【Objective】Hybrid offsprings of Dianthus species had different flower colors and flower types by interspecific hybridization, which was of great significance to breeding. 【Method】In this paper, the ploidy of Dianthus species was identified by pressing method. The pollen vigor was observed by acetic acid carmine staining, and the seed setting rate and the hybridization affinity index of different cross combinations were studied. 【Result】The study found that carnations’Nogalte’, ’DP Barbara’, ’Thomas’, ’Red Barbara’, ’NH6’, ’NH10’and’Dongmei’, Dianthus superbus, Dianthus chinensis, Dianthus barbatus var. asiaticus Nakai, Dianthus barbatus, were diploid( 2n = 2x = 30), Dianthus plumarius was hexaploid( 2n = 6x = 90). The pollen vigor of Dianthus was higher with 69. 17 %-94. 97 %. The percentage of fertile fruit and number of seeds per fruit was different among different Dianthus hybrid species, which was 0 %-100 % and0-42. 64, respectively. 【Conclusion】Interspecific hybridization of Dianthus species combination had affinities except for a few combinations. [Objective] The effects of different supplemental light on biological characters of carnation seedlings and (lowering plants in greenhouse were studied. [Method] Philps Light-emitting diode lop module in the greehouse supplied light was used. [Result] The plant height, leal length. leal width, number of leaves, shoots diameter and number of shoots of seedling standard carnation, spray carnation and pot carnation under LED supplemental light were higher than that on the natural light. There were no significant differences on the number of leaves and Lhe diameter of buds of pot carnation varieties ‘Menorca pink' , and the other biological traits were significant differences. LED supplemental light could make carnation bloom early, increase the amount of buds on spray carnation and pot carnation, but there were no significant impact on the number of standard carnation buds. In addition, the light supplementation of LED could also significantly increase the plant height of the standard and spray carnation, which had no significant effects on the pot carnation. [Conclusion] LED supplemental light could improve the leaf length, leaf width, number of leaves, bud diameter, number of buds and other biological characters of seedling carnation, increase carnation plant height and number of buds, and make carnation bloom early. The microorganisms causing rot of Zizyphus mauritiana Lam. were isolated and identified, and the microbial species and the methods of inhibition were researched. 6 bacteria and 24 moulds were isolated by morphological and molecular methods. The results showed that bacteria belonged to Pantoea agglomerans (Enterobacteriaceae), and moulds belonged to Alternaria alternate, Alternaria alternate, Epicoccum nigrum, Fusarium equiseti, Phoma herbarum, Exserohilum rostratum, respectively, among which Alternaria was the dominant fungi.And the inhibition test of microorganisms was carried out by ultraviolet light irradiation, soaking with the mixed solution of potassium sorbate and phytic acid, soaking in hot-water(55 °C) for 10 mins, storing at low temperature(4 °C), and storing room temperature. The effect of ultraviolet irradiation on green jujube storage was not obvious, soaking with the mixed solution of potassium sorbate and phytic acid did harm to sensory properties of green jujube, soaking in 55 °C hot-water could prolong storage time, but cause some wilting. Low temperature(4°C) storage achieved better results, and had not significant impact on sensory properties of green jujube. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
