A Aids é uma doença causada pelo HIV, que ataca o sistema imunológico. O termo "grupo de risco" foi substituído por "comportamentos de risco", como sexo desprotegido e compartilhamento de agulhas. No Brasil, a maioria dos casos de HIV ainda ocorre entre homens. Objetivo: analisar o perfil epidemiológico da população masculina que vive com HIV/Aids, correlacionar as variáveis raça-etnia com a escolaridade e a forma de transmissão da doença com a orientação sexual. Metodologia: estudo epidemiológico descritivo, transversal, retrospectivo, de abordagem quantitativa, através de análise dos prontuários. Os dados foram analisados através de método estatístico descritivo, utilizando média para as variáveis numéricas e frequência absoluta, relativa e percentual para as variáveis nominais. Resultados: foram analisados 270 prontuários, onde constatou-se que a população apresenta as seguintes características: idade entre 21 e 30 anos, solteiros, homossexuais, de raça/cor parda, ensino médio completo e a principal forma de transmissão do HIV por via sexual. Conclusão: houve um aumento no número de casos notificados no ano de 2021, período pós-pandemia, sendo que tais resultados auxiliam no delineamento do perfil epidemiológico da doença, contribuindo nas decisões e estratégias para o diagnóstico situacional da região estudada. Constatou-se também que na população masculina o HIV/Aids ainda é uma infecção que afeta majoritariamente homossexuais.

Verificar se a implementação da assistência interprofissional durante a reabilitação cardiovascular contribuiu para a redução do tempo de internação dos pacientes submetidos à cirurgia cardíaca. Estudo observacional, transversal, a partir de consulta em prontuários em um hospital de referência no centro oeste brasileiro, durante o mês de janeiro de 2020. Os dados foram armazenados no programa Epi Info 7.2, por meio de dupla digitação. As análises foram realizadas a partir da estatística descritiva, obtendo frequência simples e percentual para as variáveis nominais, e mínima, máxima e média para as variáveis contínuas. Foram acessados 42 prontuários de pacientes submetidos à cirurgia cardiovascular, previamente à implementação da assistência interprofissional, e 50 prontuários de pacientes submetidos à intervenção cirúrgica em questão, após a implementação da assistência interprofissional. Em síntese, houve impacto positivo da implementação da assistência interprofissional para a redução do tempo de internação dos pacientes submetidos à cirúrgica cardiovascular.

Trata-se de uma pesquisa documental descritiva, de abordagem qualitativa, com o objetivo geral de descrever a inclusão do tema Processo de Morte e Morrer nos Projetos Pedagógicos de Curso e Planos de Ensino dos cursos de graduação em Enfermagem da Região Sul do Brasil. Como objetivo de descrever a inclusão do tema Processo de Morte e Morrer nos Projetos Pedagógicos dos Cursos e Planos de Ensino dos cursos de graduação em Enfermagem da Região Sul do Brasil. O estudo teve como cenário 10 instituições que disponibilizaram material via e-mail e 09 que possuem os materiais disponíveis em domínio público. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de pesquisa em documentos no período de agosto a setembro de 2014. Para ordenação e organização dos dados, utilizou-se a análise de conteúdo. A proposta segue os preceitos éticos da Resolução n° 466/12 do Conselho Nacional de Saúde, foi avaliada e aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul. As informações, deram origem a três categorias relacionadas ao tema: Componente Curricular específico sobre o Processo de Morte e Morrer; Cuidados Paliativos e o manejo com pacientes terminais; Espiritualidade, Crenças Culturais e Religiosas sobre o PMM. Essas categorias mostram que o PMM é relacionado à religião, espiritualidade e cuidados paliativos nos CCRs. Outro fator relevante é que a abordagem da temática é escassa e utiliza metodologias de forma tecnicista e mecânica, quando o mesmo necessita de um olhar humanístico e subjetivo. Conclui-se que há necessidade de explorar essa temática que tem precária evolução. A reforma curricular é algo pontal para o avanço do PMM na formação do enfermeiro.

Demonstrar as experiências acerca do papel do enfermeiro no setor de pronto socorro de um Hospital referência do Oeste de Santa Catarina, por acadêmicas do curso de enfermagem. Relato de experiência embasado na vivência de acadêmicas do curso de graduação em Enfermagem pela UFFS em unidade de pronto socorro. Tornou-se possível identificar que o profissional de enfermagem possui um papel de extrema importância neste setor de urgência e emergência, onde exige responsabilidade, conhecimento e organização, tanto na assistência quanto na gestão. Tendo em vista de que a demanda por este serviço cresce a cada dia e que inúmeras situações surgem neste contexto, ter uma equipe qualificada contribui para o bom andamento da unidade e bom prognóstico para aos pacientes. Ainda, para atingir bons resultados, tornam-se necessárias a realização de capacitações e educações permanentes para a equipe, a fim de aperfeiçoar e atualizar seus conhecimentos para melhor atender a população que necessita deste serviço. A extrema diversidade e complexidade da demanda desse setor exige que o enfermeiro assuma diversos papéis, de gestor, articulador, comunicador e líder, para que em conjunto de sua equipe desenvolva todas as dimensões do cuidado.

the present study aims to understand how nursing professionals develop their care activities in face of the victim of recurrent acute myocardial infarction in the discharge process from the specialized intensive care unit. It is a research with a qualitative approach anchored in the methodological precepts of Convergent Care Research (PCA), articulating intervention and assistance, divided into two complementary phases, with five professionals working in the coronary intensive care unit of a hospital in the south of Mato Grosso . The data were collected through interviews with the use of a semi-structured script prepared by the authors. From the transcription of the interviews, categories of analysis emerged: “The development of technical knowledge and the execution of routine” and “Praxis and the need for advances in scientific nursing knowledge”. In addition to the assistance aspect, it was possible to understand, through the statements made explicit throughout the study, the absence of the professional nurse in the care process, since they were mentioned in a correlated way with the institutional routines and not as the main agents that propagate health care. care and guidance, especially at discharge from the unit. Thus, it is suggested the planning of the discharge process of the unit, with proper structuring capable of showing the interprofessionality between the care teams working in the unit, and in the context of nursing, its technical-scientific role.

This study aims to identify the production of the last ten years about the Care of Nursing in Intensive Therapy Units Paediatric in Brazil. This is a review of the literature, the inclusion criteria were: articles available in full text, in Portuguese, published in the last ten years considering the period between January 2008 to January 2018, and indexed in the database BDENF. Were selected 11 articles and analyzed by means of analysis of thematic content. This has emerged the category of “Malpractice and negligence in nursing care in the intensive care unit”. Has been identified as the care exercised by the nursing teams have been overlooked and as the clumsiness is present in this assistance. Concludes that it is necessary a continuous training of the professional of nursing, as well as, studies that provide methods of awareness-raising in this context, in addition to the application in practice of the Code of Ethics of the Nursing Professionals.

This is a qualitative-descriptive, under the framework of phenomenological analysis in Ales Bello, as a way to understand and analyze the human being in its totality - physical, mental and spiritual. The study was conducted with ten patients at the centre of oncology of a hospital in the north of Mato Grosso. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews. In the present study revealed that patients with cancer show they belong to a diversity of religions. The patients mean the religion as a means of support and sustenance critical in moments of pain and suffering caused by cancer and its treatment. Perceive the religious community as a spiritual support, being able to share feelings, conflicts and your pain. It was possible to infer that the faith can be linked to the treatment of cancer the participants to associate the treatment to some kind of therapy religious.

Data collection was performed with six truck drivers, based on a semi-structured road map, which were then in traffic on the BR 163 highway, in the urban perimeter north of Mato Grosso. To analyze the data, we used the Bardin Content Analysis, emerging two analytical categories that evidenced the studied phenomenon. The study followed the precepts of resolution nº466 / 2012, with the ethical opinion nº154, favorable to the beginning of the research. Truck drivers have shown that they know about the harm caused by the use of amphetamines; however, knowing about this drug does not prevent them from continuing to use, due to the need to meet deadlines and guarantee the family's livelihood. It was noticed that the use of amphetamines during the working day became recurrent in the discourse of the interviewees, however, this one transfer the use always to another. It is suggested that health policies be expanded to assist truck drivers in order to promote health promotion and prevention, as well as the risks inherent in the indiscriminate use of amphetamines.

At any moment in history, the work takes different forms depending on the modes of production, and only human beings are able to create and recreate it. The aim of this paper was to analyze the conceptions that undergraduate nursing students have about the profession at the beginning of the course and relate these concepts to the precariousness of work in nursing. We used the field research methodology, with a qualitative approach, we conducted semi-structured interviews with incoming students in the undergraduate nursing course at a Federal Higher Education Institution (HEI), and the sample had a total of 9 interviewees, which were Analyzed through Content Analysis, and used historical dialectical materialism as a reference for discussion, since through a historical and social interpretation of reality we proceed to correlate these conceptions. Thus, the following results emerged: "care as nursing object of work" and "'improvisation or precarization of work in nursing?". As results it was possible to verify how the vocational and aid conception may be related to the difficulty of the workers in fighting for working conditions and the close perceived relation of the capitalist mode of production to the forms of precariousness of work in health . New studies should indicate the need to deepen the theme and thus make it possible to overcome the characteristic limits of this profession.

We selected 13 articles for the composition of the study and after reading in full of these, 01 article was excluded for not meeting the criteria of inclusion being held reading a total of 12. In this integrative review articles 11 are search and revision 1, and 11 were produced coauthored by nurses, these first article was produced in the year 2006, 1 out 2008, 2 in 2009, 2 in 2011, 3 in 2013, 2 in 2014 and 1 in 2015, focusing on the North and South of the country. The study aims to identify the factors, which influence positively and negatively the implementation of public policies geared to the needs in scope of mobile, found in the publications of brazilian researchers since the implementation of the National Policy of Attention to the Emergency room in Brazil. This is a study of Integrative Literature Review. Composing the basis of methodology, have been used official documents to guide the findings that comprised the conceptual bases of the study and to guide the Integrative Review were used publications that report on the issue in question respecting all steps of the protocol review. The results show the changes in the organizational structure of the Service Mobile Emergency, given the regionalization as something positive for the growth of this service modality and discuss prematurely early articulation between the sectors that make up the public health system in Brazil. In conclusion, the policies of attention to the urgencies, in particular within mobile, have favored beneficially all of the users who require this type of care, in the meantime, make the necessary reflections about this theme in the attempt of a better understanding of the regionalization process and coordination among the municipalities that will offer the mobile care so as to ensure continuity of care through the mechanisms of reference and counter-reference
