As a kind of hallmark of social progress, youth entrepreneurship is represented as a field of study at all levels of formal education in the EU countries. While this trend is insufficiently present in Serbia, it is of great importance to identify the factors that influence the attitudes of high school students and university students in the choice of future profession. Although young people, generally, have positive perceptions on entrepreneurship, a small number of them start their own businesses. As the greatest obstacle in the realization of entrepreneurial ideas, they recognize the unfavourable social environment, i.e. above all, the financial requirements in the initial stages of doing business, high tax levies, legislation, as well as the lack of institutional support. Research results presented in this paper indicate the possible reasons for such respondents' attitudes, as well as the fact that young people have most trust in their families and friends, and least trust in state institutions and banks.

Causes of organizational changes in sports are dominantly conditioned by changes in environment – external and internal. Because of that, the main goal of changes in sport karate needs to lie in reshaping sports (karate) organisation in a way which would also allow for achieving “internal and external harmony”, i.e. improvement of overall organisational performance (regardless of whether that organization is club or association) which will have appropriate capacity to efficiently and effectively adapt to changes in the environment. One of the changes which can be considered “radical” in the context of sport Karate is decision of the International Olympic Committee that karate, as defined by the organizational concept of WKF, be included in the programme of Olympic Games in Tokyo 2020. This is an important factor which directs changes in the system of our sport Karate (in Serbia and Vojvodina). Because of that, karate in Vojvodina faces a usual managerial dilemma related to the period and manner of introduction of changes, i.e. answer to the question – how to start? Every organization or individual, in accordance with environment and context of change inclusion, reacts in different ways. Every authenticity of change is conditioned by “throughput” of a greater number of internal and external elements of a karate organisation. Because of that, essential assumption for a correct answer to the question asked lies in quality and responsible mutual cooperation of people in organisations. This cooperation is also based on testing of different ideas, communication in the function of constructive debate about problems, creation of authentic (personal) models of changes and adoption of appropriate strategies. One of the first steps in strategic directing of changes in karate is, surely, a studious and detailed analysis of the sport karate environment. This paper, essentially, presents a shorter theoretical analysis and an explication of basic factors which have defined the development of karate in Vojvodina, as an assumption (a hypothetical frame) for more complex future analyses of sport karate environment, necessary for the preparation and creation of strategic documents for development of karate as an Olympic sport.

Modern management is characterized by specific generic context that represents the main developing potential of every organization, as well as the sporting one. Because of that, basic functions of management (planning, organising, leading and control) are under constant scrutiny of modern theories of management. Regardless of the historical order of their occurrence, no unique and generally accepted theory exists today. Especially in the context of the problematics that sport management deals with. They evolve, complement one another, and, sometimes, merge. The most commonly used approach is an eclectic one, as a combination of principles from different theories, which is characteristic of new theoretical approaches to management. Although two dominant sport-organizing models have surfaced in the field of sport - the European and American one, one still cannot explicitly speak about the authentic European or American model of sport management. Because of that, consideration and study of different modern management theories, as well as identification of possible 'points' of applicability, become a necessary process that contributes to the development and promotion of sport management theory (and practice). Two theories that this paper treats are Japanese management and 'Z' theory, as orientations for models potentially applicable in sport organizations.

Different programs of walking which are regularly practiced as content of recreation for a period of at least 60 minutes, thee happens in natural environment (foothpaths near river, woods, on the mountain, etc.) represent recommended physical activity which can have exceptionally positive influence on keeping and upgrading health. This transversal research was conducted within recreative program 'Walking up to Fruska Gora's monasteries', with the apply of Survay method. Goal was to make evaluation of some quality aspects of this program based on the perception of direct participants, with the establishment of metric characteristics of the scale PKPP. On the sample of 31 female sex examinee, aged from 35 to 57 years, questionnaire was applied for a conduct of the elements quality program. By analysis of the Scale Reliability Analysis, we got high Cronbach's Coefficient Alpha (,826). By Oblimin rotation of main components, we got stable monofactorial structure which shows that questionnaire can be applied as unique scale. Results of questionnaire found out that participants highly evaluated most of the quality aspects from chosen program of walking. There's none significant difference between scalar averages got in different subsamples which are formed compared to the years of life and habits for walking as regular recreative activity.

Christianity has never denied the importance of the body, but unlike the West where the cult of the body and the physical is present, it has always given precedence to the spirit. This is where the essence lies - in the balance between mind and body in the identity of man. Hence, the seemingly redundant analysis when the ontology of the Church is concerned, but it is, simply, the modality in which this is presented in the language of Orthodox ontology. Therefore, as a principle assumption, it can be argued that sport is nothing but a secularized form of Christianity. This is confirmed by many examples, both in the literature of the philosophy of sport (primarily), and likewise in everyday practice. Although these examples, for the most part, are secular in nature, they, nevertheless, demonstrate a high degree of that which is complimentary with the principles of the Christian asceticism. Hence, the asceticism (Orthodox) and sport present the deepest aspirations of the human soul, viz. body, namely: perfection, harmony, beauty, goodness, truth, holiness. With asceticism, a Christian is elevated above the level of animal rationale, and what else does sport do, if not the same. Asceticism exhausts its essence in man's inherent aspiration towards Beauty (God) and beauty (of the soul), while sport represents this identical aspiration through physical feat and skill. This work, through the form of a descriptive study, in its basis, deals with the topic of comparative considerations/display of kinetic phenomena in sport (mainly) and in the experiment (experience) of ascetic practice, as basic guiding threads of Orthodox ontology.

The success of any sports organization, in addition to possessing optimal contingent and quality of all the necessary resources, is conditioned by the proper management systems. By applying appropriate business philosophy (in line with the shape and the specific characteristics of sport organizations) the management seeks to achieve its objectives, particularly sportingones, which are the basis for all other (business) goals of the organization. Kaizen, as a modern business philosophy, was said by its founder (Masaki Imai) to be a continuous work on how to be a better man. Simply saying 'better' is not a precise definition. Kaizen is primarily a daily and continuous improvement. When it comes to sports organizations, one can also talk about the realistic possibilities for the application of kaizen philosophy in their business processes and activities. Seeing as in business organizations the kaizen system requires involvement of all employees (of course, respecting the specific position, role and responsibilities of individuals in the organizational set up) it is quite logical that the sports organization and this approach may be completely acceptable. Essentially the paper, deals with the explication of the determinants of Kaizen as a business philosophy and its possible applicability to sports organizations; as well as a possible model for creating organizational change in them.
