As a provider of quality banking services, South Kalimantan Bank employees always maintain service performance by working in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). However, the problem faced in this study is about the quality of service performance of South Kalimantan Bank during the 2016- 2018 period, during which the service performance did not match the standards set by the company and inconsistencies occurred in the delivery of services to its work units, even though the company had complete the policy regarding South Kalimantan Bank service standards. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, managerial coaching, and organizational commitment to service performance through work motivation. This research is quantitative using multivariate analysis with SEM LISREL 8.8. Population withdrawal using census techniques, the sample of respondents is 220 permanent employees. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on motivation, a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on motivation, a positive and significant effect of managerial coaching on motivation, the positive and significant influence of managerial coaching variables on service performance, the positive and significant influence of organizational commitment variables on motivation, the positive and significant influence of organizational commitment variables on service performance, and the existence of a positive and significant influence of the motivational variables on service performance. Changes in time and technology cause very rapid development, so it also happens in the business world, especially business start-ups. These developments led leaders to think of preparing a business start-up that was being pioneered in the face of these rapid changes. Employee Creativity is a problem that significantly influences the running of a business start-up. Transformational Leadership is believed to have an extraordinary impact on the development of creativity. Applying the right leadership pattern according to needs will result in better performance, but a supportive work environment will help maximize the role of the leader. This research contributes to completing the research gap of previous studies of Transformational Leadership on Employee Creativity that has different results. The novelty of this research is to combine the concepts of Knowledge Sharing and Task Conflict Behavior as mediations that are believed to be able to optimize the role of a transformational leader resulting in higher employee creativity. The results of this study prove that there is a significant relationship between Transformational Leadership with Employee Creativity and Knowledge Sharing, then Knowledge Sharing has a significant effect on Employee Creativity. At the same time, Transformational Leadership has no significant effect on Task Conflict Behavior, and Task Conflict Behavior does not significantly influence Employee Creativity. Mediation test results show that Knowledge Sharing acts as a mediator between Transformational Leadership and Employee Creativity, while Task Conflict Behavior is not as significant as a mediator. This study aims to resolve the research gap between transformational leadership and employee innovative behavior by combining the mediating variables of collaborative human resource management and adhocracy organizational culture as research novelty. This study uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to employees of Indonesia's processed food industry. The sample in this study were 131 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. Partial Least Square data processing techniques use several data analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. The test results show that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on innovative employee behavior. Second, transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on collaborative human resource management. Third, collaborative human resource management has a significant positive effect on employee innovative behavior. This study investigates factors affecting the transformational leadership of small and medium medical device enterprises in Thailand, using quantitative research methods by collecting questionnaire data from 283 employees, Stratified sampling was used to identify subgroups of the population, then a simple random assignment was used without replacement. Descriptive statistical analysis, including frequency, percentage, means and standard deviations, was used to clarify personal factors such as type of personnel, gender, age, educational level, the period of business operation, and the number of employees, multiple regression was used for test for demographic characteristics and transformational leadership. The research found entrepreneurs that most of 65.5% were male; 83% were 41-50 years. For levels of education, 45.5% had master's degrees. For period business operation, 6-10 years comprised 47.2% of the sample. 57.4% worked in companies with 51-100 employees. For category of medical equipment business, medical materials were 39%. Age, educational level, and the period of business operation could explain the variation on transformational leadership; at 49% percent significance at the 0.05 level, these had the strongest relation with transformational leadership. This research was limited by the fact that not all the questionnaires could be returned. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Nurse's leadership style on hospital performance, to make models of the influence of Transactional, Transformational, Democratic, Autocratic, Bureaucratic and Charismatic leadership styles on hospital performance. This research method is a quantitative method and data collection is done by distributing electronic questionnaires online with simple random sampling technique to nurses in hospitals in Banten Province, Indonesia. The puspose of this study is to measure the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior on the teacher performance of Islamic schools teachers in Jakarta . Data was collected by simple random sampling via electronic to the Islamic schools teacher population in Jakarta. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 270 samples. Following the footsteps of resource-based view theory, the present study attempted to examine green HRM and its impact on green innovation followed by the interplay of green transformational leadership. The study collected triadic data by using survey questionnaire from 185 pharmaceutical firms in Australia. Through using structural equation modeling technique, bootstrap procedures were applied to assess the hypothesized relationships. Results from the data analysis suggest that green HRM prospects of green ability and motivation have significant relationship with green innovation. Accordingly, the results also indicated significant relationship between green transformational leadership and green innovation. Notably, the study advanced literature in the area by confirming the moderating potential of green transformational leadership on green ability-green innovation and green motivation-green motivation relationship. Handling the employees to motivate them is challenging activity for leaders. This study had the objectives to evaluate the impact of transactional leadership style, to understand and statistically prove the impact of transformational style of leadership, to explore if there is considerable and significant influence of Laissez-faire Leadership style on employees' motivation in the pharmaceutical industry of Thailand. The data collection was through primary sources and collected by the mean of a survey questionnaire using Likert scale with five options for each question. The statistical results were found using SPSS software. Regression and correlation analysis have shown a positive and significant influence of all variables on dependent variable. However, it was explored that people in Thailand, specifically in pharmaceutical industry, prefer transactional style of leadership as it was statistically proven in this study. The basic aim of the paper is to analyze the personal knowledge management (PKM) and leadership style such as transformational leadership (TFL), laissez-faire leadership (LFL) and transactional leadership (TSL) on the performance of pharmacy firms situated in Thailand. The leaders and sub-ordinates of pharmacy firms are the respondents and data were collected through questionnaires and PLS-SEM was utilized for hypotheses testing. The outcomes indicated that PKM and all the styles of leadership such as TFL, LFL, and TSL has positive nexus with the performance of pharmacy firms situated in Thailand. The outcomes also indicated that PKM mediates among all the leadership such as TFL, LFL, and TSL and performance of pharmacy firms situated in Thailand. These findings suggested to the regulation making authorities that they should emphasis on the leadership syle and knowledge of the employees that enhance the performance of the organization.
