The paper reviews the evolution of Interactive Management, later referred to as Structured Democratic Dialogue, starting from the early 1970s up to this date. The authors propose a generational classification scheme consisting of five periods based primarily on whether some or all stages of the process were implemented synchronously or asynchronously and whether the participants' presence was physical, virtual or hybrid. Other aspects such as modifications in the steps of the process; the evolution of the software; domains of applications; file management; methods of collecting or recording contributions, votes, clarifications and preparation of reports; and key players are also considered and reported within the context of the primary scheme. The paper considers key advances achieved at each generational stage in terms of process or software, discusses associated challenges and concludes with a view towards the future of the emerging fifth generation. This study examines the challenges and opportunities of using group recommendation systems in an information overload scenario. Social network recommendation systems are increasingly important because they deliver users customized choices. Most existing solutions are geared for single users, making it difficult to propose for a group with different interests. This paper analyses group recommendation systems and exposes their flaws. This study tested whether the suggested approach outperforms the one without tagging information in recall, precision, and user satisfaction. Empirical evidence indicates that the algorithm exhibits appropriate levels of reliability and accuracy compared to conventional methods. The proposed approach has the potential to substantially enhance the existing state of social network group recommendation systems, thereby facilitating users in their quest to identify and participate in groups that align with their preferences. This paper discusses the factors affecting quality of school educational process. It describes the application of artificial intelligence approaches (neural networks) into the educational process. The analysis of methods for tracking changes in the position of the head while studying at school or at home is presented. The results obtained make it possible to evaluate the psycho‐physiological, psycho‐emotional state of primary school students in the process of interacting with a computer when performing educational tasks. The goal is to create computer tools that monitors changes in head position using images from a laptop or tablet digital camera. This article presents the stages of developing a neural network for assessing head turns when performing a school assignment and the results of applying the program. A new tool is proposed for assessing the state of a student in the learning process, to determine the ability to perceive different types of educational information. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

We present a method that broadens the application of structured democratic dialogue (SDD). After completing the final stage of the SDD process, during which the participants explore collectively and synchronously possible influence relations between ideas using the interpretive structural modelling (ISM) algorithm, they continue the ISM process individually and asynchronously. Their respective adjacency matrices (AM) are integrated into a population AM (pAM) that reflects their least agreement denominator. The pAM is sent back to them in a few iterations, asking them to explore influence relations between additional ideas. This procedure eventually produces a model, which depicts their 'extrapolated' or 'computed' collective wisdom. The method has been applied in two projects. Participants who responded to a requested assessment (via a Likert scale) indicated that the extrapolated influence maps created asynchronously made sense. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article highlights the factors that may contribute to the emergence of critical cybernetics. Topics mentioned include the assessment of the limitations, blind spots and legacies of cybernetics in order to be practiced with critical awareness, the possibility of using cybernetic modes of thinking and acting as forms of criticism, the use of cybernetics' history as alternative to the algorithmic paradigm.

This study explores the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on user entrepreneurs, driving factors and user entrepreneurship process combined with its characteristics and development trends. Moreover, this study sorts out the logic of user entrepreneurship change in the AI era. This study achieves four findings. First, AI contributes to entrepreneurs by collecting large user data and intelligently analysing them to obtain optimal entrepreneurial judgements and decisions. Second, entrepreneurs may use AI systems to understand users' potential needs and get user demand information (e.g. more accurate and more major shortcomings of the products). Third, AI assists entrepreneurs in obtaining robust data of product users, including leading and ordinary users, for a wider audience. Fourth, AI replaces the original intergenerational product replacement model with intermittent and periodic characteristics for entrepreneurial activities and reforms the three‐stage user entrepreneurial process: product element deconstruction, product verification matching and innovative product commercialization.
