Introduction: Integrative clinical hypnotherapy is an intervention that utilises naturally occurring trance states as the basis for a therapeutic approach that helps patients or clients to overcome their problems in a caring and compassionate way. Purpose: The aim of the current study is to explore the scientific evidence supporting the increased use of compassion and hypnotherapy as an intervention for psychophysiology-related problems. Methodology: This study is a qualitative study, collecting secondary data from the literature in order to provide a descriptive analysis of the evidence supporting the current trend toward the integration of compassion and hypnotherapy as an effective clinical intervention. The study engine proceeded with scoping 50 articles from the previous literature studies using electronic databases such as PubMed, psych-INFO, NCBI, and CINAH from 2010 to 2022 and collected various literature related to the study theme for its investigation. Results and implications: The study provides insights into the benefits of compassionate and integrative hypnotherapy in clinical intervention and intellectualises its current position in terms of scientific parameters and clinical intervention strength. Conclusion: The study brings new insights supporting the scientific evidence of a compassionate and integrative approach to clinical hypnotherapy which offers a newer science-based understanding of the way hypnosis affects the brain and thought processes. The study puts forward models for improved treatment outcomes that address the emotional or cognitive distress which is implacable in clinical intervention.

Neuroscience research has its origins in clinical application but is now emerging as a method to provide better understanding and insights into the cognitive-related aspects that affect people at work and in the workplace. Detailed observation highlights that not one day passes without the mass media referring to neuroscience as the solution to a variety of problems arising from non-clinical disciplines. A broad research approach into the many disciplines defined and prefixed by "neuro" is necessary in order to provide an in-depth understanding of the concepts that underlie such transformational disciplines as Nneuro-strategy, Neuro-leadership, Neuro-marketing, Neuro-economics, and Neuro-education. Purpose: The current study aims at determining a neuro-scientific strategy for conceptualizing healthier work outcomes based on human resource management. Methodology: This study is a qualitative study that uses secondary data from the literature and provides a descriptive analysis of the neuro-scientific approaches toward human resource management in order to predict better workplace outcomes. The method for completing the data search on the database used neuro-scientific predictions about, workers, work outcomes, neuroscientific management, and human resource management. Results and implications: The study demonstrates and intellectualises that neuro-scientific approaches would provide insights into human resource management which would bring about healthier work outcomes. The study results support the benefit of creating a structured method derived from classical methods of neuroscience in order to investigate a transformational neuroscientific approach and to better understand human responses and strengths through a neuroscientific approach. Conclusion: The study brings new insights to Human Resource Management at work that enhances the quality of Human Resource Management in the workplace.

Introduction: Depression is of global concern to clinicians, researchers and governments. This study seeks to review the benefits of including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) as an adjunctive treatment with antidepressants and to explore the role that physical exercise can offer as a treatment for depression. There is considerable literature available on the use of antidepressants with and without CBT. Various neurological studies have identified new roles which suggest the effectiveness of physical exercise as a supportive treatment against depressive symptoms. The production of endorphins can lead to the development of new neuronal growth which may be helpful in the restructuring of neurocognition and thereby protecting against depressive symptoms. Purpose: Current review study aims at scoping the efficacy of antidepressants with CBT and insightful neurocognitive views on the way physical exercise can restructure the cognition of depressive patients which would make the treatment more effective. Method: This literature review study engine proceeds by scoping 72 articles from the previous literature studies and medical news using electronic databases such as PubMed, Medical news, both clinical and the theoretical implications of these findings are discussed. The study also referred to other journals including Psych-INFO, NCBI, and CINAH from 2010 to 2022 which are analysed to draw insightful information concerning the use of antidepressants with CBT and physical exercises to increase the effective treatment for major depression. Conclusion: the current literature study evidences the enhanced efficacy of treatment for depression with CBT in the treatment of depression, its role in reducing relapse episodes of depression and residual symptoms and the efficacy of physical exercises in the treatment of depression. The implication of the study to place these findings in the larger context of treatment selection in managing residual symptoms, reducing the risk of relapse and neurocognitive changes through physical exercise in major depressive disorder (MDD).

There is a growing incidence of suicides in young people and it is now one of the leading causes of death among youth around the globe. The resulting trend of young avoidable deaths affects psychosocial and socio-economic factors worldwide requiring a renewed focus from a public mental health perspective. There is a need for insights and better understanding that can shed light on the risk factors that contributing to suicidal behaviour in youth. The purpose of this review is to provide an overview of the most important risk factors affecting young people during the latter part of childhood and adolescents and advancement in preventive and interventions. Review study is processed through scoping previous literature PubMed, CrossRef, Google Scholar, and PMC free articles ranging from 2010 to 2022. The overviewed evidences on suicidal risk among young youth\adolescents abled the researchers of this study to conceptualize and get insightful information’s suicidal risk amongst youth\adolescents in different perspectives, taking a background of socio-cultural, gender, age, mental disorders, personality traits, incidence of earlier suicide attempts, familial relationships, genetic, and neuropsychological factors which together produce an intolerable psychosocial distress in youth/adolescents that lead to suicidal behaviours. Further, analysis intellectualized with advancement in prevention and intervention that are helpful in reducing suicidal behaviours in this vulnerable group. It is only by straightening out the information and understanding suicidal behaviours with multifaceted interchangeable factors and walk hand in hand with advancement in prevention and interventions strategies that would reduce this behavioural malaise.

The objective of writing this review on Floating Drug Delivery Systems (FDDS) was to accumulate new work with a special focus on the primary floatation mechanism for gastric retention. Drug delivery systems are those that instantly float on contact with gastric fluids and present promising approaches to improve the bioavailability of drugs with absorption windows in the stomach or upper small intestine, imbalanced in the intestinal or colonic environment, and exhibit low solubility at high pH standards. It is a novel drug delivery system that takes full advantage of effectiveness and compliance. Physical problems such as short gastric residence time and unpredictable gastric emptying time were overcome with the use of floating dosage forms that provide the possibility of local and systemic effects. The floating drug delivery system allows prolonged and continuous entry of the drug into the upper part of the gastric retention pathway and increases the bioavailability of the medication characterized by a narrow absorption window. This review provides detailed information on the pharmaceutical basis of its Introduction, Advantages, Disadvantages, Factors Affecting Gastric Emptying, and Criteria for Suitable Drug Products for Floating Gastric-Retention, Classification of Floating Multiparticulate Drug Delivery System, and Characterization of Floating Multiparticulate Drug Delivery System. These systems are beneficial for various difficulties encountered during the development of a pharmaceutical dosage form and the future potential of FDDS. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the psychosocial factors that effect people globally. Particularly affected are children, students and health workers and the common symptoms identified are stress, anxiety disorders, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. In addition, the various security measures implemented to ensure public safety have adversely affected relationships between people. This study directs public awareness to the value of psychotherapeutic support. Tele-therapy can be offered easily to people both at home or in the workplace, providing both cost effective and time sensitive solutions during times of crisis. The current review article provides an overview of the importance of maintaining psychological well-being during a pandemic and the identifies the role that empathetic communication has on wellbeing. The literature review was completed using electronic databases such as PubMed, Medline, and Scopus databases using the keywords covid-19, affected groups, affected relationships, psychology and its technological interventions, negative effects of pandemic so on.

A new, simple, accurate, precise and reproducible UV-Spectrophotometric method is being developed for the simultaneous estimation of Metformin Hydrochloride and Voglibose in tablet dosage form. The stock solutions were prepared in methanol. The λmax for Metformin Hydrochloride and Voglibose were found to be248 nm and 287nm respectively. The Metformin Hydrochloride and Voglibose obeyed Beer’s law in concentration range of 8-16µg/ml and 4-20µg/ml respectively. Results of analysis of absorbance ratio method were analysed and validated for various parameters according to ICH guidelines for accuracy, precision, linearity, robustness, LOD and LOQ. The proposed method is highly sensitive, precise and accurate, therefore can be used for intended purpose.

Purpose: Analytical method development and validation for the quantitative determination of Prucalopride succinate in bulk and tablet formulation which plays major role in the development and manufacture of pharmaceuticals. Methods: In the present work a simple, rapid and reproducible UV-Visible Spectrophotometric method was developed and validated according to ICH guidelines. Results and Conclusions: The parameters linearity, specificity, precision, accuracy, and robustness were studied. The wavelength 243nm was selected for the estimation of drug using methanol as a solvent. The drug obeys Beer-lambert’s law over the concentration range 2-10μg/ml. The accuracy of the method was assessed by recovery studies and was found between 97.2- 98.3 %. The method was successfully applied for routine analysis of Prucalopride succinate in bulk and formulation.
