Ternary I–III–VI quantum dots (QDs) of chalcopyrite semiconductors exhibit excellent optical properties in solar cells. In this study, ternary chalcopyrite CuGaS2nanocrystals (2–5 nm) were one-pot anchored on TiO2nanoparticles (TiO2@CGS) without any long ligand. The solar cell with TiO2@CuGaS2/N719 has a power conversion efficiency of 7.4%, which is 23% higher than that of monosensitized dye solar cell. Anchoring CuGaS2QDs on semiconductor nanoparticles to form QDs/dye co-sensitized solar cells is a promising and feasible approach to enhance light absorption, charge carrier generation as well as to facilitate electron injection comparing to conventional mono-dye sensitized solar cells. 三元I-III-VI族黄铜矿量子点作为太阳电池的敏化剂表现出优异的光学性质. 我们采用一步法将2-5纳米的三元黄铜矿CuGaS2量子点铆钉在TiO2纳米颗粒上, 不通过任何有机分子作为链接制备出了TiO2@CGS复合材料. 研究发现量子点和染料TiO2@CuGaS2/N719共敏化太阳电池效率达到7.4%, 相对于单敏化染料太阳电池而言,其电池效率提高了23%. CuGaS2量子点铆钉在半导体纳米颗粒增强了共敏化太阳电池的光吸收能力、 增加了电荷载流子数量, 促进了电子有效注入, 具有十分广阔的应用空间.
