- Abstract
In an increasingly competitive landscape, both researchers and businesses are showing growing interest in promoting employee's innovative work behavior (EIWB). Although earlier studies have highlighted the significance of transformational leadership (TL) in cultivating innovation among employees, there needs to be more understanding regarding the precise mechanisms and processes by which leaders exert their influence over the IWB of their employees. This study is based on the social exchange theory (SET) and upper echelon theory (UET) to investigate how the relationship between TL and employees' IWB is mediated by the employees' intellectual agility (EIA) and the employee's voice (EV). To the best of researchers' knowledge, this study represents the pioneering effort to examine the mediating mechanisms of EIA and EV between TL and EIWB within the specific context of small and medium Enterprises (SMEs) in a developing country. An online self-administered questionnaire was utilized to collect data from 430 SMEs in Pakistan. The proposed hypotheses were examined using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The study findings revealed a significant influence of TL on EIWB mediated by both their EIA and EV. These findings empower leaders to recognize their pivotal roles in nurturing innovation within their enterprises and crafting an optimal culture and climate conducive to innovative endeavors. Furthermore, this insight enables leaders to establish innovative environments that promote employees' confident sharing of ideas and concepts. The study also includes a comprehensive finding and their implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research directions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are crucial for any economy to grow and succeed, as evidenced in the Pakistani context, where SMEs contribute 30% of the country's GDP. The objective of this study is to link green servant leadership (GSL) to the pro-environmental behaviour (PEB) of employees, particularly in SMEs, which very few studies have investigated. Building on social learning theory (SLT), this study developed and tested the conceptual framework that examines the impact of GSL on PEB and the mediating role of environmental passion (EP) and climate for green creativity (CFGC) among employees of SMEs. Data were collected from 460 middle-line managers, and a structural equation modelling (SEM) technique was applied to test hypotheses. The main findings revealed that GSL is impacted by the PEB, while EP and CFGC mediated these relations. The study findings demonstrated that a GSL with strong practices and values towards the environment could have a significant impact on employees' PEB. This study fills the research gaps in different ways: First, by identifying the role of GSL on the PEB of employees. Second, by examining the dual-mediation mechanism of EP and CFGC between GSL and PEB. Third, this study is focused on the economic context of a developing country. The study offers guidelines for establishing PEB in SMEs. Multiple training programmes and effective planning procedures can achieve this milestone. The administration of SMEs should also give special consideration to pro-environmental issues in its hiring and recruitment practices for managers and leaders. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
This study seeks to determine how economic policy uncertainty (EPU) influences investment decisions and the market value of the Pakistan Stock Exchange. This study examines investment and operational data from 249 energy and petroleum companies between 2015 and 2020 and macroeconomic variables such as EPU. This study investigates the moderating effects of EPU on investments in fixed and intangible assets and its effect on Tobin's Q and the market price per share. The outcomes demonstrate that EPU reduces the costs of both tangible and intangible assets for businesses. In addition, companies with a higher Tobin's Q and market price per share are more impacted by uncertain corporate investment policies. However, financial leverage is negatively correlated with share price and positively correlated with earnings per share and earnings per unit. Tobin's Q positively correlates with financial leverage, indicating that firms that raise capital through debt are more likely to create value for investors. The research indicates that market-dependent enterprises are more susceptible to the unpredictability of monetary policy. According to this study, consistent application and open communication of economic policies are likely to increase the efficacy of company investments, resulting in more effective resource allocation and business decision-making. - Abstract
This study aims to investigate how FinTech evolved over time in research using bibliometric analysis. First, 1359 publications particularly related to the field of FinTech, from 2010 to 2021, were collected from the Scopus database. This study analyzed the fundamental issues and characteristics of FinTech in research, such as the annual contribution of publication, hot in the press, and foci, using theme analysis, concurrence analysis, and timeline analysis of authors' keywords. Second, prolific objects, such as journals, authors, institutions, countries, regions, and corresponding pivotal cooperative relationship mapping were used to present who leads considerable attention in FinTech research. Third, the citation structures of authors and journals were investigated, and presented the burst detection analysis of cited authors, journals, and references. Finally, combining the analysis results with the current financial environment, the challenges and future development opportunities are discussed further. This bibliometric analysis revealed an increasing annual publication trend, a shifting focus on financial inclusion, a dominance of authors from the USA, and a growing number of international collaborations and publications from different sources, indicating FinTech as a lively field with potential for further scientific enrichment. Accordingly, this comprehensive study of the FinTech documents not only reviews the current research characteristics and trajectories, but also helps scholars find the appropriate research entry-point and conduct in-depth research. - Abstract
A green economy has an impact on improving welfare, but it takes continuous efforts to achieve it from various fields. Contribution in the context of banking on a small scale is one of the initiatives that can show participation in achieving a green economy. This study aims to explore people's behavior in financial transactions and analyze the practice of rural credit banks in encouraging the achievement of a green economy through the National Financial Inclusive Strategy (NFIS) program despite the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used quantitative approaches; observations were conducted at a certain time by collecting data taken directly as a complement to this study, as well as taking questionnaire data involving 363 samples and analyzing them using the structural equation model (SEM). The result is that green economic support is found in using paper for fewer savings transactions compared to branchless banking with conventional savings transactions. The high number of residents exposed to COVID-19 does not affect branchless banking. In addition, the use of branchless banking can show the penetration of financial literacy in the community. The results of the path analysis explain that perceived ease of use (7.468) and perceived usefulness (2.152) have an influence on attitude; intention is greatly influenced by attitude (15.357); and actual usage is influenced by intention (11.682). This research has specific implications for the Magelang City Rural Bank (MCRB), which needs to conduct market research to find out the potential of branchless banking that is specifically needed by the people of Magelang. Branchless banking innovation needs to be strengthened by presenting easy-to-understand and easy-to-use applications to improve the attitude of the Magelang people in adopting branchless banking applications and using them sustainably. - Abstract
The acceleration of stunting reduction in Indonesia is one of the priority agendas in the health sector, its implementation being through various regional and tiered approaches. This paper aims to manage management using an integrated system framework approach at the regional level and to support the acceleration of stunting reduction nationally. It takes a quantitative description approach that uses secondary data sourced from the Directorate General of Regional Development, Ministry of Home Affairs, the Republic of Indonesia in 2019–2021. The locus of papers is in five provinces, North Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, and East Kalimantan, Indonesia. The data collection and processing consisted of twenty stunting convergence coverage referring to regulations in Indonesia. The analysis used is an integrated framework based on five dimensions. Management based on an integrated framework in a regional-based system for stunting convergence can be a solution to accelerating stunting reduction. This paper provides an option to accelerate the handling of stunting through the Integration of Service Governance-Based Systems in Districts/Cities, considering the achievements in the last three years that have not been maximally carried out in every district/city in five provinces in Kalimantan, Indonesia. This study explains that the local government needs to socialize and disseminate the commitment to stunting reduction results to reaffirm commitment and encourage all parties to actively contribute to integrated stunting reduction efforts. This paper has limitations in the implementation of dimensions that can develop in a context that is correlated with several perspectives, such as regional planning, budgetary capacity, and regional capacity. - Abstract
Principal leadership is the main variable that determines a school's progress. Schools develop optimally when they are led by a principal who has a good leadership capacity. Related to technology development, the leadership of principals today is also changing, and principals are required to have a good e-leadership capacity. This study aims to examine the effect of principals' e-leadership on the effectiveness of schools' public relations and school improvement. The sample of this research was taken randomly, comprising 200 principals in Indonesia. A questionnaire was used for data collection, filled out by all participants. In addition, descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling were used for data analysis. The study results showed that there is a direct influence of principals' e-leadership on the effectiveness of schools' public relations. A principal's e-leadership affects their school's improvement, both directly and indirectly, and the effectiveness of a school's public relations has a direct effect on school improvement. Looking at the dimensions, several dominant factors provide support for the constructs of the three variables that were studied. The research findings are discussed in depth in terms of theory and the results of previous studies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
The reference to the success factors of incubators and startups in running their business so far has been ambiguous. The purpose of this study is to analyze the critical factors that can affect the success of incubators and startups. The quantitative research method describes the research results. The study locus is in East Java Province, Indonesia with primary data from respondents in five regions: Banyuwangi, Jember, Madiun, Malang, and Surabaya. The number of respondents was 41 from incubators and 59 from startups with identification of domicile, type of business, and business turnover. Data was collected using surveys and interviews with 100 respondents. The analysis in this study uses eleven factors that are assumed to be factors of business success that have been tested with Kaiser Meyer Olkin Measure (KMO), Measure of Sampling Adequacy (MSA), Bartlett's test, and Cronbach Alpha. The critical point used for the KMO value is between 0.5 and 1, the MSA test critical point is 0.5, Bartlett's test is less than the significance level (α = 0.05), and α cronbach ≥ 0.60. The analyzed factors are as follows: synergy products; processes; innovation management; communication; culture; experience; information technology; innovation skills; functional skills; and implementation skills. As a result, incubators and startups agree on eleven critical factors to building their business success, but there are differences in the priority scale between incubators and startups on these eleven factors.
