The 19th Asian Games, hosted in Hangzhou, China, have been described as a largescale event of sports intelligence, with high-tech technology such as "digital torchbearers", autonomous buses, 5G information networks, meta-universes, and intelligent robots on show. This paper will use the "intelligent robot dog" as the research object and will use the literature method, case study method, logical reasoning method, and other research methods to describe the concepts of digitalization and intelligent robots and analyse the positive effects that the combination of sports and intelligence brings to sports competitions. Using the application of an intelligent robot dog in sports competition at the Hangzhou Asian Games as a starting point, this paper will analyse the current state of sports intelligence, present the problems encountered as well as the solutions, and finally forecast the future market development of the combination of sports and artificial intelligence applied in competitive sports. This paper seeks to clarify the notable phenomena known as the Proteus effect. This phenomena clarifies the ability of avatar characteristics within digital gaming environments to have a noticeable impact on people’s actions in the real world. The research question that informs the conceptual framework put forward in this academic discourse is the following: if the Proteus effect is clearly perceptible among members of online gaming communities, might it not possibly also apply to users of social networking platforms? The study will use an example from the science fiction anthology series “Black Mirror” to explain and support this theoretical claim. It is hypothesised that once people create a social media presence, they start creating a digital identity or “avatar”, the development of which has the potential to have a substantial impact on their behaviour in real life. The Proteus effect’s plausible expansion outside of the online gaming industry, where it was first documented, is the main hypothesis that this paper seeks to clarify through the use of a hypothetical scenario taken from modern cinematic narratives. The objective of this study was to assess the exploitation of small economies by global digital firms through tax evasion. It explored the obstacles and suggests how small economies can address these challenges posed by global digital firms that leverage the nature of their service and technology to evade tax. Qualitative research methods were applied with the use of key informant interviews and secondary data collection from relevant literature and reports. Five key informants purposefully selected from Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) were interviewed. The paper also classifies the nature of services provided by different digital economies. It highlights the challenges being faced by small economies such as the shift in the global business models, tax concept and evasion, international tax regulations, and lack of capacities thereof. The findings indicate how small economies are being taken advantage of by digital giant firms through operating in their jurisdictions, capitalizing on profits, and circumventing tax payments due to non legally binding instruments that compel global firms to comply. Tax evasion by these firms leads to the shrinking of the small economies' tax base. A possible solution to this tax deceitfulness is the adoption of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Pillar One proposal to address and overhaul the current international tax regulations. This paper analyses the theoretical issues of financial sustainability on several levels. First of all, the variety of definitions of sustainability is discussed. After that, the concept of financial sustainability is clarified and the main elements of financial sustainability are indicated. Finally, the map of financial sustainability concepts is presented and three main approaches to financial sustainability (at international, national, and company levels) are identified. China uses digital, intelligent, and networked technology as the foundation for the development of sports at this stage of the global digital economy's rapid expansion. Sports laws support digital applications and guide the direction of sports development. This paper organizes one sports law, one sports law soon to be in force, seven administrative policies, 26 State Council documents, 31 sports departmental policies, 165 normative documents, and 110 sports institutional documents of the General Administration of Sports in China that are currently in effect as of June 30, 2022. Reviewing the existing literature shows that China's digital economyrelated sports legislation needs to be revised, sports policies and normative documents replace laws, relevant content is advocacy-oriented, the sports legislative system needs to be completed, and the extensive and complex sports legislative needs cannot be met. The e-Government systems and applications in Afghanistan started very well, however, ended up either half way (Passport System) or were completely closed (NPA System). The architecture and development of the systems were based on standard; however, no survey or research was conducted to address Human Computer Interaction, leading the systems to a rather technical and complex user experience. Common people started getting scared of submitting wrong data, paving the way to middlemen (data entry shops) due to the complexity of UI/UX and lack of data in local languages. Human Computer Interaction for the e-Government of the country was as crucial as the development of the systems itself. Ignoring the fact, HCI became a constraint in the e-Government of Afghanistan and systems developed for the population alternatively started being used by the government officials, serving as data entry clerks for the population. In this study, the lack of HCI and its subjects have been addressed from the cognitive psychology, behavioral sciences, arts and design perspectives in the e-Government systems of Afghanistan. A number of e-Government and Digitalization projects have been presented as case studies, providing practical yet valid arguments to demonstrate to Human Computer Interaction as a key constraint in the e-Government of Afghanistan. In today's digital era, businesses must harness the internet's full potential to improve their sales and remain competitive. Unfortunately, not all small businesses in Indonesia can improve their sales on internet. An official survey by APJII (Indonesia Internet Service Provider Association) found that estimates of sales growth of small businesses using the internet are not maximal, and some of them haven't grown in sales. On the other side, case studies showcasing successful internet-driven sales technique implementations. Therefore, this study analyzes how small businesses can maximize internet use to optimize their sales performance and explores strategies and best practices. A comprehensive analysis of literature, secondary data, usage and user behavior of the internet in Indonesia was used. By understanding and applying the insights presented in this research, small businesses have the ability to take advantage of the internet and achieve considerable increases in their sales figures. The role of information technology in enhancing institutional quality, particularly at Pondok AnNahdloh in Malaysia, cannot be underestimated. Information technology is vital in elevating an institution's standards by improving efficiency, communication, decision-making, security, and innovation. Institutions that effectively embrace information technology can optimize their operations and achieve higher levels of quality, resulting in enhanced competitiveness and desired outcomes. The research's primary objective is to describe the Education Management Information System (MIS) for educational documents at Pondok AnNahdloh in Malaysia, which is up-to-date and integrated. The research methodology involves focus group discussions to identify administrative activities, system application design, system testing, improvement, operator training, limited user testing, launching, and evaluation. Data collection methods include field observations, interviews, and activity documentation. Data analysis follows the theory of Miles and Huberman. The research findings reveal the successful implementation of MIS, leading to up-to-date and integrated educational document data, both in terms of input and processes. Adopting information technology in the academic environment through this system ensures efficient and accurate access, management, and utilization of essential data and information in the educational process. The purpose of this examine is to discover and describe how digital leadership is within the ladies's Empowerment and infant protection workplace of Minahasa Regency. This research is a descriptive studies with a qualitative method. records series strategies thru observation, interviews, and documentation. The data evaluation techniques used are information reduction, facts presentation, and verification. The results of the study show that leaders at the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service have fairly good knowledge in the field of digital technology, are able to utilize digital technology in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as leaders, but are not optimal. Because there are still various obstacles or problems, including the inadequate availability of computer equipment, network problems, but also the existing human resources/employees are not all fluent in utilizing digital technology. The issue that schools and school systems are dealing with nowadays is how to find, nurture, and maintain talented and committed leadership. For systemic change to occur, the leaders of tomorrow must be identified and developed. There is a need to change structures and redefine boundaries in order to fully utilize the leadership potential in schools (Beach, 2020). However, according to Werde (2023) Gen Xers have experienced difficulties in their quest for leadership roles due to a few major issues. First off, with only 20% of the workforce made up of members of their generation, they are the least represented. They are frequently referred to as "the forgotten middle child" in the workplace because of their smaller proportion and lack of majority, and the second obstacle to their ascent to top positions in organizations is their commitment to work-life balance. This study aimed at determining and understanding the leading from within: the lived experience of gen x school heads in a digitalized world. Specifically, this study determined the lived experiences of Gen X school heads in private schools in a digitalized world and to understand how Gen X being school heads in private schools face the demands and challenges in a digitalized world. The researcher employed the phenomenological research design to understand and describe the lived experience of Gen X school heads in a digitalized world. Phenomenological research focuses on describing what all the participants have in common as they face the demands and challenges brought by the digitalized world. The basic purpose is to reduce individual experiences with a phenomenon to a description of the over-all essence. The salient findings of the study are: as to the lived experiences of Gen X school in a digitalized world: Three themes emerged with regards to their experiences as Gen X school heads in a digitalized world. It was revealed in their experiences that open communication and shared responsibility are evident in their school through their leadership. Being open with suggestions and willing to accept criticisms are some of the helpful and vital characteristics that they have to ensure communication among the teachers. It was noted that they also emphasize the significance of collaboration through open discussion in resolving issues or problems and understanding others' sentiments. Moreover, some of the challenges that most of the participants' encounter includes negative attitudes of teachers and students; digital divide since not all have the same level of technological skills, generation gaps considering the diversity of learners and the gap between them and the teachers and the slow internet connection and availability of teaching resources that affect the delivery of quality education. In addition, they also experience ways on how to keep up with the technological advancement, with this they have peer tutoring, programs that develop their own and the teachers' digital skills, and being up-to-date with the latest technological advancements. Taking a historical perspective, we analyze the economic growth of GAFA companies, and how they fit into the indicators that measure global human development. We explore the limits of growth -assuming that economic growth is inherent to good economic performance- by studying these cases, which are relevant insofar as they lead global economic growth in the new digital-based ("ethereal") economy. Our methodological approach contrasts the growth patterns of GAFA companies with general human growth parameters. Cyberbullying is a social phenomenon that takes place with the help of technology and that causes suffering to victims. Children being attracted to it and not having enough knowledge about the safe use of technological devices have become potential victims of this phenomenon. In order to prevent and reduce this phenomenon, most researchers have turned their attention to combating online bullying among teenagers. But, they lose sight of the fact that cyberbullying does not take into account gender, age or status and neglect the teachers. According to the few studies on online aggression against teachers, the effects of this phenomenon are similar to those experienced by children, such as: anxiety, depression, low selfesteem, frustration, weight loss, insomnia, somatization, low motivation, and low professional performance. In order to identify the level of victimization among teachers, we conducted a focus group with 12 teachers from primary, secondary and high school education. The analysis of the answers revealed that online aggression against teachers is generally present in middle and high school education and is influenced by digital skills. This article aims to highlight the need to create a positive school climate that helps teachers, students and parents to communicate assertively and develop harmonious relationships. The present study aims to investigate the key organizational factors that impact on the blockchain adoption in the Greek public sector during the current pandemic, which caused many changes in the ways that organizations operate and offer their services. A qualitative method was used through 78 structured interviews with public servants, regarding the digital transformation and the internal factors that hinder the successful integration of blockchain technologies during the current pandemic. The results showed that factors such as employees' training, organizational culture and leadership, in addition to the lack of equipment, had great impact on the adoption and the successful integration of blockchain in the Greek public administration. Another crucial finding is that public servants consider the current pandemic as an opportunity and not as a threat for radical changes and improvements in the provision of their services, while they also stated that blockchain technologies can improve the ways that they provide public services to citizens and thus they will enhance the sense of public trust to public sector.. This study seeks to point out the idea that the purpose of the analysis is to consider public policies related to elements that influence the development in a certain way. The future of the finances is digital: consumers and enterprises have begun to call on digital financial services. The market's creative participants use new technology, and existing business are changing. Digital funding helps citizens and enterprises resist to unprecedented situations due to COVID-19 pandemic, for example, online authentication allows people to open accounts and to use many services from distance. Increasing proportion of in-store payments is presently digital, and electronic trade has increased dramatically. Ensuring a safe and reliable activity of digital infrastructure is also thanks to the increasing number of online financial services users and to financial sector employee which works on their own from distance. This empirical study aims to discuss the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the learning process of the students with special needs. In this context, the study focuses on addressing the challenges and opportunities that should be taken into account by teachers, especially after the emergence of ‘e-learning’ (also known as ‘distance education’ and/or ‘remote learning’) era. The study further intends to identify accessibility barriers and challenges to learning for students with special needs in the context of remote learning. It also aims to recommend a framework that, in addition to specifying the challenges, suggest several systematic responses and recovery for these challenges for the special education sector’s consideration. The study concluded that COVID-19 pandemic has made a substantial impact on the education sector. In fact, the pandemic has changed the way in which education is delivered. Students, parent or guardians, and teachers had to change the way they access, support or deliver education.
