Robotic manipulators are being widely used in industrial operations and healthcare due to their versatile functionalities. However, the confined workspace of fixed robotic arms limits their applicability in scenarios requiring a broader range of configurations. To overcome this limitation, this research provides a case study on a robotic system composed of two primary subsystems an articulated robotic arm and a linear rail. A simple path planning task was carried out using CoppeliaSim simulation software to study the effect of Ruckig, an advanced online trajectory generation algorithm, alongside the RRT-Connect path planning algorithm. this study demonstrates the capacity of Ruckig to improve the efficiency of path planning regarding the processing time and path length. The results showed that Ruckig helped reducing the process time by 90% with an exceptional improvement to the motion profiles of the system. Regarding the path length, it seems that it was able to decrease the length in certain cases, but not all. The reduction reached a maximum of 50% compared to the original length.

Aims: The current retrospective radio-graphical study aimed to find the prevalence of lower third molar impactions and angulations in a sample population of Duhok Province -Kurdistan region, Iraq. Materials and Methods: The study included randomly chosen Orthopantomograms (OPGs) of 1316 adults; “682 males and 634 females” with ages ranging between (21 – 50 years) old who were referred to the College of Dentistry / Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department / University of Duhok between the years (2020 and 2023). A total of 502 OPGs were included in the study with impacted lower wisdom teeth (344 bi-lateral impactions, 158 uni-lateral impactions), Analysis was made according to the classifications of Pell and Gregory and Winter’s categories of radiographic images (OPGs) to determine the prevalence and angulations of impacted lower wisdom teeth. Results: The data was collected from 502 patients “183 males and 319 females” OPGs, with a total of (846) impacted lower wisdom teeth (344 bi-lateral impactions, 158 uni-lateral impactions). The prevalence of mesioangular impactions was 28.2% being the most common. Vertical angulations were significantly lower than other impactions 3.7%. There was a significant difference between female and male-impacted third molars “18.8% in females and 10.4% in males” (577 teeth in females and 269 teeth in males). Conclusion: Mesioangular lower wisdom teeth impactions were recorded to be the most common type found with females being more than in males.

Egypt is confronted with a critical issue of increasing electricity consumption, mainly attributable to the extensive usage of air conditioning equipment, especially in areas with high temperatures and dry circumstances such as Aswan city. This study addresses a comparative analysis of the energy saving of two air conditioning systems: a Mini-Split unit and a variable refrigerant flow system (VRF)for office Buildings located in Aswan City. The main goal is to examine their energy efficiency and suitability for addressing issues related to power usage. The main conclusions are clear-cut. The VRF system constantly shows a noticeable advantage in terms of energy efficiency, especially in the summer when it's hot outside. Its consistent year-round balanced energy performance highlights its flexibility in changing environmental conditions. A significant annual energy savings of about 19,187.43 kWh can be achieved by switching to the VRF system. The VRF system's estimated energy efficiency ratio to the MSAV system is roughly 0.746. This ratio highlights how energy-efficient the VRF is—it uses about 74.6% less energy for comparable or even better HVAC performance. Study backs energy-efficient HVAC for sustainable buildings, offering crucial insights to decision-makers. There is no doubt about the potential benefits of converting to the VRF system, especially in areas with various climates. These results contribute to the conversation about green HVAC systems and provide building managers and policymakers with valuable information to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact. This research is a priceless tool for deciding on energy-efficient and environmentally friendly HVAC systems.

The initial reading of Mamluks architecture reveals that the forms are governed by urban factors, so it is in correct to understand Mamluks buildings as a container of spaces, but it is a receptacle of a homogeneous mixture of interior architectural spaces and exterior urban spaces, notwithstanding that analyzing the performance of the buildings in its urban context in Mamluks architecture was largely unconcerned between scholars. The research problem, objectives and hypothesis revolved around a question that the research tried to answer: “How the Mamluk architect achieved the integration between the urban design and the architecture design in the design of complex buildings in Mamluks eras?”. To answer this question the research shaded light on the connection elements between urban design and architectural design then it demonstrated how the design process depended on the paths, entrances, minarets and corridor as urban/architectural design tools, this led the research to suggest a design method for the complex buildings and named it “The PMEC Methodology of Design in Urban Context” which may be considered as a systematic arrangement of design steps and the validity of it appeared throughout applying it on various of case-study buildings, this led the research to reach its main results and emphasized that “in contemporary architecture achieving the integration between the urban design and architecture design in the design process of buildings is a main guarantee for the success of buildings functional/composition performance”. ان القراءة الأولية للعمارة المملوكية تكشف أن التكوين المعمارى عادة ما يكون محكوم بعناصر عمرانية، ونتيجة لذلك، لا يمكن قراءة المبانى المملوكية على أنها مجرد تكوين حاوى للفراغ ولكنها وسيط بين الفراغ المعمارى الداخلى والفراغ العمرانى الخارجى.على الرغم من ذلك فان دراسة الاداء العمرانى/المعمارى للمبانى لم ينل الاهتمام الواسع بين دارسين العمارة الاسلامية، ولذلك تحليل اداء المبانى فى سياقها العمرانى جعل مشكلة وأهداف وفرضية البحث تتمحور حول تساؤل بحثى واحد حاول البحث الاجابة عليه وهو "كيف حقق المعمارى المملوكى التكامل بين التصميم العمرانى والتصميم المعمارى فى عملية تصميم المبانى المركبة فى العصور المملوكية؟". للاجابة على هذا التساؤل البحثى سلط البحث الضوء على العناصر التى تربط بين التصميم العمرانى والتصميم المعمارى ثم وضح البحث كيف اعتمد المعمارى المملوكى على المسارات والمداخل والمآذن والطرقات كادوات تصميم عمرانية/معمارية. مما ادى بالبحث الى اقتراح تقنية لتصميم المبانى المركبة فى العصور المملوكية واطلق عليها البحث "منهجية "PMEC" للتصميم فى السياق العمرانى" وظهرت صلاحيتها من خلال تطبيقها على عدد من مبانى دراسة الحالة، ليصل البحث الى نتيجته الاساسية ليؤكد على أن تصميم المبانى فى العمارة المعاصرة ضمن سياقها العمرانى هو ضمانة لنجاح أداؤها الوظيفى والتشكيليى.

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق أنموذج أولريش في إدارة الموارد البشرية في الجامعات اليمنية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقد تمثل مجتمع البحث بجميع القيادات الإدارية في الجامعات اليمنية الحكومية، وتم أخذ عينة مرحلية من المجتمع؛ حيث تم في المرحلة الأولى اختيار خمس جامعات، هي: جامعة صنعاء، جامعة عدن، جامعة تعز، جامعة إب، وفي المرحلة الثانية تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ حجمها (220) فردًا، مثلت 25% من إجمالي مجتمع البحث في الجامعات المختارة البالغ حجمه (878) فردًا، واستخدم الباحثون الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، ولتحليل البيانات استخدما الأساليب الإحصائية الآتية: التكرارات والنسب المئوية، معامل ألفاكرونباخ، المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، وكانت أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث هي: • إنَّ واقع تطبيق أنموذج أولريش في إدارة الموارد البشرية في الجامعات اليمنية جاء بدرجة ممارسة (ضعيفة) بشكل عام، بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (23). • حصل مجال الخبير الإداري على أعلى نسبة متوسط حسابي؛ إذ بلغت قيمته (33) وبدلالة لفظية (ضعيفة). • حصل مجال نصير الموظف على أقل متوسط حسابي؛ إذ بلغت قيمته (096) وبدلالة لفظية (ضعيفة). وقدَّم البحث عددًا من التوصيات أبرزها تطوير استراتيجية واضحة وشاملة لإدارة الموارد البشرية في الجامعات اليمنية تستند إلى أنموذج أولريش.

This study was conducted in the fields of Nineveh Research Department (animal wealth) in the fall season to study the effect of different levels of potassium fertilization on the growth of maize plant Zea myas class 106, a completely randomized design was used with three replications. Each of the treatments included three levels of potassium sulfate fertilizer (K0, 0, K1, 20, K2, 30, K3 50) kg/D. The results of adding potassium fertilizer at its levels showed a significant effect on the studied traits (potassium K3 concentration showed a significant effect on the length of (the plant, leaf, ear, number of ears, the weight of ear leaves, number of ear rows, weight of (calcareous, and whole plant), which amounted to 195.5, 78.3, 10.5, 32.7, 2.50, 0.030, 16.8, 0.177, 0.30, compared with other concentrations of fertilizer and comparison treatment, which amounted to 176.6, 70.9, 9.5, 30.0, 1.75, 0.02, 14.7, 0.08, 0.29, gm/kg soil on The addition of potassium K3 level gave the highest value in terms of ash and water absorption of maize grains, which amounted to 0.420 and 61.23, respectively, compared with other concentrations and treatment, which amounted to 0.416 and 60.23 gm/kg soil, as well as an increase in the value of both dissolved and available potassium and phosphorous percentage. Which amounted to 22.0, 422.7, 26.67, gm/kg soil compared with other concentrations of fertilizer and control treatment, which amounted to 332.3, 14.07, and 23.91 gm/kg soil respectively compared to other concentrations of potassium fertilizer, and give significant effect to Both available-made ammonium, Ph. , electric conductivity but no significant nitrate content in the soil.

The results of statistical treatments were presented, analyzed, and discussed, supported by sources. The most important conclusions were that most of the activities and the variation of values are very essential biochemical indicators. The differences were significant and the positive variation in accordance to the type of sport or activity, and the last variation between the activities in terms of comparison in these variables is due to the nature and specificity in terms of the intensity of the resistances and direct and indirect friction For competitors and the expenditure of energy stored in muscles. Finally, the researchers recommended knowing the most important biochemical indicators in these events and sports as they reflect a clear picture of the individuals' internal preparations and functional responses.

Abstract—The graphs which are used in this paper are simple, finite and undirected. The first and second Zagreb indices for every non-adjacent vertices (also called first and second Zagreb coindices) are dependent only on the non-adjacent vertices degrees which interspersed the operations of addition and multiplication, respectively, for the degrees of non-adjacent vertices. The number of the edges incident on vertex v in a graph G is called the degree of a vertex v and the two vertices u and v are non-adjacent if it’s no common edge between them. In this paper, we found the first and second Zagreb coindices of chains of even cycles and also, gave some examples.

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين الصحة التنظيمية والشفافية الاستراتيجية في عدد من كليات جامعة تكريت، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة والإجابة عن أسئلة مشكلتها تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبانة كأداة رئيسية للدراسة في جمع البيانات وتحليلها، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة بالقيادات الادارية والتدريسيين كذلك الموظفين العاملين في كليات ميدان الدراسة والمتمثلة بكلية(الهندسة، الإدارة والاقتصاد، كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة، كلية التربية، كلية الآداب، كلية العلوم السياسية، كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة وكلية العلوم الإسلامية. وقام الباحث بتوزيع 250 استبانة على القيادات الادارية والتدريسيين والموظفين للميدان المبحوث، وكان المسترد منها 182 استبانة جميعها صالحة للتحليل، وبنسبة 72.8٪، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS-Ver-22)، لاستخراج النتائج الإحصائية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها: أظهرت نتائج اختبار الفرضيات وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرين (الشفافية الاستراتيجية والصحة التنظيمية)، وبين كل بُعد من أبعاد الشفافية الاستراتيجية على الصحة التنظيمية، كما قدمت الدراسة عددًا من التوصيات من أهمها: توصي الدراسة الاهتمام بإرساء ثقافة الشفافية الاستراتيجية في جامعة تكريت، وخلق بيئة داعمة لها قائمة على أساس الوضوح والتعاون، من خلال مشاركة المعلومات للعاملين والأفكار التي تساهم في بناء الشفافية الاستراتيجية.

Wheat production in Iraq under permanent farming systems faced sharp seasonal fluctuations during the previous years resulting from Climate fluctuations that affected the output , and for the rational use of scarce water resources, an effective system to improve irrigation, and the research aimed To estimate the technical efficiency of wheat farms by means of random correlation analysis using the logarithmic production function, based on field data for a random sample of 30 farms in the district of Al-Baaj Nineveh Governorate for the agricultural season 2020-2021. The results of estimating the technical efficiency showed that the research sample achieved a technical efficiency of 94%, which means that a waste of resources was 6%, so it is the responsibility of this sample to produce the same amount of wheat using only 94% or less of the inputs to reach the optimum efficiency. Also, there is a positive relationship between the number of irrigations, the amount of pesticides, the area, and the yield of wheat, while this output is associated with an inverse relationship with agricultural work, the amount of seeds and fertilizers, as an increase in the amount of fertilizers, the quantity of seeds, and agricultural work by 1% leads to a decrease in wheat production by 0.261% and 0 723% and 0.159%, respectively. This may be attributed to the use of these resources at a rate that exceeds the plant’s need for these resources, and this in turn led to waste in resources and thus a decrease in technical efficiency below the optimal level.

هدفت هذا البحث إلى قياس دور الممارسات الأفضل للموارد البشرية على تعزيز الحيوية التنظيمية في قطاع الاتصالات حيث اختيرت شركتي آسياسيل وكورك للاتصالات، وكان السؤال الرئيسي: هل من الممكن تحقيق الحيوية التنظيمية من خلال الممارسات الأفضل للموارد البشرية، أما الفرضية الرئيسة الأولى هي يوجد علاقة الارتباط الطردية والمعنوية بين كل أبعاد الممارسات الأفضل للموارد البشرية وعلى المستوى الكلي بالحيوية التنظيمية. وبعد صياغة الفرضيات واختبار علاقات الارتباط والتأثير والفروق المعنوية تم تطبيق البحث ميدانيا على العاملين في منظمات الاتصالات (اسيا سيل وكورك) بتوزيع الاستبانة على عينة البحث البالغة (420) من العاملين بلغ الاسترداد 175 استبانة بنسبة استجابة 41% وكانت أبرز نتائج البحث وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير إيجابية بين الممارسات الأفضل للموارد البشرية وعلى المستوى الكلي والجزئي مع الحيوية التنظيمية.

Basketball is sport which implies the combination of high-intensity actions with periods of lower intensity and/or recovery. success in elite basketball is mostly determined by fast and power-based sport-specific actions which rely on anaerobic pathways. The aim of the current study is to develop the running ability (maximum speed and speed endurance) of basketball players. The researchers applied experiment method of independent sample with pre and post-tests. (12) participants as the research sample randomly selected from population. They went through a six-week training program consists of speed and speed endurance exercises (individual and group drills). Pre and post tests were applied to determine the effect of the training program on players. The statistical package of social sciences (SPSS) used to analyze the data. The results show that the training program was sufficient to obtain positive effect on speed endurance for basketball players but it was not statistically significant, therefore, the researchers recommended conducting further studies to develop maximum speed of basketball players by utilizing different training methods.

The study aims to study the spatial analysis of the level of income in Anbar Governorate, one of the indicators of the standard of living of the family, as the study focused on showing the disparity in the distribution of monthly incomes for families, and its relationship to the distribution of classes of poor, fragile, middle and rich families at the level of the districts of Anbar Governorate. Anbar (1188190) dinars per month, with an increase in urban areas (1209455) dinars per month, while it decreased in the countryside (1153301) dinars per month, The study relied on classifying families according to the family’s income levels by using the national and international standard to classify families into four classes. The poor class is among the families whose monthly income has decreased from (726,000) thousand dinars per month, reaching a rate of (33.9%), then came Then came the fragile class, whose income ranged between (726000-1273000) dinars per month and its percentage was (24%), while the middle class came after it, whose income ranged between (1274000-2190000) dinars per month and its percentage was (32.7%), while the rich class included Families whose income exceeds (2,190,000) dinars per month, and the rate is (9,4).

The aim of the research is to use clothing technology to design an innovative sports T-shirt using (KAATSU) technology and to identify its functional efficiency and its impact on some performance variables (physical - physical) under research. Also, the experimental approach using the experimental design of two groups, one of them is an experimental group to which the innovative sports T-shirt (KAATSU) technology is applied during training, and a control group uses the traditional method of training, and it represents the research community in the boxing players in Mahalla al-Kubra in Gharbia Governorate who are registered with the Egyptian Boxing Federation for the sports season 2020/2021AD. The number of (62) athletes boxer in clubs (Ghazl Al-Mahalla, July 23, Al-Said), and the research sample was randomly selected, numbering (46) athletes, and the researchers chose the basic research sample and their number was (30) boxers. Each of them (15) boxers, one experimental and the other control, and the most important study tools were the measure of the emotional side to evaluate the method used for (KAATS) training. U) (researchers design), and the most important results were the effect of using the innovative sports T-shirt using (KAATSU) technology on the emotional side of the experimental research sample, superior to the control group, the effect of using the innovative sports T-shirt using (KAATSU) technology on improving the level of performance (physical and physical). Many investigations have confirmed the link between a substance use disorder (SUD) and the COVID-19 pandemic's increased risk of infection and consequences. This narrative review aims to understand these issues from a pharmacological standpoint, as well as the pandemic's impact on forensic medicine. Research and review articles included in this review were selected through an extensive search of databases such as PubMed and the use of appropriate keywords e.g. “substance use disorder” and “COVID-19”. Due to a weakened immune system and degeneration of the respiratory system's defense systems, SUDs have been shown to increase the risk of COVID-19 infection. Furthermore, some substances raise pro-inflammatory mediators, exposing the body to a cytokine storm. SUD frequently causes secondary comorbidities, such as the liver, lung and cardiovascular disease, complicating the treatment of COVID-19 infections. Some misused substances can compromise the treatment's effectiveness or safety. This study also looked at the effects of the pandemic on forensic medicine. It underlines the importance of developing safe forensic examination procedures and methodologies during pandemics. The use of narcotic substances was documented as one of the reasons for the increase in the frequency of COVID-19 and the severity of its repercussions.

الأهداف: يتناول هذا البحث بيان نظرة الشريعة الإسلامية لتجنيد المرأة وعملها في السلك العسكري، وتعرض إلى بيان الحكم الشرعي للجهاد والقتال في سبيل الله، والشروط الواجب توافرها في المجاهد في سبيل الله، والحالات التي يتعين فيها الجهاد على كل مسلم، وحكم جهاد المرأة، كما تناول البحث بيان الحكم الشرعي لتجنيد المرأة في المهام العسكرية والقتالية، والحكم الشرعي لتجنيدها في المهام المساندة لخدمة الجيش، والضوابط الشرعية لتجنيد المرأة في الخدمات المساندة للجيش. المنهجية: استخدمت الدراسة لبيان ذلك: المنهجَ الاستقرائي والتحليلي والاستنباطي. النتائج: توصل البحث إلى أن الشريعة الإسلامية أوجبت جهاد الطلب على الرجال الأحرار دون النساء، فلا جهاد على النساء إلا للضرورة عند جهاد الدفع إذا هاجم العدو البلاد، وأما تجنيد النساء في الجيش لحمل السلاح وقتال الأعداء في أرضهم فلا يجوز، بخلاف تجنيد النساء للعمل في الخدمات المساندة في الجيش، والتي لا تتعارض مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، فحكمها الشرعي الجواز، بشرط الالتزام بالضوابط الشرعية. الخلاصة: أهمية التجنيد الإلزامي للنساء لتعليمهن كيفية الدفاع عن أنفسهن عند الضرورة، ووجوب التزام القائمين في السلك العسكري بضوابط الشريعة الإسلامية.

سعت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير الحوكمة الالكترونية بأبعادها (الشفافية الإلكترونية، المشاركة الإلكترونية، المساءلة الإلكترونية، التدقيق الإلكتروني) الذي يعد متغيرا مستقلاً، في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة والتي تعد من أهم المشاكل التي تواجه دول العالم في العصر الحالي بوصفها متغيرا معتمدا، واختيرت بيئة الدراسة في مديرية بلدية محافظة نينوى وطبقت الدراسة على عينة قصدية بواقع (39) فرد من مجموع (45) من الأفراد العاملين في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات داخل وحدات المديرية. واعتمدت الدراسة على أداة الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات فضلاً عن المقابلات الشخصية ولقد سعت لاختبار عدد من الفرضيات المتعلقة بعلاقات التأثير بين متغيرات الدراسة من أجل الإجابة عن الأسئلة المتعلقة بمشكلة الدراسة والوصول إلى الأهداف الموضوعة، ولقد استعملت العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية أبرزها (التكرارات، النسب المئوية، الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري)، وذلك باعتماد برامج (SPSS) لاختبار صحة فرضيات الدراسة والتأكد منها. ومن أبرز الاستنتاجات التي توصلت اليها الدراسة هو وجود علاقة معنوية ما بين الحوكمة الالكترونية والتنمية المستدامة، وهذا يعود إلى صحة توظيف متغيرات الدراسة وتوجيهها بالاتجاه الذي يخدم المنظمة ويحقق الغاية من التعامل مع الحوكمة الالكترونية.

يهدف البحث إلى اختبار علاقة التعاطف التنظيمية إلى جانب النزاهة التنظيمية مع الروحانية في مكان العمل، وقد تم اختبار البحث ضمن الميدان الصحي، في حين تمثلت عينته بالأفراد العاملين في دائرة صحة كركوك، وتم اعداد وصياغة استمارة استبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات لتحقيق ذلك الاختبار، إذ بلغت الاستبانات المستردة والصالحة التحليل 204 استبانة، في حين تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي في استعراض البحث واختبار فرضياته، وتصلب البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها؛ أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية للتعاطف التنظيمي والنزاهة التنظيمية مع روحانية مكان العمل، وهذا يدل على اهتمام الإدارة العليا الدائرة عينة البحث بنشر المودة والحب الايثاري بين الافراد عينة البحث، كما يدل على شفافيتها ومصداقيتها، واقترح البحث بإعطاء الاولوية للأهداف التي تتضمن الاهتمام والرعاية بالصحة النفسية للأفراد العاملين عينة البحث.

هدفت الدراسة الى بيان أثر ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية في الحساسية الاستراتيجية لمجموعة من القيادات الأمنية في مديرية شرطة صلاح الدين والمنشآت، كما تهدف الدراسة الى تعريف عينة الدراسة بموضوعات (ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية، الحساسية الاستراتيجية). ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحث باختبار عينة من القيادات في المديرية عينة البحث من خلال الاعتماد على استمارة الاستبانة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات من الميدان المبحوث، وتم بناء الاستبانة بناء على الدراسات السابقة ذات العلاقة بالدراسة، واعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لهذا اعتمد الباحث في الدراسة أسلوب الحصر الشامل في تحديد حجم العينة، فقد تطلب ذلك دراسة اراء القيادات الأمنية من رتبة (العقيد، العميد، اللواء) في المستويات الإدارية العليا في مديرية شرطة صلاح الدين والمنشآت، وعليه ومن اجل إمكانية تعميم نتائج الدراسة قام الباحث بتوزيع (85) استمارة، استرجع منها (79) صالحة للتحليل. وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان أهمها: أوضحت نتائج الدراسة الحالية وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين متغير ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها ومتغير الحساسية الاستراتيجية. وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من المقترحات كان أهمها ينبغي أن تقوم القيادات في مديرية شرطة صلاح الدين والمنشآت بعقد دورات وبرامج تدريبية مستمرة لتطوير الملاك البشري فيما يتعلق بالفكر الاستراتيجي.

اللغوي الأديب عبد الرحمن البيروتي، هو واحد ممن نقد اليازجي، وردَّ عليه في سبع وثلاثين مسألة، صنفها اليازجي في ضمن الخطأ، وأخرجها البيروتي من الخطأ إلى الصواب والإجازة، وذلك في كتابه (دفع الأوهام: ردٌّ على إبراهيم اليازجي في رفضه كلمات صحيحة أو جائزة الاستعمال).وقد تناولت في بحث سابق التحقيق في تسع عشرة مسألة؛ ولأهمية المسائل المتبقية فتح الباحث التحقيق في المسائل المتبقية، وهي ثمان عشرة مسألة، بهدف التثبت فيها، ونقدها، ثم ترجيح المختار بحسب قوة الدليل، لمعرفة أيُّ الرجلين أقرب إلى الحقيقة اللغوية فيما يراه؟ وبيان معياريهما في التخطئة والتصويب، وموقفهما من التحرر، والجمود في اللغة.

شیخ رضا طالبانی، شاعر معروف و برجسته کلاسیک کرد، در هجوسرایی بی‌منازع و بی نظیر بوده و به زبان های کردی، ‌فارسی، عربی و ترکی شعر سروده است. وی در هر یک از این زبان ها به مثابه شهسواری ظاهر گشته و اشعارش از هرجهت بی‌نقص هستند. شیخ با اینکه آشنایی کامل دربارة ادبیات اقوام و ملت‌های منطقه داشته و با دیوان شاعران مأنوس بوده، اما راه تقلید را نپیموده و دارای سبک شخصی بوده تا جایی که از شاعران دیگر پیروی نکرده است. شیخ رضا از آن جهت که شاعر وهبی بوده در ایجاد ارتباط بین اشیاء و پدیده‌های حسی و انتزاعی برای تشکیل تصاویری خیالی توانایی خاص داشته است. صورخیال به عنوان یکی از عناصر اصلی شعر، در ایجاد ارتباط میان مفاهیم ذهنی، اشیا و پدیده‌‌هاي بیرون از ذهن نقش مهمی بر عهده دارد. زبان که وظیفۀ اصلی‌اش ایجاد ارتباط است، در آثار ادبی با عناصر خیال درهم آمیخته و موضوع آن بحث از صورخیال و تصویرهای شاعرانه می‌باشد. در این مقاله، نگارنده با هدف تعیین تأثیر جغرافیا، طبیعت، آداب و رسوم و... در آفرینش تصویرهای خیالی و برای مشخص ساختن میزان نوآوری شیخ رضا، دیوان شعر فارسی و کردی وی را بر اساس عناصر سازنده صورخیال مورد بررسی قرار داده و تصاویر را بر سه وجه «تصویر کلیشه‌ای و تکراری، نوآوری در تصاویرهای کلیشه‌ای و ابتکار در خلق تصاویر» در هردو مقوله تشبیه و استعاره تقسیم بندی و آن را با نمونه شعری شاعران کلاسیک فارسی مقایسه کرده است.

إنّ مباحث العلوم تتفاضل ، وان من أجلّها مكانة ، وأعلاها شرفًا علم تفسير القرآن الكريم؛ لأنها موصولة بكلام الرحمن ، إذ إن شرف العلم من شرف المعلوم وعلم التفسير من أجلّ العلوم وأرفعها شأنًا ،ففيه اجتهد العلماء الغيارى منذ زمن الصحابة، والتابعين وتابعيهم ،ومن جاء بعدهم بتفسير كتاب الله فتنوعت كتب التفسير ،كل حسب المنهج الذي اتبعه ،وعلى مختلف الأزمنة والأمكنة التي عاشوا فيها ،وقد أغنت كتبهم المكتبات الإسلامية والجامعات التي لا يستغني عنها كل طالب علم ،فقد اختلفت الدراسات في تفسير القرآن الكريم بكافة أنواعها ،وهذا ما نجده واضحا في التفسير التحليلي والموضوعي والمقارن وغيرها ،وكان لي الشرف في أنّ اساهم في هذا المجال ولو بقدر يسير فاخترت دراسة ((منهج الإمام علي بن محمد بن إبراهيم الحكمي (ت 1041هـ) في تفسيره (الضيائين في تكملة تفسير القرآن) سورة الفاتحة انموذجًا-دراسة وتحقيق)) محققا له، ومخرجا تفسيره بما تضمن من أحاديث الرسول محمد (ص) ومن أقوال الصحابة والتابعين وما تضمن من أوجه القراءات ،مخرجا للمسائل الاعرابية والبلاغية ،والمباحث اللغوية والكلامية. ويتضمن البحث ثلاثة مباحث، وهي المبحث الاول عن حياة الإمام علي بن محمد إبراهيم بن أبي القاسم ‏ الحمكي رحمه الله ، بينما المبحث الثاني يعنى بمنهج الإمام علي بن محمد ‏رحمه الله.، اما المبحث الثالث فتناول سورة الفاتحة انموذجًا.

This research traces the study of the development of traditional housing in Baghdad in terms of the internal changes of housing and the impact of modernity on them in AL Adhamiya area in the city of Baghdad. where 6 houses from this area are selected as a non-comprehensive intentional sample to be studied, analyzed and compared to the rest of the pattern of the Modern residential period, based on detailed plans, pictures and illustrations. The main objective of this paper is to identify the process of transformation in the type, spatial and visual style of the houses through the application of comparative evaluation of different periods and to indicate the impact of modernity on the disruption or improvement of the houses in Baghdad in order to study the continuity of these patterns or ruptures among them. The conclusions are drawn to emphasize contemporary challenges.

The atmospheric constituents generated by the activities of an urban area may affect UV radiation reaching the ground. In this study, two areas were chosen in Baghdad city (Zafaraniyah and Abu Ghraib). Parameters of the pollutants data (Total column NO2 and Total column CO) and UV radiation for specific bands were collected and analyzed for the period of three years (2017-2019) were taken hourly from the European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) for each parameter through the years. The results show that the concentrations of pollutants in Zafaraniyah higher than Abu Ghraib throughout the year, Where total column NO2 reaching to about 9.6 * 10-5 kg m-2 in 2019 for Zafaraniyah and 8.48 * 10-5 kg m-2 for Abu Ghraib. While total column CO reaching to about 45 * 10-4 kg m-2 in 2019 for Zafaraniyah and 43 * 10-4 kg m-2 for Abu Ghraib in the same year. While the values of UV radiation in Abu Ghraib higher value 487.3W/m2 than 443.7 W/m2 Zafaraniyah throughout the year.

Nonstarter lactic acid bacteria (NSLAB) have an important role in quality and safety of traditional Baramily cheese (Domiati cheese related type). Therefore, the objective of this study was to isolate and identify NSLAB with potential technological features from traditional Baramily cheese. Thirty-three samples of Baramily cheese randomly collected from retails in Cairo metropolitan area. The samples were characterized by physiochemical, textural profile and microbiological analysis. Ninety presumptive NSLAB (30 Lactobacillus spp < /em>. and 35 Enterococcus spp < /em>.) strains were isolated on MRS and Kenner-Faecal (KF) Streptococci media; and were characterized for growth temperature, salt tolerance and milk coagulation. All presumptive NSLAB isolates were tolerant to 6.5 % NaCl. Of them, 40 isolates were tolerant to 10.0 % NaCl including 16 presumptive Lactobacillus spp < /em>., and 24 presumptive Enterococcus spp < /em>. isolates based on the results, 11 representative isolates with potential technological features were selected for genetic identification using 16S rRNA technique, then were confirmed for growth and acidity development in skim milk within 48 h, and were tested for antimicrobial activity against some food spoilage and pathogenic microorganisms. The eleven isolates were identified as Ent. durans (1), Ent. faecalis (5), Lb. paraplantarum (1), Lb. plantarum (3), and Lb. rhamnosus (1). All isolated strains were confirmed active in skim milk, and some exhibited antimicrobial activity against tested food spoilage and pathogenic microorganisms. Both Lb. rhamnosus and Lb. plantarum were confirmed as the isolates with high activity in milk. Ent. durans and Ent. faecalis exhibited antimicrobial activity against Enterobacer aerogenes and E. coli. However, Lb. plantarum exhibited antimicrobial activity against both Enterobacer aerogenes, E. coli and Ps. aeruginosa. Listeria. monocytogenes, S. typhimurium, and Campylobacter. jejuni showed significant resistance to all tested NSLAB isolates. They can be concluded that the identified NSLAB isolated can be used to standardized and improve the quality and safety of Baramily cheese and other types related to Domiati cheese

The study problem was that Yemeni Islamic banks did not rely on the results and outputs of financial analysis to predict failure before it occurs. Accordingly, the study aimed to find out to what extent Yemeni banks depend on financial analysis as a tool for predicting the default, and the extent of its ability to mitigate bank default at these banks. It also aimed to identify whether these banks use all financial analysis tools for making credit decisions. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method and distributed a questionnaire to the sample (50) of the credit employees at Yemeni Islamic banks. The data were analyzed using SPSS. The findings revealed that the Yemeni Islamic banks depend on financial analysis as a basis for disclosure of default, which has a main role in mitigating banking default. The banks usually use multi financial analysis tools when evaluating the credit status of clients; they do not use predicting financial default models as a main tool to predict failure before it occurs; and they do not have early warning systems to predict any possibility of customers’ default.

The study aimed to measure the impact of applying governance standards in evaluating the quality of internal audit in Yemeni private universities. To achieve this, the researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach and employed a questionnaire to collect data from a sample that included (68) participants. After conducting relative analysis, governance was at an average level of (64.9%). There was also a slight variation in the level of implementation, as the dimension of transparency and disclosure was the most frequent dimension, followed by accountability and independence. Further, there was a medium level of adherence to internal auditing standards at a relative weight (65%). The level of commitment to the audit dimensions was as follows: managing the internal audit activities (67%), communicating the results (66%), assessing the risk and control management (64%), and planning and implementing the audit process (62%). and The study also found that the combined governance standards (transparency and disclosure, accountability, independence) increase the quality of the internal audit in Yemeni private universities and the highest dimensions of governance standards affecting the quality of internal auditing are the dimension of independence (80.3%), accountability (71.7%), and disclosure and transparency (63.7%). In light of this, the study recommended adopting governance standards as an integrated approach to achieve quality performance in private Yemeni universities; spreading the culture of governance in private universities among their leaders and staff by holding training courses, seminars, and conferences in order to be accepted and absorbed. In addition, governance should be included in some related academic courses in the disciplines of administrative and accounting sciences. This study aims to investigate the impact of family business governance (FBG) on organizational innovation (OIN) in family firms operating in Yemen. The study collected data from 219 family firms, and employed PLS-SEM to test the hypotheses and validate the study model. The results provide evidence of the influence of FBG on OIN in family firms, and that the application of FBG practices promotes better results at the organizational level seen as product innovation and process innovation. The results show that there are significant differences in organizational innovation that can be attributed to the size of the firm, while no differences are found to be attributed to the generation in charge. These findings provide a better understanding of the innovativeness in family firms with respect to the different roles of formal and informal governance structures, and may help business families to develop more effective governance structures out of which more active stewards with more innovative ideas can help trigger better organizational innovation. This paper attempts to update the current knowledge concerning inconsistency of findings in prior studies, and so contributes in updating research opportunities with respect to heterogeneity in family firms.

This paper investigated the controversial types of Hirabah for three reasons: to the best of the researcher's knowledge, it is a new topic that has not been investigated independently; the focus has been on the agreed types only. Secondly, this topic focuses on a vital issue in society; and finally it paves the way for future studies of Mohareb offences. The paper aimed to identify controversial types of Hirabah, its rules, and to examine the possibility of applying Hirabah elements (to them) as well as the perspective of Yemeni laws about Hirabah. For defining the types of Hirabah, the analytical descriptive method was followed, and for comparing and tracking various opinions and views, the comparative inductive method was used. The study concluded that Hirabah controversial types should be penalized as the rules of Hirabah apply to them. This fulfills the purposes of jurisprudence in protecting the society security and public interests, and preventing such crimes. It was recommended that Yemeni penal code be reviewed to conform with Islamic jurisprudence and general penal code; and collective Ejtehad and making use of the potential of Islamic criminal law regarding formation of appropriate legal opinions for the current crimes should be taken into consideration. تم في هذا البحث دراسة التنبؤ بالاستثمار الزراعي في العراق للمدة (2020-2030)، لقد شهد القطاع الزراعي تهميش خلال السنين الماضية ولم يتح لهذا القطاع اي فرصة لتطوير وتحسين ادائه او خلق فرصة للاستثمار فيه، فلم يحصل تطور واضح في العمليات الزراعية والصناعات الغذائية. ان القطاع الزراعي يعاني من عدم وجود مستلزمات زراعية حديثة وبذور ومبيدات وغيرها من المستلزمات الزراعية مثل الحراثة الحديثة وطرق الري واستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة خصوصا في ظل الحصار والعقوبات الاقتصادية خلال فترة التسعينات من القرن الماضي، ومشكلة البحث هي ان السياسات الزراعية المختلفة والتي تعاقبت على العراق أدت الى تدني الزراعة بشكل كبير وملحوظ، وعلى الرغم من تلك الموارد الطبيعية والكميات الهائلة من الفرص والامكانات الا انه لا يزال الانتاج الزراعي متدنيا ولم يكفي للاستهلاك المحلي وهذا ادى الى استيراد كثيرا من السلع الغذائية من الخارج وبالعملة الصعبة، وتكمن أهميته البحث في قلة استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في القطاع الزراعي وقلة او انعدام الصادرات من السلع الزراعية وعدم قدرتها على منافسة السلع خارجياً، وحيث تم الاعتماد على سلسلة زمنية للبيانات للمدة (1989-2019) وهي (اجمالي الاستثمارات الزراعية) وتم التنبؤ بقيمة الاستثمارات الزراعية للسنوات (2020-2030) باستخدام بوكس-جينكنز وتبين ان الاستثمارات منخفضة، وكذلك وضحت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات واهمها العمل على زيادة الدعم للاستثمار الزراعي وتطويره حتى يرفع مستوى الاستثمارات الزراعية.

يحاول البحثُ استشفاف الرؤى التي تحملُ توجُّهاتٍ ذاتيَّةً، والوقوفِ على التَّصوُّرات المبثوثة في النصوص التي تابعها في الشعر الأندلسيِّ لفهم المدارِ الحياتيِّ للإنسانِ الفرد، وهو يلتزم بمحاولة اكتشاف قوَّة الذات الشاعرة، وحضورها في النصِّ الشعريِّ اعتماداً على توجُّهاتٍ رومانسيَّة معيَّنة. استقرَّ البحث على عنوانين اثنين للتَّوجُّهات الفردية التي لاحظها في الشواهد الشعرية، هما: _ الذات الشاعرة وخطاب الآخر. _ الذات الشمولية. أمَّا خطَّةُ البحث فتقوم على وضع كل عنوان مذكور ضمن إطار أكثر عمومية في فهمه، وذلك لتعيين الأسس التي يقوم عليها كل عنوان ضمن الفهم العام للمستوى الفردي، وحضوره في النص الشعري الأندلسي؛ لأنَّ المقدار الذي نشعر فيه بقوة الذات الشعرية المعبرة عن الفرد هو الذي يحدد المدى الذي قارب فيه الشعر الأندلسي التوجهات الرومانسية، ويساعد في تعيين موقعه بين النهج الكلاسيكي، والتوجهات الرومانسية اعتماداً على مسايرةٍ ضرورية للبناءين الزماني والمكاني، كذلك التفريق بين القصدية، والتلقائية لدى الشاعر في إبراز ذاته.

The increasing interest of medical institutes in the development of imaging services to include the hybrid system [Positron Emission Tomography combined with Computed Tomography(PET/CT)], this system is acquiring explosive growth due to its ability to accurately detect and stage many types of cancer and follow the progress of treatments. An increasing demand for use of (18F-FDG PET) in oncology has been the main reason for its growth. The physical characteristics of positron emissions result in higher radiation risk for staff and growing use of PET/CT for diagnostic purposes increase radiation exposure. The objective of this study was to estimate the radiation exposure to the medical physicists, technicians and nurses working in three Egyptian nuclear medicine institutes under our investigations, based on the whole body collective dose measured by thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLDs) and the effective dose per study received by medical staff were measured by electronic pocked dosimeters and the finger doses by ring dosimeter during a period of six months. The (mean± SD) dose measured per PET/CT procedure were (2.45±0.137, 3.22±0.218 and 1.69±0.11) μSv for the medical physicist, technician and nurse respectively. The (mean± SD) dose measured per MBq of 18F-FDG were (7.35±0.43, 9.73±0.66 and 5.13±0.33) nSv/MBq for the medical physicist, technician and nurse respectively. The (mean± SD) finger dose measured per 18F-FDGPET/CT scans were (179.9±24.94, 8.82±2.912 and 24.15±4.164) μSv for the medical physicist, technician and nurse respectively.

من الظواهر التي شاعت في المصادر النحويّة ظاهرة تعدّد الآراء النحويّة، واختلاف النحويين في عدد من المسائل النحويّة، فشرع عدد منهم في عرض تلك المسائل الخلافيّة واستقصاء أدلّتها، والوقوف على حقيقتها، فظهر ما يُسمّى بـ(التحقيق النحوي)، الذي يقوم على إثبات الرأي النحوي، وتحليله، واستقصاء أدلّته، وقد كان لنحويي القرنين السابع والثامن الهجريين القدحُ المعلّى في الوقوف على حقيقة تلك المسائل الخلافيّة بعد تحليلها، وعرض أدلّتها، وبيان الراجح منها، فشاعت عندهم ألفاظ التحقيق في مثل: (والتحقيق، والحقّ، والحقيقة، والمحققون) ونحو ذلك، وقد التزم البحث المسائل الخلافيّة في الأسماء المعربة التي تضمّنت ألفاظ التحقيق عند نحويي القرنين السابع والثامن الهجريين، فجاءتِ المسائل في البحث مُرَتَّبةً بحسب تسلسلها في كتاب النحو الوافي، إذ تبدأ المسألة بذكر العنوان العام لها، ثمّ استيفاء آراء النحويين فيها، والموازنة بين تلك الآراء بعرض الحجج النقليّة والعقليّة لكلّ رأيٍ، وما يتصل بذلك من أمور تعين على التحقيق والترجيح، كالمعنى وموافقته لها، وأحكام الكلام وجريانه على قواعد العرب في كلامهم. وقد اعتمد البحث على أمّات المصادر النحويّة القديمة والحديثة، وكتب الخلاف النحوي، ثمّ أعقب تلك المسائل خاتمةٌ تضمّنت أهمّ النتائج التي خلُص إليها البحث، فقائمة بأسماء المصادر والمراجع .

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of flipped classroom in improving motivation and achievement among slow learners in mathematics. The researcher developed a mathematics test and scale of motivation. The study sample consists of (30) slow learners. They were divided into two groups: an experimental and a control group. The findings of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (α =0.05) between the means of both groups performance in improving motivation and achievement among slow learners in mathematics as a whole in the post test attributed to the teaching strategy in favor of the experimental group. The results also showed a positive correlation between the level of motivation and achievement in mathematics. The study recommended applying the strategy of flipped classroom to improve motivation and achievement among slow learners in mathematics.

لم يثر حدث كلامي المتلقي مثل ظهور القرآن الكريم في شبه الجزيرة العربية، فقد أثار الجيل المعاصر له مثلما أثار اجيالا أخرى متلاحقة، وكانت تلك الإثارة في وجهات مختلفة بين السلب والإيجاب، والقبول والرفض، والتأييد والدحض، والتسليم والنقد، نعم النقد بمعناه الواسع وبدوافعه المتعددة، وتحاول هذه الدراسة في هذا المورد أن تتبع اثر القصة القرانية، ومسارات تلقيها، منذ ظهورها، وتقف عند المهم من تلك المراحل التي أسهمت في سيرورتها بتشكلات الوعي النقدي حول القصة القرآنية في سياقات امتدت إلى العصر الحديث، لتحرك الدارسين للمجاراة حينا او لإعادة التشكيل والتجديد احيانا اخرى، وقد تم تقسيم المسارات او المراحل التي مرت بها القصة القرآنية ورؤية القدامى بشأنها إلى حقب متتابعة او متوازية، بحسب أنماط تلقى القصة القرآنية وفهمها في مراحله الأولى، وما تلاها او رافقها من انساق قد تفرض هيمنتها او تتوارى مضمرة خلف تمظهرات الثقافة الإسلامية والفكر الديني في العصور المتلاحقة، والى يومنا هذا، وتلك الحقب هي : الحقبة المزامنة، التي يقصد بها مسار تلقي القصة القرانية في زمن ظهورها على يد الرسول وحتى زمن وفاته (ص)، والحقبة الثانية هي حقبة التأسيس التأطيري، ويقصد بها بداية التأسيس لتلقي القصة القرآنية بموازاة القص التأريخي المأخوذ من ثقافة القصص الديني السائدة، سواء كان مشافهة او تدوينا، والحقبة الثالثة هي حقبة التوسع والاجترار، والحقبة الرابعة هي حقبة انبعاث قراءات رمزية وتجديدية، التي اكثر ما تمثلت في الفهم الصوفي والعرفاني. ونأمل ان تضيف هذه الدراسة اسهاما ولو يسيرا في رفد المكتبة القرآنية. ومن الله التوفيق والسداد.

تناولت في هذه الدراسة الرواة الذين أطلق فيهم الإمام الدَّارَقطنيّ مصطلح "ما علمت إلا خيراً". تهدف الدراسة إلى الوقوف على الرواة الذين أطلق فيهم الإمام الدَّارَقطنيّ هذا المصطلح وبيان مرتبتهم جرحاً وتعديلاً. اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي فتتبعت مظان وجود هذا اللفظ في كتب الدارقطني ومن نقله عنه، ثم اتبعت في دراسته المنهج الوصفي بدراسة ما قيل في الراوي من الأحكام ومقابلته بحكم الدارقطني هذا ليظهر وجه معنى عبارته. ومن أهم النتائج: تمكن الحافظ الدارقطني في الجرح والتعديل، ومعرفة الرجال،مما جعل العلماء يذعنون بإمامته في هذا العلم، أن لفظ "لا أعلم إلا خيرا" عند الحافظ الدَّارَقطنيّ ليست بجهالة أو بتجريح ، وإنما هو لفظ تعديل لا ينزل صاحبه عن درجة الصدوق، أن الحافظ الدَّارَقطنيّ يعتبر من المعتدلين في الجرح والتعديل،وظهر ذلك من خلال موافقته للنقاد المعتدلينفي الكلام على الرواة في الغالب، أهمية القرائن في توضيح ألفاظ الجرح والتعديل، ومنها سبر مرويات الراوي. وأوصي طلبة العلم بالاهتمام بألفاظ الحافظ الدَّارَقطنيّ في الجرح والتعديل المتجاذبة، وتوضيحها على حسب القرائن المعينة على ذلك، ، كما أوصي الباحثين الذين خاضوا غمار هذه الأبحاث النافعة أن ينشروا ملخصًا وافيًا لما توصلوا إليه من نتائج جديدة.

معرفة علل الحديث من أهم فنون علم السنة وأدقها وأشرفها وأطلبها للجهد والكدِّ. ولأهمية هذا العلم نجد بعض جهابذة العلماء يصرِّح بأنّ مَعْرِفَة العلل عنده مقدَّمٌ على مجرد الرِّوَايَة. فقد أحببت أن أشارك ببعض الجهد في سبيل خدمة السنة النبوية ؛ وذلك باختياري لحديث:" مِنْ حُسْنِ إِسْلامِ الْمَرْءِ تَرْكُهُ مَا لا يَعْنِيهِ ". فقمت بتخريجه تخريجا موسعاً ، وتكلمت على ما فيه من علل ، وأوجه الاختلاف الواقعة فيه. وأسميته:" الإعلام والتنبيه بعلل حديث: مِنْ حُسْنِ إِسْلامِ الْمَرْءِ تَرْكُهُ مَا لا يَعْنِيهِ " تعتمد هذه الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي المتمثل باستقراء الكتب الحديثية من خلال التتبع لطرق الحديث ، والمنهج النقدي المتمثل في دراسة الأحاديث والحكم عليها بحسب منهج المحدثين. أهدف البحث هو جمع طرق الحديث من المصادر الحديثية المسندة ودراستها دراسة نقدية وفق منهج المحدثين،وجمع أقوال العلماء في هذه الطرق أبرز النتائج :أهمية وأولوية دراسة مثل هذه الأحاديث التي اشتهر العمل بها ، مع وجود شيءٍ من الكلام في أسانيدها. روي الحديث مرفوعاً عن عشرة من الصحابة ، وروي مرسلاً عن اثنين من التابعين أن الحديث مع شهرته ومكانته ضعيف من جميع طرقه كلمات الرئسية : نقد الحديث، الجرح و التعديل، العلل

In the novel “reeds and mud”, when all events were in a small village of Valencia called Albufera, social conflict was the difference in views on reality and ambition in one family consisting of three generations. From the other side we discussed the case of internal conflict (psychological) among the younger generation, where they live with disgruntled and refusing to reality and traditions and they feel frustrated and despair, as a result of the miserable reality and complex life which does not allow the man to be free of his actions and his thoughts.

The current research aims to identify the impact of a specimen of the five pillars in the acquisition of geographical concepts and the development of deductive thinking among first-graders average, and to achieve this research scholar put Elsafreeten following two hypotheses: 1. There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group that studied conform to the form of the five pillars, and the average grades control group that studied according to the traditional method of acquiring geographical concepts students. 2. There are no teams with a statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group that studied conform to the form of the five pillars, and the average grades control group that studied according to the traditional method of testing deductive thinking students. To achieve the aim of the research Atia researcher experimental approach with a partial adjustment measures, if included sample (60) by students (30 students) and the experimental group (30 students) for the control group The dish researcher tested concepts gain on the two groups dated 11/05/2015 and stakes in a row with the help of geographical teacher at the school, as well as dish test deductive thinking on the two groups on 05/12/2015 The researcher used the following statistical methods (Altaia test for two independent samples, equation difficulty coefficient, and the equation of discrimination coefficient, and the equation of effective alternatives coefficient, Pearson correlation coefficient, and the equation Cronbach alpha) The study resulted in the following results outweigh the experimental group that studied Bonmozj columns Alakhmsh a control group that was taught according to the traditional method of testing the acquisition of geographical concepts, as well as the superiority of the experimental group that studied Bonmozj columns Alakhmsh a control group that was taught according to the traditional method of testing the acquisition of thinking inferential.

Translation of CSIs in literary texts poses many problems for the translator. This study explores problems faced undergraduate students of English language when translating culture-specific items from English to Arabic. To achieve this aim, the researcher selected 38 undergraduate students randomly, level four, who were registered for the B.A program in the Department of English, Faculty of Arts, Thamar University that exists in the Republic of Yemen. The study took place during the second semester of the academic year 2016/2017. The researcher carried out a translation test that consisted of 20 relatively short sentences which the learners were required to translate from English into Arabic. The findings show that the students encounter different kinds of problems when translating culture-specific items. These problems ar e mostly related to: Unfamiliarity with some of these culture-specific items; Failure to achieve the equivalence in the Arabic language; Ambiguity of some cultural items; Lack of knowledge of translation techniques and translation strategies; The incompetence of students in their mother tongue, i.e. Arabic language. At the end of the study, the researcher offered numerous recommendations that may help in overcome the problems of translating culture-specific items.
