The accidents in which autonomous vehicles have been involved, and the legal problems arising from these events are the subject of this work. If we take into account the volume of vehicles that travel daily on our roads, as well as the number of accidents, we can intuit the negative consequences of the implementation of an autonomous technology without previously having a legal regime adapted to these new risks. This work therefore aims to focus on the possible legal resources to solve the regulatory mismatch, --related to the civil liability regime--, analyzing, on the one hand, current traditional systems and, on the other, various innovative systems proposed from different areas.
