Objective: To analyze the strategies used by nurses at a university hospital to ensure continuity of care at hospital discharge for patients recovered from Covid-19, under the angle of the principles of clinical management., Method: A descriptive study with a qualitative approach, carried out with seven nurses on duty in the medical and gynecology/obstetrics clinics of a university hospital in the Midwest region of the country. The data was processed using IRaMuTeQ software and analyzed using Content Analysis., Results: The data resulted in five classes by the Descending Hierarchical Classification (DHC), which made up two categories: "Practices developed by nurses for continuity of care in the hospital environment" and "Continuity of care during discharge to the home". The strategies used by the nurses were: daily care systematized in the nursing process and guidance both for preparation and for the day of discharge., Conclusion: The absence of an institutional protocol for safe discharge, as well as the position of nurse coordinator to manage the discharge of patients with Covid-19, can compromise the continuity of care for these patients.

Objective: To investigate the correlation between dispositional mindfulness, emotional regulation and perceived stress and to verify factors associated with dispositional mindfulness among nursing students., Method: A correlational, cross-sectional study with public undergraduate students. The following instruments were used: Mindful Attention Awareness Scale, Emotional Regulation Questionnaire and Perceived Stress Scale. Analyzes were performed using t tests, Pearson's correlation and multiple linear regression., Results: The study included 330 students. There was no correlation between dispositional mindfulness and general emotional regulation score and/or perceived stress and a weak correlation with the emotional regulation dimension emotional suppression. Being in psychological treatment and psychoactive substance use were associated with decreased dispositional mindfulness. Age, sufficient sleep hours and emotional suppression were associated with an increase in this variable., Conclusion: There was a relationship between dispositional mindfulness only with emotional suppression, in addition to the connection of this variable with the perception of sufficient sleep hours, age, use of alcohol or psychoactive substances, undergoing psychological/psychiatric follow-up and emotional suppression.

Objective: To know the production of theoretical approaches on issues related to offshore work and the work of offshore nurses., Method: Integrative literature review conducted in the databases of LILACS, BDENF, MEDLINE, SciELO and Index PSI., Results: We selected 33 studies published in national and international journals between 1997 and 2014. The thematic analysis corpus resulted in four central themes: offshore work environment; amid work adversities, an escape; structuring of offshore health and safety services; in search of safe practices., Conclusion: This study contributes to the offshore work of nurses in relation to the nature of work, acting amid adversities and the restless search for safe practices in the open sea.
