The Gravity model shows theoretical justification of intra- regional trade annd applies the generalized gravity model to analyses the India and BIMSTEC trade with its major trading partners. The empirical findings suggest that India and BIMSTEC has positively associated with both intra-regional trades. In the health care sector predictive analytics is always a need but right now in times of novel coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic it became a necessity. During the early surge of the COVID-19, around the world many hospitals are facing problems to predict the exact number of required ventilators and bed capacity especially in countries like India where mostly government healthcare units are in poor shape. Various models were implemented based on the technologies available but in regions with large populations these models are not appropriate and are unable to give accurate predictions. This paper discusses a predictive analytical model which can be used to facilitate hospital's prediction power in determining the ventilator requirements for COVID-19 patients, using the provided data from hospitals. This paper aims on the implementation of a predictive algorithm based on the available data proportion of COVID-19 patients admitted in ICU and hospital for determination of required number of ventilators in advance. The implementation is carried out using a supervised machine learning technique called random forest regression algorithm. Moreover based on the model's prediction and the current supply of ventilators in hospitals, additional demand for ventilators could be prepared in advance for critical patients which may require it at any time. This research is conducted to find out the performance of Indian mutual fund schemes from April 2015 to March 2020 and its risk and returns during Covid 19. To analyze the major public-sector and private-sector sponsored business mutual funds in India. To attain the objective of the study, various portfolio techniques and statistical tools are applied on a sample size of 18 mutual fund schemes developed by Sharpe ratio, Treynor ratio, Jensen ration and Beta has been computed. This research is characterized the results on the schemes risk and return relationship of sample mutual fund managed by asset management companies with their benchmark index. The study found that majority of the schemes are not providing significant positive return in terms of relative risk adjusted measures and absolute risk adjusted measures within the study period. Although India has been on the path of ensuring quality education to all the children, it is the recent COVID pandemic that has derailed this development path. The pandemic has thrown out key loopholes in our educational system where the children from the vulnerable and marginalized sections of the society have been pushed out of the education system. It shows that there is still a long path towards realizing LokmanyaTilak's vision of universal education. It is in this context that a study was undertaken to bring focus on the challenges faced by the vulnerable children in pursuing education in the time of COVID pandemic. Maharashtra has a long history of progressive movements and social work. It was found that the NGOs and social workers played an important role in reaching out to these children even in the Pandemic. Hence, the paper specifically focuses on the role played by these NGOs. A total of nine NGOs participated in this study. Telephone interviews were conducted with the social workers of the NGOs. The study provides an important account of the challenges of the vulnerable children and the methods in which the NGOs attempted to address these challenges. The study shows how the challenges were multidimensional in nature. The education of these children was adversely affected due to highly vulnerable livelihoods of their parents, the digital divide, and also the gender divide. The paper further provides accounts of the innovative methods employed by NGOs to overcome some of the challenges. The unprecedented socio-economic scenario induced by the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020 adversely hit the lives of millions across the globe. When a lockdown was declared in India on March 24, 2020 as a preventive measure to avoid the spread of the pandemic, the migrant workers whose livelihood depended upon daily wages lost their jobs, and among these workers were women who were engaged in domestic work with total dependence on the income from their employment in working at households. This research paper throws light on the plight of women who struggled to secure a decent income during the pandemic and consequently faced difficulties in psycho-social fronts. The study followed a sequential explanatory design sampling 15 migrant women domestic workers employed in Bangalore city during the lockdown phase of the pandemic. An impact of the "COVID-19" pandemic in India has disrupting the educational sector. The assessment of the study of online learning in higher education during the pandemic and what is awareness, perspective, and use of e-resources of the faculties member in research, teaching, and learning in the private state universities National Capital Region (NCR). It is the e-resources availed by the faculties in the libraries of the six universities specifically provided amid the pandemic "COVID-19" unfavorable situation in the year 2020-2021. The empirical data of 149 respective faculties was collected through an online survey from six reputed universities in the Delhi NCR region. The university administration and faculty members have immediately focused on online learning remotely instead of face-to-face classes, but online teaching could not complete without the library electronic resources. Therefore, this study highlights determine the academic libraries playing a significant role in providing support to faculty members in the midst of COVID-19 through ICT technology to support research, online teaching, and e-learning. Learning from the library of private universities will help develop such a more collaborative and emerging teaching/learning experience. The recommendation & results of this study are about electronic resources being effectively beneficial to all the six private universities in the Delhi NCR. The corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic is having a profound effect on all aspects of society, including mental health and physical health. We explore the psychological, social, and neuro-scientific effects of COVID-19 and set out the immediate priorities and longer-term strategies for mental health science research. These priorities were informed by surveys of the public and an expert panel convened by the India Academy of Medical Sciences and the mental health research charity, MQ: Transforming Mental Health, in the first weeks of the pandemic in the India in March, 2020. We urge India research funding agencies to work with researchers, people with lived experience, and others to establish a high level coordination group to ensure that these research priorities are addressed, and to allow new ones to be identified over time. The need to maintain high-quality research standards is imperative. International collaboration and a global perspective will be beneficial. An immediate priority is collecting high quality data on the mental health effects of the COVID-19 pandemic across the whole population and vulnerable groups, and on brain function, cognition, and mental health of patients with COVID-19. There is an urgent need for research to address how mental health consequences for vulnerable groups can be mitigated under pandemic conditions, and on the impact of repeated media consumption and health messaging around COVID-19. Discovery, evaluation, and refinement of mechanistically driven interventions to address the psychological, social, and neuro-scientific aspects of the pandemic are required. Contact tracing is an important tool for reducing the spread of infectious diseases. Its goal is to reduce a disease's effective reproductive number (R) by identifying people who have been exposed to the virus through an infected person and contacting them to provide early detection, tailored guidance, and timely treatment. By stopping virus transmission chains, contact tracing helps "flatten the curve" and reduces the peak burden of a disease on the health-care system. Contact tracing forms an essential part of Ethiopia and India response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This proposed technical specification for a new privacy-preserving Bluetooth protocol is used to support Contact Tracing and makes it possible to combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus by alerting participants of possible exposure to someone who they have recently been in contact with, and who has subsequently been positively diagnosed as having the virus. The Contact Detection Service is the medium for contact tracking and uses the Bluetooth LE (Low Energy) for nearby smart-phone proximity detection and data sharing mechanisms. Technology (BLE), which has been available in today's smart phones for many years, has proven to be the only way to determine the proximity to other smart phones. In our proposed model, firstly we developed the tracing cloud function and android app which is a privacy-preserving protocol for community-driven contact tracing across borders. It allows participating devices to log Bluetooth encounters with each other, in order to facilitate epidemiological contact tracing while protecting users' personal data and privacy, finally We developed Tracing calibration data and trial methodologies for testing implementations of Bluetrace protocol.
