This article presents a vibration model of neighboring rolling parts that takes into account non-smooth symmetric collisions. This model was used to examine the motion state of the rolling element and the collision force between nearby rolling elements. It also determined the motion posture and overall collision form of the rolling element after setting the functional slot. Afterwards, the level of disorderly movement and the structure of the moving object were examined and confirmed through the use of a phase diagram of the motion system in relation to zero symmetry, the Lyapunov exponent, and a platform for measuring irregular vibrations in the bearing.
