Abstract

金属プレス機械の安全装置の設置には安全距離の設定が法規上の要件となっている. この安全距離の算定式には手の接近速度1.6m/sが基本パラメータとして使用されている. しかし, 手の接近速度1.6m/sという数値は生産効率の点から再検討の必要性が指摘されている. 本研究は, 2種の安全装置を取り付けた金属プレス機械を用い, 模擬プレス作業条件下での手の接近速度を高速ビデオシステムにより解析した. その結果,手の接近速度の平均値は両手起動式安全装置では0.95～1.57m/s, 制御機能付き光線式安全装置では1.84～2.53m/sとなり, 後者は前者の約2倍の速度を示した. ISO/DIS 13855 (1999年) では手の接近速度2.0m/sが提唱されているが, 制御機能付き光線式安全装置での安全距離算定の基本パラメータとして2.0m/sの使用を支持する結果が得られた.

Abstract

音声認識装置が音声を正しく認識しない場合, 発声者は自分の発声を変えて正しい認識結果を得ようとするであろう. 本研究においては, 誤認識の後で発声者の音声特徴が示す変化について調べた. 誤認識後の発声において, 音声の音圧は有意に上昇し, 発声時間は延長した. 音圧の変化には男女差が認められた. 男子のみが声の高さを変えるストラテジーを用いた. 統制条件下で同一単語が連続して発声される場合, 発声時間はやや延長したが, 音圧は変化しなかった. これらの知見は, 人間の音声を音声認識装置へのインプットとして考えるだけでなく, 音声認識装置とのインタラクションによって変化する人間のアウトプットとして考える必要のあることを示している. これらのデータは, 音声認識システムにおいては, 人間の音声活動と音声認識装置との相互作用を考慮すべきであることを示唆している.

Abstract

航空機に音声警報装置が搭載される傾向が強まっているが, 音声警報の提示方式については明確な基準がない. 本報では音声部分の繰り返し提示の効果と, 音声警報に付加される非音声の先行音の効果を調べた. 実験に用いられた作業は, 補償トラッキング実施中に並行して提示される音声警報に対し, あらかじめ指定されたスイッチを押す作業である. 先行音の付加によって被験者の反応時間は増加したが, 音声の繰り返し提示を併用することによって, 最も確実な警報提示方式になることが示唆された. 音声の繰り返しは, 必ずしも先行音として作用しないようであった.
