目的 分析中老年人小肠系膜厚度与代谢综合征（MS)的相关性。方法随机选取的沈阳市某社区中 老年居民391例，其中MS组155例、非MS(NMS)组236例。采用超声检查测量两组局部小肠系膜厚度，分析小肠 系膜厚度与MS及其组分的相关性。结果 MS组、NMS组小肠系膜厚度分别为（3.51 ±0.94)、（2.84±0.83)cm， 两组相比<0.01。调整血糖、血脂、血压、年龄和性别因素后，小肠系膜厚度与MS有关 (OR 1.68, 95% CI 1.19 ~ 2.39,P <0.01)。调整年龄与性别因素后，无论MS组还是NMS组，小肠系膜厚度均与腰围呈正相关关系 (r 分别 为0.44、0.49 均< 0.01); MS组小肠系膜厚度与舒张压（DBP)呈正相关关系 r = 0.19,P < 0.05)。结论中老 年人小肠系膜厚度与MS发病存在相关性，小肠系膜越厚,MS发病风险越高;小肠系膜厚度与MS患者的中心性肥 胖程度和血压值呈正相关。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
