Abstract

The article offers information on the radical functional differentiation of the world society and evolutionary tendencies that arise in the legal and political global systems semantics. It states that the growth of global law tends to be associated with the rationality of emerging regimes. It mentions the dependence of world societal communication on functional system which has the ability to maintain and engender congruent expectation patterns. It also discusses the importance of legal managerialism development in the legal debate.
