The legal substance in the Government Regulation on Marriage Law Implementation, particularly on financial requirements for polygamy, allows the emergence of ambiguous interpretations for judges. Article 41, paragraph C, of that regulation, does not specify how judges should assess the financial strength of a husband who intends to engage in a polygamous marriage. Likewise, the Bantul Religious Court judges (who granted the most polygamy permits in Yogyakarta of 2021) have a different perspective on the requirements for financial ability in polygamy. In this context, this study examines how Bantul Religious Court judges deal with this legal ambiguity in their decisions. This study examines 14 polygamy verdicts. This research finds that the concept of financial ability in the polygamy case is the judge's way of measuring the justice of the husband. Justice primarily refers to the husband's capability to provide an adequate financial portion of the fair share to their wife (in the future). To know the husband's financial ability, judges apply a holistic approach that rests on a sociological lens. Dalam konteks tersebut, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana Hakim Pengadilan Agama Bantul menyikapi ambiguitas hukum tersebut dalam putusannya. Studi ini mengkaji 14 vonis poligami. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa konsep kemampuan finansial dalam kasus poligami merupakan cara hakim mengukur keadilan suami. This study aims to identify the perceptions of Arabic language students and teachers about using literary texts in the study of Arabic Syntax. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher relied on the analytical approach with the qualitative approach, which collected data using semi-structured interviews with eight students specializing in Arabic and four Arabic language teachers at Perlis Islamic University College (KUIPs) Malaysia. The audio data is transferred to the written text and encoded manually. One of the most important findings of the research is that the students agreed that the employment of literary texts in the study of Arabic grammar helps them practice the language daily through the methods used and master the Arabic grammar by parsing words correctly, and this differs from using ordinary texts because they did not feel enthusiastic and fun while studying Arabic Syntax. Teachers also agreed that employing literary texts in the process of teaching Arabic Syntax helps students to know the correct style of Arabic, as most of the literary language is an eloquent language, and that employing literary texts with examples selected from prose texts and poetic texts, all of which are familiar and usual for students specializing in Arabic language and literature. Based on this, teachers should pay attention to choosing appropriate literary materials, such as short stories, when teaching Arabic Syntax to ensure that students understand the rules better and practice them on the ground. The study examines the dimensions of Sufism in the book of Asrâr ash-Shalah Min 'Iddah Kutub Mu'tamidah written by Abdurrahman Siddiq Al-Banjari. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach that is an approach to generate descriptive data in the form of written words because this study seeks to describe elements of Sufism contained in the book of Asrâr ash-Shalah Min 'Iddah Kutub Mu'tamidah written by Abdurrahman Siddiq al -Barari. The results of this study indicate that the elements of Sufism contained in that book is ethical and philosophical Sufism.

The Islamic finance industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the world. However, many potential Muslim customers, particularly in rural areas, have unfulfilled banking needs and lack access to financing. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial projects in the agricultural sector are presumed to optimize economic growth. In addition, some scholars have expounded that the financial problems faced by the agricultural sector are caused by the risks of debt financing and lack of access to the capital market. In Islamic law, almuzara’ah and al-musaqah can be considered as forms of partnership contract in farming. Therefore, using descriptive analysis, this paper attempts to portray how Islamic financial principles are closely related to the agricultural sector in developing Islamic agricultural finance. This study found that the application of the modes of Islamic financing in the agricultural sector through financial institutions could be very effective in providing financing to ensure that the partnership progresses effectively and efficiently. As a result, there is an urgent need to develop a sound agricultural financial system based on Islamic contracts in order to increase and sustain the income of farmers and landowners and to reduce poverty.
