This is an exploratory study in which we investigate some epistemic interfaces and practices of Communication/Education. These interfaces and practices are linked to the possibility of rescue / strengthening of observation and listening skills as reducing elements of the concerns that rose during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially with regard to basic formal education. Therefore, we reflect on implications / choices / contingencies related to Covid-19 which involve social actors in communicativeeducational interactions, with emphasis on epistemic and praxiological concerns typical of basic schooling. To do so, we build theoretical approach around the subject-technologiesdisruptive moment relationship, combining it with the examination of five articles written by Brazilian researchers/educators from different regions, published in 2020, in search of data on emergency education in Brazil during the pandemic.
