Abstract

Preparation of ruthenium( iii) and rhodium( iii) tris-acetylacetonates and palladium( ii) bisketoiminate (Pd(i-acac)) under microwave irradiation using different synthetic conditions, both in the solid-phase and in solution, was studied with precise control of parameters. In the solid-phase systems, the preparation of the target product was hindered. The efficiency of the microwave heating increased when liquid phases of the reagent mixtures were used. For Pd(i-acac), the highest yield was achieved under elevated temperature of the process, with the reaction time decreasing to several minutes. A laboratory procedure for the microwave synthesis of ruthenium( iii) and rhodium( iii) tris-acetylacetonates and palladium( ii) bis-ketoiminate in aqueous solutions was developed, which allowed us to obtain them in 85, 55, and 80% yields, respectively. Abstract

Two approaches to the preparation of mannose-containing neoglycolipid, designed for development of nonviral targeted delivery system for transfer of nucleic acids into antigen-presenting cells, were described. They differed from each other in the binding of the targeting ligand and the lipid anchor, which was effected either through the formation of an amide bond or via the chemoselective binding agent 3,4-diethoxycyclobut-3-ene-1,2-dione. 1.2,9-Dioxa-1-azabicyclo[4.3.0]nonane derivatives can exist in a conformation with a trans coupling of the rings.2.A trans coupling of the rings is realized in the primary nucleophilic substitution products of the nitro group in the 6-nitro-2,9-dioxa-1-azabicyclo[4.3.0]nonane series, which, via a conformation transformation, changes to cis coupling.
