The study case is a telecommunication provision service which uses a production measurement unity denominated Network Unit -- NU. Thus, the results are presented based on the time comparatively to the measurement used by the enterprise. In this way, with the solver tool application the enterprise has got new ways to measure the production. The analysis result in improvement in the initial distribution (UR and time) and provides more accurate values, which aid in the equivalent production attributions. It is concluded that the statistic tool used, especially the Solver or analog tools, can aid the production management process in telecommunication provision service enterprises. Through the application was possible to reduce the arbitrariness present on the equivalent production attributions to activities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
