Aims: To evaluate the effect of the different curing methods conventional water bath heat–curing and microwave energy curing method and different immersion periods on the water sorption and solubility of the different types of heat–cured acrylic resins. Materials and methods: Water sorption and solubility were measured by means of mass change in the materials after water saturation and dehydration. Two different commercial heat–cured acrylic resins Major Base 2, and Quayle Dental resins were used in this study. Specimens were divided into two groups depending on the curing method. Thirty two specimens were prepared, eight specimens for each material in each group. Specimens were immersed in distilled water, and then subsequently removed from their containers at 1 week and 1 month of immersion for evaluation. Mean values wear compared statistically with one way analysis of variance followed by Duncan's multiple range test to determined the significant different among the groups at (p< 0.05) level of significance. Results: showed that the curing method and immersion period have a significant effect on the water sorption and solubility ratios of the resins. Curing by microwave energy method and increasing immersion period caused increasing in the ratios. The type of heat–cured acrylic resin has an effect but the difference was not significant. Conclusion: the curing method, immersion period and types of the acrylic resin have an effect on the absorption and solubility ratios.

This study examines fermented soya bean (SBM) and sunflower meal (SFM) with three biological treatments: Aspergillus Oryza, Ruminococcus flavefaciens and Lactobacillus plantarum, as well as the effects of these treatments on chemical composition, cell wall constituents, in vitro dry matter disappearance (IVDMD), and enzyme activity of the fermented SBM and SFM. After 2 h of ruminal incubation, all biological treatments (fungi, Bacteria, fungi with Bacteria) improved the IVDMD for Fermented SBM compared to that of the control (19.47, 20.65 and 18.38%, respectively). The maximum improvement values of IVDMD for SBM were recorded after 4 h and 6 h of incubation for all treatments. In addition, SFM after 2 h of ruminal incubation with any examined biological treatment (fungi, Bacteria, fungi with Bacteria), the IVDMD values have improved compared to that of the control group. Moreover, enzyme activities (cellulase, amylase, xylanase, and protease) have increased in all treatments. It was determined that SSF with A. oryzae and Ruminococcus boosted the protein content and digestibility of soybean and sunflower meals.

This paper proposes a DC-DC step-up converter with a high voltage gain for solar and fuel cell systems. This converter combines a Zeta converter with one basic cell of the coated circuit and a Quadratic-Boost converter by a high-frequency transformer. The outputs of these two converters are connected in a series to boost the output voltage of the combined DC-DC converter. The proposed converter not only can achieve higher voltage gain but also acquire lower voltage stress on the semiconductor devices. Therefore, the devices with lower conduction resistances. Moreover, the circuit is made so that the outputs of each part of the converter keep the same properties as those of the converter that came before the combination, ensuring that each converter's known benefits are maintained. The proposed topology has one switch, which keeps the number of components low. The simulation of 240-watt, input voltage 30-volt, and 100kHz using the PLECS program is obtained to confirm the theoretical analysis of the proposed converter.

Background: Nanomaterials play a significant role in the field of water treatment due to their environment-friendly and appealing physical and chemical characteristics. Objective: The purpose of this research is to evaluate whether graphene oxide adsorbents can effectively remove hymexazol pesticide from an aqueous solution. Methods: Graphene oxide (GO) was prepared by the modified Hummer method, and it was characterized by a number characterization techniques, including XRD, Raman spectroscopy, FE-SEM, TEM, and EDX. Furthermore, the performances of the GO adsorbents for the removal of hymexazol from aqueous solution were investigated. The effect of contact time, GO dosage, initial hymexazol concentration, and temperature was carefully studied. Results: The kinetic experimental data were best described by the pseudo-second-order kinetic model. The equilibrium data were well fitted by the Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm models. The kinetic experimental data were best described by the pseudo-second-order kinetic model. And through the thermodynamic studies, it was found that the adsorption process of hymexazol pesticide is endothermic and spontaneous, in addition to the occurrence of adsorption and absorption together. Conclusions: The findings of the adsorption process demonstrated that graphene oxide is an extremely efficient adsorbent material for pesticide adsorption, owing to its large surface area and the presence of oxygen-rich groups on its surface.

This study was presented to verify the ability of Biomimetics as an analogue ideology in raising the efficiency of the operational building performance from a structural efficiency perspective, and reduce energy consumption.Therefore, this study included evaluating the efficiency of applying that intellectual methodology based on analog transfer of functions and processes of biological systems in providing the building environment with the characteristics of innovation and sustainability, as well as studying the ability of that intellectual methodology to raise the structural efficiency of the building, and discuss the impact of its activation on the synthesis of advanced materials in conjunction with a study of its ability to improve water and waste management, in addition to enhancing the thermoregulation of the indoor environment within a sustainable environmental framework; corresponding to the operational performance of the ecosystem enhanced by the regenerative design in architecture that promotes the repair and renewal of surrounding ecosystems.

In the context of unsustainable approaches, buildings are increasingly dependent on mechanical systems to ensure quality requirements of thermal indoor environment, which causes the need for more energy as well as rising the associated greenhouse gas emissions rates. This requires increased awareness towards energy conservation and reduction of energy consumption in conjunction with enhancing buildings sustainability. In this regard, we find that the building envelope plays a crucial role in reducing energy consumption; as well as its role in raising the performance of buildings as the regulating mediator in the reciprocal relationship between the internal and external environment, especially when applying appropriate technical solutions and energy-saving materials within the structure of the envelope, which enhances the concept of passive adaptation to the simultaneous environmental changes. So, Improving the efficiency of energy performance during the operational phases of the building envelope is a vigorous area of research; Organizations and responsible authorities are always seeking to come up with advanced technologies based on renewable energy sources in order to reduce buildings’ dependence on fossil fuels and provide cooling and/or heating energy requirements, as well as improve indoor thermal comfort in a more sustainable and cost-effective manner.In this regard, Thermal Energy Storage Systems (TES) are discussed as one of the most effective advanced technologies in managing the thermal performance of the building envelope with a particular focus on studying the role of Phase Change Materials (PCMs) in raising the efficiency of the building's thermal performance. This study sheds light on the importance of applying phase-changing materials in the building envelope and its role in activating the principle of thermal adaptation to daily fluctuations. by discussing the nature of that category of materials, their types, and their distinctive properties in addition to studying its main working principle, then studying criteria for choosing the most appropriate. focusing on current studies and future scenarios for these materials to monitor their thermal behavior and examine their role in raising the efficiency of the building envelopes performance. The main results indicated that the phase change materials have a significant effect on reducing the cooling/heating load, saving energy and gaining thermal comfort.

This study aimed to evaluate the influence of choline chloride supplementation on the growth performance of feedlot calves. Thirty-two crossbred calves with a mean initial body weight of 305.71±4.09 Kg were divided into three groups of 10, 11 and 11 animals, randomly. The animals were distributed to one of three dietary treatments, control, choline15 and choline 30 (the rations supplemented with 0, 15 and 30 g choline chloride, respectively). The animals were fed on concentrate feed at a rate of about 2.15% of their live body weight and rice straw open access. Supplementing animal ration with choline chloride did not significantly affect all nutrients' digestibility and feeding value. The animals supplemented with 30 g choline chloride recorded significantly higher (P=0.037) total serum protein concentration compared to the other groups. The group received a ration supplemented with 30 g of choline chloride and recorded significantly higher final weight, total gain, and mean daily gain. Data showed significant improvement in TDN, CP and DCP conversion for the animal received ration supplemented with 30 g choline chloride compared to the control group. In conclusion, supplementing fattening calves' ration with rumen-protected choline could improve average daily gain and feed conversion.

يهدف هذا البحث الموسوم بـ (أثر الأُسر الزيدية في دعم الجانب الإداري للخلافة العباسية 132-656هـ/749-1258م) الى رصد اسهامات ذراري زيد الشهيد (ت121هـ/738م)، في الجانب الاداري للخلافة العباسية طول مدة خلافتها، إذ أنبرى العديد من شخصيات الأُسر الزيدية الى تسنم مناصب مهمة ومتنوعة في العديد من مؤسسات الخلافة ايماناً من قبل الخلافة العباسية بقدراتهم وامكاناتهم لإدارة ما أُسند اليهم، سيما وانهم تحلوا بالصفات والامكانات العلمية التي ادت الى اجادتهم للوظائف المنوطة لهم، فضلاً عن تفانيهم واخلاصهم في مهامهم خدمةً الخلافة العباسية، الامر الذي ساهم في إعطاء صورة مشرقة للأسر الزيدية لخدمة المجتمع الاسلامي من منطلق ادارتهم الجيدة للمهام التي تقلدوا امرها.

اهتمت الأدبيات الحديثة في مجال الادارة الاستراتيجية على العديد من المواضيع المستحدثة ومن هذه المواضيع هو موضوع التعلم الاستراتيجي وازداد هذا الاهتمام المتنامي بوصفه من المداخل الاستراتيجية المهمة في إدارة الأعمال ولدوره الجوهري الذي استند على تعزيز وتحسين مبادئ جودة المؤسسات التعليمية، لاسيما في ما يتعلق بالتعلم الاستراتيجي بوصفه موجوداً استراتيجيا له تأثير في ذلك، لذا سعى البحث إلى طرح منظور فلسفي معرفي لموضوعات فكرية تمثلت بـ (التعلم الاستراتيجي وجودة المؤسسات التعليمية)، وقد تضمن مجتمع البحث قيادات الجامعات الأهلية اختيرت منهم عينة بصورة عشوائية بلغت (108) مفردة، ولغرض جمع البيانات والمعلومات منهم استخدمت استمارة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسة للبحث، وبعد اكمال جمع البيانات تم تحليلها لغرض التوصل إلى النتائج بواسطة البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS v24)، توصل البحث إلى نتائج عدة أهمها وجود علاقتي ارتباط وتأثير بين متغيري البحث، كما ووضع الباحثون عدد من التوصيات كان أهمها ضرورة تبني آليات التعلم الاستراتيجي من قبل القيادات الجامعية من أجل تحسين مبادئ جودة التعليم الأهلي في العراق.

يشهد قطاع العمران المصري ثوره فعليه على ارض الواقع ورغم من أن الدولة المصرية أعلنت تبني مفهوم الاستدامة كأساس لتحقيق أي تنمية ألا أن التنمية في قطاع العمران تكاد تكون بعيده كل البعد عن أهداف التنمية المستدامة وخاصة البيئية. وأصبح الوضع الحالي يستدعي التدخل العاجل لوقف التدهور البيئي واقتراح مجموعه من المداخل العمرانية التنموية المبتكرة التي يمكن أن تحقق أهداف التنمية العمرانية للدولة المصرية مع الحفاظ على التوازن البيئي للمنتج العمراني الجديد. وبناء عليه قام البحث من خلال دراسة نظرية مقارنة للمداخل العلمية الحديثة إلى تحديد مدخل "التصميم العمراني التجديدي" كأحد أهم المداخل العلمية الحديثة التي يمكن أن تحقق أهداف التنمية العمرانية المستدامة لقطاع العمران المصري. يهدف مدخل "التصميم العمراني التجديدي" إلى إنشاء مجتمعات عمرانية قادرة على تجديد مواردها ومواجهة الكوارث ويتم ذلك باستخدام "علم المحاكاة الطبيعية "والذي يمثل أداة لتحقيق التجديد من خلال نقل خصائص الكائنات الحية والبيئة الطبيعية إلى العمران لإعطائه نفس القدرة على التأقلم البيئي. وقد اعتمدت منهجيه البحث على منهج استنباطي من خلال مجموعه من الدراسات النظرية توصل من خلالها البحث لإطار مبدئي لتفعيل مفهوم وفكر التصميم العمراني التجديدي في العمران المصري. ثم من خلال دراسة تحليلية لمجموعة من التجارب التي طبقت مفهوم علم محاكاة الطبيعة قام البحث بتدقيق الإطار المبدئي وصولا للإطار النهائي المقترح لتفعيل منهج التصميم العمراني التجديدي كمنهج بيئي مستدام مقترح لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة للعمران المصري. Recently, the Egyptian government has announced sustainability as the sin quo for any development plans on all the governmental sectors. The Egyptian urban development sector has been the main target concerning the ability to introduce sustainability aiming to minimize the negative impacts of the sector. Although, the government plans to introduce sustainability the achieved development is still existing negative impacts especially on the environmental dimension. The situation urges for a new approach that bare the ability to satisfy the development of the sector while maintaining and preserving the environmental assets of the developed urban areas. The paper aiming to target the appropriate approach conducted a comparative analytical study for the various new urban development approaches. The study announced the ‘urban regenerative’ as the most effective approach being able to address the challenges and mitigate the impacts of the Egyptian urban developments. The approach is set to have the ability to promote a kind of sustainable urban product that can maintain and recharge its resources and mitigate the natural environmental hazards. Based on adoption of the biomimicry technology where features of biotic and abiotic characteristics of nature are transferred to the urban of our cities. Based on literature review and theoretical studies a framework for promoting the approach within the Egyptian context has been inducted. International case studies where analyzed to refine the initial inducted framework, based on which the final proposed framework was concluded.

Fashion design is the process of creating ideas and concepts related to clothing styles, accessories, etc., to obtain these collectibles with new designs, whether in shapes, fabrics, or colors used. These choices are affected by seasonal patterns called the prevailing fashion. In this research study, contemporary Egyptian designs are created, keeping up with the trends of international fashion using the aesthetics of Ebro art and the Appliqué technique, where these designs are implemented using shaping on the mannequin, where this method is used in the design of clothes, especially high-end clothes (Haut Couture). With distinct designs, harmonious design groups were made and a series of tests were conducted at the Measurement and Standardization Center to measure the color fastness to light, washing, sweat and friction. The use of ebru dyes against color fastness to light, washing, friction and perspiration helped to make these fabrics suitable for the environment. The research study reached an answer to the problem and hypothesis of the research, as well as the statistical results of the innovative clothing designs combined between Ebro art and Appliqué technique

يقدم هذا المقال لمحة عامة عن التوزيع الجغرافي للفقهاء المسلمين إبان القرون الهجرية الأربعة الأولى، أي منذ فجر الإسلام إلى العصر الذي ظهرت فيه المدرسة الإسلامية أواخر القرن الرابع الهجري (العاشر الميلادي)، تقريبا. وسوف يتوفر على النصيب الإجمالي الذي شارك به كل مذهب من مذاهب الفقه السنية الأربعة خلال تلك المدة، بالإضافة إلى الإلمام بالفقهاء الذين تحولوا من مذهب الى آخر، وأولئك الذين لم ينتسبوا إلى مذهب بعينه. على أن تركيز البحث سوف ينصب على التنويع الجغرافي لهؤلاء الفقهاء في أنحاء العالم الإسلامي. وفي الحق أن بعض ما انتهينا إليه من نتائج يعززها ما قررته دراسات سابقةـ

The aim of the research is to use clothing technology to design an innovative sports T-shirt using (KAATSU) technology and to identify its functional efficiency and its impact on some performance variables (physical - physical) under research. Also, the experimental approach using the experimental design of two groups, one of them is an experimental group to which the innovative sports T-shirt (KAATSU) technology is applied during training, and a control group uses the traditional method of training, and it represents the research community in the boxing players in Mahalla al-Kubra in Gharbia Governorate who are registered with the Egyptian Boxing Federation for the sports season 2020/2021AD. The number of (62) athletes boxer in clubs (Ghazl Al-Mahalla, July 23, Al-Said), and the research sample was randomly selected, numbering (46) athletes, and the researchers chose the basic research sample and their number was (30) boxers. Each of them (15) boxers, one experimental and the other control, and the most important study tools were the measure of the emotional side to evaluate the method used for (KAATS) training. U) (researchers design), and the most important results were the effect of using the innovative sports T-shirt using (KAATSU) technology on the emotional side of the experimental research sample, superior to the control group, the effect of using the innovative sports T-shirt using (KAATSU) technology on improving the level of performance (physical and physical). Therefore, it has been deemed necessary to clarify the truth by answering the following question: ‘if education is proved to be a right for women, is it permissible to deny women their right to education under such a pretext? The researcher used descriptive and critical approaches to discuss the right of women to education considering co-education in universities. This paper addressed this topic by rooting the concept of this right and its obligations. It also addressed the issue of co-education from a doctrinal point of view on which contemporary studies focused. This paper argues that education is a right that Islam grants to women and women have the right to claim and defend it before those in authority, who assume the responsibility of providing the right environment for women to exercise their right to education.

This study examined the compatibility of some cleaning materials to reach compounds that are more effective and help to raise the efficiency rates of cleaning stains from the surface of oil paintings. The researcher has identified some types of cleaning materials that will be used in the study (Gel Voo – Crotex S230 – Vanis). He also performed the necessary examination on the painting in study before starting the cleaning and restoration operations, and the spread of dust stains, soot, fatty stains, acidity, and fungi stains was noted. The previous materials were applied single without adding them to other materials or preparing a mixture between two types of them in cleaning treatments and stain removal. The treatment was repeated three times, which confirmed this method to obtain a better result in cleaning and stains removal. And when applying cleaning compounds that were mixed more than one cleaning substance in varying proportions, it gave a result of cleaning and removing stains more effectiveness and higher quality than its counterparts. The ratios and rates of cleaning for these compounds were from the following ( Voor Gel + Lipase Enzyme + Zinc 95% - Crotex S230 85% -Vanis + Gel + Lipase 85%). From here it is clear that the study solves a basic problem which is the weakness of the effectiveness of some materials in the efficiency of the processes of cleaning oil paintings when used alone . The aim of the study is to achieve compatibility among some cleaning materials to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of oil painting cleaning operations. Such a view is taken differently in the Islamic Law whose teachings and principles are superior to other positive theories and principles. The design may be inappropriate for the current situation, but with the use of modern technology, the "virtual reality" in the design and arrangement of the production line and the consideration of indicators that lead to increased efficiency and the use of productivity standards that balance production lines The efficiency of the workers' performance is increased through training in a variety of production stages. This study aimed to build and test an information portal related to the collection and analysis of content related to terrorism on the dark web, to benefit from it in the field of combating terrorism, which could be developed in the future more broadly to support the security and practical decision, towards reducing terrorism in all its forms on the one hand. The importance of this study lies - to our knowledge - in the absence of studies at the Arab level that dealt with such a subject. The research used the case study method to study the topic from its various aspects, and in surveying the opinions of specialists this was done using the interview tool, as the research designed a questionnaire for this purpose, which included a group of (19) questions in the closed end method, and it came in two parts: and the main questions on the subject of the study, in addition to two open-ended questions about the suggestions and observations on the information portal. The results of the study concluded that an information portal was built to collect and analyze the content of terrorist groups and organizations on the dark web, and to test their functions through the study sample, which the results showed that it is very suitable for the idea of ​​the portal project and its development. The study also concluded with a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which is the recommendation to adopt the idea of ​​the study, by developing a broader and comprehensive (informational - knowledge) portal system, so that it becomes an institutional project, adopted by scientific and security institutions, such as the Artificial Intelligence Research Laboratory at the University of Arizona.

This research is concerned with the two Imams al-Amani and al-Qastalani, their books and the approach of each of them in brief. The research focused on Imam al-Qastalani’s traces in his book Subtle Hints of the Arts of Readings on the Omani Imam in his Guide to Pausing and Starting Reading Verses of the Holy Quran. The aim of the research is to collect these traces, and study them in a full comparison with the sayings of other imams in the books of interpretation in general, and the books of endowment and innovation in particular. The research tried to arrive at the terms and method of Imam al-Qastalani in his pursuits, and to know the scientific value of them. The researcher adopted the inductive approach in collecting these traces and the analytical approach in studying and discussing them. The study also mentioned the Quranic texts by which it is inferred and the mention of the verse number and its name. The study reached several results, including: the attention of scholars to tracking and rectifying those who preceded them, and their keenness to discuss and explain issues, Imam Al-Qastalani's keenness on literature in criticism, and the tracking formulas varied in his book, some of which are explicit and clear in tracking, and others are not explicit and indirect. The study confirmed the urgent need to re-investigate the guide book of the Omani Imam, as it identified a number of typographical and scientific errors in it.

Background: Adipose derived-mesenchymal stem cells have been used as an alternative to bone marrow cells in this study. Objective: We investigated the in vitro isolation, identification, and differentiation of stem cells into neuron cells, in order to produce neuron cells via cell culture, which would be useful in nerve injury treatment. Method: Mouse adipose mesenchymal stem cells were dissected from the abdominal subcutaneous region. Neural differentiation was induced using β-mercaptoethanol. This study included two different neural stage markers, i.e. nestin and neurofilament light-chain, to detect immature and mature neurons, respectively. Results: The immunocytochemistry results showed that the use of β-mercaptoethanol resulted in the successful production of neuron cells. This was attributable to the increase and significant overexpression of the nestin protein during the early exposure period, which resulted in the expression of the highest levels of nestin. In comparison, the expression level of neurofilament light-chain protein also increased with time but less than nestin. Non-treated mesenchymal stem cells, considered as control showed very low expression for both markers. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that adipose mesenchymal cells represent a good, easily obtainable source of bone marrow cells used to developing the differentiation process.

Impediments of promotion in the Iraqi law has not received the same significance given by the comparative countries, which negatively affects the public servant right to financial promotion and academic promotion. Such ambiguity is complementary to the ambiguity made by the Iraqi legislator in regulating the public servant s financial promotion and academic promotion generally.The study has arrived at a number of findings the most important of which is the absence of an explicit legal provision in Iraq due to nonexistence of regulation of many of these causes, unlike France and Egypt. In Iraq interrogation is not deemed to be an impediment of promotion directly and it has not tackled the issue of due date of financial promotion of public servant at periods of dismissal from job. This occurs naturally due to the ambiguity of legal provision dealing with financial promotion of public servant and confusing it with an academic promotion in terms of legal terms. Therefore, the Iraqi legislator is advised to avoid that through inserting a definite definition of financial promotion and academic promotion each and explaining its attitude towards the impediments of promotion through limiting it accurately and unambiguously.

An Implemented pot experiment has been conducted in Al-Qadisiyah city - sadder AL- Yusufiya - District 9 in Spring planting season 2016 to study the effect of the overlap between the mineral , organic and bio fertilization in some growth indicators to maize crop (Zea mays) in Silt Loam texture soils with factorial experiement according to completely randomize design (Complete random design) and with three replicates. The expenneit has been done by adding mineral fertilizers (240 kg N. ha-1 and 80 kg P. ha-1 and 120 kg K. ha-1) three levels (0, 50% and 100%) respectively; and two levels of organic fertilizer (0 and 10 Mg. ha-1) respectively; and two levels of bio-fertilizer (0 and 2 ml. L-1) respectively to the irrigation water. The addition of mineral , organic and bio fertilizers has a significant effecct on the dry matter amount and the treatment (M2O1B1) is given the highest average of the dry matter,which reaches to 57.27 g.pot-1 as compared with the control treatment (M0O0B0), reacches to 20.46 g.pot-1 and the increasing percentage reach to 179.91%. There are no significant differences between (M1O1B1) and (M2O1B1). The triple overlap among the metal and organic fertilizers and bio has a significant effect on increasing the percentages of N, P and K in maize plants%, the treatment (M2O1B1) has achieved the highest average of 3.67% N and 0.49% P and 2.19% K respectively, compared with the treatment control (M0O0B0) 2.21% N and 0.23% P and 1.33% K sequentially with increasing which presentage reached to 66.06 N% and 113.04 P% and 64.66 K%. There are no significant differences between the treatments (M1O1B1) and (M2O1B1). (M2O1B1).

The software was build using Visual Basic to ensure flexible code and interactive user-interface. Life span of Sitoroger cerealella which was reared on various diets is studied at laboratory condition ( 27±1C ,60±5%RH) At the agricultural laboratories of the Ministry of Science & Technology , during 2009-2010 .The results has shown that the shortest period for development this insect is 34.8 day when it is reared on rice (variety ,Amber) ,while the longest period was 53. 2 day , when it is reared on wheat .The results of this study proved that there's no effect for the type of diet on the longevity of males and females, time before and after eggs laying .The results also has shown that ,the diet have effect on eggs number which are laid by females and hutching percentage .Maximum average of eggs laying is recorded by the female on maize (104.2)/female ,while the minimum averse of eggs which have laid (52.6)/female ,for the adults reared on rice (variety ,Amber).High eggs hutching percentage was recorded for the females which have reared on rice (variety ,Amber) 94.71%, while the minimum is 64.46% for the females are reared on barley .Finally the study record that the high emergence of adults 54.81%for the females reared on rice (variety ,Amber ) while the lowest is recorded for the females reared on wheat 26.94% and the sex ratio always toward the males except the adults emergence from the diet of rice (amber) which has the sex ratio is (35male:39female).

The behavior of the dynamics of semiconductor laser is investigated by simulation and solving numerically the laser rate equations for photon and carrier densities. The rate equations take into account various system parameters such as gain compression factor and carrier recombination mechanisms. The simulation results reviled a step power response and carrier density for various cavity length and facet reflectivity of semiconductor laser.
