداري الحديث لكي تزداد فرصة جامعة ميسان على تحقيق اهدافها ومنع الاسباب التي تعرضها للانجراف على المدى البعيد. الاصالة/ القيمة: يعد البحث الحالي اول بحث ضمن اطلاع الباحثتين يدرس دور ادارة الاحتواء العالي في الانجراف الاستراتيجي في مؤسسة اكاديمية تعد اول صرح علمي في ميسان والمسؤولة عن انتاج مخرجات تعد اللبنة الاساسية في بناء المجتمعات ، وهذا يدل على عدم وجود نتاجات معرفية تحدد العلاقة بين هذين المتغيرين لذلك يعد هذا البحث خطوة مهمة في سد الفجوة .

Steganography is a technique of concealing secret data within other quotidian files of the same or different types. Hiding data has been essential to digital information security. This work aims to design a stego method that can effectively hide a message inside the images of the video file. In this work, a video steganography model has been proposed through training a model to hiding video (or images) within another video using convolutional neural networks (CNN). By using a CNN in this approach, two main goals can be achieved for any steganographic methods which are, increasing security (hardness to observed and broken by used steganalysis program), this was achieved in this work as the weights and architecture are randomized. Thus, the exact way by which the network will hide the information is unable to be known to anyone who does not have the weights. The second goal is to increase hiding capacity, which has been achieved by using CNN as a strategy to make decisions to determine the best areas that are redundant and, as a result, gain more size to be hidden. Furthermore, In the proposed model, CNN is concurrently trained to generate the revealing and hiding processes, and it is designed to work as a pair mainly. This model has a good strategy for the patterns of images, which assists to make decisions to determine which is the parts of the cover image should be redundant, as well as more pixels are hidden there. The CNN implementation can be done by using Keras, along with tensor flow backend. In addition, random RGB images from the "ImageNet dataset" have been used for training the proposed model (About 45000 images of size (256x256)). The proposed model has been trained by CNN using random images taken from the database of ImageNet and can work on images taken from a wide range of sources. By saving space on an image by removing redundant areas, the quantity of hidden data can be raised (improve capacity). Since the weights and model architecture are randomized, the actual method in which the network will hide the data can't be known to anyone who does not have the weights. Furthermore, additional block-shuffling is incorporated as an encryption method to improved security; also, the image enhancement methods are used to improving the output quality. From results, the proposed method has achieved high-security level, high embedding capacity. In addition, the result approves that the system achieves good results in visibility and attacks, in which the proposed method successfully tricks observer and the steganalysis program.

تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة حجم التعرية في طية قره داغ في محافظة السليمانية وقد تم قياس شدة نشاط عملية التعرية باعتماد معادلة (Bergsma)، لشدة النحت الاخدودي، ووجد ان هناك خمس درجات وحددت نطاق عملها ومساحه حسب درجة نشاطها وكما مبين في الخريطة التفصيلية اذ بلغت مساحة الصنف الاول التعرية الخفيفة جداً(21،004كم2)، والصنف الثاني تعرية الخفيفة(185،281كم2)، والصنف الثالث التعرية المتوسطة(431،434كم2) اما الصنف الرابع التعرية العالية شغلت مساحة (357،371كم2)، والصنف الاخير التعرية العالية جداً فبلغت مساحتها (30،792كم2) وهي ذات المساحة الاصغر نسبة الى بقية انطقه التعرية الاخرى، اما بالنسبة لحركة المواد فقد كان لها الاثر الكبير والواضح في تشكيل وتراجع سفوح منطقة الدراسة، بالاعتماد على نتائج المسح الميداني التفصيلي فقد اظهرت وجود نشاط كبير للتساقط الصخري الحر وتمثلت بأخطر انوع الجيومورفولوجية في المنطقة وكذلك المخاطر الناتجة عن نشاط التعرية ولوحظ نشاطاً اقل انتشاراً للانزلاقات الصخرية وزحف التربة مما أثر هذا النشاط برمته على المباني القرية من السفوح التي تسودها هذه العمليات.

The main objective of this research was studied the flexure behavior of hybrid reinforced concrete beams combining reactive powder concrete (RPC) and lightweight concrete (LWC). The experimental work consists of casting and testing in flexure seven simply supported reinforced concrete beams. The dimensions of (7) beams were geometrically similar, having rectangular cross-section, of dimensions (125×200×1600) mm. Lightweight concrete was used in tension layer and reactive powder concrete was used in compression layer for all hybrid concrete beams. The main variables were; type of concrete (LWC and RPC), thicknesses of RPC layer (hR =0, 50, 100 and 200) mm and longitudinal reinforcement ratios (ρ= 0.0033 and 0.0227). The type of LWC used in the experimental work was porecilenite aggregate. The results showed that the characteristic strength (first and ultimate loads) was increased when the thickness of RPC layer was increased. In addition to that, these parameters were decreased the values of deflection. All beams failed by flexure mode without any shear cracks which achieved by yielding of tensile steel in the tension zone. Also, for all hybrid beams, the slip was absent between the concrete layers. Finally, the reinforcement ratio (ρ) had more effective factor of all parameter used to increase the stiffness value of the beams which increased the characteristic strength and reduced the deflection values.

Post-graduation students or researchers in different disciplines seek to write and publish research articles for graduation and academic promotion. Consequently, Studies were conducted on writing for research publication purposes; approaches as move analysis were the fruit of research in this field. Analyzing the rhetorical structure of research articles’ of different sections has attracted the attention of discourse analysists. The present study aims at investigating the move structure of the introduction section in research articles written by Algerian researchers in th field of economics. The data were collected from a corpus of 10 research articles published in 08 journals of economics in eight different Algerian universities. The analyses relied on Swales’ Model 2004 (Creating a Research Space). The findings showed that Algerian researchers are following a rhetorical move structure similar to Creating a Research Space Model of Swales (2004) in different aspects. Such results will help teaching novice researchers in writing their Research articles and getting integrated in the world of Academia.

Such words are used heavily in the collection. يكشف هذا البحث عن بنية الزمن في قصص ما لا يتبقى للنسيان للقاص عبد الأمير الجر وقد تبين أنها بنية ثنائية إرتدادية قائمة على التحول من الحاضر الى الماضي، يبرز فيها توظيف تقنية الحلم والمفارقة الممزوجة بالاسترجاع. وان هيمنة هذا العنصر البنائي على فاعلية الشخصية الحكائية في المجموعة القصصية صار مفتاحا دلاليا ذو بعد نسقي يكشف عن ثيمة الواقع المهيمن على وجهة نظر الراوي وهي رؤية ذات نزعة سوداوية متشائمة من ضير الحياة وضبابيتها المستمرة على مختلف الازمنة. ولقد ارتبط احساس الراوي بالزمن ارتباطاً نفسياً ممزوجاً بمشاعر الخوف والقلق والرعب والحزن والالم ويبرز ذلك عن طريق دلالة المفردات الموظفة في النصوص القصصية وتشمل : الغروب، الشتاء، الظلام ،الليل ، الذبول، فهذه الدوال قد توافرت وهيمنت على نسيج كل المجموعة لتبث دلالتها المعنوية الايحائية. في مضمون النصوص القصصية.

This qualitative study aimed to investigate the direct impact of playing video games on Basic/ Secondary students during lockdown caused by COVID-19. A total number of 16 selected participants who were basic/secondary school students and one of each students’ responsible parents were interviewed. Findings of the study suggest Corona Virus has contributed to the creation of an opportunity for students to play electronic games more than ordinary days until playing e-games became an addiction among some students, as it is the only means available to them to fill their free time during the lockdown and to get rid of their complaining and keep them busy as this negatively affects Students' interest, behaviors, and health. This study recommended that parents and leading experts should take initiatives (comprehensive programs, plans, and proper training) to support students get rid of addiction to video games during the lockdown and enable them to return to normal life and be prepared to attend schools once it is re-open.

This research discusses the verbal follow phenomenon in Al-Amali Abi Al-Qali’s book (seq.356 Hijri). It aims to limit the examples of this phenomenon in the book, and examine it phonologically. Accordingly, the researcher adopted the analaytical descriptive approach, taking into account Al-Rawi’s letter when ordering the verbal follow-based examples, and the order they took in the book in question. The purposes behind this phonological study of verbal follow in Al-Amali’s book are to: reach the sounds which Arabs prefer in the process of following, confirm different beautiful and desirable senses, have easy and speedy pronunciation, maintain harmony between adjacent sounds, count the sounds that occur at the beginning of the follower- a disputable phonological issue between the follower and following- and spot the phonological change that occurs to the follower. Accordingly, a caution is needed to maintain harmony and homogeneity between two pronunciations to achieve the process of following. Or, the structure of the word follower is changed to match its peer followed word.The study has shown that Al-Qali was the eldest in dealing with the formal aspect of the phenomenon. He pointed to the idea of merging the last letter in the subordinate and the follower, and compared it with a stylistic, artistic, and acoustic characteristic, which is included in the innate rhetoric, i.e., assonance. By that, he has determined the most important formal acoustic features of the rhythmic complex as represented by the endings of the sequences, which have a musical rhythm.

للفن التشكيلي مكانة متميزة في تاريخ الإنسانية، فهو نوع من الترجمة الصادقة لمشاعر الفنان وطموحاته وأفكاره وتوجهاته الجمالية والنفعية ، وهو من أهم سبل تسجيل الحضارة الإنسانية وتوثيقها، كما يُعد الفن علامة فارقة في تقدم الأمم، حيث يسجل تاريخ الأمم في كافة المجالات. وبما أن هذا العصر يُعد عصر تقدم وعلم وتكنولوجيا، فقد استحوذ على خيال الفنانين التشكيليين، فالفنان التشكيلي كان دائم الحرص على تحقيق التجديد الجذري مما جعل الفن يسير في نطاق التقدم والتطور الفكري والثقافي والاجتماعي الذي يسود المجتمع. لقد استفاد الفنان من منجزات العلم ومخرجاته والتي أتاحت له أفاقاً جديدة للخلق والإبداع الفني، جعلته يطور من مفهوم المشغولة الفنية بشكل ملحوظ فأصبحت تصاغ بأكثر من صيغة تشكيلية تركيبية، حيث أن الفكرة في المشغولة الفنية أصبحت تأخذ عدة مراحل تبدأ بالتصميم، ثم تتكون وتتبلور من خلال احتمالات التجريب الدائم من خلال استخدام الخامات المستحدثة والمستهلكات التي تحقق مفهوم الاستدامة، بما يحقق قيماً مجتمعية مباشرة أهمها تعزيز لقيم المواطنة والانتماء ومدى انعكاس ذلك على الاهتمام بممتلكات الوطن مما يساهم بشكل مباشر في تنشيط السياحة على الجانبين الداخلي والخارجي. ونظراً لما تمر به البلاد من تفشي جائحة الكورونا الذي ترتب عليه ركود كبير وواضح في الاستثمارات، ووقف الطيران وانغلاق الدول على نفسها فقد تطلب ذلك الاهتمام بالجانب الداخلي وتنشيط الاستثمارات الداخلية من خلال التوعية بأهمية السياحة الداخلية وخاصة المناطق الأثرية، وإعادة رؤية ممتلكات الوطن وموروثاته خاصة لمنطقة مدائن صالح لتكون لبنة للاستثمار الخارجي بعد عودة الحركة والحياة العالمية. وكمنطلق لدراسة الصياغات التركيبية للمشغولة الفنية وتغيير مفهوم استخدام الخامات في الأعمال الفنية كنواة للفن في هذا القرن، أصبح ينبغي التعرض لمفهوم الفكر التشكيلي بشكل مغاير يتوافق واستراتيجيات التطوير وفق رؤية المملكة 2030. وفي ضوء ما سبق فإن البحث الحالي يتعرض بالدراسة لعدة محاور تتمركز حول: المحور الأول: رؤية معاصرة للمشغولة الفنية وتحولاتها للتعبير بالخامات بما يحقق مفهوم الاستدامة. المحور الثاني: تعزيز قيم الانتماء والمواطنة للحفاظ على ممتلكات الوطن وجعله واجهة مشرقة تشجع على السياحة (داخلية كانت أم خارجية). المحور الثالث: تنشيط السياحة الداخلية لتحقيق رواج اقتصادي داخل المملكة في ظل الركود العالمي. المحور الرابع: دراسة لمنطقة مدائن صالح في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030.

يناقش هذا البحث حالة جدا خطيرة لاحظناها في الآونة الاخيرة والاحداث التي حدثت في العراق اثناء اختيار رئيس الوزراء العراقي واختلاف الالية لترشيح رئيس الوزراء المكلف والتي نصت عليها المادة 76 من الدستور العراقي لعام 2005 , اذ بينت انه يجب ان تكون الالية لاختيار رئيس الوزراء العراقي المكلف خلال الفترة التي حددها الدستور العراقي لعام 2005 والتي سوف يتم توضيحها من خلال البحث , ولكن للأسف الشديد في الاحداث الاخيرة التي مر بها العراق ومن خلال اختيار وزراء قد تم تكليفهم كانت هناك تجاوزات على المادة المذكورة واننا اذا رجعنا الى المادة 13 من الدستور العراقي لعام 2005, انها قد بينت بان الدستور هو القانون الاعلى والاسمى في العراق ويجب ان يكون ملزما للجميع وبدون اي استثناء. التجاوزات التي نشهدها للأسف الشديد موجودة في مجتمعنا ، الامر الذي يستوجب علينا دراسة هذه المشكلة وفي نفس الوقت يجب علينا ان نبين ما هي الاسباب التي تكمن من ورائها وذلك لكي نتوصل الى اهم التوصيات والمقترحات التي ترشدنا الى عدم مخالفة الدستور.

Beliefs that people believe vary and extend to various aspects of their psychosocial life, such as water-related beliefs, animal-related beliefs, beliefs associated with the supernatural or the supernatural world, beliefs related to optimism and pessimism, envy (eye injury), and beliefs related to the life cycle. Each of these beliefs plays a prominent role in human life and expresses the culture of its adherents. Beliefs related to optimism and pessimism, and their impact on human behavior if they often become the basic orientate of the behavior of some individuals regardless of their age and educational levels. The research relied on the descriptive and analytical approach by describing the beliefs of the members of the research community, and analyzing the functional role of beliefs related to optimism and pessimism in human life. تعد المعتقدات الشعبية من الموضوعات الهامة التي يمكن التوقف عندها لمالها من تأثير في الواقع الاجتماعي والنفسي لحياة الأفراد، فلكل مجتمع مهما بلغت درجة تطوره أو تأخره نسق من الأفكار والمعتقدات التي يؤمن بها أفراده، والتي تؤدي دوراً بارزاً في تكوين ثقافة ذلك المجتمع، كما تعكس نظرة أفراده للحياة. وتتنوع المعتقدات التي يؤمن بها الإنسان، وتمتد لتطال مختلف جوانب حياته النفسية والاجتماعية، كالمعتقدات المرتبطة بالماء، والمعتقدات المرتبطة بالحيوان، والمعتقدات المرتبطة بالجان أو العالم ما فوق الطبيعي، والمعتقدات المرتبطة بالتفاؤل والتشاؤم، والحسد (الإصابة بالعين)، والمعتقدات المرتبطة بدورة الحياة. وكل من هذه المعتقدات تؤدي دوراَ بارزاً في حياة الإنسان وتعبر عن ثقافة معتنقيها، ويعد كل من التفاؤل والتشاؤم عنصراً أساسيا من عناصر الحياة النفسية والاجتماعية بالنسبة لكل منا، ولا يمكن لحياة أي إنسان أن تخلو من أي من هذين العنصرين، وتأتي أهمية هذه الدراسة من أهمية المعتقدات المتعلقة بالتفاؤل والتشاؤم، وتأثيرها في سلوك الإنسان إذا تصبح في كثير من الأحيان الموجه الأساسي لسلوك بعض الأفراد بغض النظر عن أعمارهم ومستوياتهم التعليمية. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال وصف للمعتقدات التي يؤمن بها أفراد مجتمع البحث، وتحليل الدور الوظيفي الذي تؤديه المعتقدات المتعلقة بالتفاؤل والتشاؤم في حياة الإنسان.

Developed societies are interested in creating research centers to make future decisions. Therefore, society’s various institutions and sectors became more dependent on these centers because they are one of the pillars of development in different fields for its functions and roles that contribute to design social policy. Recently, these centers which are concerned with social affairs in the Arab countries have spread, which raises the question: What are their contributions? What are the challenges they face? This study employed clerical research and comprehensive survey of the publications of these centers, both in print and electronically. Results showed that there are variations in the affiliation of research centers in each country, where most of them are governmental and belong to universities, especially in the Gulf countries. They also vary in the date of establishment which are more than sixty years in Egypt, and more than thirty years in Jordan, and a relatively modern establishment in the Gulf States. The relatively new growing up in the Gulf States. The researcher reviewed two models of Arab research centers as they are representing the centers that most contributed to the field of the Arab Social. Thought, namely: National Center for Social and Criminological Research in Egypt, 1955, which is a governmental center and Center for Arab Unity Studies in Beirut, 1975, which is a non-governmental center. The researcher presents a set of challenges that may face these centers to explore Arab future on a social level.

During the 1960s, the Arab countries began to establish specialized research centers such as the National Center for Social and Criminal Research in Egypt. And according to the latest report from the University of Pennsylvania in 2015, the number of research centers in Arab countries varied and showed a kind of disparity in numbers. Although Saudi Arabia possesses the financial, physical, economic, political, and societal components that help to create large numbers of research centers at a high level, it ranks 15th among Arab countries and has only four research centers. This raises the question about: What are the present realities and future hopes of research centers in Saudi Arabia? So, this current study focuses on: the number of research centers in Western countries in comparison to Arab countries, the reality of research centers in Saudi Arabia, and the obstacles facing the establishment of research centers in the country and in the Gulf countries. It also provides a set of proposals that may lead to an increase in the number of research centers in Saudi Arabia, the issues to be studied by such research centers, and the future vision for decision-makers. The results of the study show the small number of research centers in Saudi Arabia in particular and the Gulf countries in general compared to foreign countries. They also show that the United States of America obtained the first rank among other Western countries and Egypt ranked first among Arab countries.

Aims: The aims of this study was to evaluate the relationship of lateral dentoskeletal morphology to the amount of dental crowding in patients with Class II malocclusion. Materials and Methods: Study models and lateral cephalometric radiographs of a Class II malocclusion of 62 Iraqi patients(18-25 years) lived in the center of Mosul City (30males and 32 females), were evaluated. The sample was divided into two groups according to severity of pretreatment mandibular crowding. Group 1 consisted of 30 patients and have crowding ≥ 3 mm. Group 2 have 32 patients and crowding Results: Significant differences between crowding less than 3mm and crowding groups more than 3mm were seen in posterior facial height ( S-Go) , the angle between sella, nasion and occlusal plane line ( S-N-Ocp) and the angle between sella, nasion and the long axis of lower central incisor (S-N-L1) in males, while in females, the significant differences were seen in the angle between sella, nasion and the long axis of lower central incisor (S-N-L1) and the angle between Sella–nasion line and mandibular plane(NS- GoMe). The other parameters showed no significant differences. The correlation coefficients of the amount of crowding with all the measurements were studied. Some of them showed a positive correlation, while others showed a negative one. Conclusions: Subjects with Class II malocclusion and different amount of dental crowding have no significantly relation with skeletal parameters. Results suggest that dental crowding is independent of the skeletal measurements.

يعد تلوث المعلومات الصحفية من ابرز المشكلات التي تواجه الصحفيين ولاسيما العاملين في التحرير الصحفي اذ تتعرض المادة الصحفية اثناء مرورها بسلم الهرم التحريري للصحيفة لهذا النوع من التلوث . نحاول في هذا البحث تحديد ماهية مصطلح تلوث المعلومات الصحفية وابرز معاني هذا المصطلح وما اسباب هذا التلوث ومصادره. وقد اتبع البحث خطوات المنهج الوصفي للوصول الى اهدافه باستخدام اداة الاستبانة مستهدفة العاملين في التحرير الصحفي للصحف العراقية المستمرة بالصدور . توصل البحث الى مجموعة من النتائج والاستنتاجات مفادها ان الصحفيين المبحوثين على دراية بوجود تلوث في المعلومات الصحفية وان لهذا التلوث اسبابه ومصادره .

كان ظهور الحركات الفنية في الدول الغربية بعد فترة الحداثة، فقد أدخلت إشكالية جدلية كبيرة على مستوى الفكر والخطاب، استدعت تغيير مسار الخطاب الاستاطيقيي الى رؤى جديدة، لذا هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على الخطاب الجمالي لدى فناني البوب آرت وتمثلاته في نتاجات طلبة قسم التربية الفنية. تضمن الاطار النظري مبحثين هما المبحث الأول, ماهية الخطاب الجمالي والمبحث الثاني, المرتكزات التعليمية لنتاجات الطلبة وتضمنت اجراءات البحث الحالي اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، اما عينة البحث تألفت من (4) نتاجات تم اختيارها بالطريقة القصدية من المرحلة الرابعة قسم التربية الفنية/كلية الفنون الجميلة/ جامعة بغداد، وما يخص نتائج البحث فقد اتضح من تحليل العينات انها اقتربت من الخطاب الجمالي للبوب ارت والذي يقوم على تعدد الدلالات وتقويض المركز والتوجه نحو النهايات المفتوحة. بأسلوب اندي وارهول واعماله من حيث التكرار واستخدام الالوان المشعة، وان التمثل اخذ صورة شكلية استرجاعية مع بعض التغيير. واستنتجت الباحثة أن التمثل يحدث بتلازم الشكل و المضمون وفق سمات اقرب الى المحاكاة، او باعتماد الخصائص الشكلية والتقنية مع تغير المضمون، وذلك بتأثير البنية الفكرية والثقافية للمجتمع.

Discourse markers are expressions used to connect sentences to what comes before or after and indicate a speaker's attitude to what he is saying.As linguistic items, they have important functions in discourses of various styles or registers. And being connective elements, discourse markers relate sentences, clauses and paragraphs to each other. "One of the most prominent function of discourse markers, however, is to signal the kinds of relations a speaker perceives between different parts of the discourse". (Lenk 1997: 2) Through political discourse, different types of discourse markers are used. This paper deals with the importance and functions of discourse markers and tries to shed light on the kinds of discourse markers used in political speech through analyzing the speech of the American president, Barack Obama, depending on Hyland and Tse’s (2004) classification of discourse markers; interpersonal and textual markers. The results show that these discourse markers function as means ofsocial interaction aimed at influencing the nation.
