The article reports that regulators in the U.S., Great Britain, and Switzerland are set to announce settlements with large banks of alleged wrongdoing in foreign-exchange markets. Britain's Financial Conduct Authority is expected to announce its terms with several banks including UBS AG, Barclays PLC, and Citigroup Inc. The Swiss financial regulator known as Finma (Finanzmarktaufsicht) will also disclose a settlement with UBS. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is among U.S. regulators to be heard from as well.
