This affected the interior architecture in a large way in terms of form and function, in addition to its impact on human physiological health, which required the design of architectural spaces that help meet the special needs of individuals in this period As it is considered one of the priorities of the post-Coronavirus era, re-designing the interior spaces in a sustainable environmental design, by focusing on the design solutions proposed for the common spaces in use, in preparation for the developments that are faced with this epidemic and limiting the spread of the virus, by activating the use of Criteria for the green pyramid and how to exploit environmental resources and face architectural design challenges in line with future developments. The research deals with new design solutions according to his schedule and his requests, our schedule to meet the needs of individuals with the requirements of the World Health Organization and the view of interior design, Within the framework of the internal environmental quality standards for the GPRS system, to achieve internal design standards compatible with the environment, it helps in designing sustainable spaces to support the state’s plan for innovation and development to confront this crisis.

ABSTRACT: The use of heritage in the very short story has a unique textual value, since its presence within differs from other literary genres; given the nature of the text in size on the one hand, and its artistic features in form and meaning on the other one. Interaction with heritage in a text with intense meaning based on the linguistic symbol and the semantic suggestion. It gives the reader different characteristics, such as deletion and brevity, change and modification, not to mention the different nature of reproducing meaning while the act of reading. Through this work, we attempt to explore the manifestations of heritage in the text of the Arabic very short story, the patterns of its use in it, and its semantic function, by approaching a different group of texts in order to reach comprehensive results. This will achieved while restricting the terminology and expanding the basic concepts. الملخص: يكتسي توظيف التّراث في القصة القصيرة جدا قيمة نصّية فريدة، إذ يختلف حضوره فيها عن باقي الأجناس الأدبية الأخرى، وذلك بالنّظر إلى طبيعة النّص حجما من جهة، ومميزاته الفنّية تشكّلا ودلالة من جهة أخرى، فالتّفاعل مع التّراث في نصّ مكثّف المعنى، يقوم على الرّمز اللّغوي والإيحاء الدّلالي، يكسب المتشرَّب صفات مغايرة، حذفًا وإيجازا، تغييرًا وتحويرًا، ناهيك عن طبيعة إعادة إنتاج المعنى المختلفة عند فعل القراءة. وسنحاول من خلال هذا المنجز استشفاف تمظهرات التّراث في نصّ القصة القصيرة جدّا العربية، وأنماط توظيفه فيها، ووظيفيّته دلاليًّا، وذلك من خلال مقاربة مجموعةٍ مختلفة من النّصوص بغية الوصول إلى نتائج كلّية، وسيتمّ ذلك بعد التّقعيد للمصطلحات والبسْط للمفاهيم الأساسيّة

Objectives: This study aimed to explore the relationship between attachment patterns and the management of relationship crisis between partners during the engagement period in Jordan. Methods: The study employed a descriptive correlational approach. Two scales were used: the Attachment Patterns Scale and the Relationship Crisis Management Scale. The study sample consisted of a convenient sample of 412 engaged individuals in Jordan. Results: The results revealed that the most prevalent attachment pattern among engaged individuals during the engagement period was the secure attachment pattern, with a percentage of 92.7%. The avoidant attachment pattern followed at a percentage of 3.9%, while the least common pattern was the anxious attachment pattern at 3.4%. Furthermore, the results also showed a high level of relationship crisis management among engaged individuals during the engagement period. A positive linear relationship was found between secure attachment style and relationship crisis management, while an inverse relationship was observed between anxious and avoidant attachment patterns and relationship crisis management between partners. Conclusions: The results underscore the importance of considering attachment patterns and relationship crisis management during the engagement period in Jordan and reflect the need for developing educational and therapeutic plans to comprehend attachment patterns and their role in influencing crisis management processes, to arrive at effective solutions for facing and managing crises.

الأهداف: تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان المدلول القانوني لعقد الوعد ببيع البناء على الخريطة في ظل قانون الملكية العقارية الأردني، وتحديد أهم الضمانات التي تكفل حق المشتري إذا أخل البائع في تنفيذ التزاماته. المنهجية: اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، حيث تم دراسة وتحليل النصوص القانونية المتعلقة بالوعد ببيع البناء على الخريطة الواردة في التشريع الأردني، وبيان مدى كفايتها لمواجهة هذا النوع من العقود. النتائج: توصلت الدراسة إلى أن قانون الملكية العقارية الأردني يخلو من معالجة حقيقية للوعد ببيع البناء على الخريطة، سيما فيما يتعلق بتوفير الوسائل التي تضمن حقوق المشتري إذا أخل البائع بتنفيذ التزاماته أو لحمايته من الآثار التي تترتب على إعسار البائع. الخلاصة: توصي الدراسة تعديل قانون الملكية العقارية الأردني، وإدراج أحكام قانونية توفر حماية للمشتري على الخريطة، من خلال ضمان تحويل حقوق الأرض، وملكية البناء من طرف البائع لمصلحة المشتري بالموازاة مع التقدم بالبناء والتشييد، مقابل تنفيذ المشتري لالتزامه، وكذلك ضمان حسن التنفيذ وربطها بكفالة بنكية أو صلاحية الحجز على جزء من قيمة البناء وفق آلية قانونية معينة.

الأهداف: تهدف الدراسة إلى جمع ودراسة الآيات التي أُشكلت مناسباتها في تفسير ابن عاشور، وما الأوصاف التي نعت به تلك المناسبات، وما سبب نعته لها بذلك، ومقارنة توجيه ابن عاشور مع غيره من المفسرين، وما إضافاته وقيمتها العلمية. المنهجية: اتبعت الدراسة منهج الاستقراء بجمع المواضع التي أُشكلت، والمنهج التحليلي المقارن لتحليل كلام ابن عاشور في بيان مناسباتها مقارنة مع غيره من المفسرين كالطبري وابن عطية والزمخشري والرازي، وبيان مواطن الاتفاق والاختلاف في توجيه تلك المناسبات وأثره في إثراء المعاني للآيات. النتائج: توصلت الدراسة إلى أن عدد الآيات التي أُشكلت مناسباتها اثنا عشر موضعاً في تفسيره، وأظهرت الدراسة تنوع الأوصاف التي أطلقها ابن عاشور على المناسبات بين الآيات؛ فوصفها تارة بالغرابة وأخرى بالغموض والخفاء. وأما سبب نعته لها بذلك لأنها من المناسبات التي تحتاج لإعمال فكر ونظر وليست مناسبات ظاهرة. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى توافقه مع المفسرين في بعض المواضع واجتهاده في مواضع أخرى مراعياً تطبيق منهجه المتمثل بترتيب الآيات القائم على ترتيب التلاوة. وكما توصلت الدراسة لقيمة المناسبات عنده في تحرير معاني الآيات وسبر الآراء حولها وإبراز إعجاز القرآن الكريم. الخلاصة: ظهر من خلال الدراسة عناية ابن عاشور في علم المناسبات، وجهوده في توجيه المناسبات بين الآيات، وإضافته حولها مما يساعد في فهم الآيات وتوسيع المعاني.

يتناول هذا البحث إيضاح الخصائص الليتولوجية والجيولوجية الهندسية لمحور السد ونفوذية التوضعات على الأطراف وبحيرة التخزين وتم تحديد الوحدات الجيولوجية الموجودة والمتباينة في خصائصها الجيوهندسية من خلال دراسة اللبابات الصخرية المستخرجة من بعض السبور، والعينات الصخرية من التكشفات السطحية، وبالتالي صنفت هذه الوحدات أيضاً تبعا لنفوذيتها في نطاقين أساسيين: نطاق نفوذ على الكتف الأيمن للسد تبلغ سماكته 5 م وعلى عمق 10 م وتقل السماكة كلما اتجهنا نحو محور السد، ويقع تحتها نطاق كتيم كلس مارلي مدلمت. كما بينت نتائج دراسة الصفات الفيزيائية والليتولوجية للصخور المشكلة لأكتاف السد أنها لا تسمح بفواقد مائية كبيرة.

تتناول الدراسة تقييم دور محل إقامة المستهلك في عقد المستهلك الإلكتروني ذي العنصر الأجنبي كضابط مقيد لقانون الإرادة، من خلال بيان مفهوم هذا العقد واتجاهات الفقه؛ لتقييد أو استبعاد قانون الإرادة. ومما يعطي هذه الدراسة أهميتها: أن الموضوع الذي تصدت له لم يحظ بالاهتمام أو الترحيب في تشريعات أغلب الدول العربية؛ كالقانون الكويتي، وهذا من العوامل التي دفعت إلى محاولة التوصّل إلى قوانين مقارنة، واكبت التطور الحديث، وسعت سعيًا جادًّا إلى سنّ قاعدة إسناد لحماية المستهلك في المعاملات التقليدية والمعاملات الإلكترونية ذات العنصر الأجنبي، على حد سواء. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المستند إلى المقارنة؛ ومن ثم توصلت إلى نتائج، أهمها: أن للإرادة دورًا في عقد المستهلك وتقييد تطبيقه بألا يحرم المستهلك من الأحكام الآمرة لدولة إقامته، بغض النظر عن جنسيته ومكان انعقاد العقد. وتأكيدًا لمبدأ الأمان القانوني خلصت الدراسة إلى توصيات، أهمها: تعديل كل من نص المادة 22 من القانون البحريني، ونص المادة 6 من نظام روما، وذلك بأن يكون الإسناد لقانون الإرادة الصريح دون الإرادة الضمنية؛ إذ إنه في العقود الإلكترونية التي يكون المستهلك طرفًا فيها يصعب الوصول إلى القرائن الدالة على الإرادة الضمنية؛ ومن ثم يكون عمل القاضي أكثر تكلفًا.

Summary The objective of the study is to identify the formal compatibility in graphic design, and its relationship to the contemporary advertising poster, as graphic design is the main source for the production of values and symbols, which form awareness, behavior, and as a result, great interest has become in the visual arts as it is an integrated and influential system for communicating with the public, Which has become influential in reshaping the new reality of the world.In the current study, the researcher defined the formal compatibility, and studied its relationship to the advertising poster in contemporary graphic design and how to combine different materials and styles.The researcher also exposed to modern graphic programs and studied their relationship to formal compatibility, as with the advent of computer graphics and its entry into the field of graphic design, the development of the design process resulted in all its aspects, with its advanced and modern plastic capabilities including the techniques provided by these graphic programs in designing the various types of posters and with different creative capabilities and vision for the designer.The researcher presented the creative values in the design of the advertising poster, as they come in distinct, unique formulas that are transformed in their construction and installation in the design and transcend the prevailing and familiar in all its connotations and symbols. Elements of formal compatibility in the advertising poster with description and analysis by displaying the different models of the samples of the current research topic.

الأهداف: يهدف البحث إلى بيان مقصود جهاد الطلب، وحكمه، وصور تحقيقه، وكيفية تطبيقيه في العصر الحالي في ظل حق الدولة في البقاء. المنهجية: اعتمد البحث على ثلاثة مناهج: الاستقرائي، والوصفي، والمقاصدي المقارن. حيث استقرأ النصوص الشرعية في موضوع جهاد الطلب والقوانين الدولية المتعلقة بحق البقاء، وبين المراد منها كما بين مقصودها وشرح وسائل تحقيق مقصود جهاد الطلب بما يراعي فقه الواقع. النتائج: إن مقصود جهاد الطلب إدامة الدعوة إلى الله وردع العدو، وحكمه فرض، وصور تحقيقه بوجود جيوش نظامية معدة للدفاع عن الوطن تملك القوة الرادعة. مع مراعاة الدولة المسلمة توظيف القوة الناعمة بما يخدم الدعوة إلى الله ويحمي سيادة الشرع. أما تطبيقه في العصر الحالي في ظل حق البقاء فيتم باستثمار العلاقات الدولية الإيجابية، والاتفاقيات الدولية لضمان حرية الدعوة بما يحقق مقصود جهاد الطلب من إدامة الدعوة مع ضرورة امتلاك القوة الكافية للردع. الخلاصة: فرضية جهاد الطلب في ضوء المنهج المقاصدي لا تخل بحق الدول في البقاء، وينبغي أن يُفهم حكم جهاد الطلب في ضوء غايته ومقصده: من حماية حرية التدين، واحترام العهود. إنّ الحرب ليست الأداة الوحيدة لتحقيق سياسية الدولة، فهناك أدوات ناعمة كالدعوة والتعليم والمؤسسات الثقافية، وينبغي العمل على تفعيلها وفق المقاصد الشرعية، مستفيدين من الاتفاقيات الدولية المنظمة لحرية التعبد، وحرية الضمير.

الأهداف: يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن دور نموذج تدريس الفيزياء القائم على التصميم الهندسي الموجَّه بالجدل العلمي في تعزيز الفعالية الذاتية للتصميم الهندسي لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية. المنهجية: لتحقيق أهداف البحث؛ اُتبع المنهج التقاربي المتوازي. جُمع البيانات الكمية باستخدام التصميم ما قبل التجريبي ) مجموعة واحدة باختبار قبلي وبعدي)، مكونة من (35) طالبة من طالبات الصف الثالث ثانوي، وجمعت البيانات النوعية باستخدام تصميم دراسة الحالة طُبق على (9) طالبات من نفس المجموعة بغرض استقصاء تصوراتهن عن دور النموذج في تعزيز الفعالية الذاتية لديهن. النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أثر النموذج في تحسين الفعالية الذاتية للتصميم الهندسي بجميع مفاهيمه بدررجة دالة إحصائيا، حيث ارتفعت متوسطات مفاهيم (الثقة- الدافعية- توقع النجاح)، في حين انخفض مفهوم (القلق). وبينت النتائج النوعية دورا واضحاً للنموذج التدريسي في تعزيز الفعّالية الذاتية في التصميم الهندسي لدى الطالبات. الخلاصة: وفر نموذج التدريس المقترح للطالبات فرصاً متنوعة للتعلم القائم على التصميم الهندسي الموجه بالجدل العلمي؛ والذي أكسبهن الخبرة في الممارسات الهندسية، وساعدهن في معرفة طريقة تفكير المهندسين في حل المشكلات مما عزز ثقتهن بفعاليتهن الذاتية، ورفع من دافعيتهن، وتوقع النجاح لديهن. ومن جهة أخرى انخفض مستوى القلق لديهن عند ممارسة عمليات التصميم الهندسي.

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى إجراء تأملات في التطور التاريخي لمحتوى كتب الجغرافيا في الأردن منذ عام 1921-2021. المنهجية: لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال إعداد بطاقة ملاحظة لكل كتاب من كتب الجغرافيا تتضمن مؤشرات تم رصدها في كل كتاب. وقد شمل مجتمع الدراسة جميع كتب الجغرافيا التي أقرتها وزارة التربية والتعليم على امتداد الفترة الزمنية 1921- 2021، والمتوفرة في متحف الكتاب المدرسي. النتائج: بينت نتائج الدراسة الموضوعات الجغرافية المقدمة للطلبة في كل صف ومرحلة تعليمية من مراحل التعليم العام، وملامح التطور عبر الحقب التاريخية التي مرت بها المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. كما بينت النتائج كتب الجغرافيا المشتركة التي استهدفت أكثر من فئة كالذكور والإناث، أو تلك الكتب التي تم إعدادها لصفوف دنيا وعليا، أو تلك المشتركة بين مرحلة مدرسية، وما بعد المرحلة المدرسية. كما أشارت النتائج إلى آليات طباعة الكتب، وسمات عملية التقويم، وكيفية معالجة الأخطاء الطباعية، والكتب المترجمة المعتمدة، بالإضافة إلى تبيان صورة النساء والخرائط فيها. الخلاصة: أظهرت الدراسة الحاجة إلى إعادة طرح مبحث الدراسات الاجتماعية لطلبة الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في الأردن، بعد قرار إلغائها منذ أكثر من سبع سنوات. كما توصي الدراسة بإعادة تضمين بعض الموضوعات المرتبطة بجغرافيا الدول العربية، وموضوعات الجيولوجيا والفلك، لا سيما تلك التي كان تم طرحها في بدايات تأسيس الدولة الأردنية.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of using the MAP Growth test in improving the reading comprehension of primary school students. The study uses American Excellence Schools in Jordan as a case study. Methods: The study sample included 30 male and female students who studied at American Excellence Schools which is a private school registered with the Directorate of Education of Amman. The study used a quasi-experimental design. The sample was divided into two experimental groups based on their performance in the MAP Growth pre-test assessment. A special instructional program was designed for each experimental group according to the directions in the user guide of the MAP Growth test so as to focus on the weaknesses and missing skills of each group, which were identified based on the results of the MAP Growth pre-test assessment. Upon the completion of the intstructional program, students took the MAP Growth post-test assessment, and data was analyzed to find whether there is any statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) in the students’ mean scores in the reading comprehension post-test due to the use of the Map Growth test. Results: The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0,05) in the total score of students’ reading comprehension for the two groups in favor of the post-test due to the use of the instructional program. Conclusions: The researchers recommend using the MAP growth test to enhance students’ reading comprehension skills. Speak Speak Speak

This article will offer a stable attitude for non-public universities to perceive the maximum critical elements of e-provider first-class and adapt them to obtain college students` e-satisfaction. الأهداف: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان وإيضاح أحكام خيار فوات الوصف وأثره في عقود المعاوضاتِ، مُتَّخِذَةً الإجارة والبيع ميدانًا لهذا البحثِ، عبرَ بيانِ أقسامِ هذا الخِيارِ وأثرهِ في لزومِ عقدَيِّ البيع والإجارةِ. المنهجيّة: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي، وذلك عبر تتبّع المادة العلمية وجمعها من مظانها المختلفة التي يحتاج إليها في هذه الدراسة. والمنهج التحليلي، من خلال عرض المذاهب الفقهية، واستجلاء أدلتها، وما يرد على هذه الأدلة من مناقشات وإيراداتٍ - إنّ ورد ذلك - وصولاً إلى ترجيح ما يظهر بالدليل رُجحانه. النتائج: توصَّلَتْ الدراسةُ إلى أنّ الأصل في العقود الصحة واللزوم، وأنّ عدم اللزوم بسبب الخيار هو أمر عارض جاء لمعالجة أوضاع خاصة. وأن استحقاق المشتري والمستأجر الأرش بسبب فوات الوصف المرغوب في السلعة المباعة أو العين المستأجرة، إذا رضي كلٌ منهما بإمضاء العقد ولم يستعمل حقه في الفسخ. الخلاصة: أوصت الدراسة على ضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول أثر خيار فوات الوصف في غير البيع والإجارة من عقود المعاوضات، كالاستصناع والسلم باعتبارهما من البيوع التي تنفرد بأحكام خاصة يمكن أن يكون لخيار فوات الوصف في هذين العقدين وغيرهما أحكام خاصة تختلف عن أحكام البيع عموماً.

يعد التحليل المورفومتري مدخلاً لدراسة وفهم العمليات الهيدرولوجية والجيومورفولوجية، اذ يوفر وصفا هندسيا لاحواض وشبكات التصرف المائي على اسس كمية من خلال تطبيق المعادلات او القرائن الرياضية، من اجل تحديد شكل الحوض النهري وخصائصه التضاريسية والمساحية وشبكة الصرف النهري وانماطها، والتي تعكس اثر العوامل الطبيعية للأحواض النهرية كالبنية الأرضية وطبيعة الصخور والخصائص المناخية والتضاريس وكثافة النبات الطبيعي فضلا عن العوامل البشرية، اذ ان لهذه العوامل تأثيرا كبيرا في نشاط عمليات التعرية المائية والترسيب المائي المسؤولة عن صفات وخصائص الحوض نفسه من حيث توسيع الحوض وزيادة مساحته وتحديد شكله والمرحلة الجيومورفولوجية التي وصل اليها والاشكال الارضية. تم استخلاص الخصائص المورفومترية لأحواض التصرف المائي بالاعتماد على نموذج الارتفاع الرقمي DEM وبدقة (30) متر، وبرنامج (Arc Gis 10.8 ). وبعد تحديد الحوض وحساب خصائصه والشبكة النهرية بأستعمال المعادلات الرياضية ووضعها في جداول لابد من تحليلها للافادة منها هيدرولوجيا وجيومورفولوجيا.

Objectives: This study aimed to identify the effect of using the distance learning platform (Microsoft Times) to teach the physical and health education methods course on each of the study variables, namely: the achievement of Al-Hussein Bin Talal University students, and the students' acquisition of reflective thinking skills. Methods: The study used the quasi-experimental approach by selecting two divisions from the Physical and Health Education Teaching Methods course and distributing them randomly into two experimental and control groups. The study used an achievement test and a reflective thinking test. Result: In light of the statistical analysis, the results showed a statistically significant effect in the dimensional measurement of using the distance learning platform (Microsoft Teams) to teach the Physical and Health Education Teaching Methods course on the achievement and acquisition of reflective thinking skills by the students of Al-Hussein Bin Talal University, in favor of the students of the experimental group. Conclusions: In light of the results of the study, a number of recommendations were reached, the most important of which are: using the distance learning platform in university teaching and in other study courses.

الأهداف: التعريف بالذكاء الاصطناعي في المصارف الإسلاميَّة، وبيان الفرص والمخاطر والتحديات التي تواجهها هذه المصارفُ عند استخدامه، بيان حكم تَقَنِيَّةِ هذا الذكاء في الأصل، وبيان الأحكام التكليفيَّة عند استخدامه في هذه المصارف. المنهجية: اتَّبعت هذه الدراسة المنهجَ الوصفي؛ بُغيَةَ وصف الآراء الفقهيَّة المختلفة، إضافة إلى المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي من خلال ما كُتِب في العلوم الماليَّة وعلم الفقه. النتائج: الذكاء الاصطناعي هو إكساب الآلة صفة الذكاء؛ بهدف محاكاة قدرات التفكير المنطقي البشري. هناك العديد من الفرص لاستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في المصارف الإسلامية، منها: تقديم خدمات مالية متميزة، ورفع القيمة التنافسية، وخفض التكاليف التشغيلية. كما أن هناك مخاطر وتحديات يجب مواجهتها بالوسائل التكنولوجية والتقنية. استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي من حيث الاقتضاء الأصلي الجواز والإباحة، ويجب الأخذ بالاقتضاء التبعي عند ظهور العوارض، والنظر إلى مآل الفعل عند تطبيقه والموازنة بين المصالح والمضار، والأخذ بالمصلحة الراجحة. هنآك ضوابط ومعايير شرعية لاستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في المصارف الإسلامية، يجب الالتزام بها لتحقيق المشروعية في استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، وعدم المساس بأصل نظامها الشرعي مع تحقيق المصلحة العامة. الخلاصة: هناك فرص يمكن تحقيقها من خلال استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في البنوك الإسلامية، ولكن من ناحية أخرى هناك أيضًا تحديات ومخاطر قد تواجه هذه البنوك؛ لذلك، يجب ألا تتخلف عن الركب في تطوير بنيتها التحتية لاستيعاب التقنيات الحديثة كالذكاء الاصطناعي. توصي هذه الدراسة بتطوير البنية‏ التحتيَّة للبنوك الإسلاميَّة، وإنشاء مراكز البحث العلمي فيها، وتطوير البيئة التشريعيَّة.

يحاول هذا البحث تجاوز الدراسات التقليدية للنص الصوفي وبناء تصور جديد من خلال التأصيل لدراسة علمية، فلطالما كان التصوف الإسلامي معبرًا بصدق عن أعلى مراحل العمق الفكري، ومجسدًا لأكبر مراتب الترميز، متميزًا بلغة خاصة عميقة ومركبة، مخلفًا تراثًا واسعًا من الأفكار والعلوم المرتبطة به. إن النص الصوفي كأي بحث علمي وكأي موضوع علمي له موضوع ومنهج ومصطلح خاص به، وهذه العناصر تتجلى في أربعة حدود إبستيمية، المتمثلة في الحد التعريفي الذي يشمل الاشتقاقات والتعريفات ثم حد المصطلح الذي يؤدي إلى فهم النص الصوفي كنص له بناء عرفاني لا بناء منطقي، كما له مصطلح خاص إضافة إلى حد النفس الذي يمكننا من ربط نفس صاحب النص العرفاني بمراتب العرفان "الأحوال والمقامات" وأخيرًا حد الانتقال من العبارة إلى الإشارة أي من ظاهر اللفظ إلى باطن هو مدلوله.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين موسيقيا، اعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، تكونت عينة هذه الدراسة من (85) طالبا وطالبة؛ من الموهوبين موسيقيا في المرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة اربد، وقد تم اختيارهم عشوائيا ، تم تطبيق مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين موسيقيا وهو من اعداد الباحث ، وقد أشارت هذه النتائج إن مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين موسيقيا كان مرتفعاً ، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية(α ≥ 0.05) في الكفاءة الذاتية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين موسيقيا تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمرحلة الدراسية.

A pot experiment was carried out in seventeen levels of fertilization to evaluate the effect of the bio-fertilizer mixture alone or in combination with chemical fertilizer (NPK) on Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill). Bio-fertilizer was a mixture of Azotobacter chroococcum, Bacillus circulans and Vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhiza. Results indicated that the use of bio-fertilizer at 3.75 ml/pot four times with 25% of NPK gave the highest significant values of vegetative growth, yield parameters, and NPK uptake; how-ever, fertilizing with bio-fertilizers without NPK application showed the lowest significant values in the two experimental seasons. The same addition of bio-fertilizer gave the highest significant values of total microbial count of soil and increased cumulative CO2; whereas the addition of 100% NPK gave the lowest significant values in both seasons. The full dose of NPK significantly increased volatile oil percentage while the addition of bio-fertilizer only significantly decreased it in both seasons. GC analysis of essential oil showed that the highest percentage of anethol (12.77 %) was obtained by applying 3.75 ml/pot bio-fertilizer added one time + 25% NPK and de-creased estragole (72.78%).

يعد القطاع الصناعي من أبرز القطاعات الاقتصادية التي تسهم في بناء أي اقتصاد، ويتناول بحثنا الدور الذي يؤديه القطاع الصناعي في بناء الاقتصاد العراقي ونمو ناتجه المحلي، وتسليط الضوء على ملامح الخلل في البنية المكونة لنمو القطاعات الإنتاجية الصناعية، وتوجيه الصناعة في عملية تغيير البنية الإنتاجية عبر الدعم والتحفيز الحكومي. واستخدم الباحث في تحليله الاسلوب الاستقرائي الاستنباطي وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في عرض المفاهيم الخاصة بالناتج المحلي الاجمالي ودور القطاع الصناعي في نمو الناتج المحلي. أما أهم الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها البحث تتمثل بانخفاض مساهمة القطاع الصناعي في الناتج المحلي الاجمالي وتوصل البحث إلى إعادة بناء القطاعات واعطاء دور أكبر للقطاع الخاص والقضاء على الفساد واستثمار واردات النفط في إعادة المنشئات المعطلة.

Schools Students' Attitude Towards Distance Music Education ABSTRACT: This study aimed to identify the attitudes of school students towards distance teaching of music. The sample of this study consisted of (75) male and female students, they were chosen randomly from the in the musical activities in the education schools of the Bani Obeid Brigade in the Irbid, Jordan. The results of the study indicated that the attitudes of school students towards teaching music from a distance were medium (positive), and There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (05.0 ≤ α) attributed to gender, in favor of females, and there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (05.0 ≤ α) attributed to academic achievement, in favor of outstanding students. الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف اتجاهات طلبة المدارس نحو تعليم الموسيقى عن بُعد، وتكونت عينة هذه الدراسة من (75) طالبا وطالبة؛ تم اختيارهم عشوائيا من الطلبة المشاركين في الأنشطة الموسيقية في مدارس تربية لواء بني عبيد في محافظة اربد/ الاردن، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد طبق على عينة الدراسة مقياس اتجاهات طلبة المدارس نحو تعلم الموسيقى عن بعد، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى إن اتجاهات طلبة المدارس نحو تعليم الموسيقى عن بُعد كانت متوسطة (إيجابية) ، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (05.0≤ α ) تعزى للجنس وكانت الفروق لصالح الاناث وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (05.0≤ α) تعزى للتحصيل الأكاديمي وكانت الفروق لصالح الطلبة المتفوقين

Five probiotic bacterial strains (Lactobacillus plantarumATCC 14917,Lactobacillus caseiDSM 20011, Lactobacillus acidophilus ATCC20552, Lactococcus thermophilus DSM 20259,and Bifidobacterium longum B41409) were used as monoculture, and combined with them as co-cultures for the fermentation of soymilk. The total number is 20 co-cultures, separated similarly into two parts, the first half of each co-culture consisted of two strains, and the second half of each co-culture consists of three strains. The findings revealed that these cultures were capable of fermenting soymilk at only 8 h with a pH drop of between 4.42 and 4.89. Among 25 cultures, eight cultures (3 monoculture of L. plantarumATCC 14917 (C1),Lc. thermophilusDSM 20259 (C4), and B. longum B41409 (C5) and co-cultures of two strains L. plantarum ATCC 14917+ Lc. thermophiles DSM 20259 (C8) and of three strains L. plantarum ATCC 14917 + Lc. thermophilus DSM 20259 + B. longum B41409 (C18), L. plantarum ATCC 14917+ L. caseiDSM 20011+ Lc. thermophilus DSM 20259 (C19), L. caseiDSM 20011+ L. acidophilus ATCC20552+ Lc. thermophilus DSM 20259 (C22), and L. acidophilus ATCC20552+ Lc. thermophilus DSM 20259 + B. longum B41409 (C25)) which recorded the greatest significant viability of bacterial cells, titratable acidity, total organic acids (lactic, acetic, and propionic acids) contented, and pH in fermented soymilk ranged from 9.26 to 9.98 Log CFU/mL, 3.06 to 3.32 %, 19.90 to 18.40 g/L (lactic acid), 13.30 to 12.30 g/L (acetic acid), and 16.35 to15.00 g/L (propionic acid), and 4.38 to 4.62. The soy yogurt produced from the selected fermentation of soymilk was more preferred in the chemical composition of protein, carbohydrate, and fat contents than non-fermented soymilk.So the results show that the integrative use of probiotics may achieve the nutritional value of soymilk after fermentation had been improved by probiotic strains, therefore, making it a more health-beneficial functional food.

The influence of chilling, freezing, and dry-ing preservation methods on morphological properties and viability of four yeast cultures, isolated Saccharomyces boulardii (SB1 and SB2), Saccharomyces cerevisiae (SC), and Kluyveromyces lactis (KL), was studied. chilling preservation had no effect on yeast colony morphology parameters till the end of the preservation period in contrast with freez-ing and drying preservation methods. Drying preservation resulted in the highest viability decrement % of yeast cultures ranged between 59.38 to 40.21% as compared with other preservation methods. There is a noticeable re-duction in D values of preserved yeast cultures by drying, which varied from (33 to 26 day) in comparison to chilling and freezing preserva-tion that recorded (119 to 83 and 180 to 57 day), respectively. The obtained results re-vealed that chilling preservation under proper conditions, as well as freezing, is more prefer-able for the preservation of studied yeast cul-tures than that preserved yeast by the drying method.

Mulberry silkworm, Bombyx mori L. is in-fected with many diseases. In this work, two fungi species, Aspergillus fumigatus and As-pergillus flavus, were isolated from the in-fected B. mori larvae during rearing process. The morphological symptoms were the same for both fungi and appeared from newly hatched larvae until moth formation. In larvae, black spots of both fungi species appeared eve-rywhere on the body, then these spots extended and eventually larvae died, and fragments of the fungus came out from the spots. The only one difference between the two fungi, is that symptoms of A. fumigatus appeared four days earlier than those of A. flavus. Newly hatched larvae were sprayed with spore suspension (1x106 conidia spores/ml) of A. fumigates and A. flavus separately. One and 12 hrs. after in-oculation, larvae were sprayed with different concentrations of fungicide (Actamyl), sali-cylic acid, and henna and propolis powders, in isolation. After words, mortality and survival percentages were calculated and compared to those that occurred in untreated check (larvae were inoculated with A. fumigatus and A. fla-vus separately without any control treatment). The lowest mortality and highest survival per-centage were occurred in larvae treated with salicylic acid at 10% after 12 hrs. from inocu-lation with A. fumigatus. On the other hand, the lowest mortality and highest survival percent-ages occurred in larvae treated with the fungi-cide Actamyl at 6% and henna at 15% after 12 hrs. from inoculation with A. flavus.

Objectives: The study aims to reveal the degree of teachers’ knowledge of the skills required in distance education in Jordan during the Coronavirus pandemic, and whether it varies due to gender or stage. The study was applied in the second semester of the 2020 scholastic year. Methods: To achieve the results, a descriptive approach was implemented. The main study tool was a questionnaire that was designed after reviewing the educational literature and previous studies. It consisted of (17) paragraphs. The study population consisted of (4013) teachers from Kasbaet Amman, where the sample of the study members consisted of (300) teachers, who were chosen in a simple random method from the study population. Results: The results of the study indicate that the degree of teachers’ knowledge of the required skills in distance education in Jordan during the Corona pandemic was moderate. The results also show that there are no statistically significant differences due to gender. There are statistically significant differences due to school stage in favor of kindergarten stage. Conclusions: In the light of the results of the study, the researchers recommend continuously training teachers on distance education skills and on how to design lessons according to models that adopt distance education. They also recommend reviewing curricula and developing them to suit the skills required for distance education, especially after the pandemic.

Objectives: The current study aims to identify behavioral and educational characteristics of students with behavioral and emotional disorders from the point of view of their parents. Methods: A descriptive approach was employed. The study sample consisted of (1298) students with behavioral and emotional disorders aged between (5-15) years, selected through teachers' assessments. A scale of behavioral and educational characteristics for students with disorders was built. Behavior and emotionality are made up of five dimensions: inability to learn, inappropriate behavior in social situations, relationship problems with colleagues and teachers, feelings of sadness and depression, and physical symptoms and fears. Results: The results show that the overall average of behavioral and educational characteristics scale for students with behavioral and emotional disorders was low. The results indicate that there are statistically significant differences in the total score of behavioral and educational characteristics scale due to gender in favor of males, and due to stage in favor of the upper school stage. Conclusions: The study finds that it is necessary to support families of children with behavioral and emotional disorders with information about the disorder and how to deal with it.

The agricultural sector is the main pillar of the Egyptian economic structure, as it represents main source of food and clothing. In addition, it contributes to of the national income and Egypt faces a deficit in agricultural production, on the other hand consumption exceeds local production, and food is considered a vital necessity for people that cannot be dispensed. This research includes the statistical assessment of the macroeconomic econometric model of the variables of demand and supply of maize during the period (2005-2019), and the problem has become one of the most important problems threatening development in Egypt It has dangerous dimensions for the agricultural sector in particular and for the Egyptian economy in general, and that Egypt is still suffering from a food gap in most food commodities in a way that threatens Egyptian food security, as the equation of imports of corn shows that the volume of imports decreases by about 0.31%, 0.70% each An increase in the import price in dollars per ton, the average per capita production of the current year by 1%, meaning that the most influential variable in the volume of imports of corn in a particular year was the import price in dollars per ton, the average per capita production. It was also found that about 65% of the changes in imports of corn are due to the change in the independent variables under study, and that the average imports, production, and consumption of maize during the same period is 10.39, 6.67, 17.60 million tons, respectively, 15 % increase in the import price causes decreased in the quantity imported by 0.31%, The average of imports, production, and consumption of maize during the same period was 10.66, 7.70 and 17.80 million tons, respectively.

الأهداف: تأتي هذه الدراسة للوقوف على نطاق الحماية الجنائية لحياة الحيوان وسلامة جسمه في قانون العقوبات، مقارنة بقانون العقوبات الفرنسي. المنهجية: اعتمدت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المقارن، وذلك بعرض نصوص قانون العقوبات الأردني التي تناولت بالتجريم صور الاعتداء على حياة الحيوان وسلامة جسمه وتحليلها والتعليق عليها، للكشف عن كيفية مواجهتها لهذه الجرائم، ومقارنتها بنصوص قانون العقوبات الفرنسي. النتائج: انتهت الدراسة بأن منهج المشرّع الأردني يميل إلى حماية الحيوان الأليف والداجن جنائياً باعتباره مالاً مملوكاً للغير، خلافاً للمشرّع الفرنسي الذي كرس حماية جنائية للحيوان باعتباره كائناً حياً لديه مشاعر، بالإضافة إلى قصور نطاق هذه الحماية عند المشرّع الأردني عن استيعاب كافة صور الاعتداء على حياة الحيوان وسلامة جسمه، وضعف العقوبات المقررة لأفعال الاعتداء المجرمة. التوصيات: خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى جملة من المقترحات أهمها: أن يقوم المشرّع الأردني بإعادة معالجة جرائم الاعتداء على حياة الحيوان وسلامة جسمه باعتباره كائناً حياً لديه مشاعر وأحاسيس، وتجريم قتل الحيوان وإيذائه عن غير قصد، وتجريم الإهمال والضرب البسيط والتعدي الجنسي عليه، وأيضاً المعاقبة على الشروع في جرائم الاعتداء على حياة الحيوان وسلامة جسمه، مع تشديد العقوبات المقررة لهذه الجرائم.
