The current study aimed to examine the role of the International Accreditation of International Association for Counseling Services (IACS) in ensuring the quality of counseling within the University Counseling Center (UCC) at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University. The total sample consisted of two groups, one of them consisted of students (9560), while the second group included (30) UCC counselors. Based on the desire of the University Counseling Center (UCC) at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University to define the role of international accreditation (IACS) in ensuring the quality of counseling services, it was necessary to monitor and highlight the strengths by comparing the indicators of improvement in the pre-accreditation and post-accreditation stages in terms of the efficiency of the counselor's performance (through training, supervision, and quantitative as well as qualitative analysis of the counselor's annual achievements} In addition to evaluating student satisfaction with the counseling services provided (individual counseling services and workshops along with general evaluation), the role of the academic counseling program at the center is to raise grade point average (GPA) of students before and after the counseling program, and increase the scientific production of the center's employees between two years (2015 and 2019). To this is added the impact of international accreditation )IACS( on the effectiveness of psychological counseling interventions for treating clients with anxiety disorders based on the BASIC-ID model. The results indicated that there are differences between all performance indicators between 2015 and 2019 in favor of performance indicators during 2019, which indicates that there is a positive impact of international accreditation )IACS( on the quality of counseling services at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University. The aim of this research is to study the changes of the social values and their effects on the women status. In order to achieve this aim, the study considered the general social structure through analysing women status within the national and international social changes and their effects on the local society. The study included data collection, field study and the use of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The following conclusions were reached: 1 - Education played a main role in changing many social values regarding women status and their role in society specially in socialaziation and their ability in problem solving. 2 - Many factors motivate women to work such as; economic independence, helping their husbands in life expenses, and finally self satisfaction. 3 - Many factors hampered women's political partcipation such as; educational system which does not encourage the social awamess and its dependance on the use of traditional ways of teaching which are quite different from the current actual social life. 4 - There is general public opinion toward the positive participation of working and non-working women in society, allthough there are social, cultural, or personal, some obstacles.
