تضمن البحث الحالي هدفان هما :1.إعداد تمرينات باٌستخدام مسافات أقل من مسافة السباق لتطوير تحمل السرعة الخاص وإنجاز ركض 400 متر للناشئين .2.التعرف على تأثير هذه التمرينات باٌستخدام مسافات أقل من مسافة السباق لتطوير تحمل السرعة الخاص وإنجاز ركض 400 متر للناشئين .ولقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي لملاءمته وطبيعة البحث ، وتكونت عينة البحث من (12) عداءً ممن يتدربون في جانب الرصافة في مراكز ملعب الشعب ومركز حي أور ومركز ملعب الكشافة وذلك لتوافق العينة لشروط البحث من حيث العمر والانتظام والتواصل بالتدريب ، إذ كانت أعمارهم تتراوح بين 14– 16 سنة ، واختار الباحث اختبار تحمل السرعة ركض 300 متر لقياس قدرة تحمل السرعة الخاصة لفعالية ركض 400 متر واختبار انجاز ركض 400 متر ، وقد استعان الباحث باستخراج النتائج بالمعالجات الإحصائية .واستنتج الباحث ما يأتي :1.إنَّ استخدام تمرينات أقل من مسافة السباق يعمل على تطوير تحمل السرعة الخاص لركض 400 متر كذلك إنجازها .2.إنَّ خصوصية التدريب النوعية من اٌختبار حمل تدريب ملائم ومسافات معينة مقاربة ومشابه للأداء الفعلي للسباق نفسه وقدرات بدنية لها اٌرتباط بركض 400 متر ولها تأثير إيجابي في تطوير مستوى أداء اللاعبين .وأوصى الباحث بالأتي : 1. اٌستخدام التمرينات بمسافات أقل من مسافة السباق في تطوير تحمل السرعة الخاص وإنجاز ركض 400 متر ويكون التركيز على المسافات الأقل .2.إجراء بحث مشابه على المسافات المتوسطة 800 و 1500 متر والحواجز 400 متر.3.اٌستخدام المدة الزمنية الملائمة والشدة العالية في تطوير تحمل السرعة الخاص .4.يوصي الباحث بأنه كلما قرب السباق يفضل أن تكون المسافات المقطوعة لتطوير تحمل السرعة الخاص أقل من مسافة السباق لخصوصية فعالية 400 متر .

Research examines the concept of ethical imagination as one of the influential concepts in the architectural design process. Who is known as "the Architect's ability to think according to moral frameworks to become an important source and then to be the task of balancing the poetic and the disciplined imagination to produce an ethical architectural text that benefits the individual and society. ", thus be the research problem (implications of morally imaginative concept in architecture ). So the research aims to explain the basics of moral fiction in architecture, and we are on it. Research assumes that the foundations of moral fiction have an impact on the formulation of the architectural product . In last decades, many architectural tendencies has appeared, that adapting sustainability, with various nominations, but with same or close meanings that refer to same concept. It's all dealing with principles, characteristics, dimensions, and elements of sustainable design, but it were lack to such a comprehensive framework treatment method. which resulting with abstrusely vision for the designer, globally and locally, to determine lineaments of design strategy, that depending on an environmental fundament, with sustainable impression. This abstrusity is the "research problem". This strategy may be strike from fundamental environmental design concept. There for, the research, suppose that, there is an ability to create general conceptual framework, can be used to specify or determine lineaments of design strategies, depending on an environmental idea, that able to give the project such a sustainability characteristic. According to this, the research aim specified as formulating general conceptual framework that having ability to assess projects or architectural designs, and specify or recognize adopted design strategy that strike from sustainable environmental fundament. To fulfill the aim, the research contains three terms. In this research CCl4 as a lubricant is used for machining copper specimens. It was noticed that CCl4 has many effective effects at low machining speed, as well the effect at highspeed cutting vanished which is coincided with the results obtained by the researchers workedin this field and giving the cause of their results either for lubricant penetration loss at theinterface between the chip 0.005 m/sec, the cutting ratio (r) increases by more than 23% anddecreases to 7% at a cutting speed of 0.08 m/sec, on other hand the friction angle decreasesfrom about 37% to 11% as the cutting speed increases from 0.005 m/sec to 0.08 m/sec.

The research aims to get the knowledge about the impact of a proposed training program based on nanotechnology to acquire its concepts and develop its applications among mathematics teachers in public education. It also aims to measure the level of knowledge of nanotechnology concepts and applications. To achieve the objectives of the research, the experimental approach was used for two-paired-groups related to the use of the (before - after) application; To perform the experimental group before and after exposing it to the experimental treatment, depending on the research tool: the achievement test to measure the level of knowledge of concepts and applications of nanotechnology which were applied to a random sample of mathematics teachers in public education in the city of Abha, Saudi Arabia. It is made up of (30) teachers. To reach the results of the research, a set of statistical treatments were used, including T-Test for two related samples, Pearson correlation coefficient to calculate the effect size. The results showed the following: Low level of knowledge of concepts and applications of nanotechnology among mathematics teachers. There is also a difference in the level of knowledge of nanotechnology concepts and applications for the educational stage. The proposed training program based on nanotechnology had the greatest impact on acquiring the concepts of nanotechnology and developing its applications among mathematics teachers in public education in the three stages. Oil acquires its importance from its nature as a strategic commodity and has an effective impact on various economic activity, and plays a fundamental role in defining the course and nature of sustainable development, and is a major source of income for producing countries, as well as tracking its importance as an important commodity in foreign trade, as the economy has suffered from abnormal conditions It lasted more than three decades, starting with the Iraq-Iran war at the beginning of the eighties of the last century and then the first Gulf war in (1991) and the economic blockade, and the second Gulf war in (2003) then the terrorist organizations and their implications for indicators of sustainable development. In Iraq, the oil sector is the backbone of the Iraqi economy, like other developing countries, there is still the sector's dominant economic active, constitutes up to (2/3) of the gross domestic product and about 92% of the total government financial revenues and up to 98% of total exports For all, this research came to review the oil revenues in Iraq from crude oil exports, and the possibility of investing these revenues in achieving sustainable development. This study was carried out to check the classification of the Groupers (Genus: Epinephelus), which considered as a main group in the marine Iraqi fisheries. Fishes were collected from Al- FAO city South of Al-Basrah, and from Basrah city fish market. Many Groupers species had been registered in Iraq, the largest registered number was thirteen species. Fifteen species were described in this study; four were described for the first time in Iraq, which were Epinephelus coioides, Epinephelus polylepis, Epinephelus epistictus and Epinephelus malabaricus. The presence and classification of other species had been confirmed, which include E. areolatus; Epinephelus bleekeri; Epinephelus diacanthus and Epinephelus stoliczkae. It was found that the presence of four species were suspicious, these are Epinephelus longispinis (Epinephelus fario); Epinephelus merra; Epinephelus fuscoguttatus and Epinephelus sexfasciatus. While other species were expected to be found, if more efforts will be done, and they were recognized by the fishermen to be found in the Iraqi fishing ground, these are Epinephelus coruleopunctatus, Epinephelus fasciatus and Epinephelus latifasciatus. This study has been performed to determine the effect of mutant isolate of the antagonistic fungus Trichoderma harzianum on the growth and yield of Corn Zea mays L. in the soil of Abu Zarak marshland in Thiqar province. The results of the current study elucidated the significant effect of the recombination between mutant isolate and Nitrogen fertilizer (80 kg/donum) in the promoting of the growth and increasing of the yield of Corn, the treatment led to increase the following parameter: leaf area index; number of ears per plant and number of rows per ear which reached to 3.84; 1.45 and 16.84, respectively, in contrast with control treatment 2.99; 1.19 and 13.70, respectively. The significant increase of the yield of corn was seen after the treatment with the T. harzianum and Nitrogen fertilizer in terms of the weight of 1000 grain {gm} and the total yield {ton/ hector} which were 129.73 gm and 5.92 ton/hector, respectively, in contrast with 118.74 gm and 2.75 ton/hector, in control treatment, respectively. In addition, the analysis of the nutrient content of the corn shoot system proved that the N; P and K were higher in the treatment of the bioagent alone or with Nitrogen fertilizer than what were seen in other treatments. A field experiment was conducted in Abul Khaseeb in Basrah governorate to study the effect of three concentrations of iron (0, 20, and 40) mg Fe/ L/ date palm/ year and three concentrations of benzyl adenine (0, 50, and 100) mg BA/ L/ date palm/ year, and their interactions on physical, chemical and yield properties of date palm (Hellawi) during different stages of fruit growth (Khalal, Ritab and Date). Results indicated that interaction between iron and benzyl adenine had significant effects in fruit weight (40mg Fe/ L/ date palm/ year + 100mg BA/ L/ date palm/ year) treatment gave highest average of fruit weight, flesh weight and fruit volume. Results showed significant decrease in total soluble salts percent in fruit juice (547.13, 688.20 and 792.50) gm/ kg with increasing iron and benzyl adenine rates compared with control treatment (606.47, 732.22 and 832.27) gm/ kg during different stages of fruit growth (Khalal, Ritab and Date). Results also showed that the interaction between iron and benzyl adenine treatments had significant effects in increasing total yield. Treatment with (40mg Fe/ L/ date palm/ year + 100mg BA /L/ date palm/ year) confirmed the highest yield (30.78Kg) compared with control treatment (17.80 kg). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Prenatal care refers to medical attention that a woman receives to maintain her health and the health of her unborn child. The traditional methods of medical experts in prenatal care advice can sometimes be inadequate and less efficient due to a number of factors. One major issue is the lack of knowledge in the area of prenatal care for most medical experts, which hinders quality advice to pregnant women. In order to overcome some of these challenges, computer-based methods for any health issue have been proposed, which have shown to be more effective and are being utilized more frequently to raise the standard of medical care. This research work proposes the use of an expert system approach based on a forward-chain inference engine. Java programming language was used in the implementation of the proposed expert system. The expert system for prenatal care recommendations had a mean satisfaction level score of 3.87 out of a possible 5.0, according to the assessment results based on survey opinions. This suggests a 77.5% level of user satisfaction. The performance level of the expert system in providing quality advice to pregnant women indicates that it is faster, more sensitive, and more reliable than the traditional method of using medical experts to provide prenatal care advice.

Help desks play a crucial function in the information technology department by acting as the main point of solution to customers’ issues. The speed and efficiency of agent-centric help desks are diminished by the inability of a help desk agents to share their knowledge when they leave and the inability of agents applying past cases to solve present problem. In this study, a knowledge-based expert system for campus helpdesk request processing was presented. The presented system consists of a fusion of expert system and fuzzy inference system for campus helpdesk request processing. The fuzzy inference system is responsible for the rules while the expert system provided the interface for the user interactions. The presented system takes input queries from students through the interface of the expert system. The input queries are converted into fuzzy variables and the inference engine is then used to compare the fuzzy variables with the fuzzy rules in the knowledge base of the expert system. The database base of the expert system contains the solutions to past queries while the rule base is made up of the set of IF-THEN rules depicting the domain expert knowledge. The expert system will fire the rules that matches the input queries and deliver the answers to the queries through the expert system output interface. The evaluation results of the presented system when compared with previous research showed a better accuracy of 95.36767% in terms of its efficiency in providing solutions to requests relating to complaints from campus students.

This study explored the development and qualities of the response of electrochemical properties of enrofloxacin-selective electrodes using precipitation based on producing phosphotungstic, after utilizing a matrix of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and dibutyl phthalate or dibutyl phosphate as a plasticizer. The resulting membrane sensors were an enrofloxacin-phosphotungstic electrode (sensors 1) and an ENR-DOP-PTA electrode (sensors 2). Linear responses of (ENR-DBPH-PTA) and (ENR-DOP-PTA) within the concentration ranges of 2.1×10-6-10-1 and 3.0×10-6-10-2 mol. L-1, respectively, for both sensors were observed. Slopes of 51.61±0.24 and 39.40± 0.16 mV/decade and pH ranges equal to 2.5-8.5 and 2.0-9.0 were observed for sensors 1 and 2, respectively. The coefficients of selectivity of the created sensors demonstrated phenomenal selectivity for ENR. The proposed sensors showed useful scientific properties for the assurance of ENR in drug dosage and pure form.

In light of the rapid changes in the business environment and the increased intensity of competition, it is difficult for companies to maintain their market position and the sustainability of their business. Therefore, all these changes affect companies as the competition in the past was between the company and another company. However, the way of competition in our world today has changed in a way that a group of companies competes with another group of companies. Hence, the current study aims to address strategic alliances as an entry point in achieving entrepreneurial success, as one of the modern and important topics in the business world resulting from rapid developments and global openness based on transcending geographical boundaries in today's world. The impact of the dimensions of strategic alliances in achieving the pioneering success of commercial companies were investigated. The research field includes commercial companies in the Dohuk governorate in the Kurdistan region. The research sample was selected from managers in senior management and middle management for a number of companies, which amounted to (60) individuals for data collection purposes. Data analysis was performed for the field side using the statistical software (SPSS V26). The results of the research revealed that strategic alliances have a role in achieving entrepreneurial success and recommended the need to pay attention to the types of alliances that would enhance entrepreneurship in commercial companies.

بالاستبانة بوصفها الأداة الرئيسة لجمع البيانات الأولية في الجانب العملي للبحث، حيث تم توزيع (176) استمارة على عينة عشوائية من القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الخاصة المبحوثة، واسترجعت منها (150) استمارة صالحة للتحليل بنسبة استجابة (74%)، كما استخدمت عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية للتعامل مع البيانات ولتحليل عبارات الاستبيان واختبار فرضيات البحث والتي تتمثل في يوجد ارتباط معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية بين التحول التنظيمي والإخفاق التنظيمي في الجامعات المبحوثة وكذلك يوجد تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية للتحول التنظيمي في الإخفاق التنظيمي في الجامعات المبحوثة وعلى وفق المعطيات التي تمت معالجتها من خلال البرامج الإحصائية (SPSS.V26) و(E-Views V.12)، وخرج البحث بجملة نتائج من أهمها يوجد تأثير معنوي للتحول التنظيمي في الإخفاق التنظيمي في الجامعات الخاصة المبحوثة، وإنه كلما وجهت تلك الجامعات اهتمامها بتحسين وسائل التحول التنظيمي لديها كلما مكنها ذلك من تخفيض مستويات تعرضها للإخفاق التنظيمي والعكس صحيح، وإن متغير التحول التنظيمي يستمد تأثيره في متغير الإخفاق التنظيمي من خلال التحول الرقمي أولاً ومن ثم التناقض التنظيمي مما يفسر أن الجامعات الخاصة المبحوثة تعمل على التغيير الجذري بالاعتماد على التحول الرقمي والتناقض التنظيمي كدوافع للحد من الإخفاق التنظيمي. وأقترح البحث مراجعة إجراءات العمل الداخلية بشكل دوري ومستمر والتي تعد من المسببات الجوهرية لحدوث الإخفاق التنظيمي ومحاولة تحديثها نحو الأفضل وبما يستجد من متطلبات على صعيد التعليم العالي وذلك لأنه بمقدور القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات المبحوثة السيطرة على تلك العوامل.

. هدفت الدراسة الى إعداد تمرينات بدنية خاصة في تطوير القوة المميزة بالسرعة والرشاقة للحكام المساعدين بكرة القدم والتعرف على تأثير التمرينات البدنية الخاصة في تطوير القوة المميزة بالسرعة والرشاقة للحكام المساعدين الدرجة الأولى بكرة القدم. وأعتمد الباحثان المنهج التجريبي، وبلغ عدد عينة البحث (10) حكم لكل مجموعة تجريبية وضابطة، وقام الباحثان بتطبيق تجربتهم الرئيسة بأستخدام تمرينات بدنية خاصة بأستخدام أدوات تدريبية بواقع (4) وحدات تدريبية خلال الأسبوع ولمدة (8) أسابيع، كانت االنتائج تشير الى وجود فروق معنوية في أختبارات القوة المميزة بالسرعة والرشاقة بين المجموعتين ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي طبقت التمرينات البدنية الخاصة.

الصَبْر هو صفة الصالحين الراغبين برضا الله تعالى والفوز بجنات النعيم وقد حث عليه الله I والأنبياء والأئمة والعلماء جميعاً فقال تعالى: ]وَٱصْبِرْ عَلَىٰ مَا أَصَابَكَ[(سورة لقمان: 17) أي أن الصبر أمر من الله تعالى عّز وجّل أمر به عباده المؤمنين وكانت نتيجته الفوز برضا الله تعالى وغفرانه وجناته أما في الدنيا فالصبر مفتاح الفرج وقد رسمنا المنهج في ضوء البحث العلمي، فقد احتوى على التمهيد وفيه دراسة معنى الصبر لغة واصطلاحاً، أما المبحث الأول فيحتوي على الصبر في ضوء الآيات القرآنية الدالة عليه في حين أن المبحث الثاني انصب على دراسة الصبر عند الأنبياء والأوصياء، فقد اتخذوه وسيلة لمواجهة الشدائد وإطاعة اوامر الله ، أما المبحث الثالث فقد احتوى على ثواب الصبر وجزاءه ورضا الخالق، فيشعر الإنسان بالراحة النفسية وعدم الجزع. فضلاً عن أقسامه التي هي الصبر عند المصيبة وعدم الجزع والصبر على الطاعة في أداء الفرائض وتحمل مشاقها كالصوم، فضلاً عن الصبر عن المصية واجتنابها وعدم الوقوع في الخطأ حتى لا يسمح للشيطان بالوسوسة وهذا هو السيطرة على الشهوات، وأخيراً ذكرنا الخاتمة ونتائج البحث: كانت هناك علاقة مترابطة بين الصبر لغة واصطلاحاً. اكد الله على مفهوم الصبر في القرآن الكريم بآيات كثيرة، وكذلك أكد الأنبياء والعلماء والفقهاء جميعاً على ذلك المفهوم. الصبر وسيلة لمواجهة مصائب وهموم الحياة والمؤمن يستمد القوة من الله تعالى مستعيناً به. عاقبة الصَبْر خير في الدنيا والآخرة في حين الجزع يؤدي الى فقد الأجر والثواب وغضب الله عزّ وجلَّ على عبده؛ لأنه اعترض على قدره وقضائه سبحانه وتعالى. المؤمن الصابر الذي يدرك أن الدنيا زائلة والآخرة هي دار البقاء فاز برضا الله تعالى ودخول جناته بغير حساب. إن العالم كله يسير على معنى الصبر كنمو الجنين في بطن أمه والأشجار والزرع كله ينمو ويكبر بتدرج وبتعاقب الليل والنهار وبناء الفرد والمجتمع والدولة يعتمد على الصبر ايضًا.

Slurry Infiltrated Fiber Concrete (SIFCON) is a relatively new high-performance material that may be thought of as a high-fiber content version of fiber reinforced concrete. This matrix is comprised of flowing mortar that must penetrate the fiber network implanted in the molds sufficiently. SIFCON combines excellent mechanical properties with a high ductility and toughness grade. SIFCON is utilized in applications that demand a high degree of ductility and energy absorption, most notably seismic-resistant reinforced concrete structures and structures exposed to abnormal or explosive loads. Additionally, pavement overlays, prestressed beam repair, and structural reinforced concrete element restoration have all been effective. The main aim of this study is to determine the effect of hooked-end steel fiber and micro-steel fiber on the strength of SIFCON specimens exposed to flexural and splitting loading. Three volume fractions of steel fiber (8,10, and12) % were used in this investigation. By weight of cement in SIFCON slurry, the proportion of Silica Fume SF substitution was 10%. Flexural strength was determined by testing specimens of (100×100×500) mm, and splitting tensile strength was determined at 7 and 28 days using cylindrical specimens with dimensions (150mm × 300m).. The results obtained from these tests were compared with SIFCON containing micro steel fiber. The test results show superior characteristics of SIFCON containing hooked-end steel fiber, as compared with micro steel fiber. For example, the flexural strength and splitting strength are 24.89 MPa and 10.14 MPa, respectively for SIFCON with 8% hooked-end steel fiber and 17.51 MPa and 9.1 MPa for control specimens with micro steel fiber.

The researchers notice that mobile device has provided flexible environment to learn different subjects, English language is among these subjects. Thus, English Language learners' perspectives of using mobile in learning is one of the major factors for adoption Mobile Assisted language learning (MALL) applications in the university educational environment. The present study aims to investigate undergraduate students' perspectives (in the Department of Media- College of Arts -University of Anbar) toward learning English language as an ESP subject, to shift towards implementing MALL in teaching ESP instead of attending lecture at class. The participants were 32 male and female students who were enrolled in the Department of Media- College of Arts -University of Anbar). A questionnaire was used to collect the data of the study. The research tries to prove the following null hypothesis "There are no statistically significant differences in the mean scores of the students' perspectives towards learning English language that can be attributed to the MALL program". Mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the participants' responds. The findings reveal that there are statistically positive differences in the mean scores toward using mobile in learning English Language. Furthermore, the undergraduate students have positive perspectives towards using mobile in Learning English Language.

In this study, a mixture of two polymers consisting of commercial adhesive [ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA)] and melamine (M) Which were used in this study. Different weights of both polymers were used with total weights equal for (1 g). The asphalt was treated with the above mixture in the presence of 1% by weight of sulfur at (180 ° C) for one hour. The rheological properties of the modified samples and original one were measured, which included measuring the ductility , penetration, and softining point as well as calculating the penetration index and percentage of the separated asphaltens . After that, the best samples obtained from the above modification process were taken, and several interactions were performed on it in order to determine each of : The optimum conditions for the conversion process have been established and include the percentage of added sulfur and the temperature the best time, the best weights of the mixture, and the best addition sequence. After that, the best sample obtained from this study was taken and the marshals test with chemical immersion was performed, as well as the effect of aging on this sample was studied. The study gave good results in the field of asphalt resistance to the deformation processes which were carried out on it.
