The article reports on the new study being conducted by the University of Nottingham in England regarding the impact of business organization and culture on worker health and well-being. According to the school, over 500,000 people in Great Britain are reported to become ill for work-related stress in 2006 and 2007. Researcher Maria Karanika-Murray said few studies have been undertaken on the impact of organizational factor to the productivity of workers.
