With the progress of digital technology and the development of the web, digital library need to provide on-line services to meet the diversified demands of individual patrons and to offer more personalized services. A personalized research paper recommender system is proposed in this paper. It constructs user profile based on concept tree to overcome the drawbacks of the traditional vector space model. A spreading activation model is employed to search for user community with similar interests. Finally, its accuracy and availability is verified based on data extracted from the database of National Science and Technology Library.

The construction programme choice is the basis for programme management. A scientific and practical choice and decision-making model of construction programme renders as an important guarantee for the success of choice and management of construction programme. This paper advances a new multi-attribute group decision-making model aiming at the decision-making problem of construction programme choice. First, the entropy theory for data mining to determine the attribute weights is introduced in this paper based on the decision matrix information of decision-makers; then, the minimizing deviation principle to determine the group decision-makers' weights is proposed based on the analysis of the group decision-makers' attribute weights information; finally, a decision is made after the identification of the group synthetic attribute values of subprojects in combination of the decision-making matrices of decision-makers, the attribute weights and the group decision-makers' weights. Eventually, the feasibility and practicability of the model is verified by the example.

The balanced optimization of traditional multiple resources do not take into account the correlation in the amount of resources and the model of the execution of activities is assumed as the single mode. This assumption is incompatible with the actual situation that the resources are correlative and activities have multiple modes. So in this paper based on the former research, the introduction of the concept of multi-activity mode and the resource entropy associated with the establishment of resource-based comprehensive evaluation index function, build a multi-mode activities resources optimization model of association and apply the ACO to find good solution. In addition, an example is given to demonstrate the application of the model and method, the results show that the model is reasonable and effectiveness.

Sea-ice has become a new kind of natural disasters, using remote sensing technology to achieve the sea-ice has been very mature monitoring technology, but for different satellite data have different monitoring method, this paper based on the Sea-ice spectral characteristic curve, and using HJ 5 temporal data during January 2010 to February 2010 in BoHai nearby Tianjin area, monitor the sea-ice development. Moreover, developed new field in application for HJ satellite on monitoring disaster, shows the great potential for HJ satellite remote sensing data on monitoring and forecast of sea-ice disaster.

In order to promot the development of solid biomass energy industry in China, this paper based on data of survey in 2009, used qualitative research methods on the sample area of solid biomass fuel industry and summed up problems and obstacles in the development of the solid biomass fuel industry. The results show that the industry is the rise of the industrial development phase and should be taken to rural areas surrounding the cities, technology development and government support three major means to promote its emergence and development.

The regional sustainable development objectively requires the ecological carrying capacity evaluation, which could provide scientific basis for the reasonable arrangement of industrial layout as well as urban and rural land use. This paper based on the shijiazhuang city as an example, uses the method of ecological footprint to evaluate land carrying capacity of Shijiazhuang city. Using the method of ecological footprint calculates the ecological footprint, ecological carrying capacity and ecological deficit of Shijiazhuang in 1996 and 2000 and 2006 during 1996 to 2006, Besides, do the comparison with other areas at home and abroad. The results shows that the ecological carrying capacity of Shijiazhuang decreased from 0.3616hm2/cap to 0.3227hm2/cap in 11 years while the ecological footprint increased 2.4893 hm2/cap to 4.690 hm2/cap, Compared with other areas, the ecological footprint and ecological deficit far exceeds the national average in most areas.

A sequencing batch reactor (SBR) was used to investigate the inhibition of free nitrite acid (FNA) on nitrite-oxidizing bacteria (NOB) and the effect of free nitrite acid (FNA) on the nitrification of waste water rich in nitrogen on the premise that the nitrogen were removed. The results showed that the inhibition of FNA on NOB was significantly, and short-cut nitrification can stated up successfully by using this way. When the lowest FNA was above 0.04mg/L, the processing efficiency of NOB was only 80% compared the highest FNA was below 0.015mg/L. When the lowest FNA was above 0.03mg/L, the processing efficiency of NOB was only 75% compared the highest FNA was below 0.02mg/L. FNA will need to reach a certain concentration produced significant inhibition on NOB effect.

The recycle of leachate in removing heavy metals from the sludge by bioleaching was studied. The results showed that: the removal rate of heavy metals Zn, Cu, Cd, Ni, Pb and Mn in the compressed sludge from Shenyang Northern Sewage Treatment Plant were high in the first bioleaching, and the recycle of leachate was ended in the forth process for lower removal rate; after these processes, the concentration of heavy metals in the leachate were Cu 774.89mg/kg, Mn 675.38 mg/kg, Zn 7712.46 mg/kg, Ni 51.96 mg/kg, Cd 10.92 mg/kg and Pb 116.1 mg/kg respectively at last, which indicated the recycle of leachate which was produced by the forth bioleaching process would be increased; in the first bioleaching process, the existence forms of the six heavy metals were mainly restorable and oxidized state and the distribution rules were similar to the first ones in other processes but the content were high for lower removal rate. These research results are very helpful to the dispose and reclamation of recycle from waste water treatment plant.

This paper proposed a spider-web punctual road network model and a dynamic traffic information model suitable for use in the in-vehicle navigation system. Based on these models, the dynamic traffic information can integrate with the embedded GIS efficiently. The in-vehicle navigation system designed in this paper can realize the display and query of dynamic traffic information in real-time, and the optimal dynamic routing according to dynamic traffic information can avoid traffic jams automatically. The application experiments showed the feasibility and effectiveness of the road network model and the dynamic traffic information model.

At present, although the position theory and algorithm of WSN(Wireless Sensor Network) have been widely researched, however, the real application of WSN position technology is just on the initial stage, in response to which, this paper designs an indoor experimental position system based on RSSI, which selects trilateral ranging method as position method and utilizes CC2510 chip as wireless node. Meanwhile, this paper designs an experimental model for implementation. In the end, this paper analyzes the experiment data and proposes several suggestions for future work, such as improving position algorithm, which is quite meaningful for further research. Moreover, the result of the experiment shows that the absolute error is around 2 meters, which demonstrates that this system has a high degree of accuracy.

This paper presents a method of utilizing background corpus and dictionary to calculate similarity between unknown words. In the method, the best concept expression of unknown word in corpus was obtained from the background of it, then constructed context for the best concept expression. The connotation meaning of unknown word was determined by the difference between the context of the best concept expression and its own context. The similarity between unknown words was calculated by utilizing semantic dictionary. This method avoids the problems of mistaken segmentation and abused segmentation, which exist in the traditional method of calculating similarity between unknown words, which is based on segmentation strategy. Experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper is high effective.

The agent construction system mode is a type of new construction management system, related to the management efficiency and level of government's public project, but it encountered many obstacles and problems to promote in China. In this paper, three typical agent systems were contrasted and analyzed, and their advantages and disadvantages were combined to point out the existing problems of the current system mode, and based on these problems specific countermeasures were put forward. The research in this paper is important to the promotion and application of the agent system in China.

Regional clusters have different characteristics of industry, of product and of technology, the area manager has to poise itself on the balance between economic efficiency and corresponding costs. This paper analyzes the innovation dynamic mechanism of enterprises in the system by using mathematical models, searches for the influence factors of innovation development of enterprises, and based on the above contents, this paper also designs an innovation policy system of regional clusters to give references to governments for perfecting innovation system and developing regional economy.

Now China is facing the great pressure of carbon tariffs. Chinese government increases the intensity of energy saving gradually, strengthens the low-carbon regulations and appeals to the low-carbon economy in order to get rid of it radically. The industries of high energy consumption and high carbon emissions can only deal with government environmental regulations through making technological innovation, improving energy efficiency and developing new energy. Based on the background of low-carbon economy, this paper analyzes the effects that government environmental regulations have on the technological innovation. Such effects are testified in this paper through constructing R&D input-output function with the panel data of 36 industries from 2000 to 2008. The empirical results show that government low-carbon regulations play a positive role in technological innovation, which is more obvious in the lagged period. In addition, the promotion is seriously different among various industries.

To detect moving targets in an image sequence fast and accurately, a temporal-spatial segmentation algorithm of moving objects is addressed in this paper. First of all, the motion compensation is used in the received low frequency sub-images of a consecutive sequence that three frames images which is transformed with the 2D wavelet. After that, the temporal segmentation algorithm is used to extract the areas of the moving targets in the sub-images, and then the accurate areas of the moving targets in the original images are extracted with the spatial segmentation algorithm. To raise the efficiency of the algorithm, the Bisection method is introduced into the spatial segmentation method. It is shown by the experimental results that the moving targets are detected fast and accurately with the algorithm in the paper, and that the occlusion problem is solved well in the multi-target motion.

On the basis of ecological system theory, this paper constructs the risk management system of large-scale transportation construction projects, studies the systematic characteristics, life-cycle characteristics, dynamic characteristics, organic characteristics and multi-factors, as well as the multi-level complex relevant features of project risk management system, analyzes and applies the ecological factor theory, niche theory, ecological matching theory and ecological regulation theory to the construction of project risk analysis sub system, project risk evaluation sub-system, project risk prior-alarming sub-system, project risk responding sub-system separately, and fulfills the comprehensive project risk management system based on ecological theory sequent, at last the feasible and actual technical route is given in this paper.

A niche genetic algorithm with population migration strategy (PMGA) is proposed in this paper in order to solve the multi-modal function optimization problem. This algorithm draws lessons from the migration phenomenon of human society. Through analyzing the validity of using PMGA to solve the multi-modal function optimization problem, testing three standardized one-dimensional multi-modal functions and comparing the experimental data of the PMGA with the data of relevant literatures' algorithms, we finally validate that the PMGA proposed in this paper has advantages in precision of calculation and maintenance of population's diversity.

Rainfall is one of the most important factors causing geohazards, such as rock fall, landslide and debris flow et.cl. In this paper, the research basing on the geohazards monitoring data and meteorological data, the author chose 274 geohazards, and found 209 geohazards had relationship with the rainfall (76.3 %). The author chose 61 geohazards from 209 geohazards, and analyzed correlations between the geohazards monitoring data and the rainfall to get the critical rainfall and effective rainfall. Base on the analysis, the author built the model of meteorological early warning of geohazards and finished the map of meteorological early warning of geohazards. This paper provided scientific evidences for the government in the meteorological early warning of geohazards.

This paper analyzes the evolutionary process of Procter and Gamble (P&G)'s entry mode in China. The reasons of this process are analyzed from five aspects: marketing environment, government policies, changes in investment structure, multinational companies' (MNCs') cross-border accumulation of knowledge and experiences, and the constraints of joint ventures as well. The positive and negative influences towards Chinese market are also described in the paper. The paper concludes with recommendations for the Chinese government and enterprises.

Firstly, the paper analyses the relationship of capital flight and foreign direct investment. The premise of their relationship has been put forward, and 1992–2008 of capital flight was estimated to provide an empirical base for analysis of the determinants of Chinese capital flight. Secondly, the paper discussed the relationship of capital flight and foreign direct investment under different calculating methods. And finally, the paper employed econometric analytic methods to investigate the relationship between capital flight and foreign direct investment in China. The research results indicate that there is a positive correlation with strong significance between them. The paper investigates the causes of the different results. The research results manifest that the main driving factor to cause the domestic capital flight from China does not consist in the worsening of the investment environment, but to a large degree from the discriminatory policies between domestic capital and foreign capital.

In the fields of global environment change and sustainable development, analysis of land uses and landscape patterns plays a very important part. Using the TM remote sensing images of Miyun County in the years of 1997, 2001 and 2007, this paper made them interpreted and classified. This paper analyzed the changes of land uses and landscape patterns in Miyun County according to the land use type transfer matrix and landscape pattern indices, and made an assessment of the ecological environment by using ecosystem service value per unit area of different terrestrial ecosystem types in China. The result showed that the main land use types of the study area are forest land, grassland and agricultural land, and grassland decreased and construction land increased under human influences. The diversity of the area was low and the increment of the degree of fragmentation was relatively significant. The overall ecological value of the area lay in the middle or high levels and didn't change much during the study periods. The temporal and spatial variations of ecological values demonstrated the influences of land use and landscape pattern changes and structures towards the ecological environment.

The effectiveness of the innovative input depends on the objective evaluation of the performance influence factors of the innovative talents. To raise the efficiency of the innovative input in Wuhan, the paper adopts the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to make a study of the performance influence factors of the innovative talents. First, the paper sets up the indicator system of the factors, and then the fuzzy synthetic judgment model based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy processing (FAHP). Through FAHP, the paper has solved the relative importance weights of each factor in influencing the innovative performance by establishing the weight matrix between the indicator level and the sub-indicator level, and next, combining the assessment set and the value set, the paper makes a fuzzy synthetic judgment of the indicator level and the sub-indicator level and solves the overall influence level of all the factors to the innovative performance. In this way, the paper has found a relative scientific approach in evaluating the performance influence factors of the innovative talents and proposed comparatively objective conclusion for the input decision of the innovation in Wuhan.

In order to compare the similarities and differences between hollow pile and solid pile when they are subjected to dynamic loads at the top of pile, the dynamic performances of hollow pile and solid pile under lateral dynamic load were analyzed using composite stiffness principle and double-parameter method in this paper. The deflection, bending moment, rotation angle, shear and soil resistance were respectively calculated for solid pile and hollow pile with the same diameter and with the same sectional area by changing the cross-section shape and size of pile. The results of this research show that the hollow pile has many advantages compared with solid pile. For example, the deflection and rotation angle at the top of hollow pile is smaller, and the bearing capacity per unit volume of hollow pile is higher. The research of this paper provides a theoretical basis for the application of hollow pile in engineering.

Location-based service (LBS) is a kind of mobile valueadded services in mobile communication systems. The development of mobile positioning techniques promotes application of LBS. This paper presents a type of architecture of LBS. In this architecture, TDOA positioning modules are appended into the mobile basestations in order to implement LBS. LBS gateway and application platform are two vital parts in this architecture. LBS gateway modules are added into MSC of the mobile communication networks. LBS application platform is similar to a mobile location server. TDOA positioning modules deal with rough location testing and simple data computing. LBS gateway is a comprehensive management device which processes location information related to the mobile users. LBS application platform incepts location information processed in LBS gateway, cooperates with the mobile terminal and sends location information to the mobile users by proper data format. LBS application platform is developed based on ArcIMS map server which provides a lot of APIs. The application programming flowchart for LBS is implemented in detail in this paper. The real testing in the mobile communication systems shows that the proposed LBS can provide exact location services for mobile users.

Entrepreneurship is a source of innovation and change. The paper first analyses the exact nature of entrepreneurship and its role in economic theory, then the individual and environmental determinants of entrepreneurship is presented. At the final part, the paper gives some suggestions as to how to foster entrepreneurship. The author argues that a comprehensive approach to the promotion of entrepreneurship rests on three primary pillars: strengthening of entrepreneurial skills, improving entrepreneurial framework conditions and supporting entrepreneurship education in universities.

The cost-model for XML stream is the theory foundation in the research of XML stream dissemination, fragmentation and evaluation. According to the matching operations in fragmented XML stream system, this paper analyzes the features of the system overhead on client, network and server, and brings in the cost model for fragmented XML stream based on Hole-Filler model. Based on the cost model, this paper illustrates the influence of the fragmentation policy on XML dissemination system by an application and proposes a series of selection policies for XML stream fragmentation to improve the system efficiency, adaptivity and scalability.

These impact factors include that stability of enterprise supply chain, transportation costs, information and personal adjustments. According to these impact factors, Enterprise supply chain will make the appropriate adjustments. Enterprises will reengineer supply chain through establishment an information platform and re-selection suppliers and the use of TPL.

This paper proposes a hybrid genetic algorithm to solve the resource-constrained multiple project scheduling problem. Objective described in this paper is to minimize total project time. The paper firstly analyses multi-task of many resources in a group of projects, and sets up the mathematics model. Then it brings an improved genetic algorithm, and changes the problem into the chromosome or the sequence of genes with the corresponding priority. The corresponding algorithm is proposed to optimize the objective of time. Finally, this paper gives an example to show the application.

Currently, transfer employment of rural labor is an important avenue for increasing farmer's income and rural economy development, and also a crucial factor of realizing integration between urban and rural areas. The smooth and orderly transfer mainly depends on transfer model and public finance investment. Based on introduction of western theory of labor transfer, as well as analysis of some special factors limiting rural labor transfer in China, this paper finds that it is infeasible to adopt “dual theory model” that advocated transfer from countryside to large and medium city. The best solution is to rely on urbanization, develop down economy and modern agriculture. From the perspective of integrating employment into public needs, this paper further studies functions and effectiveness of fiscal investment policy in promoting rural labor transfer employment.

In this paper, a novel remote sensing image fusion method was proposed based on IHS transform and brightness adjustment using QB multi-spectral data and high-resolution SPOT data combined SFIM algorithm. First, the traditional HIS fusion algorithm and the combination of wavelet and HIS fusion algorithm were analyzed; Secondly, according to the shortage of traditional HIS fusion, this paper proposed a remote sensing image fusion method based on IHS transform and brightness adjustment; Finally, two experiments were conducted to compare the three methods, three indicators: the information entropy, root mean square error and peak signal to noise ratio were used to evaluate the capability of the three methods mentioned above. Experiments result showed that the improved algorithm used in fusion performance is better, and the complexity of the algorithm reduced significantly.

Choose of training samples is an important topic for the support vector machines applied research. This paper proposes a new image segmentation method: the two-dimensional histogram of the segmented image is used to guide to select training samples to train the classical support vector machines. First of all, calculate the two-dimensional histogram of the segmented image and then get its two thresholds by the rough estimation which proposes in the paper; then, according to these two thresholds to find the range to choices the training samples; finally, choose the appropriate number of training samples in the certain range to train support vector machines. The method have better results whether in visual or in quantitative analysis.

In this paper, we investigate the road network planning problem by using the ant colony algorithm. The road network considered by this paper is modeled by graph with edge weights and node weights, and a central node and a spanning tree are determined according to performance index. The road network planning problem is a complex optimization and combination problem, which are very difficult to obtain optimal solution. To solve minimum cost road network planning problem, a max-min ant colony algorithm is proposed, which may be more effective and avoid the premature convergence compare with the normal ant algorithm. Finally, the simulation results also show that the max-min ant colony algorithm is effective to solve the road network planning problem.

According to the situation that the vehicle had a good handling performance but bad riding stability, this paper elected proper hard-point parameters to coordinate, and perfected the vehicle a good handling performance and riding stability.

As one of environmental asset, the value of water resources in lake need to be calculated with the development of environmental accounting and the importance of macro-management. Because there are too many uncertain factors that can affect water resource's value, it is better to adopt the method of fuzzy mathematics to evaluate. The paper based on the built Fuzzy Mathematical Method and the real conditions of the Yun Long Lake, the author of the present paper, taking water quality, water resource quantity, GDP, and population density as element of criterion, made a calculation of the value of water resources, and points out that the value of the water resources in Yun Long Lake is 1.868 yuan /m3. This research try to offer data for the macro-management about water resources in lake to carry out water resources sustainable utilization, and try to make some contribution to the development of china environmental accounting.

Considering the tunneling and the propping synthetically, this paper studys the net effect of ultimate controlling shareholders' excess control right. This paper shows that the relationship between the excess control right on stockholders' meeting and the net fund embezzlement takes on U-shape relationship. In other words, with the increase of the excess control right on stockholders' meeting, the net fund embezzlement first decreases and then increases. The relationship between the excess control right on board of directors and the net fund embezzlement is just the same as the relationship between the excess control right on stockholders' meeting and the net fund embezzlement.

With the rapid development of information technologies and the rapid spread of information systems, security of data storage has become an important issue in information systems. This paper introduces the data encryption technologies of encrypting file system (EFS) and traditional full-disk encryption (FDE), and points out the problems of data encryption of EFS and FDE. Combined with the features of trusted plateform module (TPM), this paper constructs a trusted full-disk encryption (TFDE) based on TPM. In the model, the hard disk is divided into four partitions, and each partition is encrypted with different keys, and the data of different users is encrypted with different keys too. The model can not only ensure that the data can't be stolen when the disk is lost or stolen, but also ensure that the data can't be leaked between different users. Finally the security of the model is demonstrates in depth.

It is a scientific study to select the method of IT project valuation. Adopting scientific method of valuation contributes a more accurate IT project price, which can not only provide the basis for the financial evaluation, economic and risk analysis of the IT projects, but also provide the benchmark to implement expense (investment and cost) control effectively in the process of IT project construction, and ensure the target of IT project costs. This paper analyses two factors in selecting method of IT project valuation. They are the constraint factors of amount of valuation information in different stages of IT project and the constraint factors of the value constitution of IT project. In connection with the features of all stages of full life-cycle of IT project and different types of project, this paper elaborates separately the corresponding requests of IT project valuation as well as the principles of valuation method selection reasonably. Besides, this paper emphasizes that the human resources constitutes an important part of the value and price of IT project, thus IT project valuation should attach an importance to the evaluation of human resources as well as the selection of the corresponding method of valuation.

Climate change impacts on food production have become an interesting topic to most agricultural researchers. This paper mainly discusses the rainfed maize water use indices in the subareas of Loess Plateau under the A2 and B2 future climate scenarios with SWAGMAN® Destiny model. The result shows that evapotranspiration will increase in future under both scenarios while the water use indices will decrease for rainfed maize production in the whole Loess Plateau. Although the study indices mentioned in this paper have the same tendency under both scenarios, the variability under the A2 scenario is higher than that under the B2 scenario.

Based on X3D which is the new generation internet 3D graphic standard [1], this paper studied the technology in the construction of a information system. The paper imported the layer method in GIS to the 3D modeling of the system. And also the optimization and conformity technologies were expatiated. From the aspect of system development, the construction with an instance of Information System of Dalian Maritime Virtual GeoPark (ISDMVG) was displayed.

Software reuse can improve the efficiency of development and reduce the costs of maintenance. It's particularly effective in the domain of specific industry. This paper studies the methods and procedures of software reuse used in the development of the domain specific of industry. In accordance with the development process, requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, use respectively the domain analysis, chromatographic analysis and architecture design, component technology, establish the demand model of the industry domain, the architecture model of the industry system and develop the system with components with an example of project cost industry. This paper verifies the method of software reuse development, proved that the demand model of the industry domain, the architecture model of the industry system and components have high reusability and scalability in the same industry, meanwhile the method greatly improves the efficiency of software development in industry domain.

It is important to choose the number of suppliers in supply chain risk management. Too small number of suppliers will make the supply risk increasing, and excessive number of suppliers will increase the company's purchasing costs. This paper first transforms the supply risk of suppliers into supply system reliability. Then it quantitatively analyses the relationship between the number of suppliers and purchasing cost and reliability. It establishes a multi-objective optimization model for the number of suppliers. Finally, combining with a numerical example, the paper verifies the validity of the model.

This paper reviews the literature on consumer-perceived risk under E-commerce context over the past 15 years. It begins by describing new risk of new shopping mode—E-commerce, and the specific definition of consumer perceived risk. Then, it summarizes the risk-reduction strategies in the new mode of shopping, and the main application of E-commerce perceived risk. In the end of the paper, the reviewer suggests that researchers in this area may further modify the classic perceived risk mode from three aspects: sampling, modeling and measuring.

The auction mechanism of spectrum has become a key point in China with the issuance of 3G licenses and the coming of 4G. The uniform-price synchronization auctions which aim to reduce the risk of “winner's curse” is proposed in this paper. Though the signal correlation model of bidders, this paper discuss the seller's profit equilibrium when bidders are restricted to bid only one or multiple bands. This equilibrium study which can reduce the risk of “winner's curse” and guarantee the seller's earnings will be a theoretical reference for spectrum auctions in China.

For the sake of increasing the expression efficiency, this paper proposed an approach based on the 2DPCA and PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization). Firstly, use the amplitude of the expression images after Gabor wavelets transform as original features; then use the bidirectional 2DPCA to extract the main features; at last, use a novel evolutionary algorithm PSO to search coefficients of the features to optimize the features. The experiments based on the JAFFE database perform excellent recognition results, and in comparison, the approach presented by this paper is superior to many other methods.

This paper focuses on the multi-buyer jointed replenishment problem with resource constraints. The paper first establishes the general mathematical model for this jointed replenishment problem, and then modified the existing heuristic algorithm—RAND algorithm—to solve the problem, by the Lagrange Multiplier. At last, the paper also tests the feasibility of the new modified algorithm via numeric experiments and compares the efficiency of Lingo and the new algorithm.

By extending Cournot model, this paper explores the impact of open source software (OSS) to the price, output and profit of proprietary software (PS) and social welfare in a software market. In this paper, we assume that proprietary software producer aims at maximizing profit, the open source software is freely available and the market exhibits network externality. We find that the appearance of open source software in a software market monopolized by the proprietary software doesn't necessarily lower the price of proprietary software, decrease the output and profit of proprietary software producer and increase the level of social welfare, what happens in reality depends on the learning (maintenance or development) cost of open source software.

Along with the opening up of China economy, foreign capitals' mergers and acquisitions exert a greater effect on China's industrial security. This paper is chiefly to discuss the influences of foreign capitals' mergers and acquisitions on China automotive industry security. Based on convincible investigations and researches, this paper analyzes China automotive industry's domestic demand conditions, self problems, and foreign capitals' mergers and acquisitions' influences on the industry, and advances relevant countermeasures and suggestions for improving China automotive industry security.

As effective solution on the design of miniature antennas, Hilbert fractal antenna has attracted much attention since it was advanced. Because of the characteristics of large fractal dimension, high miniature extent, good self-filled ability etc, the Hilbert curve is used in many new-designed antennas which are proposed in recent scientific papers. However, the current research on this antenna type home and abroad is mainly focused on how to improve the performance itself, but a certain extent ignores the other actual engineering-oriented factors, which will slower the antenna application course. So, this paper researches the impacts of feed point, medium backboard and ground plane on the Hilbert fractal antenna respectively, analysis the relation between them and the main antenna parameters, for instance working frequency, VSWR, bandwidth, and expatiate its general law. Also, this paper proposes design method of the Hilbert fractal antenna which is beneficial to its application.

This paper analyzes the web logs by using data mining technology. Through structure mining, usage mining and content mining, analyzes and studies the existing problems in current mining technology. Aiming at relevant key preprocessing schedule such as Frame page filtration, time-out threshold value setting and long-time setting, etc. this paper puts forward a modified data preprocessing technical method and compares the mining results through tests before and after the modification. Experiment proves that, the modified preprocessing technology is feasible and it can solve problems existing in relevant preprocessing effectively.

The next generation broadcasting Networks, the so-called NGB, is China's next generation broadcasting network standard, which is going to serve as an alternative to Internet. This paper tries to bring aware of the standardization activities of NGB in China and thus presents this novel broadcast standard beyond Internet for the first time by describing the features of NGB and the architectures of NGB. By looking into both the standardization development and the technical specifications of NGB, this paper serves as both an introduction and an overview to the newest developments of this novel standard which could be potentially the next generation network standard. This paper is concluded with influences of NGB upon the network standards development.
