Smooth pursuit eye movements are considered a well-established and quantifiable biomarker of sensorimotor function in psychosis research. Identifying psychotic syndromes on an individual level based on neurobiological markers is limited by heterogeneity and requires comprehensive external validation to avoid overestimation of prediction models. Here, we studied quantifiable sensorimotor measures derived from smooth pursuit eye movements in a large sample of psychosis probands (N = 674) and healthy controls (N = 305) using multivariate pattern analysis. Balanced accuracies of 64% for the prediction of psychosis status are in line with recent results from other large heterogenous psychiatric samples. They are confirmed by external validation in independent large samples including probands with (1) psychosis (N = 727) versus healthy controls (N = 292), (2) psychotic (N = 49) and non-psychotic bipolar disorder (N = 36), and (3) non-psychotic affective disorders (N = 119) and psychosis (N = 51) yielding accuracies of 65%, 66% and 58%, respectively, albeit slightly different psychosis syndromes. Our findings make a significant contribution to the identification of biologically defined profiles of heterogeneous psychosis syndromes on an individual level underlining the impact of sensorimotor dysfunction in psychosis. Sunspots play a crucial role in both weather forecasting and the monitoring of solar storms. In this work, we propose a novel combined model for sunspot prediction using improved gated recurrent units (GRU) guided by pinball loss for probabilistic forecasts. Specifically, we optimize the GRU parameters using the slime mould algorithm and employ a seasonal-trend decomposition procedure based on loess to tackle challenges related to sequence prediction, such as self-correlations and non-stationarity. To address prediction uncertainty, we replace the traditional l 2 -norm loss with pinball loss. This modification extends the conventional GRU-based point forecasting to a probabilistic framework expressed as quantiles. We apply our proposed model to analyze a well-established historical sunspot dataset for both single- and multi-step ahead forecasting. To investigate the factors that influence readmissions in patients with acute non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) by using multiple machine learning (ML) methods to establish a predictive model. In this study, 1576 NSTEMI patients who were hospitalized at the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups: the readmitted group and the non-readmitted group. The division was based on whether the patients experienced complications or another incident of myocardial infarction within one year after undergoing PCI. Common variables selected by univariate and multivariate logistic regression, LASSO regression, and random forest were used as independent influencing factors for NSTEMI patients' readmissions after PCI. Six different ML models were constructed using these common variables. The area under the ROC curve, accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity were used to evaluate the performance of the six ML models. Finally, the optimal model was selected, and a nomogram was created to visually represent its clinical effectiveness. Three different methods were used to select seven representative common variables. These variables were then utilized to construct six different ML models, which were subsequently compared. The findings indicated that the LR model exhibited the most optimal performance in terms of AUC, accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity. The outcome, admission mode (walking and non-walking), communication ability, CRP, TC, HDL, and LDL were identified as independent predicators of readmissions in NSTEMI patients after PCI. The prediction model constructed by the LR algorithm was the best. The established column graph model established proved to be effective in identifying high-risk groups with high accuracy and differentiation. The shock index (SI) has been associated with predicting transfusion needs in trauma patients. However, its utility in penetrating thoracic trauma (PTTrauma) for predicting the Critical Administration Threshold (CAT) has not been well-studied. This study aimed to evaluate the prognostic value of SI in predicting CAT in PTTrauma patients and compare its performance with the Assessment of Blood Consumption (ABC) and Revised Assessment of Bleeding and Transfusion (RABT) scores. We conducted a prognostic type 2, single-center retrospective observational cohort study on patients with PTTrauma and an Injury Severity Score (ISS) > 9. The primary exposure was SI at admission, and the primary outcome was CAT. Logistic regression and decision curve analysis were used to assess the predictive performance of SI and the PTTrauma score, a novel model incorporating clinical variables. Of the 620 participants, 53 (8.5%) had more than one CAT. An SI > 0.9 was associated with CAT (adjusted OR 4.89, 95% CI 1.64–14.60). The PTTrauma score outperformed SI, ABC, and RABT scores in predicting CAT (AUC 0.867, 95% CI 0.826–0.908). SI is a valuable predictor of CAT in PTTrauma patients. The novel PTTrauma score demonstrates superior performance compared to existing scores, highlighting the importance of developing targeted predictive models for specific injury patterns. In the conventional finite control set model predictive torque control, the cost function consists of different control objectives with varying units of measurements. Due to presence of diverse variables in cost function, weighting factors are used to set the relative importance of these objectives. However, selection of these weighting factors in predictive control of electric drives and power converters still remains an open research challenge. Improper selection of weighting factors can lead to deterioration of the controller performance. This work proposes a novel weighting factor tuning method based on the Multi-Criteria-Decision-Making (MCDM) technique called the Entropy method. This technique has several advantages for multi-objective problem optimization. It provides a quantitive approach and incorporates uncertainties and adaptability to assess the relative importance of different criteria or objectives. This technique performs the online tuning of the weighting factor by forming a data set of the control objectives, i.e., electromagnetic torque and stator flux magnitude. After obtaining the error set of control variables, the objective matrix is normalized, and the entropy technique is applied to design the corresponding weights. An experimental setup based on the dSpace dS1104 controller is used to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method for a two-level, three-phase voltage source inverter (2L-3P) fed induction motor drive. The dynamic response of the proposed technique is compared with the previously proposed MCDM-based weighting factor tuning technique and conventional MPTC. The results reveal that the proposed method provides an improved dynamic response of the drive under changing operating conditions with a reduction of 28% in computational burden and 38% in total harmonic distortion, respectively. Crowd flow prediction has been studied for a variety of purposes, ranging from the private sector such as location selection of stores according to the characteristics of commercial districts and customer-tailored marketing to the public sector for social infrastructure design such as transportation networks. Its importance is even greater in light of the spread of contagious diseases such as COVID-19. In many cases, crowd flow can be divided into subgroups by common characteristics such as gender, age, location type, etc. If we use such hierarchical structure of the data effectively, we can improve prediction accuracy of crowd flow for subgroups. But the existing prediction models do not consider such hierarchical structure of the data. In this study, we propose a deep learning model based on global–local structure of the crowd flow data, which utilizes the overall(global) and subdivided by the types of sites(local) crowd flow data simultaneously to predict the crowd flow of each subgroup. The experiment result shows that the proposed model improves the prediction accuracy of each sub-divided subgroup by 5.2% (Table 5 Cat #9)—45.95% (Table 11 Cat #5), depending on the data set. This result comes from the comparison with the related works under the same condition that use target category data to predict each subgroup. In addition, when we refine the global data composition by considering the correlation between subgroups and excluding low correlated subgroups, the prediction accuracy is further improved by 5.6–48.65%. Effective blood glucose management is crucial for people with diabetes to avoid acute complications. Predicting extreme values accurately and in a timely manner is of vital importance to them. People with diabetes are particularly concerned about suffering a hypoglycemia (low value) event and, moreover, that the event will be prolonged in time. It is crucial to predict hyperglycemia (high value) and hypoglycemia events that may cause health damages in the short term and potential permanent damages in the long term. This paper describes our research on predicting hypoglycemia events at 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes using machine learning methods. We propose using structured Grammatical Evolution and dynamic structured Grammatical Evolution to produce interpretable mathematical expressions that predict a hypoglycemia event. Our proposal generates white-box models induced by a grammar based on if-then-else conditions using blood glucose, heart rate, number of steps, and burned calories as the inputs for the machine learning technique. We apply these techniques to create three types of models: individualized, cluster, and population-based. They all are then compared with the predictions of eleven machine learning techniques. We apply these techniques to a dataset of 24 real patients of the Hospital Universitario Principe de Asturias, Madrid, Spain. The resulting models, presented as if-then-else statements that incorporate numeric, relational, and logical operations between variables and constants, are inherently interpretable. The True Positive Rate and True Negative Rate metrics are above 0.90 for 30-minute predictions, 0.80 for 60 min, and 0.70 for 90 min and 120 min for the three types of models. Individualized models exhibit the best metrics, while cluster and population-based models perform similarly. Structured and dynamic structured grammatical evolution techniques perform similarly for all forecasting horizons. Regarding the comparison of different machine learning techniques, on the shorter forecasting horizons, our proposals have a high probability of winning, a probability that diminishes on the longer time horizons. Structured grammatical evolution provides advanced forecasting models that facilitate model explanation, modification, and retesting, offering flexibility for refining solutions post-creation and a deeper understanding of blood glucose behavior. Aspirin is widely used for both primary and secondary prevention of panvascular diseases, such as stroke and coronary heart disease (CHD). The optimal balance between reducing panvascular disease events and the potential increase in bleeding risk remains unclear. This study aimed to develop a predictive model specifically designed to assess bleeding risk in individuals using aspirin. A total of 58,415 individuals treated with aspirin were included in this study. Detailed data regarding patient demographics, clinical characteristics, comorbidities, medical history, and laboratory test results were collected from the Affiliated Dongyang Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University. The patients were randomly divided into two groups at a ratio of 7:3. The larger group was used for model development, while the smaller group was used for internal validation. To develop the prediction model, we employed least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression followed by multivariate logistic regression. The performance of the model was assessed through metrics such as the area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve (AUC), calibration curves, and decision curve analysis (DCA). The LASSO-derived model employed in this study incorporated six variables, namely, sex, operation, previous bleeding, hemoglobin, platelet count, and cerebral infarction. It demonstrated excellent performance at predicting bleeding risk among aspirin users, with a high AUC of 0.866 (95% CI 0.857–0.874) in the training dataset and 0.861 (95% CI 0.848–0.875) in the test dataset. At a cutoff value of 0.047, the model achieved moderate sensitivity (83.0%) and specificity (73.9%). The calibration curve analysis revealed that the nomogram closely approximated the ideal curve, indicating good calibration. The DCA curve demonstrated a favorable clinical net benefit associated with the nomogram model. To construct a prediction model of olfactory dysfunction after transnasal sellar pituitary tumor resection based on machine learning algorithms. A cross-sectional study was conducted. From January to December 2022, 158 patients underwent transnasal sellar pituitary tumor resection in three tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province were selected as the research objects. The olfactory status was evaluated one week after surgery. They were randomly divided into a training set and a test set according to the ratio of 8:2. The training set was used to construct the prediction model, and the test set was used to evaluate the effect of the model. Based on different machine learning algorithms, BP neural network, logistic regression, decision tree, support vector machine, random forest, LightGBM, XGBoost, and AdaBoost were established to construct olfactory dysfunction risk prediction models. The accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score, and area under the ROC curve (AUC) were used to evaluate the model's prediction performance, the optimal prediction model algorithm was selected, and the model was verified in the test set of patients. Of the 158 patients, 116 (73.42%) had postoperative olfactory dysfunction. After missing value processing and feature screening, an essential order of influencing factors of olfactory dysfunction was obtained. Among them, the duration of operation, gender, type of pituitary tumor, pituitary tumor apoplexy, nasal adhesion, age, cerebrospinal fluid leakage, blood scar formation, and smoking history became the risk factors of olfactory dysfunction, which were the key indicators of the construction of the model. Among them, the random forest model had the highest AUC of 0.846, and the accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score were 0.750, 0.870, 0.947, and 0.833, respectively. Compared with the BP neural network, logistic regression, decision tree, support vector machine, LightGBM, XGBoost, and AdaBoost, the random forest model has more advantages in predicting olfactory dysfunction in patients after transnasal sellar pituitary tumor resection, which is helpful for early identification and intervention of high-risk clinical population, and has good clinical application prospects. Due to the challenge of collecting a substantial amount of production-quality data in real-world industrial settings, the implementation of production quality prediction models based on deep learning is not effective. To achieve the goal of predicting production quality with limited data and address the issue of model degradation in the training process of deep learning networks, we propose Meta-Learning based on Residual Network (MLRN) models for production quality prediction with limited data. Firstly, the MLRN model is trained on a variety of learning tasks to acquire knowledge for predicting production quality. Furthermore, to obtain more features with limited data and avoid the issues of gradient disappearing or exploding in deep network training, the enhanced residual network with the effective channel attention (ECA) mechanism is chosen as the basic network structure of MLRN. Additionally, a multi-batch and multi-task data input approach is implemented to prevent overfitting. Automated disease diagnosis and prediction, powered by AI, play a crucial role in enabling medical professionals to deliver effective care to patients. While such predictive tools have been extensively explored in resource-rich languages like English, this manuscript focuses on predicting disease categories automatically from symptoms documented in the Afaan Oromo language, employing various classification algorithms. This study encompasses machine learning techniques such as support vector machines, random forests, logistic regression, and Naïve Bayes, as well as deep learning approaches including LSTM, GRU, and Bi-LSTM. Due to the unavailability of a standard corpus, we prepared three data sets with different numbers of patient symptoms arranged into 10 categories. The two feature representations, TF-IDF and word embedding, were employed. The performance of the proposed methodology has been evaluated using accuracy, recall, precision, and F1 score. The experimental results show that, among machine learning models, the SVM model using TF-IDF had the highest accuracy and F1 score of 94.7%, while the LSTM model using word2vec embedding showed an accuracy rate of 95.7% and F1 score of 96.0% from deep learning models. To enhance the optimal performance of each model, several hyper-parameter tuning settings were used. The diagnostic accuracy of clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) of Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System version 2 (PI-RADSv2) is limited by subjectivity in result interpretation and the false positive results from certain similar anatomic structures. We aimed to establish a new model combining quantitative contrast-enhanced ultrasound, PI-RADSv2, clinical parameters to optimize the PI-RADSv2-based model. The analysis was conducted based on a data set of 151 patients from 2019 to 2022, multiple regression analysis showed that prostate specific antigen density, age, PI-RADSv2, quantitative parameters (rush time, wash-out area under the curve) were independent predictors. Based on these predictors, we established a new predictive model, the AUCs of the model were 0.910 and 0.879 in training and validation cohort, which were higher than those of PI-RADSv2-based model (0.865 and 0.821 in training and validation cohort). Net Reclassification Index analysis indicated that the new predictive model improved the classification of patients. Decision curve analysis showed that in most risk probabilities, the new predictive model improved the clinical utility of PI-RADSv2-based model. Generally, this new predictive model showed that quantitative parameters from contrast enhanced ultrasound could help to improve the diagnostic performance of PI-RADSv2 based model in detecting csPCa. The perception of a continuous phantom in a sensory domain in the absence of an external stimulus is explained as a maladaptive compensation of aberrant predictive coding, a proposed unified theory of brain functioning. If this were true, these changes would occur not only in the domain of the phantom percept but in other sensory domains as well. We confirm this hypothesis by using tinnitus (continuous phantom sound) as a model and probe the predictive coding mechanism using the established local–global oddball paradigm in both the auditory and visual domains. We observe that tinnitus patients are sensitive to changes in predictive coding not only in the auditory but also in the visual domain. We report changes in well-established components of event-related EEG such as the mismatch negativity. Furthermore, deviations in stimulus characteristics were correlated with the subjective tinnitus distress. These results provide an empirical confirmation that aberrant perceptions are a symptom of a higher-order systemic disorder transcending the domain of the percept. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The evaluation of diagnostic systems is pivotal for ensuring the deployment of high-quality solutions, especially given the pronounced context-sensitivity of certain systems, particularly in fields such as biomedicine. Of notable importance are predictive models where the target variable can encompass multiple values (multiclass), especially when these classes exhibit substantial frequency disparities (imbalance). In this study, we introduce the Imbalanced Multiclass Classification Performance (IMCP) curve, specifically designed for multiclass datasets (unlike the ROC curve), and characterized by its resilience to class distribution variations (in contrast to accuracy or F β -score). Moreover, the IMCP curve facilitates individual performance assessment for each class within the diagnostic system, shedding light on the confidence associated with each prediction—an aspect of particular significance in medical diagnosis. Empirical experiments conducted with real-world data in a multiclass context (involving 35 types of tumors) featuring a high level of imbalance demonstrate that both the IMCP curve and the area under the IMCP curve serve as excellent indicators of classification quality. Trajectory tracking on a low-speed vehicle using the model predictive control (MPC) algorithm usually assumes a simple road terrain. This assumption does not correspond to the actual road situation, leading to low tracking accuracy. Therefore, a trajectory tracking method considering road curvature based on MPC is proposed in this paper. In this method, the controller can automatically switch between MPC types. Linear model predictive control (LMPC) is selected for small road curvatures, while nonlinear model predictive control (NMPC) is employed for large road curvatures. In addition, the NMPC algorithm in this work considers the effect of road curvature on tracking accuracy, making it suitable for tracking time-varying curvature roads. To verify the feasibility of the algorithm, simulation comparisons with the basic MPC model were carried out at different testing roads and vehicle longitudinal speeds. The results indicate that the method significantly improves trajectory tracking accuracy, all while ensuring real-time calculations. Since the basic rail of the switch needs to have a certain bending angle when the train changes direction, top bending is an important link in the production process of the basic rail. The three-point pressure top bending method is simple, flexible and widely used. In this study, the traditional three-point pressure bending is optimized, the influence of the pick width in the model is considered, a corresponding rebound model is established, and the model is applied to the pressure bending process of the basic rail. The bilinear strengthening model of the material was used to construct the bending moment expressions at different positions during the top bending process, and the relationship between the load and bending deflection in the elastic stage and elastic-plastic stage was obtained. The final top bending prediction model was obtained by combining the load-deflection model in the bending stage and the rebound stage. The correctness of the theoretical mathematical model was verified by establishing finite element simulations, and the theoretical calculation results were compared with the experimental results. With the rapid expansion of industrialization and urbanization, fine Particulate Matter (PM2.5) pollution has escalated into a major global environmental crisis. This pollution severely affects human health and ecosystem stability. Accurately predicting PM2.5 levels is essential. However, air quality forecasting currently faces challenges in processing vast data and enhancing model accuracy. Deep learning models are widely applied for their superior learning and fitting abilities in haze prediction. Yet, they are limited by optimization challenges, long training periods, high data quality needs, and a tendency towards overfitting. Furthermore, the complex internal structures and mechanisms of these models complicate the understanding of haze formation. In contrast, traditional Support Vector Regression (SVR) methods perform well with complex non-linear data but struggle with increased data volumes. To address this, we developed CUDA-based code to optimize SVR algorithm efficiency. We also combined SVR with Genetic Algorithms (GA), Sparrow Search Algorithm (SSA), and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to identify the optimal haze prediction model. Our results demonstrate that the model combining intelligent algorithms with Central Processing Unit-raphics Processing Unit (CPU-GPU) heterogeneous parallel computing significantly outpaces the PSO-SVR model in training speed. It achieves a computation time that is 6.21–35.34 times faster. Compared to other models, the Particle Swarm Optimization-Central Processing Unit-Graphics Processing Unit-Support Vector Regression (PSO-CPU-GPU-SVR) model stands out in haze prediction, offering substantial speed improvements and enhanced stability and reliability while maintaining high accuracy. Extracting longitudinal image quantitative data, known as delta-radiomics, has the potential to capture changes in a patient's anatomy throughout the course of radiation treatment for prostate cancer. Some of the major challenges of delta-radiomics studies are contouring the structures for individual fractions and accruing patients' data in an efficient manner. The manual contouring process is often time consuming and would limit the efficiency of accruing larger sample sizes for future studies. The problem is amplified because the contours are often made by highly trained radiation oncologists with limited time to dedicate to research studies of this nature. This work compares the use of automated prostate contours generated using a deformable image-based algorithm to make predictive models of genitourinary and changes in total international prostate symptom score in comparison to manually contours for a cohort of fifty patients. Area under the curve of manual and automated models were compared using the Delong test. Predictive maintenance harnesses statistical analysis to preemptively identify equipment and system faults, facilitating cost- effective preventive measures. Machine learning algorithms enable comprehensive analysis of historical data, revealing emerging patterns and accurate predictions of impending system failures. Common hurdles in applying ML algorithms to PdM include data scarcity, data imbalance due to few failure instances, and the temporal dependence nature of PdM data. This study proposes an ML-based approach that adapts to these hurdles through the generation of synthetic data, temporal feature extraction, and the creation of failure horizons. The approach employs Generative Adversarial Networks to generate synthetic data and LSTM layers to extract temporal features. This study aims to potential the potential utilization of nonlinear energy sinks (NESs) for controlling longitudinal vibrations in a double-rod system. The research introduces a longitudinal vibration prediction model for a double-rod system equipped with NESs. The generalized Hamilton principle is employed to derive governing equations of the double-rod system. The longitudinal vibration responses of the double-rod system are numerically solved through the application of Galerkin truncation method. The longitudinal vibration responses of the double-rod system are impacted by NESs, as they yield accurate numerical results. The installation of both NES 1 and NES 2 concurrently is recommended for mitigating the vibration of the double-rod system. Under reasonable single-frequency excitations, modifying the parameters of NESs can significantly alter both the vibration state and magnitudes of vibration in the double-rod system. Furthermore, the synchronous optimization of parameters in NES 1 and NES 2 is crucial for effectively controlling vibrations in the double-rod system. In real-world classification problems, it is important to build accurate prediction models and provide information that can improve decision-making. Decision-support tools are often based on network models, and this article uses information encoded by social networks to solve the problem of employer turnover. However, understanding the factors behind black-box prediction models can be challenging. Our question was about the predictability of employee turnover, given information from the multilayer network that describes collaborations and perceptions that assess the performance of organizations that indicate the success of cooperation. Our goal was to develop an accurate prediction procedure, preserve the interpretability of the classification, and capture the wide variety of specific reasons that explain positive cases. After a feature engineering, we identified variables with the best predictive power using decision trees and ranked them based on their added value considering their frequent co-occurrence. We applied the Random Forest using the SMOTE balancing technique for prediction. We calculated the SHAP values to identify the variables that contribute the most to individual predictions. In modern wireless communication systems, the scarcity of spectrum resources poses challenges to the performance and efficiency of the system. Spectrum prediction technology can help systems better plan and schedule resources to respond to the dynamic changes in spectrum. Dynamic change in the spectrum refers to the changes in the radio spectrum in a wireless communication system. It means that the available spectrum resources may change at different times and locations. In response to this current situation, this study first constructs a communication collaborative spectrum sensing model using channel aliasing dense connection networks. Then, combining convolutional neural network and gated cyclic unit network in deep learning technology, a communication spectrum prediction model is built. It aims to achieve accurate perception and prediction of spectrum resources through the aforementioned spectrum sensing and prediction models. The results confirm that the proposed perception model has inconsistent perception accuracy under different number of secondary users, with a maximum of 0.99. It is verified that the proposed spectrum prediction model achieves a high prediction accuracy of 0.95 within 208 s and its performance outperforms current similar models. The results are based on the model's deep learning analysis of massive historical communication data, in which the optimized shuffle dense net model plus convolutional gated recurrent unit model is the key to achieve fast and accurate prediction. On the contrary, the highest spectrum prediction accuracy of Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and Convolutional Neural Networks-Long Short-Term Memory (ConvLSTM) models are 0.86, 0.90, and 0.85, respectively. And the model needs to run for a longer period of time, up to 324, for ConvLSTM to reach the prediction accuracy value of 0.95. In summary, the perception and prediction model built by this research has good performance, and its application in the field of wireless communication can assist staff in better monitoring spectral changes, thereby making more efficient use of spectral resources. Early identification of high-risk metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) can offer patients access to novel therapeutic options and potentially decrease the risk of progression to cirrhosis. This study aimed to develop an explainable machine learning model for high-risk MASH prediction and compare its performance with well-established biomarkers. Data were derived from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Surveys (NHANES) 2017-March 2020, which included a total of 5281 adults with valid elastography measurements. We used a FAST score ≥ 0.35, calculated using liver stiffness measurement and controlled attenuation parameter values and aspartate aminotransferase levels, to identify individuals with high-risk MASH. We developed an ensemble-based machine learning XGBoost model to detect high-risk MASH and explored the model's interpretability using an explainable artificial intelligence SHAP method. The prevalence of high-risk MASH was 6.9%. Our XGBoost model achieved a high level of sensitivity (0.82), specificity (0.91), accuracy (0.90), and AUC (0.95) for identifying high-risk MASH. Our model demonstrated a superior ability to predict high-risk MASH vs. FIB-4, APRI, BARD, and MASLD fibrosis scores (AUC of 0.95 vs. 0.50, 0.50, 0.49 and 0.50, respectively). To explain the high performance of our model, we found that the top 5 predictors of high-risk MASH were ALT, GGT, platelet count, waist circumference, and age. We used an explainable ML approach to develop a clinically applicable model that outperforms commonly used clinical risk indices and could increase the identification of high-risk MASH patients in resource-limited settings. Breast cancer has rapidly increased in prevalence in recent years, making it one of the leading causes of mortality worldwide. Among all cancers, it is by far the most common. Diagnosing this illness manually requires significant time and expertise. Since detecting breast cancer is a time-consuming process, preventing its further spread can be aided by creating machine-based forecasts. Machine learning and Explainable AI are crucial in classification as they not only provide accurate predictions but also offer insights into how the model arrives at its decisions, aiding in the understanding and trustworthiness of the classification results. In this study, we evaluate and compare the classification accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 scores of five different machine learning methods using a primary dataset (500 patients from Dhaka Medical College Hospital). Five different supervised machine learning techniques, including decision tree, random forest, logistic regression, naive bayes, and XGBoost, have been used to achieve optimal results on our dataset. Additionally, this study applied SHAP analysis to the XGBoost model to interpret the model's predictions and understand the impact of each feature on the model's output. We compared the accuracy with which several algorithms classified the data, as well as contrasted with other literature in this field. Atmospheric pollution significantly impacts the regional economy and human health, and its prediction has been increasingly emphasized. The performance of traditional prediction methods is limited due to the lack of historical data support in new atmospheric monitoring sites. Therefore, this paper proposes a two-stage attention mechanism model based on transfer learning (TL-AdaBiGRU). First, the first stage of the model utilizes a temporal distribution characterization algorithm to segment the air pollutant sequences into periods. It introduces a temporal attention mechanism to assign self-learning weights to the period segments in order to filter out essential period features. Then, in the second stage of the model, a multi-head external attention mechanism is introduced to mine the network's hidden layer key features. Finally, the adequate knowledge learned by the model at the source domain site is migrated to the new site to improve the prediction capability of the new site. The results show that (1) the model is modeled from the data distribution perspective, and the critical information within the sequence of periodic segments is mined in depth. (2) The model employs a unique two-stage attention mechanism to capture complex nonlinear relationships in air pollutant data. (3) Compared with the existing models, the mean absolute error (MAE), root mean square error (RMSE), and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of the model decreased by 14%, 13%, and 4%, respectively, and the prediction accuracy was greatly improved. Although intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG)-resistant Kawasaki disease (KD) presents with persistent inflammatory stimulation of the blood vessels and an increased risk of coronary artery dilatation. However, the pathogenesis of this disease is unclear, with no established biomarkers to predict its occurrence. This study intends to explore the utility of S100A12/TLR2-related signaling molecules and clinical indicators in the predictive modeling of IVIG-resistant KD. The subjects were classified according to IVIG treatment response: 206 patients in an IVIG-sensitive KD group and 49 in an IVIG-resistant KD group. Real-time PCR was used to measure the expression of S100A12, TLR2, MYD88, and NF-κB in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients, while collecting demographic characteristics, clinical manifestations, and laboratory test results of KD children. Multi-factor binary logistic regression analysis identified procalcitonin (PCT) level (≥ 0.845 ng/mL), Na level (≤ 136.55 mmol/L), and the relative expression level of S100A12 (≥ 10.224) as independent risk factors for IVIG-resistant KD and developed a new scoring model with good predictive ability to predict the occurrence of IVIG-resistant KD. Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is a common complication in patients with lower extremity fractures. Once it occurs, it will seriously affect the quality of life and postoperative recovery of patients. Therefore, early prediction and prevention of DVT can effectively improve the prognosis of patients. This study constructed different machine learning models to explore their effectiveness in predicting DVT. Five prediction models were applied to the study, including Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) model, Logistic Regression (LR) model, RandomForest (RF) model, Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) model, and Support Vector Machine (SVM) model. Afterwards, the performance of the obtained prediction models was evaluated by area under the curve (AUC), accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, F1 score, and Kappa. The radiator with heat transfer capability is able to guarantee the stable operation of hydro generator set, while the long-term and continuous scouring on radiator pipes by cooling medium will lead to thinning or even perforation of pipe wall, which triggers wall failure. This paper analyzes and predicts the failure mechanism of radiator's pipe wall, and investigates the effects of water flow velocity, sand content and sand particle size on erosion damage of radiator pipe by establishing a test bench for pipe erosion. The results show that the increase of above parameters will lead to the increasing erosion rate, especially when the sand content is 1%, the velocity is 8 m/s and the sand particle size is 0.85 mm, the erosion damage will be particularly serious. Based on experimental data, BP and LSSVM models are employed to predict the pipe wall failure, and PSO algorithm is used to optimize the two models. The optimized PSO-BP has the highest accuracy with the mean absolute error (MAE) of 0.2070 and the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of 4.702%. The presence of water badly affects the moisture susceptibility of the reclaimed asphalt Foamed Bituminous Mix (FBM). The present study is mainly emphasized to assess the moisture susceptibility of reclaimed asphalt FBM, Where RAP is being incorporated as a replacement of fresh aggregates. Moisture susceptibility of the mix is evaluated in terms of tensile strength ratio (TSR) and resilient modulus ratio, subjected to different conditioning procedures namely AASHTO T283, modified IDOT, TG-2 guidelines, and MIST. Further data analytics and regression modeling are also carried out to determine the moisture susceptibility of the mix and to check the statistics among the variables. The findings show that the incorporation of RAP in the FBM improves moisture resistance. Further, FBM containing 100% RAP shows the least moisture susceptibility in terms of TSR and Mr ratio irrespective of any conditioning type. Moreover, MIST conditioning may be preferred to assess the moisture sensitivity as it simulates the field pore pressure effects. Further, mathematical analysis is carried out to predict the moisture susceptibility of mix. Adjusted R square coefficient indicates a better fit of the prediction model developed. Vibrations generated in the metro transport environment are mainly caused by, vibrations generated by the interaction between the metro and the track during operation. and the change of vibration factors will affect the normal operation of the subway. However, it is difficult to have a model that can achieve the characteristics of high accuracy, fast computing speed and wide range of use in the traditional metro rail transportation environment prediction. Therefore, this research uses database theory and machine learning algorithms to predict the vibration of subway transportation environment. The experimental results show that the average difference between the whole prediction value and the real value is 1.4 dB, of which the maximum difference error value is 0.29%, the maximum error difference is 8.2%, and the approximate value is 6.2 dB, and the four averages predicted in 40 m are relatively small as 1.6 dB, and the average error value of prediction ability between 40 and 100 m is 1.72 dB, and the experimental prediction value and real value are in good agreement. The agreement between the experimental prediction and the real value is very good. Rate of penetration (ROP) is a key factor in drilling optimization, cost reduction and drilling cycle shortening. Due to the systematicity, complexity and uncertainty of drilling operations, however, it has always been a problem to establish a highly accurate and interpretable ROP prediction model to guide and optimize drilling operations. To solve this problem in the Tarim Basin, this study proposes four categories of hybrid physics-machine learning (ML) methods for modeling. One of which is residual modeling, in which an ML model learns to predict errors or residuals, via a physical model; the second is integrated coupling, in which the output of the physical model is used as an input to the ML model; the third is simple average, in which predictions from both the physical model and the ML model are combined; and the last is bootstrap aggregating (bagging), which follows the idea of ensemble learning to combine different physical models' advantages. A total of 5655 real data points from the Halahatang oil field were used to test the performance of the various models. The results showed that the residual modeling model, with an R2 of 0.9936, had the best performance, followed by the simple average model and bagging with R2 values of 0.9394 and 0.5998, respectively. Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) is a leading global cause of mortality and morbidity. Improving long-term outcome predictions after thrombectomy can enhance treatment quality by supporting clinical decision-making. With the advent of interpretable deep learning methods in recent years, it is now possible to develop trustworthy, high-performing prediction models. This study introduces an uncertainty-aware, graph deep learning model that predicts endovascular thrombectomy outcomes using clinical features and imaging biomarkers. The model targets long-term functional outcomes, defined by the three-month modified Rankin Score (mRS), and mortality rates. A sample of 220 AIS patients in the anterior circulation who underwent endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) was included, with 81 (37%) demonstrating good outcomes (mRS ≤ 2). The performance of the different algorithms evaluated was comparable, with the maximum validation under the curve (AUC) reaching 0.87 using graph convolutional networks (GCN) for mRS prediction and 0.86 using fully connected networks (FCN) for mortality prediction. Moderate performance was obtained at admission (AUC of 0.76 using GCN), which improved to 0.84 post-thrombectomy and to 0.89 a day after stroke. Link prediction in complex networks aims to mine hidden or to-be-generated links between network nodes, which plays a significant role in fields such as the cold start of recommendation systems, knowledge graph completion and biomedical experiments. The existing link prediction models based on graph neural networks, such as graph convolution neural networks, often only learn the low-frequency information reflecting the common characteristics of nodes while ignoring the high-frequency information reflecting the differences between nodes when learning node representation, which makes the corresponding link prediction models show over smoothness and poor performance. Focusing on links in complex networks, this paper proposes an edge convolutional graph neural network EdgeConvHiF that fuses high-frequency node information to achieve the representation learning of links so that link prediction can be realized by implementing the classification of links. EdgeConvHiF can also be employed as a baseline, and extensive experiments on real-world benchmarks validate that EdgeConvHiF not only has high stability but also has more advantages than the existing representative baselines. Systemic inflammation and reciprocal organ interactions are associated with the pathophysiology of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). However, the clinical value, especially the diagnositc prediction power of inflammation and extra-cardiac organ dysfunction for HfpEF is not explored. In this cross-sectional study, 1808 hospitalized patients from January 2014 to June 2022 in ChiHFpEF cohort were totally enrolled according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. A diagnostic model with markers from routine blood test as well as liver and renal dysfunction for HFpEF was developed using data from ChiHFpEF-cohort by logistic regression and assessed by receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) and Brier score. Then, the model was validated by the tenfold cross-validation and presented as nomogram and a web-based online risk calculator as well. Multivariate and LASSO regression analysis revealed that age, hemoglobin, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, AST/ALT ratio, creatinine, uric acid, atrial fibrillation, and pulmonary hypertension were associated with HFpEF. The predictive model exhibited reasonably accurate discrimination (ROC, 0.753, 95% CI 0.732–0.772) and calibration (Brier score was 0.200). Subsequent internal validation showed good discrimination and calibration (AUC = 0.750, Brier score was 0.202). In additoin to participating in pathophysiology of HFpEF, inflammation and multi-organ interactions have diagnostic prediction value for HFpEF. Preterm birth is one of the most common obstetric complications in low- and middle-income countries, where access to advanced diagnostic tests and imaging is limited. Therefore, we developed and validated a simplified risk prediction tool to predict preterm birth based on easily applicable and routinely collected characteristics of pregnant women in the primary care setting. We used a logistic regression model to develop a model based on the data collected from 481 pregnant women. Model accuracy was evaluated through discrimination (measured by the area under the Receiver Operating Characteristic curve; AUC) and calibration (via calibration graphs and the Hosmer–Lemeshow goodness of fit test). Internal validation was performed using a bootstrapping technique. A simplified risk score was developed, and the cut-off point was determined using the "Youden index" to classify pregnant women into high or low risk for preterm birth. The incidence of preterm birth was 19.5% (95% CI:16.2, 23.3) of pregnancies. The final prediction model incorporated mid-upper arm circumference, gravidity, history of abortion, antenatal care, comorbidity, intimate partner violence, and anemia as predictors of preeclampsia. The AUC of the model was 0.687 (95% CI: 0.62, 0.75). The calibration plot demonstrated a good calibration with a p-value of 0.713 for the Hosmer–Lemeshow goodness of fit test. The model can identify pregnant women at high risk of preterm birth. It is applicable in daily clinical practice and could contribute to the improvement of the health of women and newborns in primary care settings with limited resources. Monoamine oxidases (MAOs), specifically MAO-A and MAO-B, play important roles in the breakdown of monoamine neurotransmitters. Therefore, MAO inhibitors are crucial for treating various neurodegenerative disorders, including Parkinson's disease (PD), Alzheimer's disease (AD), and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). In this study, we developed a novel cheminformatics pipeline by generating three diverse molecular feature-based machine learning-assisted quantitative structural activity relationship (ML-QSAR) models concerning MAO-B inhibition. PubChem fingerprints, substructure fingerprints, and one-dimensional (1D) and two-dimensional (2D) molecular descriptors were implemented to unravel the structural insights responsible for decoding the origin of MAO-B inhibition in 249 non-reductant molecules. Based on a random forest ML algorithm, the final PubChem fingerprint, substructure fingerprint, and 1D and 2D molecular descriptor prediction models demonstrated significant robustness, with correlation coefficients of 0.9863, 0.9796, and 0.9852, respectively. The significant features of each predictive model responsible for MAO-B inhibition were extracted using a comprehensive variance importance plot (VIP) and correlation matrix analysis. The final predictive models were further developed as a web application, MAO-B-pred (https://mao-b-pred.streamlit.app/), to allow users to predict the bioactivity of molecules against MAO-B. Molecular docking and dynamics studies were conducted to gain insight into the atomic-level molecular interactions between the ligand-receptor complexes. Wireless traffic prediction is vital for intelligent cellular network operations, such as load-aware resource management and predictive control. Traditional centralized training addresses this but poses issues like excessive data transmission, disregarding delays, and user privacy. Traditional federated learning methods can meet the requirement of jointly training models while protecting the privacy of all parties' data. However, challenges arise when the local data features among participating parties exhibit inconsistency, making the training process difficult to sustain. Our study introduces an innovative framework for wireless traffic prediction based on split learning (SL) and vertical federated learning. Multiple edge clients collaboratively train high-quality prediction models by utilizing diverse traffic data while maintaining the confidentiality of raw data locally. Each participant individually trains dimension-specific prediction models with their respective data, and the outcomes are aggregated through collaboration. The World Health Organization has highlighted that cancer was the second-highest cause of death in 2019. This research aims to present the current forecasting techniques found in the literature, applied to predict time-series cancer incidence and then, compare these results with the current methodology adopted by the Instituto Nacional do Câncer (INCA) in Brazil. A set of univariate time-series approaches is proposed to aid decision-makers in monitoring and organizing cancer prevention and control actions. Additionally, this can guide oncological research towards more accurate estimates that align with the expected demand. Forecasting techniques were applied to real data from seven types of cancer in a Brazilian district. Each method was evaluated by comparing its fit with real data using the root mean square error, and we also assessed the quality of noise to identify biased models. Notably, three methods proposed in this research have never been applied to cancer prediction before. The data were collected from the INCA website, and the forecast methods were implemented using the R language. Conducting a literature review, it was possible to draw comparisons previous works worldwide to illustrate that cancer prediction is often focused on breast and lung cancers, typically utilizing a limited number of time-series models to find the best fit for each case. Additionally, in comparison to the current method applied in Brazil, it has been shown that employing more generalized forecast techniques can provide more reliable predictions. By evaluating the noise in the current method, this research shown that the existing prediction model is biased toward two of the studied cancers Comparing error results between the mentioned approaches and the current technique, it has been shown that the current method applied by INCA underperforms in six out of seven types of cancer tested. Moreover, this research identified that the current method can produce a biased prediction for two of the seven cancers evaluated. The aim of this study was to formulate a concise nutritional risk prediction model for prompt assessment by oncology medical personnel, facilitating the effective identification of hepatocellular carcinoma patients at an elevated nutritional risk. Retrospective cohort data were collected from hepatocellular carcinoma patients who met the study's inclusion and exclusion criteria between March 2021 and April 2022. The patients were categorized into two groups: a normal nutrition group and a malnutrition group based on body composition assessments. Subsequently, the collected data were analyzed, and predictive models were constructed, followed by simplification. A total of 220 hepatocellular carcinoma patients were included in this study, and the final model incorporated four predictive factors: age, tumor diameter, TNM stage, and anemia. The area under the ROC curve for the short-term nutritional risk prediction model was 0.990 [95% CI (0.966–0.998)]. Further simplification of the scoring rule resulted in an area under the ROC curve of 0.986 [95% CI (0.961, 0.997)]. The developed model provides a rapid and efficient approach to assess the short-term nutritional risk of hepatocellular carcinoma patients. The vibration of tunnel boring machine (TBM) is very difficult to monitor on sites, and related research on prediction methods is rare. Based on the field tunnelling test of a TBM in the Xinjiang Ehe project, the vibration information of the main beam of the TBM under different surrounding rock conditions is collected. The relationships among the tunnelling parameters, surrounding rock parameters and vibration parameters were studied. The results show that the penetration, cutter head speed, torque and thrust are important parameters affecting TBM vibration. In addition, the field penetration index and cutter head driving power index are significantly related to the root mean square of acceleration. Based on this, a multiple regression prediction model of TBM vibration is established. The model was verified and analysed via field projects, and the relative prediction error was less than 12%. This method can be used to predict the vibration of a TBM in real time through characteristic parameters without the use of a traditional monitoring system. Excess water production is one of the challenges that can cause several operational and economic problems. In this work, a comprehensive study of the PPG swelling in the presence of monovalent and divalent ions was conducted. Then, a comprehensive and practical mathematical modified fractal grow (MFG) model that can calculate the amount of PPG swelling in different salinities overtime was introduced. The output of the model was compared with the experimental data and showed a matching of about 80%. The viscosity of the PPGs at various shear rates was studied and matched with the cross-viscosity model. To assess the thermal stability of the particle gels. The TGA result represented the 10% of weight loss up to the reservoir temperature. In the following, core flooding tests with different injection scenarios were conducted. The oil recovery for the water and water/PPG/water scenarios were 39.5% and 71.5%, respectively. Eventually, the relative permeability curves were plotted using the Corey approach, and the effect of the PPG injection on the relative permeability curves was shown. Compared to non-connected vehicle environments, the connected vehicle environment establishes vehicle interconnection through communication technologies, resulting in more complex interaction, network topologies, and large-scale inputs. This complexity renders traditional trajectory prediction models, which rely primarily on inputting historical information of the target vehicle, inadequate for handling the complex and dynamic interactive lane-changing scenarios in connected vehicle environments. In a connected vehicle environment, it is necessary to propose a more targeted and stable lane-changing behavior prediction method based on vehicle traveling characteristics. Taking into account dynamic spatial interaction among vehicles, this study proposes a multi-modality trajectory prediction model called STA-LSTM to perform analysis on the potential interactive behaviors among vehicles under connected vehicle lane-changing scenarios, and specifically to expand the multi-modality feature input of the vehicle trajectory prediction model. The spatial grid occupancy method is used to model the interactions between vehicles. A space-dimensional attention mechanism is introduced to adaptively match the influencing weights of the surrounding vehicles with the target vehicle and to improve the interactive information extraction method. In addition, the attention module is incorporated into the LSTM decoder from the time dimension so that the established model can identify significant historical hidden features during each trajectory decoding process. To account for the uncertainty of trajectory prediction, the vectors of vehicle interactions are incorporated into contextual information to improve the reliability of prediction results and the robustness of the established model. Compared with conventional baseline models, the proposed model exhibited lower root mean square error (RMSE) and negative log-likelihood (NLL) values, and the RMSE values at different prediction times of 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, and 5s are 0.46m, 1.15m, 1.89m, 2.84m, and 4.05m, respectively. Radiomic datasets can be class-imbalanced, for instance, when the prevalence of diseases varies notably, meaning that the number of positive samples is much smaller than that of negative samples. In these cases, the majority class may dominate the model's training and thus negatively affect the model's predictive performance, leading to bias. Therefore, resampling methods are often utilized to class-balance the data. However, several resampling methods exist, and neither their relative predictive performance nor their impact on feature selection has been systematically analyzed. In this study, we aimed to measure the impact of nine resampling methods on radiomic models utilizing a set of fifteen publicly available datasets regarding their predictive performance. Furthermore, we evaluated the agreement and similarity of the set of selected features. Our results show that applying resampling methods did not improve the predictive performance on average. On specific datasets, slight improvements in predictive performance (+ 0.015 in AUC) could be seen. A considerable disagreement on the set of selected features was seen (only 28.7% of features agreed), which strongly impedes feature interpretability. The emergence of collaborations, which standardize and combine multiple clinical databases across different regions, provide a wealthy source of data, which is fundamental for clinical prediction models, such as patient-level predictions. With the aid of such large data pools, researchers are able to develop clinical prediction models for improved disease classification, risk assessment, and beyond. To fully utilize this potential, Machine Learning (ML) methods are commonly required to process these large amounts of data on disease-specific patient cohorts. As a consequence, the Observational Health Data Sciences and Informatics (OHDSI) collaborative develops a framework to facilitate the application of ML models for these standardized patient datasets by using the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) common data model (CDM). In this study, we compare the feasibility of current web-based OHDSI approaches, namely ATLAS and "Patient-level Prediction" (PLP), against a native solution (R based) to conduct such ML-based patient-level prediction analyses in OMOP. This will enable potential users to select the most suitable approach for their investigation. Each of the applied ML solutions was individually utilized to solve the same patient-level prediction task. Both approaches went through an exemplary benchmarking analysis to assess the weaknesses and strengths of the PLP R-Package. In this work, the performance of this package was subsequently compared versus the commonly used native R-package called Machine Learning in R 3 (mlr3), and its sub-packages. The approaches were evaluated on performance, execution time, and ease of model implementation. The results show that the PLP package has shorter execution times, which indicates great scalability, as well as intuitive code implementation, and numerous possibilities for visualization. However, limitations in comparison to native packages were depicted in the implementation of specific ML classifiers (e.g., Lasso), which may result in a decreased performance for real-world prediction problems. The findings here contribute to the overall effort of developing ML-based prediction models on a clinical scale and provide a snapshot for future studies that explicitly aim to develop patient-level prediction models in OMOP CDM. We propose a deep multi-stream model for left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) prediction in 2D echocardiographic (2DE) examinations. We use four standard 2DE views as model input, which are automatically selected from the full 2DE examination. The LVEF prediction model processes eight streams of data (images + optical flow) and consists of convolutional neural networks terminated with transformer layers. The model is made robust to missing, misclassified and duplicate views via pre-training, sampling strategies and parameter sharing. The model is trained and evaluated on an existing clinical dataset (12,648 unique examinations) with varying properties in terms of quality, examining physician, and ultrasound system. We report R 2 = 0.84 and mean absolute error = 4.0% points for the test set. When evaluated on two public benchmarks, the model performs on par or better than all previous attempts on fully automatic LVEF prediction. This study introduces an innovative approach to enhance the energy efficiency and position control performance of electro-hydraulic systems, employing a comprehensive comparative analysis. It presents and evaluates three control techniques: Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) control, Model Predictive Control (MPC), and Neural Network Model Predictive Control (NN-MPC). These methods are systematically assessed across varying load conditions. Notably, our research unequivocally establishes the exceptional performance of the NN-MPC approach, even when confronted with load variations. Furthermore, the study conducts an exhaustive examination of energy consumption by comparing a conventional system, where a flow control valve is not utilized as a hydraulic cylinder bypass, with a proposed system that employs a fully open Flow Control Valve (FCV). The present research study aimed to examine three different herb extract's effects on the discoloration rate of fresh-cut pear slices using an image analysis technique. Pear slices were sprayed and dip-coated with Ocimum basilicum, Origanum vulgare, and Camellia sinensis (0.1 g/ml) extract solution. During 15 days storage period with three days intervals, all sprayed/dip-coated pear slices were analyzed for the quality attribute (TA) and color parameters notably a*, b*, hue angle (H*), lightness (L*), and total color change (ΔE). Further, order kinetic models were used to observe the color changes and to predict the shelf-life. The results obtained showed that the applicability of image analysis helped to predict the discoloration rate, and it was better fitted to the first-order (FO) kinetic model (R2 ranging from 0.87 to 0.99). Based on the kinetic model, color features ΔE and L* was used to predict the shelf-life as they had high regression coefficient values. Thus, the findings obtained from the kinetic study demonstrated Camellia sinensis (assamica) extract spray-coated pear slices reported approximately 28.63- and 27.95-days shelf-stability without much discoloration compared with all other types of surface coating.
