Abstract Cylindrical shells are widely used in public buildings and military protection fields, and it has a high risk of terrorist attacks and military attacks, it is of great social benefit to carry out the anti-blast design of cylindrical shells, which needs to consider building shape and the shape of blast waves. In this paper, cylindrical charges in five directions were detonated on the outer ground of the scaled cylindrical shell, blast loads of the cylindrical shell were measured and blast waves were photographed. The variation of blast load is analyzed by combining the test and simulation results, the difference in peak overpressure of the blast waves on the end face between five orientations is nearly twice. The blast loads in the axial direction of cylindrical charges have a secondary peak phenomenon, and the blast loads between the axial direction and radial direction of cylindrical charges change abruptly at a specific angle. The experimental and simulation methods provide a reference for establishing a blast load database of typical buildings.

Abstract This study analyzed learning curve and the surgical outcome of robotic assisted colorectal surgery with ERAS program. The study results serve as a reference for future robotic colorectal surgeon who applied ERAS in clinical practice. This was a retrospective case–control study to analyze the learning curve of 141 robotic assisted colorectal surgery (RAS) by Da Vinci Xi (Xi) system and compare the surgical outcomes with 147 conventional laparoscopic (LSC) surgery in the same team. Evaluation for maturation was performed by operation time and the CUSUM plot. Patients were recruited from 1st February 2019 to 9th January 2022; follow-up was conducted at 30 days, and the final follow-up was conducted on 9th February 2022. It both took 31 cases for colon and rectal robotic surgeries to reach the maturation phase. Teamwork maturation was achieved after 60 cases. Abstract Polyspora Sweet (Theaceae) are winter ornamental landscape plants native to southern and southeastern Asia, some of which have medicinal value. The chloroplast (cp) genome data of Polyspora are scarce, and the gene evolution and interspecific relationship are still unclear. In this study, we sequenced and annotated Polyspora chrysandra cp genome and combined it with previously published genomes for other Chinese Polyspora species. The results showed that cp genomes of six Chinese Polyspora varied in length between 156,452 bp (P. chrysandra) and 157,066 bp (P. speciosa), but all contained 132 genes, with GC content of 37.3%, and highly similar genes distribution and codon usage. A total of eleven intergenic spacer regions were found having the highest levels of divergence, and eight divergence hotspots were identified as molecular markers for Phylogeography and genetic diversity studies in Polyspora. Gene selection pressure suggested that five genes were subjected to positive selection. Phylogenetic relationships among Polyspora species based on the complete cp genomes were supported strongly, indicating that the cp genomes have the potential to be used as super barcodes for further analysis of the phylogeny of the entire genus. The cp genomes of Chinese Polyspora species will provide valuable information for species identification, molecular breeding and evolutionary analysis of genus Polyspora.

Abstract The purpose of our research is to explore whether vitamin D levels were associated with the rupture of intracranial aneurysms. In this retrospective study, 105 patients diagnosed with ruptured intracranial aneurysms (RIAs) and 185 patients diagnosed with unruptured intracranial aneurysms (UIAs) at The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were recruited from September 2019 to September 2020. Patients’ demographic and clinical information, including vitamin D levels, were recorded and compared. Abstract To detect substation faults for timely repair, this paper proposes a fault detection method that is based on the time series model and the statistical process control method to analyze the regulation and characteristics of the behavior in the switching process. As the first time, this paper proposes a fault detection model using SARIMA, statistical process control (SPC) methods, and 3σ criterion to analyze the characteristics in substation’s switching process. The employed approaches are both very common tools in the statistics field, however, via effectively combining them with industrial process fault diagnosis, these common statistical tolls play excellent role to achieve rich technical contributions. Finally, for different fault samples, the proposed method improves the rate of detection by at least 9% (and up to 15%) than other methods.
