The qualitative methodology used in the area of medical research is a paradigm shift in the approach to health care processes in order to establish an evaluation from a more comprehensive and greater depth of knowledge of socio-cultural aspects of the individuals and their environment. Qualitative research was managed initially in disciplines such as anthropology, sociology and psychology. However, at present, qualitative methods in health sciences act as a complement to traditional epidemiological-statistical methods, allowing a change in the way we perceive and conducting scientific research, based on the use of procedures for interpreting thoughts, instead of applying statistical methods for calculating probabilities. The object of the present study is to explain the process of conformation of the labour pursuit against the women in the institutions and organizations. This way, it is about giving to know a type of violence that it sometimes arises in a subtle way but the psychological and physique impact is irreversible. The women register multiple experiences of different types of pursuit, as long as they are subject to diverse forms of gender oppression described historically and they live pursuit most often in the work that is not always necessarily sexual. Mobbing, whose translation of the English language to Spanish is not so specific, it makes allusion to a kind of group pursuit that it is subtle and that it is increased in intensity until leaving men and women physically and emotionally disabled. The mobbing or harassment psychological labor is being increased daily in Mexican labor atmospheres. So that mobbing is developed, it is crossed by different stages in which the harassed one can undergo severe familiar psychological damages that will be reflected in their interpersonal relations and of that soon it is not so easy to recover.
