The paper establishes the main provisions for the construction of organizational support for change management in machine-building enterprises, which should be based on regulations and internal regulations of the organization.It is proved that organizational changes are characterized by a complex nature, when changes in individual processes require appropriate adjustment and modernization of the organizational structure of the industrial enterprise. Also, the need for organizational change is often a consequence of changes in the technological and production sphere of the industrial enterprise, when the development of new technologies, transition to production of new or improved products, entry into new markets, etc. is impossible without appropriate organizational change., В статье установлено, что основные положения построения организационного обеспечения управления изменениями на предприятиях машиностроения должны иметь в своей основе нормативные акты правового обеспечения и внутренние нормативно-распорядительные документы организации. Доказано, что для организационных изменений присущ комплексный характер, когда изменения в отдельных процессах вызывают необходимость соответствующей настройки и модернизации организационной структуры промышленного предприятия. Также потребность в организационных изменениях часто является следствием изменений в технологично-производственной сфере промышленного предприятия, когда освоение новых технологий, переход на производство новой или усовершенствованной продукции, выход на новые рынки сбыта и т.д. невозможны без соответствующих организационных изменений., У статті встановлено, що основні положення побудови організаційного забезпечення управління змінами на підприємствах машинобудування повинні мати в своїй основі нормативні акти правового забезпечення та внутрішні нормативно-розпорядчі документи організації. Доведено, що для організаційних змін притаманним є комплексний характер, коли зміни в окремих процесах викликають необхідність відповідної настройки та модернізації організаційної структури промислового підприємства. Також потреба в організаційних змінах часто є наслідком змін у технологічно-виробничій сфері промислового підприємства, коли освоєння нових технологій, перехід на виробництво нової або вдосконаленої продукції, вихід на нові ринки збуту тощо є неможливими без відповідних організаційних змін.

In the article the divergent-convergent approach to managing software development industrial company, which is based on the spiral model of the project life cycle, each stage of which is identified by the developed system of performance indicators performed work plan and wasted resources. На основі використання інструментів математичного аналізу запропоновано підхід до моделювання системи управління забезпеченням розвитку промислового підприємства залежно від нетипових умов (криза на підприємстві, технологічний ривок у галузі), в яких відбувається реалізація обраних заходів із розвитку підприємства. The term "investment support' is refined in respect of safe performance and development processes of the economic environment. Specific aspects of interpreting the concept of "securing" economic safety are examined. The paper identifies goals of securing economic safety. Investment support to economic safety is interpreted as economic activity aimed at generation and movement of investment resources according to criteria of safe performance and development of the national economy.There are investment support processes examined as a totality of interconnected levels and subsystems capable of operating towards a common goal of implementing investment interests. A concept of a mechanism for investment support to economic safety is defined as a complex of methods for organizing investment activity, which are used to improve the level of economic safety of the agrarian sector. It is established that the mechanism for implementation of investment safety of the agrarian sector is an integral system. The most important basis for consistency of the mechanism for implementation of investment safety of the agrarian sector is defined as the availability of developed property relations which form the interests of investment activity agents.The author refines the principles for formation and development of the mechanism for implementation of investment safety of the agrarian sector, namely: development of an investment safety ideology of the agrarian sector; development of an investment safety strategy of the agrarian sector; development of an investment safety tactics of the agrarian sector; securing a balance of objective and subjective components in investment safety. It is established that interaction of functions of the regional investment system elements determines the resulting main function of this system, which governs its development direction.
