目的探讨强骨胶囊辅助诱导膜技术治疗感染性骨髓炎并骨缺损的临床效果。方法选择感染性骨髓 炎并骨缺损患者45例，根据患者是否接受强骨胶囊辅助治疗，分为观察组24例、对照组21例。对照组仅采用诱导 膜技术治疗,观察组采用强骨胶囊辅助诱导膜技术治疗。记录两组骨缺损临床愈合时间，计算植骨1年骨缺损临 床愈合率。植骨6个月，评估植骨区骨痂Lane-sandhuX线评分和疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)。统计手术期间及植骨 6个月内并发症情况，如关节僵硬、肌肉萎缩、感染、下肢短缩等。结果观察组骨缺损临床愈合时间明显短于对照 组(P<0.05)，但两组植骨1年骨缺损临床愈合率比较P>0.05。观察组植骨6个月骨痂Lane-sandhu X线评分明 显高于对照组（P <0.05)，但两组VAS比较P >0.05。两组手术期间及植骨6个月内并发症发生率比较P >0.05。 结论强骨胶囊辅助诱导膜技术治疗感染性骨髓炎并骨缺损能够促进植骨生长，加快骨缺损临床愈合，使患肢早 期恢复功能，但并不影响最终骨缺损临床愈合效果。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
