The present study occurs on serum enzymes AST, ALT ALP and GGT. In following study serum ALT activity significantly lower in last stage of pregnancy in comparison to mid pregnancy. Serum ALP activity significantly (P<0.05) was higher during last stage of pregnancy as compared to non pregnant animal. Serum cholesterol concentration was significantly (P<0.05) lower in pregnant animals. Serum AST and GGT all parameters have non significant (P<0.05) changes during pregnancy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
