A part of the press through their published aritcles have expressed great disbelief and even high notes of pesimism regarding the Balkanic Conference. These newspapers, refering the conditions in which the conferenc was organised didn't hide their disbelief regarding the results. These attidutes were reasoned since the early origin of the unsolved events from other organisations like the League of Nations. The issues that the press expressed his disbelief were the minorities issue and dhe issue of keeping the integrality of territories and institutions. The articles in these papers were not polemic, on the contrary they have the same logic reasoning. Newspapres like "Arbenia" or "Vullneti i popullit" and afterwards "Demokracia" treated this argument when the Coference began and not sooner. All this time the analiysis on the minority issue followed the same line, the line of disbelief regarding the solving of this issue. There is another fact which the press almost ignores or speaks very little of, the treatment of Albania as an ally of Italy. This damaged the image of Albania, but the press didn't use this fact to justify the lack of effectivity of the Conference. Considering that the press was highly influenced by the politic of King Zog, it is noted the treatment of this issue from another angle. In general the most common articles are the ones who evidence the great difficulties of this panbalkanic cooperation. Another aspect that shows disbelief in the press is the non official colorment dedicated to the delegation and the Conference itself. Often in the press, when the expectations were in complete match with the acomplishments, it was uses the term "non official" to relief delegats and the goverment from their obligations.
