Abstract

The article presents a research report on ocean-induced melt volume directly paces ice loss from Pine Island Glacier. Topics include Pine Island Glacier over the next two centuries given anticipated levels of ocean warming; and evaluate sensitivity to melt distribution, each simulation used a prescribed shelf-integrated melt total, with a randomly generated, depth-parameterized spatial distribution.
