[Objective]The present paper aimed to identify the integrated effect of Pellioditis spp. PC) 1 and B. bassiana Bbn6 on tobacco White Grubs (Holotrichia parallela). [ Method]The tests were carried out to study the effects of Bbn6, P01 and Bbn6 + P01 1 on the mortal strike of H. parallela in laboratory; According to the bioactivity of Bbn6 to P01 , a field experiment was set to comprehensively evaluate the integrated effect of P01 and Bbn6. [ Result] (i)The corrected mortality rate of Bbn6 to P01 was no more than 5 % (0. 34 % -4. 71 % ) during 24 - 120 hours; The corrected mortality rate of grubs treated by Bbn6 + P01 was significantly higher than that treated with P01 and Bbn6 alone; Treated grubs by Bbn6 + P01 , P01 and Bbn6 gained the corrected mortality rate with 96.67 % , 83.33 % and 30.00 % after 72 hours, (ii) In the field application, the treatment mixed with Bbn6 and P01 was significantly better than those treatments of P01 and Bbn6 alone on the tobacco stem circumference, maximum leaf and maximum leaf length. The insect reduce rates of Bbn6 + P01 , P01 and Bbn6 was 73.69 % , 49. 19 % and 45.05 % after 123 days. [ Conclusion] The synergism of Pellioditis spp. P01 and B. bassiana Bbn6 showed obviously the increasing effects on controlling tobacco White Grubs (H. parallela ). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
