This article has as main objective to research the challenges found in the adaptability of people in the midst of the new coronavirus pandemic and how the company is managing and developing these people for a promising result. This study is carried out through the analysis of articles published in the SCIELO database in the space of time (January 2020 to January 2021), based on the Google academic search system. According to the knowledge acquired by reading these articles, we realized that currently the search for development within the company is essential to remain with the staff, we also realized that with the current pandemic, people in the organization had to adapt to the new work clothes and with that his behavior with the company has also been changed. Some companies had their performance of both profitability and development of people above average, even with the country's current financial problem. The study aims to analyze the antecedents: size, age, innovation, return on assets, return on equity and financial leverage better explain the organizational slack of the 100 smaller companies listed on the BM&FBovespa in the period from 2010 to 2013. It is verified that Recoverable slack shows the highest average in all analyzed years. While the available and potential slack slightly rise over the period. The present work presents the results of a research carried out in 2015 with eighteen scholars from the 8th phase of the Administration course of the University Center for the Development of the Upper Vale do Itajaí - UNIDAVI of the city of Presidente Getúlio - SC, where it was sought to research the Presence of the organizational communication in the work environments of the researched ones and if it is necessary.
