To assess the association of fetal growth and fetal cerebral blood flow redistribution, umbilico-cerebral ratio (UCR) or short-term neonatal outcome in suspected late fetal growth restriction (FGR). Conclusions In women with suspected late FGR, fetal growth rate decreases during the last weeks before delivery, and this is most conspicuous in those with early abnormal UCR, whose growth is not significantly different from zero.
