To conclude the experience of prenatal diagnosis by ultrasound and MRI in 5754 cases. We analysed 3D ultrasound skeleton imaging, MRI, postmortem CT, postmortem X-ray and pathology of 21 cases with sirenomelia, discussed value of 3D ultrasound skeleton imaging in fetal skeleton deformity, and explored possibility of 3D-CT in fatal skeleton malformation. In this article the author discusses correct labeling technique of twins. T. Dias and colleagues suggested ways by which sonographer, accoucher, and accoucheuse may identify each twin's features correctly. They mention that using the method of labeling prevents misconceptions and guarantees the awareness of peripartum switch. Moreover, it stresses the importance of sonographers' evaluation of the correct fetus at the right time.

Abstract Epigastric heteropagus is a rare type of conjoined twinning which results from an ischemic atrophy of one fetus at an early stage of gestation. We present what we believe to be the first case diagnosed antenatally at 22 weeks’ gestation. The pelvis and lower limbs of the ischemic fetus (the parasite) were attached to the epigastrium of the well-developed fetus (the autosite), which had a small omphalocele. Congenital megalourethra is a rare disorder characterized by the congenital absence of the corpus spongiosum and/or corpus cavernosum, leading to dilatation of the urethra. We present a case of congenital megalourethra diagnosed by ultrasound examination at 13 weeks of gestation. Transabdominal and transvaginal sonography showed gross megacystis, bilateral hydronephrosis and a cystic dilatation of the penis. We describe a case of congenital ranula or retention salivary cyst diagnosed at 26 weeks of gestation. The fetal karyotype was obtained by amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling, and was normal. Follow-up ultrasound scans revealed no changes in the size or the position of the cyst. Surgical treatment was performed 2 days after a normal vaginal delivery, with excellent results.
