We have studied antitumor effects of a new pharmaceutical composition with improved bioavailability containing 3,3’-diindolylmethane (DIM) by in vitro modelling. Cytotoxicity of the test substance was determined by MTT assay. Pharmaceutical composition based on DIM inhibits the growth of tumor cell lines of endometrial cancer CRL-1622 (IC50 = 41,9 µM) and HTB-113 (IC50 = 52,2 µM). Results of the study allow to recommend the further investigation of antitumor activity in vivo .

In normal cell apoptosis and proliferation are strictly controlled by intra- and extracell mechanisms. These signals interfere with cell pathways through cell receptors, estrogen, progesterone, HER2/neu receptors in the case of breast cancer. Expression of apoptotic and proliferative genes is different in breast cancer depending on hormonal status. Besides correlation analysis shows different role of cell receptors in proliferation control in normal and breast tissue.

We analyzed clinic morphological peculiarities of hyperplastic processes in endometrium of patients during menopausal period and educed molecular and cellular nosotropic determinants of illness; presented evaluation of efficiency of immunihistochemistry of biomolecular markers of proliferation and apoptosis (Ki67, р27, р53 и cyclin E), and also receptor status of endometrium. The author detected relationship between the contents of markers and morphological form of hyperplastic process.

Caspase-3 and caspase-8 activity in right ventricular myocardial cells of rabbits with experimental arterial hypertension (AH) was investigated. Caspase-3 activity significantly increased at 2 and 4 weeks after modeling of AH. Obtained data demonstrated increased apoptosis in right ventricular myocardial cells in experimental arterial hypertension. Absence of significant increasing of caspase-8 activity indicates the predominance of intrinsic apoptogenic signals.

On the basis of experimental research we described nine typical (nonspecific) responses of the damaged heart which are initially protective and adaptive but are able to have a pathogenetic character under some certain conditions. These typical responses are as follows: shortening of the effective refractory period of the myocardium, cardiomyocyte mitochondrion swelling, activation of lysosomal apparatus, initial intensification of lipolysis, hypertrophy of cardiac muscle, formation of collagen muffs around blood vessels due to intoxication, functional deafferentation of the heart, changes in the intensity of cardiomyocyte apoptosis, rearrangement of cardiac chronostructure. The represented results can be used as a basis to elaborate some new effective methods of prophilaxis and treatment of heart diseases caused by different etiological factors.

The study of researching is to examine the role of opiates and channels of plasma and mitochondrial membrane of kidney cells in the development of apoptosis. In this experiment rats were used white-male mice of sixteen-eighteen weeks of age. Animals were formed renal tubular injury with help of two models - ischemic and «glitserolnoy» (intramuscular introduction of 50% solution of glitserol). Expressions of CD95 receptors on the leukocytes in patients with HSV-1,2 infection as well as on the cervical cells was decreased (р < 0,05). No significant changes of expression of CD95 receptor in patients with cytomegalovirus were revealed.

In work are studied concentration of the factor некроза tumours-α (FNO-α) and soluble form Fas-liganda (sFas, sFasL) in whey of blood by a method immunoferment analysis (IFA) at persons with herpetic and pappilomavirus infection different cancer risk. Concentration increase FNO-α is revealed at all infections investigated by us, correlating with disease severity level. Level sFasL is lowered in group of patients with ВПЧ 16,18-types, that is with high онкогенным risk.
